Upon arrival the unit was going through defrost, after waiting for the unit to kick on and run I performed a temp test and found 40*in rc and falling, 8* in the fc And falling. I set the defrost to and 8hr. Times cycles from the default adaptive cycle. After checking for any frost buildup and finding nothing I checked the pantry ui and found that it was dry and not corroded. All fans work. I then checked the freezer light and found that the module was not connected properly I corrected this and the lights came on and no work as designed.

"Arrived on site to inspect ice machine not making ice. Upon further inspection, I found the unit with power and the tub empty. I turned the unit on and placed it in diagnostics and tested. I found the reservoir drain pump not operating. I tested the unit in a normal ice making cycle and once the valve would turn off, the entire unit would lose power. I pulled the unit out of the cabinet and found a water leak at the drain (photo). Also found the dr hose had been customized and was badly kinked at the external drain pump (photos). Once I had the unit pulled out, it began to operate as designed minus the reservoir drain pump. I found the leak in the drain, just before the P trap, was leaking onto and around the junction box at the back of the unit (photos). I recommended, to the builder, that the drain hose be replaced with the original drain hose and I am ordering the recirculating pump and reservoir drain pump. Unit was left turned on and operating. Builder was made aware of the water leaks and was to get the issue repaired. I scheduled return service for 03/15/23 at which time the reservoir drain pump and recirculating pump will be replaced. "Arrived on site to inspect dryer not working. Upon further inspection, I attempted to place the unit in diagnostics and the control panel failed to respond. I removed the top panel and found the diagnostics LED on the main control flashing. I tested the control panel harness and it was good. I removed the front panel and inspected/tested the thermal fuse and element and found the fuse good, but the element is bad. The center metal plate of the element is badly warped and cracked. Also found a large amount of lint built up inside the unit (photo). I found the vent tube at the back of the unit had a square adaptor to it and where the adaptor meets the vent tube, its badly crushed and not allowing for good airflow. I advised the customer of my findings. I am ordering the control panel and dryer repair kit (4-rollers, tension pulley and belt) and will return with all prescreened parts. MHW5630HC2 Arrived to inspect washer leaking. I discussed the issue with the customer and they have discovered water under the front of the machine intermittently. Service test mode had F0E2 stored and I cleared for testing. The unit passed service test mode and I found the door bellow did not have good contact with the door at the 11 oclock position. I removed and replaced the bellow and noted a positive seal. Retesting of the machine showed no more leaking from the door. Drain safety strap added. No leaks observed after repair.

"WRT112CZJZ00 Arrived to inspect no cool. I found the unit would not cool and testing pressures revealed the low side at 20 of vacuum and 51 psi in the high. Vacuuming revealed the unit would not sustain deep vacuum, reaching 290 microns and then slowly climbing to 700 within 15 minutes. I could not find any sources of leaks and pressurized the system. There were bubbles that formed only when the system was pressurized, at the entry point for the capillary tube and return, in the liner at the evaporator. I contacted the manufacturer, SR# 7735878202 and advised of my findings. The MFG tech submitted the unit for PEX review. No water connections to unit."

"I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Rich SR# 7735719319. He advised that there was no way to tell what exactly happened. He did advise that if the ice got stuck one time on the cutting grid, on the next icemaking cycle the water would have slowed across that ice sheet and melted all the ice in the ice bin. He advised that this can happen due to calcium buildup on the evaporator plate and the cutting grid. He asked the customer to clean the evaporator plate with a green scrubby brush. He advised to go ahead and replace the cutting grid due to calcium build up but to make no further repairs at this time. Replaced the cutting grid and the unit is working as designed. Call complete."

Arrived on site to test unit for aqua clean no evaporating the water. Showed customer on owners manual that most of the water would be left there. Job complete.

Arrived on site to diagnose a refrigerator that is freezing fc door shut. Found door gasket warped and reshaped it using applied heat. Tested unit and all is working properly at this time.

Arrived on site to diagnose a washer that is not turning on. Found control shorted and replaced it. Tested unit and found all is functioning properly at this time and no leaks were found at time of service.

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Due to the evaporator defrost element and thermistor failures, I removed and replaced the defrost element, thermistor, UI and the hv control and tested. Unit is cooling/operating as designed and the defrost element is heating properly. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. I recommended the customer allow the unit to cool for 24-48 hours before placing items back inside."

"Arrived on site to test unit for slow drain, tested unit found unit draining properly, removed drain pump to inspect chopper blades and found it cracked replaced pump, power cord on back of unit was loose that could been contributing to the slow drain issue, secured connection and tested unit is running as designed, no leaks detected job complete"

Arrived on site for control screen stuck. Upon arrival inspected unit and found UI is not responding. Power cycled the unit to reset controls. Restored power and test unit. UI panel is now responding. Found customer has not connected to wifi. Customer is have connection issues. Advised customer to contact WiFi team. Preheated oven to 350. Unit is operating as designed . Job complete

"Arrived on site for dishwasher, inspected unit and work area. Customers complaint was not spraying water. Entered diagnostics and found error code F4E3 bad wash motor. Gained access to remove old sump and motor and replaced it with new one. Tested unit and its now operating as designed. No leaks where observed during service. Job completed."

"Arrived on site for refrigerator, inspected unit and work area. Gained access to remove old compressor and install new compressor. Braced new compressor and vacuumed the system for 15 min. After vacuuming the system I waited 15 to make sure system had no leaks and I did not lose any vacuum. I charged up the system with R134 5.25oz . Plugged unit in and advised CX to let cool for 24hrs. No leaks where observed during service. Job completed."
