Arrived to inspect no heat. I found the thermal cutoff open and I removed and replaced. "Arrived to inspect UI button issue, gasket and ice production. I found the options button reacts and could be heard to accept input, but no settings would change. I had the CX cycle power to the unit and the issue resolved. FC temperature, K-type probe in the center of the FC, showed 12 degrees. Ice maker housing temperature was 26 in text mode 36 with the ice maker fan set to on. In normal mode the ice maker measured 26 after five minutes. The CX had ice cream and orange juice concentrate in the FC and both were not solidly frozen and mushy, denoting too warm of temperatures. The lower unit cover was incorrectly mounted and required correct seating as the lower part of the cover was not inserted into the frame. Temperatures at the compressor were within normal levels and the unit operated as designed in test mode 4 and 5. I found the drain tube completely plugged and not mounted fully on either the RC or FC drains. I corrected the issue and ensured the tube unclogged. CX will monitor temps for our return for the door gasket and we will recheck upon return. No water supply leaks observed during service. ; ordrng 1 W10407212 (RH RC Door Gasket)"

Arrived on site for a refrigerator not cooling in any compartment. Upon arrival the customers stated that the unit stopped cooling and started making a clicking sound followed by a short buzz. I was able to replicate this and found it was the start device overloading. I replaced the start device and cap and found the unit still failed. I measured amp draw to the compressor and found it would ramp to 9 amps and then just die. This indicates a bad compressor. I am ordering a SS repair. I then put the unit into diagnostics mode and found the unit died right as the motor started to hum. However, it was able to drain and fill. Upon further inspection I found rust and signs of the leak on the motor. I called techline and spoke to Ed and kept SR# 7733487112. Ed recommend replacing the motor, for it seems the motor has shorted. While replacing the motor we will also replace the harness. We will also need to replace the control and UI again due to the short. Upon inspection I found the there was condensation on the moline caused by the rip in the right side door gasket and the drip pans bowed up I used a shim to straighten it out. Drive down side the dishwasher not drying properly. Upon arrival confirm complaint but found no errors and diagnostics. Ran multiple diagnostic test and found heater drawing 4 A and still getting a stable 120 V. Also found heater kicking on as designed on the multiple temps. Then found that the rinse aid dispenser was completely empty and instructed the customer on all the best tips and methods in order to ensure drain capabilities worked at optimal performance. Unit now functioning as designed call complete

Arrived on site for refrigerator that had completely lost all cooling in both compartments. Upon arrival confirmed complaint and found both compartments at room temperature. I didnt found it all three fans are running in both compartments and air compressor and found compressor is running with one amp to it. I called whirlpool techline and spoke with Tj sr#7733604823. Found that the cause of failure was due to the silk system and void an insulation failure behind unit from previously seen rust on first trip. U it is deemed non due to void in insulation and whirlpool to contact customer for further assistance. Call complete

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer tripping the breaker. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they dry using the sensor dry mode and theyve noticed that the unit will trip the breaker when its been running for a while. I found the the breaker is a GFCI breaker. I tested the unit on sensor dry-more dry mode for approximately 10 mins and the unit operated as designed. I tested the components...element, cutoffs, thermostat, fuse and all are good except the element. I found the metal plate in the element is warped. Also, I found, at the terminal block, the neutral wire in the harness is not attached to the block. I added a connector to the end of the wire and attached it to the terminal block at the neutral connection. I the customer 745 / fees and 68 for the element for a of 729. Customer agreed to the repair and with (861 3U39M. I removed and replaced the element and tested and the unit is operating as designed. No lint observed during service, job completed."

Arrived onsite to confirm failure of oven not powering on. Determined cause to be loss of incoming power on L1. Advised customer would be needed to repair and there is no obvious evidence that the oven will not work when the power is restored. Reinstalled oven. No charge

Arrived onsite and found unit leaking from uppermost rack mount seal because the plastic mount had been knocked loose during installation. Secured uppermost rack mount with quarter inch screw and eliminated trickle leak. All checks good. Unit is now operating as designed.

"Arrived on site for a dryer that is not turning on and is making a squeaking sound as it runs. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed the customers complaint and checked voltage at the terminal block. Found 63 V going to line one to neutral and 180 V going from line to neutral. Check voltage at the power plug and found proper voltage. Checked continuity on the power cord and found proper continuity and polarity. Checked voltage from line one to neutral when pressing the push the start button and found voltage flying between 120 V and 0V. I found that when the start button was pressed, it would lose all line voltage on the line one side but when the button was immediately unpressed, voltage shut up to 120 V before evening out at 60 V. Checked line 2 and found voltage shooting up to 240 V whenever the start button was pressed and then will drop to 120 V when the push to start was released and work back to 180V. Spoke to CS was advised the customer had an unlogical supply issue. Tested all components related to the squeaking noise and only found a noise coming from the motor. Replaced the motor and tested the unit again. The unit still did not have power so was unable to figure out if the noise have been fixed. The customer is going to get an to come check his power supply issue. Call complete.; used 1 279827 (Motor) from stock"

Arrived on site for a refrigerator that has lights out in the refrigerator and freezer sections. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed the customers complaint and replaced the freezer module. The unit began to illuminate and work as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site for a microwave that is not turning the under the counter light on. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised theyve already tried replacing the bulb that has not fix the issue. Did check the bulb to make sure that it was not broken inside the filament area. Found the bulb in tact. Replaced the control and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Inspected unit and work area. Replace the compressor, dry dryer, and coupler and vacuum down the unit. The unit held a vacuum for 15 minutes. Charge the unit and found the pressures settling at 90 psi on the high side and 15 psi on the low side. I spoke to PR and was advised that was sufficient for this unit due to current temperature of the refrigerator and ant compressor style. Did find the unit cooling and advise the customer to keep an eye on the unit over the next 30 days. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer not heating. Upon further inspection, I tested the unit and found the element was not illuminating. Due to the age of the unit, I inspected the belt, rollers and pulley and found they were aging badly. I pulled the unit out and inspected the element, thermostats and fuse and found the element was bad.. I removed and replaced the rollers, tension pulley, drive belt and element. Cleaned the unit (before & after photos) and reassembled. Tested the unit and it is operating as designed. No lint observed at the end of service, job completed."

Removed the filter and retested and the dispenser operated as designed. I replaced the filter with a new filter prescreened for today and retested and the unit continued to operate as designed.
