Upon inspection I found that the dc side of the inverter harness came separated I corrected this with my wiring kit and tested the unit and found that the compressor kicked on I then monitored the temps in the fr and found that they where falling. Arrived onsite for refrigerator not dispensing water. Upon inspection I found no water coming out of dispenser. I tested it with a bypass and found no change. I replaced the filter head and found no change. I then installed a new valve and found no change. Found with a bypass cap that the unit still would not dispense water. Checked voltage at the door water valve and found proper voltage to do a water valve. Replaced the door water valve and tested the unit. The unit still did the same thing. I replace the filter head due to the filter had leaking water when nothing was attached. Tested the unit again and still had the same issue. Spoke to JC and was advised to check to see if the dispenser water line was frozen. I did find the dispenser line frozen and blew through the ice. Arrived on site for oven showing error code F3e0 oven temperature sensor error. I gained access to the oven temp sensor and the broiling element lead broke. I tested the oven temp sensor and found it testing good 1.09 kohms at 77 degrees and changing with heat. I am ordering the control and broiler element. I found e0 no errors in test 56, I put the unit into test 15 ice level sensor and found it show not full when the bin is half way. I tested the ice box fan on test 36 and found it working. I entered test 58 ice maker thermistor test and found it showing below harvest temperatures. I preformed ice maker harvest test 57 and found it working as design. I retested the ice maker thermistor and found it showing over ice harvest temp which is correct for just harvesting. I ran test 45 ice maker water fill test and it filled with water. I preformed a temperature test in the freezer and found it at 0 degrees. I preformed a temperature test in ice maker box and found it at 10 degrees. The ice box needs to be below 16 degrees to harvest. I called techline and spoke to Joel, sr#7733481808. I advised him of my findings and stated the unit is working as designed no repairs needed. Since then, hes checked his breaker and could not get the unit to come back on. Confirmed customers complaint and check voltage at the wall. Found no voltage at the plug. Found that the plug was a GFCI plug and so I reset the plug. Plug the unit back in and the unit began to work and operate as designed. Advise the customer of the issue and call complete."

Customer advised the temperature is it OK temperatures right now but can fluctuate up to The 50s in the refrigerator section. Inspected unit and work area. Found massive evidence of a defrost issue in the freezer section. I did find the evaporator fan running. Removed the evaporator cover and found the heater check good. I tested the bimetal which was covered in ice and found it open. When removing the defrost bimetal, I found it had imploded from inside. Replaced the defrost bimetal and removed ice buildup. Reassembled the unit and found the unit cooling in operating as designed. Advise the customer to keep an eye on the unit over the next 2 to 3 weeks to ensure everything has been taken care of. The customer advised the unit does cool the freezer section and somewhat cools the refrigerator but that the refrigerator does not seem to get down to proper temperature. Ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F5 E3 (lid will not unlock), F5 E1 (lid switch fault), and F5 E2 (lid lock fault) error codes. Removed the top and found the lid lock assembly broken and disconnected. Replaced the lid lock assembly and tested the unit. Found the unit would not agitate or spend in either test. Checked all connections and found all connections good. Replaced the control and tested the unit. The unit still had the same issue. "Arrived on site for a dryer that is constantly telling the customer to check for vent. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that they are having longer than normal drive times and that their chat vent error pops up within the first five minutes of every cycle. They did explain that the unit does finish the dry cycle bud they have already cleaned out their vent. Checked behind the unit and found the vent hose crunched in three different spots. I asked the customer how the unit vented and she advised that the vent in her home goes down and then out of the home which runs about 20 to 25 feet. I did explain to her that because her unit has so many 90? turns from where the dryer sits to the wall and then out, it is likely that with the restriction of airflow she has that it is causing this error message. I ran the unit through a time dry cycle for 15 minutes and could not get the error message to pop up. The customer stated that the unit would do this within about five minutes normally speaking. Advise customer to shorten their vent hose and to move the dryer closer to where the vent on the wall is. The unit is working as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to install previous diagnose part. I inspected the new burner cap and found burrs in the ports by the igniter. I used my torch tip cleaning tool, to de-burr the ports. I reassembled the unit and tested it. I found it working as designed. Job complete."

