"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not cleaning dishes. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit is not cleaning properly. They advised that they are rinsing the dishes off before placing them into the unit. I opened the unit door and found dishes inside that appeared to be clean. Inspected the elements and spray arms and they are good. Also found the customer is not using rinse aid. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. Using my multimeter, I tested amp readings at the black wire at the junction box. I found the unit operating as designed and all components within amp draw reading. The element is showing 7-9amps during wash and drying cycles of diagnostics. I advised the customer of my findings and made recommendations for use and care, as well as, detergent and rinse aid use. "Arrived on site to inspect cooktop burners not operating properly. Upon further inspection, the customer advised the four outer burners were good, but the center burner was making a popping or slight clicking noise. I tested all burners and all are operating as designed with good flames. I left the center burner on for approximately 10-15,minutes and could not duplicate the customers complaint. I did find some burnt debris in the burner head which couldve cause the noise. Since I could not duplicate the noise, I recommended the customer monitor the unit and call it in for service if the noise continued. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed. "Arrived onsite for dryer not spinning. On inspection the dryer was spinning but no air flow. Went to the outside were the dryer vents out and I found the cover they installed was not working correctly. I reinstalled the vent cover so the dryer could breathe, see picture of vent cover. it was not opening so I pinned it open so the dryer could breathe. If the vent cover closes backup it will cause the dryer to overheat. The dryer is tumbling and heating as designed."

I attempted to place the unit in diagnostics several times and it failed. I cycled power to the unit and attempted again and was able to get it into diagnostics. I completed the encoder test and the unit operated as designed. When I went to place the unit back in diagnostics it failed. Cycled power and was able to get it into diagnostics showing error code F2E1 and F5E2. Cleared the codes and continued with testing. The unit operated as designed. Following tech sheet for the error codes, I found the lid lock assembly is failing. I tested the control panel harness and it is good. I attempted to manually test the unit and the control panel failed to respond. I removed and replaced the control panel and lid lock assembly and calibrated he unit. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator water dispenser not working. Upon arrival, the customer advised thst the dispenser stopped working just as I arrived, which we have been unable to duplicate this issue. I tested the dispenser and could hear the valve getting energized but no water coming out at the dispenser. The customer advised that they have high water pressure so I tested the pressure at the wall and found it very high as I got approximately 8 ounces within 3-4 seconds. Spoke with CS regarding this issue and I am ordering the valve, filter head and reducing valve with water line and secured return servicE. No water leaks observed during service. "JMC2430IL03 Arrived to inspect convection issue. I tested the convection bake and 325 and it preheated to 285 and then started cooling and got down to 170. I interrupted the cycle and when I pressed the start button again, preheating indication stopped and the unit started to cycle as if it were already preheated. There is an error with how the unit is calculating the preheat and the UI and main control should be replaced together. ; ordrng 1 W11451816 (UI)"

"Arrived on site to test unit for no cooling, tested unit found FC evaporator completely frozen over, found water in deli UI enclosure due to ice melting, defrosted evaporator and found evap fan not engaging, replaced evap motor, deli UI and Control UI, powered unit on evaporator developed a good frost pattern but when putting FC back together noticed that the door switch is not functioning properly, ordering door switch, office to reschedule ; ordrng 1 W11291142 (Door switch)"

Arrived on site and inspected microwave and found control panel is crooked. While removing it to inspect mounting points harness connector broke off. Will need a new control panel and will bring back all brackets and trim to ensure it mounts straight on next visit.; ordrng 1 W11600632 (Control panel) and 1 W11235470 (Side support) and 1 W11235471 (Side support) and 1 W11312201 (Trim) and 1 W11239805 (Trim) and 1 W11239807 (Rail)

"Arrived on site for dryer, inspected unit and work area. Customers complaint was dryer not working. I tested unit and found the door switch not operating properly and the thermal fuse out. I then tested unit and found that the start switch is also stuck on the on position will also need to be replaced. Scheduled customer to return ordrng 1 WPW10446920 (Start switch)"

Arrived on site for center and right front burners flame too high . Tried to adjust valves . Could get outer flam down but center burner was either too high or not enough causing cook top to try and keep igniting . Ordering valves . No gas leaks detected.
