"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher tripping the breaker. Upon further inspection, I found the unit not responding at the control panel. I found the breaker tripped. Turned the breaker on and was able to place the unit in diagnostics. When I went to test the drain pump, the unit tripped the breaker again. I pulled the unit out and found where the sump manifold had leaked water and the water got on the drain pump. Also found where the fill funnel is leaking water. "Arrived on site for range not heating in oven section. Upon arrival confirmed issue but only found f6E0 in diagnostics but found no failures between ui and ACU. I then found dis module was sending 10dcv to both bake and broil igniters. Found only broil would ignite flame. Found ignite not ohming within correct ranges and valve not opening when baking even with proper power. I then replaced valve (converted it for propane) and igniter, and found gas flow returning and igniting in oven but flame was still to high. Flame wouldnt adjust even with correct orfice installed and all required adjustments made. Will need to contact techline on following business day to find resolution to flame issue. ; ordrng 1 Cnote (Techline needs to be called.)"

Checked voltage at the terminal block and found proper voltage and polarity. Check the thermal fuse, door switch, and push to start switch. All tested good. Replaced the timer and tested the unit. The unit still was doing the same thing. Spoke to PR and was advised the issue then would most likely be with a wire harness or drive motor as those two were the last two in the circuit. Upon arrival confirm complaint and ne control their inspections found that the ice bucket was full on arrival and icemaker was harvesting and filling as designed. Ive been found that the ice was also slowly melting together and bucket due to the unit having early signs of a deposit issue. Will need office to get authorization in order to take your repairs with a new fan motor asm and thermistor. Arrived on site for a dryer not spinning nor heating properly. Upon arrival the customer stated that they felt it did not heat enough on the low temp and it got to high on the high temp. I tested the temp fluctuation on the unit and found it good. I removed the vent at the wall and the vent ran straight back. I could see through and found no clog. I found the unit and airflow as designed. I informed the customer of my findings

"Arrived to inspect gasket sealing issue and noise. I found the diffuser rattling and removed and replaced. The cabinet was very twisted and the leveling legs had not been set by the installers. I corrected the twist and squared the doors. There was slight overlap at the top of the mullion and I reported it to the tech line via texted image. Mfg tech Rich said the issue was not enough to cause further issues and to proceed with repairs. SR# 7733698323. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service."

"Arrived on site for a washing machine thats not spitting out clothes. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit would not spin on any spin cycle. Tested the unit in a spin cycle and found the unit spinning properly. Tested the unit several other times within without clothes and found the unit spinning out. I did advise the customer that could be an issue with their timer. Customer advised that he had seen oil underneath his unit when he went to pull the unit out and wasnt sure if that had anything to do with it. I did tell him that it is possible that his gear case transmission is leaking oil and could be the sign of his gearcase going out. I asked the customer if he wanted me to replace his gearcase. The customer advised that because the unit is working right now, he does not want to proceed with any further repair. Advised that because could be multiple issues going on, if the unit goes out again, hell just buy himself a new unit.