I vacuumed until the pump reached its ultimate vacuum and then monitored for 15 minutes. Holding vacuum, I charged with the mfg prescribed charge and tested. "Arrived to correct wiring issue. Prior to attempting to correct the previously diagnosed harness issue, I verified the fill tube heater was showing no continuity. Tracing the circuit, I found the issue fully contained within the door and due to the heater assy being foamed in during manufacturing, the issue cannot be resolved without replacing the door assembly. leaks observed during service."

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher throwing the F9E1 error code for no drain. Upon arrival the customer stated they found the unit flashing the error code with water in the tub. They held cancel to drain and found nothing happened. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F9E1 for no drain and FAE2 for vent fan error. I cleared the error codes. I then ran a test cycle and found on the last step when the drain is supposed to activate it would throw the F9E1 error code. I cleared the error code again. I found a good 120 VAC going to the drain pump when pressing cancel, indicating a bad drain pump. I installed a new drain pump and then tested the unit again. I found the unit now draining and working as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a washing machine receiving a LD error code. Upon arrival the unit was uninstalled. The customer also stated that the unit stopped draining completely. I attempted to put the unit into diagnostics mode several times, but the control would not respond. I then started a cycle, but the unit would not drain at the beginning. I unplugged the unit and ohmd put the drain pump at the pump and from the control. I found it good. Per the tech sheet the unit will need a new control.

Arrived on site for refrigerator not cooling. Upon arrival confirmed issue and after further inspection I found cause of issue was a defrost problem within the fc. After further testing I found resistance to both thermistors at 7.65k(fc evap) and 3.1k(rc) also found dcv to both thermistors ranging between 2.3-3.1 and not reaching a full 5dcv. Called techline and spoke with Sterling sr#7733482786. Was instructed at this time unit had two failing thermistors in both compartments as well as a failing ACU. Will need office to reschedule with customer once Availability of parts is known as well as being sent with all previous parts assigned. ; ordrng 1 WPW10384183 (Thermistor) and 1 W11546690 (Control)

Arrived on site for dryer giving f70 error. Upon arrival confirmed complaint and verified f70 error was present. After further inspection I found a stable 240v connection from outlet to terminal. Found intermittent power from ACU to ui causing error to occur. Power failure was due to the p8 connection not being seated and locked into place and barely making contact with ACU. After locking connector into place I found full functionality to ui and unit over all had been restored with no errors or failures. Informed customer dryer was ready for use. Call complete

"Arrived on site for dishwasher not cleaning, filling, or removing detergent correctly. Upon arrival found no errors in diagnostics. Found inlet valve not allowing enough water in. I then found resistance to valve at 16k at room temp. Also found during replacement of valve that unit had very little water pressure through fill line and inlets valve had pebbled debri around filter. Instructed customer they would need a plumber to verify pressure issue within fill lines of home. After reassembling unit found no leaks or other failures. Call complete"

Arrived on site for range not allowing temp regulations of top burners. Upon arrival confirme and verified unit had a stable and properly connected 240v. After further inspection I found all 4 burners functioning within specs. Found all 4 infinite switchs receiving and sending stable 240v connections with no loose wires or connectors. Ran multiple tests on cooktop but could replicate issue. At this time unit appears to be functioning as designed. Need office to infom ahs if issue continues its recommended to have a second opinion sent out for range or explore other options for unit. Call complete

Arrived on site for refrigerator not dispensing ice. Upon arrival confirmed issue and after further inspection I found all previously installed parts still functioning within manufacturing specs. I then found ice had gotten caught within bucket teeth and warped teeth out of alignment again causing a lock up. Got autho for replacement of ice bucket. Reassembled and tested unit. Arrived on site to diagnose washer that customer feels is not filling with enough water to adequately wash loads. Checked unit for error codes and found no codes present. Tested valves and found good fill. Tested normal cycle fill levels and found them in line with WP standards. Loads are finishing and spinning out. Per tech Line this is working as designed. Advised customer to cut back detergent usage and use the heavier cycles to allow higher water levels. Call complete.

