"Arrived on site to inspect wall oven door lock locking intermittently. Upon further inspection, I questioned the customer if the builder had moved the oven outlet behind the oven to allow the power cord slack for the unit to be pulled out. Customer advised no and I advised that I am unable to service the unit until the cord issue is corrected. The builder arrived and I advised them how the unit needs to be wired and the outlet moved to behind the oven so there is slack in the power cord for us to be able to service the unit properly. The builder advised he would get it corrected and get the unit replaced. No services to the unit today. Due to the vent tube inside the door fallen off and allowing moisture to collect inside the door on the control panel, insulation and the toeplate getting caught on the vent tube and damaging it, I removed and replaced the control panel, insulation, vent and toeplate. In the process of removing the deflector and vent, the inner door panel got scratched an over time will potentially begin to rust. Noticed latch is pushed too far in and is flush with the frame. Inspected latch and found the mounting point for the screw has broken off causing the latch to fall through and not get attached to the strike. Replaced latch (W11565030) and tested unit, door is now staying shut and latching. Ran a diagnostic cycle, all components are properly engaging and unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."

"Arrived on site to test unit for clicking noise. Upon arrival customer stated the same noise as the previous repair has returned. Happens every cycle no matter the load size, every other agitation spin it will click. Activated agitation, found no noise present. Contacted service thread and followed all requested actions. Removed rotor, slider, clutch and stator and inspected all components for any wear or misalignment, found all components in perfect condition with no obvious damage to any components. Reinstalled all components and ran a load with 3 bed sheets and 5 towels, could not mimic the noise. Arrived on site to test unit for unit tripping breaker. Test unit and turned oven on and it started to pre heat. Turned oven off and the display glitched and turn on and off. Hit cancel button again with out turning the oven on and the unit tripped the breaker. Turn breaker back on and just hit the cancel button and it tripped again. Replaced control board pre heated unit to 350? and unit pre heated correctly with no problems. Turned oven off by hitting cancel and unit did not tripped job complete.

"Arrived on site to follow up on washer making noise when in use. I ran the unit and heard an obvious clacking coming from the bottom end in both agitation and spin. I checked the bottom end and found gearcase oil splattered on the walls and on the stator. I removed and replaced the gearcase, rotor (due to scrapes in the teeth), and the clutch for allowing the slider to tick. Tested unit and found noise gone. Once a regular cycle started, unit started leaking out the bottom above the gearcase due to tub unnoticeably cracking during the process. Ordering tub and new Gearcase to resolve. "Arrived on site to follow up on washer that was not running / powering on. Issues appeared to be related to harnesses and DC load. I replaced the UI harness, upper Harness, door latch, pressure switch and filter. Tested with just console on, and unit powered on. Once powered on I started adding items back to the control. I confirmed all harnesses reinstalled and tested unit. Verified everything working as designed. No water leaks found. Parts used W11316771, W11316253, W11565030, W11316246, W11316252."

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed part. Inspected unit and work area. I want to replace the first filter extension and a the first filter extension was defective. I used another one to seal off the gaps and tested the unit. I found the unit working and operating as designed and found no water leaking from the fill tube when it went to fill with water. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not cooling properly. Inspected unit and work area. The customer stated that they have had two instances where temperatures in the freezer section were getting into the 30?F areas and the refrigerator has climbed in temperature to. She advised that if she leaves it long enough, it will correct itself, but she has had two instances where it stopped cooling and keeping temperatures down where they should be. Upon entry, I found the refrigerator and freezer temperature is at 33?F and 0?F. I gained access to the compressor area and found the compressor was not overheating. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found all components working and operating as designed. The customer stated that she was unaware as to what was going on with the unit prior to when it was not cooling as the unit is really quiet. She didnt know if she had left the freezer door opened or not but wanted to make sure the unit was working properly. I checked the freezer evaporator and did not find any evidence of any defrost issues of any kind. I went ahead and replaced the main control and tested the unit. The customer stated that if they put on a timed dry cycle, they have to come in and open the door because the timer will not advance. I did confirm the customers complaint and check the voltage to the unit. Found proper voltage and polarity. I went ahead and replaced the timer due to the issue and tested the unit. "Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher error codes. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F8E4-leak. Cleared the code and continued with testing. While testing, I gained access to the drain pan and float switch and found water in the drain pan (photos). I removed the switch from the pan and removed the pan. During test mode, the unit began to leak water on the left side (photo). I pulled the unit out and found the tub not sealed properly from the manufacturer on the left side (photos). Cleaned up the water and advised the customer of my findings and demonstrated for the customer. I am ordering the tub and element and will return with all prescreened parts. "Arrived on site to inspect washer leaking water. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they have been finding small puddles of water at the bottom front just under the door. I found debris on the inner door glass and on/in the bellow that is keeping the bellow from securing when the door is closed allowing water to leak through the debris (photos). Also found the customer has a water softener system as well. I cleaned the debris from the inner glass and bellow area and I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested and the unit is operating as designed with no leaks. I advised the customer of my findings and made recommendations for use and care, as well as, detergent and fabric softener use. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. "Arrived on site for a washing machine. That is not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. Customer explained that the unit will not finish cycles and its getting stuck at the spin. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F8 E1 (long fill) and F2 E1 (UI stuck key) error codes. After clearing the error codes, I found the unit go immediately into a drain like there was water in it. I canceled that out and ran the unit back into diagnostics. I found the unit attempt to train again indicating the control was sensing water inside of the tub. I went ahead and check the pressure hose and found the pressure hose was in good shape and properly connected on both sides. I blew through the pressure hose and did not find any debris in the house. I went ahead and replaced the control and tested the unit. I found the hot and cold water valves adequately, drying in water and the unit draining properly without creating a siphoning condition. The unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete. W11603810."

