"Arrived on site for dishwasher not starting cycle. Inspected unit and work area. Found signs on water leak from diverter. Performed diagnostics mode and found error code F6-E4 float switch, F8-E2 drain pump electrical issue and F9-E1 stuck diverter. Found test cycle not starting. Disconnected fan assembly and attempted to run test cycle and no response. Connected fan assembly and tested operation again and no response. Went to remove control to test float switch and unit started fill with water. Monitored test cycle and found unit filled then fan activated when motor should have been running. Disconnected fan motor and found wash motor activated. Reinstalled control back in housing and unit stopped running. Tested wire harness for short and found correct readings through harness. Removed control from housing and found unit started cycle. Found minor leak from vent housing. Will need to replace control, vent assembly and sump assembly.

"Arrived to inspect cooling issue. The compressor and high side discharge were hot as expected for a good sealed system and I tested the thermistors. FC was 21.58 Kohm read at the connector at the control and 13F via internal K-type(10+ degree deviation). 7.03 at board for RC and 42F with thermocouple. The sealed system appears to be intact and operating as designed and the issue is likely a failed FC thermistor due to a setting of -2. I inspected the thermistor and found the insulation clearly cut, likely from installation. I sealed the cut wire with silicone and applied heat shrink to prevent moisture incursion. I retested the thermistor and it was within 2 degrees F of the expected ohm reading. CX will contact us if there are further issues. No water connections to unit."

"Arrived on site to inspect upright freezer temps. Upon further inspection, I found the unit on and not cooling. The compressor was making a loud clanking noise. I pierced the drier and found the unit with a full charge. Compressor very hot to touch. I vacuumed the system and removed and replaced the compressor, UV dye drier and access valve and vacuumed the system. Pressures held at -30\0. Installed 4.6oz of R134a refrigerant and monitored pressures. Pressures were good at -2/110 and evaporator had a good frost pattern. No water connections to the unit, job completed. Recommended the customer allow the unit at least 24 hours to cool."

Office to contact the CX to arrange return a service and I disconnected the motor to prevent further damage. I advised the CX to not attempt use the machine and the main control will be UOR just in case, but likely not needed. "Arrived on site to inspect oven temps. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they had an inspection on their home and were told the oven temps were off approximately 50 degrees. I explained the process of testing oven temperatures and what tools are needed and not needed. Using my multimeter, I placed my thermal lead in the middle of the center rack and tested temps on Bake at 350 degrees. My preheat temps was 414 degrees.No repairs needed at this time, job completed."

Ran unit on an extension cord and heard a hum, but still could not get into control. Unplugged all sources from the control except power. Attached connectors one at a time till I found the source of the buzzing. Found motor is buzzing if unit is powered on, and will not allow the unit to run. Ordering motor and capacitor and main control, if motor failed and caused a power surge all 3 parts may be needed. Advised to have outlet checked as well. Cold water seems to be low flowing ran valve test and found hot water to face good flow but cold water to only have a slow trickle. This slow flow is likely the cause of the error. Notified home owner that due to setup (stacked in closet) two technicians will be needed.

Upon arrival I confirm the complaint but found no errors in Diagnostics after further testing I found out the top half of the door lock assembly had failed after replacing a reassembled and tested unit and found unit still not heating after further investigation I found that the high-voltage magnetron capacitor and diode had also failed replace those three parts as well then reassembled and tested unit again and found unit was fully heating as design on multiple one minute water test as well as a full 10 minute bowl of ice test.
