"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed part. I installed the new harness. I then followed the SP for the UI install and found the new UI died after resetting 5 times. Again, the old UI does not have this issue, but the old UI has some unresponsive buttons. I checked voltage to the UI and found it still good. I called techline and spoke to Anthony and kept the same SR# 7732991244. I advised Anthony on my findings and he is sending the issue out for review. I informed the customers that WP will reach out to the customer or our company once the review is complete. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher with water building up on the bottom when sitting idle. Upon arrival the customer stated that the unit will drain, but will slowly build up water on the bottom of the tub over time. Upon further inspection I found the water inlet inside the tub was dripping. This indicates a weeping valve. I also found the tub full of water. I manually activated the drain and found it worked as designed. I then put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error code F6E4 for float switch open. I ran a diagnostics cycle and found it ran through as designed. I installed the new valve and then tested the unit. The unit is now working as designed and no leaks were detected.

Arrived on site for a refrigerator thats not cooling either section. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed the customers complaint and found the compressor immediately kicking off as soon as the unit was plugged back in. Attempted to replace the start device with a truck stock start device. Found the unit doing the exact same thing. I took an amp draw off the compressor and found it pulling over 20 A when it did try to kick on indicating a failed compressor. Spoke to CS and was advised to put in research for all needed parts and fittings. Took measurements of all fittings and uploaded the photos with the measurements to SD-QuickPic. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator that was getting ice build up at the back of the deli drawer. I checked temps and found the FC at 7?F, the RC at 48?F, and the IB at 18?F. Upon further inspection I found the RC with several inches of ice on it. I could not visibly inspect the drain pan due to this. However, there was a sheet of ice on the bottom of the RC indicating a drain issue. I gained access to the deli drawer control and found it in good shape. I then put the unit into diagnostics mode and found all airflow components running as designed. I also ran a harvest on the IM and found it working as designed with no error codes. I then gained access to the control and ohmd out all thermistors. I found the RC thermistor read 6.49k, the FC read 19.7k, and the RC evap read 10.44k. The RC evap thermistor should read higher due to it being trapped in a block of ice. Indicating a faulty thermistor. I also checked voltage going to the thermistors and found them good. I gained access to the drain tube and found it slightly clogged. I cleared the drain tube. I am quoting the customer for the drain pan kit and RC harness. We will have to return for the repair once the unit is thawed. I informed the customer that it needs to be off for a minimum of 48-72 hours, and to place towels down for water drainage. I had the customer sign the defrost waiver.

Arrived on site for refrigerator needing previously diagnosed sealed system. Upon arrival reconfirmed issue and pulled 5.50oz of refrigerant from unit. Installed compressor dryer and access valve. Also found drier beads stuck in sealed system. Removed beads and pulled vac. Recharged system with 5.5oz of refrigerant as per manufacturing specs found no leaks and psi lvls holding at 153/5(H/L). "Arrived to inspect washer not performing well and issue with completion. The unit only had a stuck key error and no other errors stored. I cleared the error and tested via mode 51. The unit passed and no errors noted. Inspection of the rotor and gear case area revealed the agitator input shaft had over 1/4 of endplay and the gear case will require replacement. The rotor showed signs of improper engagement and will require replacement as well. The slider is of the original design and was intact, with no wear visible on the engagement teeth. No leaks observed during service. I ran my hand along the divider and could feel cold spots. I ran the unit with the condenser fan unplugged. After 5minuets I could feel a significant temperature difference along the divider, indicating the internal seal system line has moved out of position causing condensation to build up and drip on the floor. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice bin stuck in the left RC door. Upon further inspection, the customer demonstrated that the ice bin will release now, but it does not dispense ice. I removed the ice bin and inspected the ice inside and found it clumped together and wedged to where the auger cant move. Also found the auger teeth stripped and the dispenser motor shaft head stripped as well. I tested the ice dispenser door and found it not sealing properly and the ice bin door not sealing properly; both allowing warm air to go inside and cause the ice to sweat and re-freeze and clump together. Also found the right RC door gasket badly torn. I am ordering and will need authorization for the following parts...the right RC door gasket, ice bin door, ice bin, dispenser shaft, ice door, and plate and CNOTE-LSO PER CUSTOMER REQUEST and CNOTE-AUTHORIZATION. "Arrived on site to inspect washer error codes. Upon further inspection l the customer advised that the unit didnt spin out the clothing and showed error code F9E1. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error codes F9E1 & F8E1. Cleared the codes and continued with testing. The unit operated as designed until it got to the spin cycle and it failed to spin. I inspected the drain filter and it was clear. When the unit drained, the water coming out of the unit was a strong flow from the hose. I removed the air trap and found it closed off with debris. I removed the debris from the trap and drum and reinstalled it and retested and unit is operating as designed.

I found the element with burn out marks around it and not heating to full potential. I am ordering the sump/motor assembly and element and office to schedule return service. Was able to reschedule customer for 4/27/22(Wednesday) to complete repairs with new bucket. ; ordrng 1 W11185686 (Ice bucket)

"Arrived on site to test unit for no heat, tested unit found E64 error stating that something wrong heater, tested heater found shorted element and shorted hi limit, replaced element and tstat and thermal limiter as precautionary, tested unit, unit now running good with good ventilation, job complete"

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and defrost heater and defrost thermostat. Upon arrival installed required parts than reassembled and tested unit and inform customer to give unit 24 hours to stabilize temps.

