Arrived onsite for complaint of not dispensing ice. Found the ice bin full and blocked with ice. Remove the bin and cleared out the blockage. Customer instructed me to dispose of all the ice because of boil notice. Test the auger and it test good. Instructions to customer to clean bin to remove the ice that will build up over time. The bin is full and did dump the harvest that was in waiting. Customer should have normal ice level by morning.

Arrived on site for a washing machine not dispensing hot water. I tested the hot water at the wall and found it good. I then put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F5E1 for lid switch fault and F8E1 for no or long fill. I tested the lid lock and found it running as designed. I then tested the hot and cold valves. I found the hot water coming in very slow. This indicates a faulty valve.I installed the new valve and then tested the unit. The unit is now working as designed. No leaks observed at the time of service.

Arrived on site for a refrigerator dripping from the filter area. Upon further inspection I found the water dripping from the filter head.I installed new new filter head and the unit was no longer leaking. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher insulation and blue light at bottom of door. Upon further inspection, the customer pointed out the insulation thats located at the bottom of the door under the unit and that theres a blue light emitting at the bottom of the unit. I advised that the insulation is normal and the blue light theyre seeing is from the control as its showing through the bottom of the door. I advised the customer that if I were to remove the outer door panel, that they would be able to see that the door is not sealed at the bottom and thats why they can see the light. Placed the unit in diagnostics and tested showing no error codes and the unit operated as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived onsite and found unit factory vent covers had not been removed during install and were punching the door open slightly and causing the com switch to not engage during heat cycle. Repaired install issue. Unit is now operating as designed. Advised customer on repair.

"Arrived to inspect FC cooling issue. I verified items within the FC were not solidly frozen and the temperature was 33. RC was 44. Test mode 3 revealed both evaporator fans performing as designed and both evaporators were free of ice within the main evaporator assemblies. The discharge tube from the compressor was only warm for a few inches. I elected to test pressures due to the absence of UV dye. Test mode 4 showed pressures of 122/1 in step 4 and 130/4 vacuum in step 5. I continued to monitor and watched the pressure steadily climb with matching vacuum. The unit finally settled at 135/5. The compressor was working as designed and the pressures were normal, after a few minutes of setting and going into test mode. The cold discharge tube and normal pressures after testing denote a very high likelihood of moisture within the system and periodic ice restriction. There was a large ice ball on the FC evaporator cap tube, but no signs of leakage at that point or in the RC evaporator. I recovered the refrigerant and vacuumed for an extended period of 40 minutes. The unit held vacuum for 20 minutes and I charged with the MFG prescribed refrigerant charge. All operations were normal and the unit cooled as designed. No leaks observed during service."

"Arrived onsite for the bellow and clamp missing on the unit. Looked at the unit and saw it was pulled apart prior to looking at the unit. Got 5e go ahead to replace the bellow and clamp. Replaced parts and put unit back together. While putting the bellow back on, noticed that the spray nozzle was miss completely. Ordered nozzle.

"Arrived to inspect door coming apart. I found the front stainless trim and the upper black trim had separated from the glass. There was no apparent CX damage and the double sided tape appeared to not have been applied properly. I was able to apply some mounting tape as a temporary fix, but it will likely fail and allow sharp edges to be exposed. No gas leaks detected during service. Returning tech may need to obtain double sided mounting tape if the replacements do not have it.
