"Arrived on site for a washing machine that sounds like its running when it isnt. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advise that the unit will drain as soon as she starts a cycle and will continuously run and will not actually start a cycle. Inspected unit and work area. Around the unit into diagnostics and found the machine automatically cake on the drain pump. Around the unit three diagnostics and found an F2 E1 (UI stuck key), F3 E1 (pressure system fault), and F8 E1 (low/no water detected during the fill) error codes. I tested both valves and found the valves working properly. I gained access to the pressure hose and found no cracks or improper connections, indicating any kind of leaking of air. I blew through the pressure hose from the control and did not find any debris stuck in the pressure dome. I removed the pressure hose from the tub and blew through it from the control. I found no loss of pressure for 30 seconds. I reattached the hose to the tub and replaced the control. Around the unit through multiple testing and found the unit working and operating as designed with no leaks present during operation. Call complete. W11170319"

"Arrived on site to inspect washer error codes. Upon further inspection, the customer advised the unit consistently shuts down and shows the F5E4-lid lock error. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F1E2-motor drive module over voltage. I cleared the code and attempted to test and the unit failed to test. I attempted to calibrate the unit and it continued to fail. I tilted the unit back and inspected underneath and found gearcase oil on the rotor (photo) and when I removed the rotor, I found more oil on the underside of the rotor and on the gearcase spindle. Following the tech sheet for the error code, I tested the unit and found the control needed to be replaced. I removed and replaced the main control and attempted o calibrate and the unit continued to fail. I tested the lid lock and found it open. I removed and replaced the lid lock assembly and calibrated the unit and retested. Unit is operating as designed. Due to the gearcase leaking oil, I am ordering the gearcase and clutch and scheduled return service for 05/01/24 PM. Arrived on site to test unit for burner staying on while on high and turning off when are at lower temp and oven taking to long to cook. Igniter clicks again but does not light. This happens continuously and never re lights and oven gets cold. Turned unit off to get to as cold a temperature as possible. "KCGS550ESS05 Arrived to inspect gas odor. I found no sources of leaks from the unit, but the center burner would not fully burn the gas when set to high and a loud torch-like sound could be heard. Customer advised that this microwave was brand new and that the fan does not work and when they cook, it will heat for about a minute and then Ill shut down and stop heating. They said it would need to cool down before it would microwave again. I tested the fan operations and confirmed the customer complaint. I remove the unit from the wall and gained access to the fan assembly. I found the fan assembly connector not connected onto the fan motor. I fixed the connection and tested the unit. I found the unit working and operating as designed. I put the unit back on the wall and the customer had me microwave a frozen item for 2 1/2 to 3 minutes without it shutting off. "Arrived onsite for refrigerator leaking water. On inspection I found the ice bin gasket folded over on the left side. I fixed that issue, we to the back in turn the water back on and looked for a leak in the valve and the water line. Found no leaks n back, I then went and was checked the rc evap and it was not frozen over. The condenser was 95% clogged I cleaned it up. Found that the ice maker was not seated all the way back so I reseated the ice maker. I never saw the unit leaking. Told the customer to keep a eye on it to see if it is recurring or was due to the air gaps on the ice maker. No leaks detected during service and no parts were used."

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer not drying clothing. Upon further inspection, the customer advised the unit will het warm, but the clothing doesnt come out dry. The customer advised that the vent going outside runs through the home foundation and has been cleaned several times. Using my vent test ,it, I tested the airflow to the unit and it passed the first two tests. I tested the heating by opening the door and closing the door switch and tested on timed dry and the unit got warm, but I never saw the element illuminate in the back right corner vent. When I disassembled the unit I found a large amount of lint inside the unit (before photo). I removed the element to find the center metal plate cracked and badly warped. I advised the customer of my findings and replaced the element and cleaned the unit (after photo) and reassembled the unit and tested. Unit is operating as designed. I recommended to the customer to clean the vents at least two times per year and possibly more since it runs though the foundation and a large amount of moisture will collect inside the vents causing the moisture to collect lint and clog the vents. No lint and no water observed at the end of service, job completed."

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that stopped cooling again. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit had powered off again, and was not cooling for the course of at least eight hours. He showed me a video of what was happening and the interior and ice paddle lights were flickering on and off but no other components were running. I found the unit cooling and operating as designed around the unit through diagnostics. Ran through all general testing and could not get the unit to re-emulate the same issue. I called whirlpool Techline and spoke to Steve SR# 7738948891. He had me make a few checks, and advised that because the main control had been replaced, he would replace the user interface, emitter board, and receiver board all together. Ordering me a mirror and receiver boards and rescheduled the customer to 4/30. No parts were installed.; ordrng 1 W10898445 (Reciever board) and 1 W10870822 (Emitter board)"

Contacted techline to document SR#7738944491, per techline unit is not getting cool enough to reach the threshold for IM to harvest. Activated evaporator fan, good airflow throughout the FC. Exposed evaporator, found no frost pattern. Activated cooling test in diagnostics, evaporator developed ideal frost pattern. Will need to order additional parts to ensure completion on return visit. Arrived onsite for range oven not working. On install the oven would not come on gain access to the igniter and it was 64 ohms. Testing to oven regulator and there was no voltage to the regulator. Tested at the control board and there was 124 vac. Chased it to the igniter and on one side I had the 124 vac the other side was 0 vac. When I went to disconnect the igniter and one of the pins pulls out of the connector. I reseated the pin and plugged everything in and tried the bake setting again. The unit ignited this time and it heated to 350?.the unit is operating as designed and no gas leaks detected during service. No parts were installed.

The customer advised that the unit has power because the dryer drum light is on when you open the door, but the control panel will not turn on. I gained access to the controls and found the controls completely lit up. I checked voltage going to the control and found proper voltage and polarity. Check voltage going to the user interface and found proper voltage. I replaced control panel and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete. W11413566."