Arrived on site to diagnose washer that is not starting cycles or filling with water. Tested unit and got buzzing at valves and no fill. Disconnected hoses and tested wall valves. Found no water at wall valves. Customer needs a plumber / builder to get water to washer. Call complete.

Arrived on site for Refrigerator RC and FC lights not working. Inspected unit and work area. Found FC and right top RC lights not working. Bypassed FC module and found failed FC module failed. Found SP S191AQ that will cover part and labor. Removed failed FC module and installed new. Found lights working as designed. No water leaks detected during service.

"Arrived on site to diagnose washer that is not filling with hot water. Tested unit and found no hot water entering unit due to failed valve. Cold was good. No buildup found on screens. Replaced valve and verified all is working as designed.

"Arrived on site to diagnose upright freezer that stopped cooling and cut off on customer. On arrival unit had been turned on this morning and it is freezing and cooling perfectly, but LED light is flickering. Talked with SW who confirmed Thermostat / Defrost timer are about all that can cause the unit to shut off or stick; ordrng 1 5304513033 (Thermostat) and 1 5304511137 (Light) and 1 5304518034 (Defrost Timer)"

"Arrived to inspect power issue. I verified correct voltages at he power supply and associated control boards and contacted the mfg tech line for guidance on the intermittent power issue. Mfg tech Rich. Tech advised disconnecting the pantry UI for the duration that causes the issue (3+ months.) SR# 7733508720. I unplugged the pantry control as directed by the tech. CX will monitor and see if issue is resolved, otherwise the only course of action is to systematically replace controls until the issue is resolved and it may require all. No leaks observed during service."

"Arrived to inspect SY EF code. I tested for voltage at J4, 8-9 and measured 12.33 VDC. The speed sense trigger showed 1.26 VDC and there was not a measurable pulse (HZ.) There was no apparent fan motor movement and I inspected. I verified the old fan would not start consistently and required replacement.

"Arrived on site to diagnose a range with damaged gasket and glass seal. Caulking on glass top and door seal both failing, and both will need to be replaced to complete repairs. Return date set for 5/2.; ordrng 1 W11175876 (Glass) and 1 WPW10129032 (Gasket)"

"Arrived on site for refrigerator ice maker making to much ice and loud. Inspected unit and work area. Found ice buildup around fill funnel. Advanced ice maker cycle and found heater to working and ice popping out. Found ice maker bell arm working as designed. Informed customer on noise and would need to replace ice maker assembly to correct.

Arrived on site to install previous diagnosed part. Removed door and found new door is black stainless. Removed inner door panel and installed new. Will need to return with stainless steel outer door. Office to schedule return when ETA is available. ; ordrng 1 W11354870/stainlesssteel (Stainless steel outer door) and 1 WPW10709147 (Outer door)

"Arrived on site for dishwasher not dispensing rinse aid. Inspected unit and work area. Performed diagnostics mode and found no error codes. Monitored test cycle operation. Inspected underneath unit and no signs of leaks or abnormal wear and tear. Found suds buildup in unit. Found rinse aid dispenser as designed. Spoke with customer on suds buildup. All tested good, no water leaks detected during service."

"Arrived on site for washer leaking at door bellow. Inspected unit and work. Tested unit in rinse and spin. Found suds buildup ( see SD-QUICKPIC). Found door bellow torn and drain hose in bellow clogged. Will need to replace door bellow to repair. Removed failed door bellow and installed new. Assembled unit and tested operation. All tested good, no water leaks detected during service. Spoke with customer on on soap usage with home water softener.

Arrived onsite for wall oven not reaching set temp. Upon inspection I found that the oven temp sensor was not connected properly. I corrected this and test3d unit and found that the temps were still off. I the performed a temp calibration. Ant tested unit and found that the temps are closer to set temp. Job complete.

Arrived onsite for dishwasher with broken parts. Upon inspection I found that the upper rack adjusters broken along with dispenser I am ordering both. ordrng 1 W10861000 (Dispenser) and 1 W10712395 (Adjusters)

We Arrived onsite to install previously diagnosed pats. Upon arrival we gained access to the cap. And replace it and tested unit and found unit operating as designed. No leaks found at this time.. job complete.

Arrived onsite for oven not controlling temp properly. Upon inspection I found that the main harness and control was burnt. I advised customer not to use oven anymore and ordered new harness and will return with control.

"Arrived on site to inspect wall oven display issues. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that when they use the unit, the control panel display will go from screen to screen; time/date jumps and sometimes shuts off on its own. I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked error codes and found F6E4. Also found the unit not connected to wifi. I removed and replaced the main control (F6E4 error) and assisted the customer in connecting to WiFi. Tested unit and it is operating as designed. Job completed."

"Arrived on site for refrigerator not cooling, inspected unit and work area. Tested temperatures and FC 43? & RC 45?. Tested all components,mid not see a frost pattern on evap at all. Will need a sealed system repair.