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator. That is not cooling. Inspected unit and work area. Upon arrival, I found the refrigerator unplugged. I plugged in the refrigerator and found the unit turn on and attempt to cool. I found that the compressor was abnormally noisy and then shut off within 15 seconds. I gained access to the compressor and when the compressor kicked back on I found it pulling 2.5 A, before shutting off. I replaced the start device and tested the unit again. I found the same issue occurred, indicating an issue with the compressor. Ordering sealed system components and the office will need to contact the customer about a return date due to limited parts availability. Upon arrival customer stated that they unit will make a buzzing sound that gets loud on the exterior, installers broke the lower trim piece and the unit will roll forward and not allow drawers to be opened. Repositioned and leveled unit, unit has gotten significantly quieter according to the customer and unit does not roll forward any longer. "Arrived on site to replace previously diagnosed part. Upon arrival found unit in the garage and not connected to any gas or power. Replaced control (W11620686) and attempted to test unit by connecting to power only, relays would not cycle due to no gas but contractor stated that initially when hitting the start button on any cycle the unit would trip automatically. Tested bake and broil, can hear both igniters sparking, breaker does not trip. Advised to installed unit properly on a dedicated circuit and run a bake cycle to ensure issue has been resolved. Unit is now running as designed, job complete."

On arrival verified complaint of not making ice. On visual inspection found icemaker is not functioning. LED lights in the unit are dim on the refrigerator ceiling and the freezer section. Ran icemaker diagnostic and found icemaker is functioning but unit is not filling icemaker with water.Replaced ice maker water valve and verified icemaker is now filling with water icemaker should make ice in 24-48 hours unit will need LED modules W11683243 and LED board W10830288. Also thawed out a big ice ball and drain tube port, confirmed drain tube had a restriction that did not allow water through. Replaced drain tube (W10619951) and verified proper drainage, unit is now draining properly. All other components are engaging and unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."

Arrived on site for initial not powering on. Disassembled unit found inner cabinet saturated with condensation. Condensation is building on console. Replaced console unit is now working as designed. Notified customer not to use unit until external ventilation is cleaned. Notify customer ventilation is not clean next wont be covered under warranty. Job completed

Arrived on site to test unit for not heating. Found unit not receiving proper voltage. Attempted to reset breaker multiple times and was finally able to get one leg to turn on a voltage was restored. Heated unit and showed customer unit working as designed. Advised customer to have contractor replace faulty breaker. No parts replaced at this time. Job complete.

Arrived on site to test unit for no power. Found power supply wire(l1) in door harness plastic hinge encasing was sticking out and cut. Corrected wiring with butt connection and secured in plastic hinge encasing with zip ties. Unit is now working as designed. No leaks detected. No parts replaced at this time. Job complete.

Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator not making ice. Examined icemaker and found a cube stuck between the bail arm and the icemaker body. I removed the cube and tried to cycle the unit. Unit would not cycle / move even with all cubes cleared and power to unit. Ordering new ice maker assembly to resolve. Office to schedule SOP part. ; ordrng 1 W11692161 (Icemaker)

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not making ice. Upon further inspection, I found ice in the bin, but it was small in size as if the unit is not getting enough water. Customer advised that they have never replaced the water filter and the water filter indicator was lit up on the UI. I tested the ice maker and found it harvesting as designed then it filled as designed. I recommended the customer replace the water filter every six months. The unit is operating as designed. No repairs needed at this time. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. No parts replaced."
