Arrived on site to diagnose a range that is making whooshing noises in oven. Found all is operating normally and customer is hearing gas burner lighting.

Arrived on site for a dryer making a loud noise. Upon arrival the customer stated it is a loud screech and tends to happen when there is a load in it. I tested the unit and was not able to replicate the sound. I gained access to the inside of the unit and found the felt on the front drum bearing was ripped apart and bad. This was allowing the drum to dig into the plastic bearing and physically damage it. In order to repair the unit it will need new felt and a front drum bearing. They found this would continue to happen, therefore, they unplugged the unit. The customer had the unit pulled out. Upon further inspection I found some indentions from the wheels on the ground and showed it to the customer. I put pics in SD of this. I plugged the unit back in and was able to replicate the failure. I then checked amp draw to the start device and found it ramping to 9 amps and then dropping. This indicates a bad start device. I installed a new start device and found the same issue. This indicates a compressor failure. "Arrived on site and found saved error codes F9E4, F7E Found polarity is reversed at terminal block corrected this and cleared errors and ran a diagnostic cycle and it did not get past step two and then shows F7E2 and saves F9E4 . If washer is started on a normal cycle it will show the correct time and then a few seconds after door is closed it will show eight hours and one minute and nothing happens. Sent a video to KV/service management. Spoke with techline and they recommended checking windings on motor and they check good. "Arrived to inspect door issue. I found the mullion was incorrectly molded and causing the bottom of the door to not be able to seal. I applied a straight edge to the lower mullion to lower front metal border section and found nearly a 1/4 gap. The top left hinge was bent and the metal backer and outer skin were deformed. I contacted the mfg tech line, tech JR and advised of my findings. File# 7733901022 Due to the issues of the mullion and upper left hinge, the unit has been put in for replacement. No leaks observed during service."

"Arrived onsite for SAFETY MW arced from the right side and had a burning odor present + tripped breaker and making odd noise. Upon arrival tested unit and found buzzing sound coming from high voltage parts. Found diode blown. Need to replace high voltage parts magnetron, diode, and capacitor. Call Safety team with findings. During conversation with SAFTEY, I was asked if unit is on dedicated circuit and unit is not it is in same circuit as range. Safety said that microwave must be on circuit of its own. Arrived on site for a washing machine knocking around when in spin and throwing a UE error. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and only found stored error code UE for unbalance error. I then tested the spin and agitate and found they ran as designed. I tested the suspension and found it bouncing like a ball. This indicates bad suspension rods. I gained access to the bottom of the unit and found it good. I am ordering the other three suspension rods and will return with the one on hand to install. "Arrived on site and found saved error codes F9E4, F5E1, ran diagnostic cycle and found dishwasher filled and wash motor is running but water movement from lower spray arm looks weak. Sound lower spray arm is not secured in place, after resetting it took another video and water movement is stronger. Also recommend to homeowner that water be run at the kitchen sink until it is at its hottest before starting dishwasher to get best wash results. Also recommended running a machine cleaner like washer magic to remove any sediment or buildup that could be effecting wash performance, job complete."

We used our gas leak detector and found small traces of gas coming from the orifices when not in use still. We were also able to use a lighter above the burner head and see the gas spit out while not in use. We were also able to replicate it when the gas line was shut off at the wall. The customer stated it will typically do this for a day to a day and a half after the gas is turned off. Upon further inspection I found the left side manifold had a stripped screw stuck in the valve. Reordering the left manifold to install. I called techline and spoke to Travis and received SR# 773388828 Travis stated the customer had to check gas pressure at the wall coming into the unit before any further action is taken at the wall. The customer called the gas company while on site and we will need to be on site in order to pull out the range for service. The office will need to contact the customer to coordinate and install. "Arrived onsite for Washer drum out of place states plastic rim looks shredded. Upon arrival unit is not connected to or near water connections. ran diagnostics and got F5-E1 lid switch, F7-E1 basket speed sensor fault. Inspected unit and found both rear suspension rods disconnected from outer tub. The suspension bushing were broken off. Reinstalled tub with current suspension to be able to test spin cycle. Test spin and the basket wobbles violently. Need to replace suspension, gear-case, tub ring, ring adapter both rear hinges; ordrng 2 W10461176 (Hinge)s and 1 W11222084 (Ring adapter) and 1 W11261590 (Gearcase)"

"Arrived on site to test unit for squeaking noise, customer stated that ice has been getting thin also, reviewing customer videos was able to pin point noise to recirculation pump, called tech line and presented my findings, was advised to follow service pointer W11623132, ordering new pump, OFFICE TO MAKE SURE THE MANUFACTURE DATE IS NOT BELOW APRIL OF 2022, also reservoir drain pump was making a high-pitched sound as well and will need to be replaced.
