Arrived on site for a microwave making an abnormal noise. Upon arrival the customer stated it is an intermittent issue. I tested the unit with a MW safe cup of water and could not replicate the noise. I did this several times and found the unit will stop heating randomly. Once I unplug the unit for a minute it began working again. I checked the fan and airflow. I found both good. Due to this I am ordering the mag thermostat and control to install. We will also bring back everything else to test once parts are installed. I advised the customer on getting a video of the noise for the return tech. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not advancing through cycles. Inspected in and work area. Customer advised the unit never actually does anything that starts the cycle but then within a few minutes and it turns off. Ran the units are diagnostics and found an F7 E1 (basket speed fault) error code. Ready unit through manual spinning. Found a buzz coming from the washer but the basket not actually spinning. Replace the control and tested it again. Still at the same issue. Removed the rotary switch cables from the control to verify there wasnt a rotary switch. The unit will need a new capacitor, lower harness, and or motor for repair. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator temps and over temp alarm on. Upon further inspection, I found the over temp alarm on so I cleared it. I tested temps in the FC=29 degrees and RC=53 degrees. I checked amp draw to the compressor and got .68amps. Disassembled the FC section and inspected the evaporator and found no frost pattern and a ball of ice in the upper left corner. I tested the unit in diagnostics test #10 and when the test got to sub-test 5, there was not frost pattern on the FC evaporator. I advised the customer of my findings and am ordering a sealed system repair. Ordering the compressor, UV dye drier, access valve, RC & FC evaporators, pan heater assembly, CNOTE-3 HOUR JOB and office to schedule return service. The customer provided pictures of the wheel and belt physically damaged. He also provided a video of the noise, which was a loud rattle. I gained access to the unit and found both the blower wheel and belt damaged. Upon further inspection I also found the pulley wheel excessively worn. Per the SP W11378591A we need to install the blower housing seal to help reduce the noise. "Arrived on site to inspect dryer noises. Upon further inspection, turned the unit on and immediately could hear a rattling or fast thumping noise. I disassembled the unit and found the back right roller was seized to the axle. I tested the remaining rollers and tension pulley and all were not rolling as designed. Also found the belt beginning to fray and the unit needed to be cleaned (photo-before). I removed and replaced the rollers from van stock (4581EL3001E ), tension pulley and belt. I cleaned the axles and tested the rollers and theyre rolling properly. I vacuumed the unit (photo-after) and reassembled the unit and tested. Used rollers from van stock due to rollers prescreened for today were the incorrect parts. Unit is operating as designed. No lint observed at the end of service, job completed."

Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed the customers complaint. Ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F8 E1 (low/no water detected during fill) error code. I ran through manual testing on the valves and found in test three for the hot water valve that the hot water was not entering the unit. Checked behind the unit and found the hot water valve at the wall had not been turned on. Advised customer of the issue and turned on the valve at the wall. Found water beginning to enter the unit in the washer functioning as designed. Ran through an entire Auto test and the unit ran as designed. Call complete.

I checked voltage at the wall and found it good. I checked voltage at the socket and control and found a constant 120VAC regardless if the door was open or closed. I called techline and spoke to Scott and received SR# 7733955631. I informed Scott on my findings. Scott had me ohm out several components on the unit and we found the harness bad. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator leaking water. Upon further inspection, the customer had the unit pulled out from the wall and the filter head water lines in a bucket. Customer showed me where they found water puddled on the floor in the garage behind where the unit sits and the damage to the baseboard (photo). I inspected the water line connections and found them corroded and the water line from the filter head to the water source hose was cracked/broken (photo).
