"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Per previous techs diagnosis, I removed and replaced the thermostat located at the front right corner of the unit behind the control and the diode. Tested the unit and it continues to fail. I pulled the unit from the wall and removed the cover to inspect. I tested all thermostats visible, both fuses, checked voltage at the wall, the power cord, control, and noise filter and all checked good. I removed the duct bracket and found another thermostat and tested it and found it bad and also found the interior bulb burnt out. Customer advised the turntable doesnt work. I tested the turntable and it too is bad. I advised the customer that I am ordering the mentioned parts and their extended warranty would need to locate parts. I am ordering the cavity thermostat, turntable motor, interior bulb and main control as a backup and office to schedule return service due to the availability of parts. Per customer request, I left the unit down from the wall and placed it in the dining room.; ordrng 1 WPDE47-20059A (Thermostat) and 1 DE31-10172A (Turntable motor) and 1 4713-001013 (Interior light bulb) and 1 WPW10127098 (Main control)"

Arrived onsite and found unit with leaking console. See pic. Control shorted and u responsive as a result. Ordering the console and control to replace them together. All else checks good. Advised customer on repair. ; ordrng 1 W11413965 (Console)

Arrived onsite for dryer with door seal not setting properly. Upon inspection I found that the seal had came loos from the inner door but seal was still usable. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is having dispenser issues. Upon arrival the customer stated when calling for ice the water will dispense, and this typically only happens once after sitting for a while. I tested the unit and was able to replicate this. I gained access to the paddle boards and UI. I found no corrosion or signs of a harness issue. This points to a paddle or UI failure. I informed the customer on my findings and that it is most likely the UI, but there is a small chance the paddles may be bad too; ordrng 1 W11340158 (UI) and 2 WPW10346924 (Paddle)s"

Arrived on site and found bake element has failed. Replaced it and took one picture of bake and broil function operating normally. Customer says left front element has caught on fire. Found receptacle is not damaged and replaced element. Sent a short video to KB/service management of all elements heating. Right front one is covered in oil. This may be why it would catch on fire. Arrived onsite for microwave not powering on. Upon inspection I found that the outlet was only getting 108vac. I tested unit on another outlet and found unit operating as designed. I reset breaker and found no change. Meaning there is and issue with the house wiring. I advised cx to have an xssswxsxsddsdfsdfasdfasdf come out and check the outlet and the breaker. Job complete

Arrived onsite for refrigerator that freezes up its evap. Upon inspection I found that the mulltion good the defrost heater good thermistor good and the drain tube not clogged. "Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not working. Upon further inspection, I found the unit not responding when pressing buttons on the control panel. I found the unit with power. Inspected the main control and found the diagnostics LED on solid and not flashing. I cycled power to the unit and the unit came on. Placed it in diagnostics and tested and unit is operating as designed and the diagnostics LED is flashing 3 times per second which tells me the unit is operating as designed. Once I completed testing, the LED was flashing one time per second telling me the unit is not running a cycle, press start.

Arrived onsite for WALL THAT SEPARATES THE FRIDGE AND FREEZER IS HOT TO THE TOUCH. Upon arrival inspected unit .the mullion was very hot. Checked condenser fan and was operating correctly. Found condenser completely blanketed with dust and pet fur. Cleaned condenser and the mullion is beginning to cool.explained to customer that a warm mullion is normal . Checked the ice maker and it will need to be replaced.

Arrived onsite for DW Tripps breaker shorts when switching to dry. Upon arrival ran diagnostics and got. FA-E2 for vent wax motor electrical problem. Replaced vent and rest unit on diagnostics. Unit went through complete test with no continued electrical issues. Error code no longer present. No leaks present at this time. Job complete

Arrived on site to test unit for no water dispensing and tapping sound when attempting to dispense. Found valve in wall was half way closed/open preventing proper air flow. Valve was extremely hard to turn on and off. Played with valve a bit and loosened it up. Water is now dispensing properly and noise is gone. Ice maker responded to diagnostics and filled as designed.

