Arrived onsite for washer not draining and found that the connector and the cap had both been knocked off. I examined the harness and it was good. "WRT112CZJB01 Arrived on site to replace faulty part. Upon arrival, customer got the doors to seal by applying heat gun carefully to fluff the gasket. Ever since first service visit, the condensation disappeared. Upon further inspection, noticed water dripping from supply vent in RC. Exposed FC evaporator cover and found ice build from initial condensation (picture attached). Defrosted ice build up. Proceeded to dry all moisture and checked for voltage to defrost heater and registers 123V. Defrost heater itself was also good. Continued to assemble parts and re checked supply vent. No more drips. No water leaks present at this time. No parts replaced."

Arrived on site for a standup freezer. That is not cooling. Inspected unit and work area. The customer had the unit unplugged with the floor open on arrival. They advised that the unit just completely stopped cooling altogether. I plug the unit in and found the unit stuck in no cool mode. I turned the cooling back on and found the compressor fire up and start running. I gave the unit about 15 minutes and found heat being found on the return line to the compressor indicating the unit was cooling. I checked the freezer and found a decent frost pattern developing on the evaporator. I did advise the customer that it appeared to be turned off on the cooling. The customer did not know how that wouldve happened but I explained that they will need to make sure that they see a green light on their control to ensure that the unit is turned on. Found all components working and operating as designed. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator thats tripping the breaker. The maintenance team moved the refrigerator to apartment 250 because it would not stop tripping. I found the unit not powered up. I powered it up and ran all test in diagnostics and cycled the icemaker. The breaker never tripped. I let it run its regular functions and it didnt trip. When getting ready to leave maintenance stated it tripped. I started testing again and the unit would trip a few seconds after it was powered on. I started isolating components and it would still trip then it stopped tripping and started working correctly again. I started checking all the harnesses and I found a pinched spot on one of the wires in the lower harness. I took a photo. I never could get the unit to trip the breaker again after moving the wire. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that is still freezing product on the shelf above the deli drawer. I tested the temp on that shelf and it was at 28 degrees. I tested the temp at the RC thermistor and it was at 37 degrees. The compressor was off but the fans were running. I tested the FC temp and it was at -4 degrees. I could feel no air leaking from the dampener but I could feel some air leaking from the side of the refrigerator between the liner and the ice container. I could not tell where the container gasket or the dispenser gasket was not sealing but I could feel air. I called techline and spoke Joe SR# 7739118565. Joe advised checking the condenser for being clogged and to check the value of the FC thermistor to make sure it is in range and not keeping the compressor running. I found the condenser clear and with just the usual dust on it. I found the voltage out of the control at 3.52VDC and the and my temperature probe reading -1 degrees. The thermocouple read 23.48k ohms. The thermistor is in range. I turned the icemaker off and asked the customer to check and see if the water container freezes now. The customer will call back and advise. Office to get with PR when the customer calls.; O-emld tckt

The customer advised that the unit has been previously leveled, but the open/close door error has come back and demonstrated how they close the door and the error comes on when pressing start. I advised the customer that, per the manufacturer, the door must be slammed or allowed to close on its own in order for the switches to be engaged properly. I pulled the unit out to replace the microwave light and while the unit was out on my oven dolly, I inspected the right side switch interlock assembly and found the switches loose and not making good contact when engaged. I removed and replaced the harness/interlock and adjusted the switches and retested. Unit is operating as designed. I reassembled the unit and placed it back in its space and retested and unit continues to operate as designed. Job completed. W11578578. W10886919"

Arrived onsite for oven powering down when set temperature is reached. On inspection I never got the unit to startup. I tested the voltage to the control board and had 123 vac but 0 vac at the regulator. In stalled a new control board and now the heats and it reached 350? and never shutdown. "Arrived on site to diagnose dishwasher with water remaining in filter area. Customer said the water smelled bad, and was not clear and seemed to come after sink usage. I examined the unit and found filter hole was filled with dirty water. I checked and found unit did have a proper high drain loop installed. I blew into the hose from the disposal side and did find resistance, indicating the check valve is working properly. Advised customer that dishwasher is working properly, and valve is not seeping. Advised to have plumbing examined because something is creating enough adverse pressure to blow past the check valve. Call completed, no parts used."

"Arrived onsite for a refrigerator to replace the previous diagnosed parts. I asked the customer if there had been any cooling issues with the refrigerator since the previous visit. The customer stated they had the receptacle replaced and there had been no cooling issues but no ice has ever been made. I checked the FC temp and found it at 23 degrees and not getting any lower. I found no defrost issues and all fans working. I ran service test 4 and could hear refrigerant spitting and stopping at times on both evaporators. There is either a leak or the dryer is getting restricted or the compressor is failing but the sealed system will require repair. I installed the door and deli UI. Use authorization K1ASAG1XPL1 . Arrived on site to test unit for unit not heating test unit and found heating element working correctly. Advised customer to use rinse aid to help with the drying job complete no parts used.

"Arrived onsite for a refrigerator thats making a loud noise. The noise is coming from the condenser fan blade hitting the bracket. I was able to get it to go quiet by making some adjustments but the bracket acts like its twisted. Need to replace the fan blade, motor, and bracket. "KUIX535HPA01 Arrived to install previously ordered parts. I discussed the issue with the customer and inspected the machine. There was a recently produced slab on the cutter grid and I could see the dripping that the customer was concerned with (images saved) and assured them this condition is common with this machine and is not a cause for concern. All functions were present and the ice that had been produced looked very good. The cleaning needed indicator had illuminated since our last visit and I advised the customer on cleaning of the machine and recommended the correct product, Affresh Ice Maker Cleaner. No leaks observed during service."

Arrived onsite for harness short due to improper installation. Repaired unit shorted wiring. All checks good. No parts used.

"Arrived on site to inspect unit for error code f8e3, shown photo by customer for intermittently spinning. Upon arrival only code stored was f0e3. Called tech line to document and get advise for further repair. Per tech line SR#7739118058 possible harness corruption that only affects unit with load, filled unit with water to simulate load and tested. Called management per management replace control and valve due to inability to test harness with load in such manner. Replaced valve and control, unit then errored out. "Arrived on site for unit not rinsing properly. Upon arrival inspected unit. Ran tests and found stored error code 0/2 over suds condition. Ran auto test and found lots of noise coming from drive. System belt is slipping on cam. Also found tub ring has failed and is loose suspension also weak. Valve seems to be operating fine. Ordering belt, cam , tub ring, and suspension . Arrived on site to install new pads. Installed pads test unit and unit test good job complete. WP8268961

On arrival verified complaint of condensate in unit. As well as ice maker noise. Ran ice maker and heard no abnormal noises. Condensation is on the center mullion. Ran heater test and had no voltage at center mullion. Checked ui and found harness not fully seated. Reconnected and checked again unit now has 14VDC at heater mullion. Let heater run and found no change. Replaced mullion and it now heats correctly. Door gaskets are sealing correctly. Job complete. Installed wp12722815AP