Arrived on site to diagnose cooktop that has cracked cooktop. Customer advised me that the cooktop cracks when it's on and they are cooking and nothing has been dropped etc. Unit needs cooktop to resolve. Office needs authorization from AHS. Office to schedule. ; ordrng 1 WB62X24112 (Cooktop)

"Arrived on site to diagnose washer leaking on several occasions. Spoke with customer who said on 3 occasions she has come in and found water on the floor of the laundry room, but not every cycle. Examined washer and found no evidence of water leaks, trails, or soap trails on the unit. Ran clean washer cycle and manual drains and fills to high water levels and found no water anywhere. Advised customer the issue is likely coming from vapor lock in plumbing, there is no evidence of leak on washer. Call complete."

"Arrived to inspect drawer issue. I found the existing adjusters had failed and in removed them and installed the replacement, upgraded version. I tested the unit and it operated as designed. No leaks observed during service."

Arrived to inspect no ice. The FC was 9.8* and the compressor was not running at arrival. Manual test mode revealed the ice maker would continuously rotate and not actuate the valve. I manually jumped the valve from the harness and got water. - Unit operated as designed and I advised the CX to discard the ice in the following AM and then it is safe to use thereafter. No leaks observed during service.

"Arrived to inspect noise from FC. I found the evaporator motor was vibrating badly and I removed and replaced. After the replacement, the unit operated as designed, with acceptable noise levels. No leaks observed during service."

"Arrived to inspect temperature issues. The CX described an issue that appeared to be the unit not able to re-ignite after preheating. I inspected the igniter and found it slightly mis-installed and corrected. The air venturi was set completely open (too lean) and allowing too much air to be drawn, causing a considerable amount of fuel to not burn. I reset the venturi to acceptable altitude settings and tested in normal mode. The unit heated and cycled as designed. Temps were preheat claimed at 347, then; 337, 359, 341, 359, 340, 360, 341. Average temp: 348. Advised the CX about the single rack rapid preheat vs normal preheat. No gas leaks detected during service."

Arrived on site to replace door panel for oven. Found inner liner also damaged and I am ordering it. Return date set for 4/25.; ordrng 1 WPW10709147 (Panel)

Arrived on site to diagnose a washer that is not cycling properly. Found shifter not connected to cam assembly and replaced it with updated part. Tested unit and found all is functioning properly at this time and no leaks were found at time of service.

"Arrived on site for dryer making a thumbing sound. Inspected unit and work area. Tested operation to verify failure. Disassembled unit and found idler pulley damaged (see SD-QuickPic). Found normal lint buildup. Will need to replace pulley assembly and vacuum lint from unit. Removed failed pulley and vacuum unit to remove lint. Installed new pulley and assembled unit. Tested op and all tested good.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not working. Upon further inspection, I removed the kick plate and inspected the harness at the bottom of the left door and found the harness broken. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator not cooling, inspected unit and work area. Inspected unit and found ice building up in the evaporator cover. Compressor was extremely hot, I jump the heater to do a force defrost and worked. Will need a new control board.

"Arrived onsite and found freezer had frosted through again. Defrosted unit and forced a defrost to test heating circuit, unit heats. Thermistors are reading in range, however no voltage is being sent from the control to the fc thermistors during the cooling cycle. Advised customer that the main control will be needed. Arrived onsite for dishwasher with no power.upon inspection I found that the connections at the junction box where loose I corrected this and tested unit and found unit operating as designed. Job complete no leaks.

Arrived onsite for for range with frame pealing off on the left side. Upon arrival I used double sided tap and some heat to stick it back on. Unit operating as designed. Job complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect unit for error code F9E1, I found clog in pressure chamber as well as clog in drain filter. I cleaned both parts and tested unit, everything tested good.

"Arrived on site to inspect unit for not cooling in RC, found all thermistors tested good in diagnostic mode and were reading correct temperatures. I rand cooling system check, diverted the 3 way valve to RC and unplugged while I ran compressor, after about 10 minutes, I saw very little frost pattern forming on RC evaporator while the fans were off. Reached out to SS thread, and Im ordering SS components to be replaced. Compressor, evaporator, 3 way valve, filter drier, and access valve.