Arrived to inspect not starting. F5E3 error stored. The unit would not lock the lid and I removed and replaced. I tested within service test mode after the repair and clearing the previous code and the unit operated as designed. No leaks observed during service.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is still not acting right. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that they had one load that did not complete and was doing somewhat similar things it was doing when they first had this issue. She advised that the agitation did not move her clothes and showed me a video. I did confirm that the agitation portion is the slow agitation and showed the customer that portion in diagnostics. The customer stated that the machine shut down prior to the finish of the cycle and since then, they have been able to watch multiple loads without a failure. I removed the bottom rotor and checked the slider. Found the slider still intact and sliding freely. Did not see any oil or where on the rotor itself. Ran the unit through a diagnostic test in the unit ran as designed. I called whirlpool Techline and spoke to Scott SR# 7733856674. He had me run through a few checks and advise that based on the current information, the unit was working as designed. He advised that if there was an issue with the unit, as an error code wouldve been stored unless if it was an off-balance load. He advised to make no repairs at this time and to run a factory calibration cycle on the unit to make sure the unit was working properly. Call complete."

Arrived on site to test unit for burning smell took the unit apart no wires melted terminal block is good. All burned good could not find anything wrong with the unit at this time.

Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not making ice. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed customers complaint and found no ice in the ice container. Went to jump the icemaker and found the icemaker would not jump. Check voltage at the icemaker and found no voltage. Disconnected the harness from the icemaker and found no voltage. Removed the icemaker harness from the freezer harness and found that the icemaker connector was not the correct icemaker connector. The freezer side female connector had five pins and the customers icemaker had eight male connectors. Went through the parts breakdown and could not find an icemaker listed. Spoke to claims and was advised that the icemaker does not come with this unit and therefore cannot be covered under warranty due to it being an accessory optional part. Advised customer of the issue and advised him to contact whirlpool about getting the right icemaker for his refrigerator. Call complete.

Arrived on site for arrange meeting previously diagnosed orfices in for testing. And installed required orfice pack to bake and broil burners. I then tested and insured there were no gas leaks from orfices and found flames igniting as designed within required height range and steady. I reassembled and tested unit again and found it still functioning as designed with no signs of leaking.

Arrived onsite to install previously diagnosed pats. Upon arrival I installed new spark modules (2) and tested unit and found unit operating as designed. Job complete.

Arrived onsite for refrigerator with an ice machine that is not producing. Upon inspection I found that the ice maker would harvest but not filling with water. Upon further inspection I found that the water was turned off at the wall. I noticed that the refrigerator would roll forward when you opened the door. I set the leveling feet and leveled unit and found that issue to be solved. Job complete

Arrived on site for refrigerator not cooling. Upon arrival confirmed issue. After further inspection I found cause of failure was condenser fan blade had come loose from motor leading to compressor overheating and shutting down to early. Once I remounted blade I found it tight on motor and checked amperage to compressor (0.8/good). Found sealed system still functioning as designed and informed customer to give unit 24hrs to cool and stabilize temps. Call complete

"Arrived to inspect no ice. I found the ice maker would not cycle via the test button and verified voltage present. I removed and replaced the ice maker and tested. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service."

"Arrived onsite to test for intermittent issue with front burners. Cleaned front burners and installed properly and eliminated all failure symptoms. Advised customer that in event of ongoing issues, the spark module could be replaced based on witnessing the sparking not occurring in the front burners when it has failed in the past.

Arrived onsite for gas leak. Discussed with customer and determined original symptom was orange flame. Explained moisture in the air will change the flame color. Gas company did find a small leak. Tested and tightened connections to repair leak. Unit is now operating operating within specifications.

"Arrived on site for a wall oven throwing an F1E0 for UI short. Upon arrival the unit was throwing the error. I tried to test the unit, but the error would be thrown every couple of seconds. I gained access to the inside of the console and found corrosion on the board. In order to repair the unit it will need a new console.

Arrived onsite for leaking filter housing. Replaced the reservoir assembly. Unit is now operating as designed without leaking. All checks good.
