Arrived on site for a refrigerator thats not dispensing water. Inspected unit and work area. Confirm the customers complaint and check the filter. Use the bypass cap to bypass the filter and still cannot get water to dispense. Checked the tube coming from the valve up to the top of the refrigerator and found no water inside the tube. Was able to blow through the tube signaling there was no blockage of ice. Checked voltage going to the valve and found proper voltage. Replaced filter had assembly and tested the unit. Arrived onsite for refrigerator not keeping temperature in RC section and night temperature alarm going off. Upon arrival took temps. Temperature alarm was blinking but according to customer had never reset even after repair. I reset alarm and unit cleared and displayed current temperature. I had the customer sign the waiver of damages from defrosting refrigerator and recommended that they pull the unit out and unplug it approximately 48 hours before we return to allow the unit to defrost. I found both the broiler and bake burner venturi intakes set fully open, causing too lean of an air to fuel ratio and allowing excessive unburnt gas to escape the burner. "Arrived on site for a washing machine making a loud noise when running. Upon arrival the customer stated it makes a loud screech and hum every cycle now. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error code F9E2 for pump drive system error, and cleared it. I then ran a manual high spin and found the spin sounded as if a helicopter was taking off. I gained access to the bottom of the unit and found significant gearcase oil. I then gained access to the GC shaft and found significant play in it. This indicates a failing GC I then ran a test cycle and found the pump running as designed

Arrived on site for dryer taking to long to dryer. Upon arrival confirmed issue. After further inspection I found cause of failure was the thrmst fix failing to gauge correct air flow leaving dryer. I manually activated the drain and found it worked as designed. I then put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error code F6E4 for float switch open. Confirmed the customers complaint and found the compressor immediately kicking off as soon as the unit was plugged back in. Attempted to replace the start device with a truck stock start device. Found the unit doing the exact same thing. I took an amp draw off the compressor and found it pulling over 20 A when it did try to kick on indicating a failed compressor. Spoke to CS and was advised to put in research for all needed parts and fittings. Took measurements of all fittings and uploaded the photos with the measurements to SD-QuickPic. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator that was getting ice build up at the back of the deli drawer. I checked temps and found the FC at 7?F, the RC at 48?F, and the IB at 18?F. Upon further inspection I found the RC with several inches of ice on it. I could not visibly inspect the drain pan due to this. However, there was a sheet of ice on the bottom of the RC indicating a drain issue. I gained access to the deli drawer control and found it in good shape. I then put the unit into diagnostics mode and found all airflow components running as designed. I also ran a harvest on the IM and found it working as designed with no error codes. I then gained access to the control and ohmd out all thermistors. I found the RC thermistor read 6.49k, the FC read 19.7k, and the RC evap read 10.44k. The RC evap thermistor should read higher due to it being trapped in a block of ice. Indicating a faulty thermistor. I also checked voltage going to the thermistors and found them good. I gained access to the drain tube and found it slightly clogged. I cleared the drain tube. I am quoting the customer for the drain pan kit and RC harness. We will have to return for the repair once the unit is thawed. I informed the customer that it needs to be off for a minimum of 48-72 hours, and to place towels down for water drainage. I had the customer sign the defrost waiver.

"Arrived to inspect washer not performing well and issue with completion. The unit only had a stuck key error and no other errors stored. I cleared the error and tested via mode 51. The unit passed and no errors noted. Inspection of the rotor and gear case area revealed the agitator input shaft had over 1/4 of endplay and the gear case will require replacement. The rotor showed signs of improper engagement and will require replacement as well. The slider is of the original design and was intact, with no wear visible on the engagement teeth. "Arrived on site for water dispensing slow. The customer also pointed on the condensation building up, on the freezer door and divider between the fridge and freezer. I ran my hand along the divider and could feel cold spots. I ran the unit with the condenser fan unplugged. After 5minuets I could feel a significant temperature difference along the divider, indicating the internal seal system line has moved out of position causing condensation to build up and drip on the floor. I call techline and spoke with Ed. I advised him of my findings. He advised the yodel loop has shifted in the cabinet and is not repairable. I received sr#7733514252. Job complete."

"Arrived on site for fridge not cooling right. Customer stated the milk is spoiling early. I preformed a temp test and found the fridge at 39 degrees, the freezer at 2 degrees. I went into diagnostics and found the Max fridge temp at 66, freezer 77, average fridge at 35, freezer 0, minimum fridge 29 freezer -20. Fridge evaporator thermistor is at 91 both freezer thermistors at -18. I called techline and spoke to Butch, SR# 7733513147, he advised following a service pointer W11450890 and ordering the control kit, which comes with the hv control and dispenser UI. Arrived on site for bak right burn not adjusting. I inspected the unit and work area. I found the back right burner igniting but only on the lower portion. I removed the cap and found the orfice restricted. I cleared the restriction and tested it. The unit is working as designed. Job complete.
