Upon further inspection, I found the RC door gasket badly gapped at the lower right corner and not sealing causing condensation to build up in the RC section. The FC door is sealing good. Customer advised that the door opening position was switched during installation. Using my heat gun, I heated the gasket and shaped it and closed the door. Using my plastic putty knife and hat gun, I pressed the gasket against the chassis and heated it again to allow it to form against the chassis and door. The door is not sealed and no further gaps. I recommended that the customer leave the door close for approximately 8 hours to allow the gasket to hold its shape and continue to seal. A

I removed the bottom panel and accessed the ignitor & burner and tested. I found the ignitor arcing and igniting the burner as designed. I did find that the ignitor was badly burnt and beginning to warp away from the burner. I removed and replaced the ignitor and retested and unit is operating as designed. "Arrived to inspect circuit breaker tripping. I could not recreate the issue, but the CX was able to give a very good description of the issue. The unit would trip the breaker within 2 minutes or less, after plugging it back in. I activated all loads through service test mode and could not recreate. I removed the evaporator cover and found nothing that would directly indicate the issue. I discussed other machines that have had similar issues and the fact that replacing the evap motor cured the issue and the CX elected to have us replace the motor to prevent possibilities of filter interruption. "Arrived on site to inspect washer not spinning. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F7E1. Cleared the code and continued with testing. When the unit got to agitate, it failed. I advanced to spin and again it failed and made a loud grumbling noise. Tilted the unit back and found gearcase oil on the pulley shield, cam and all four panels. When I removed the belt, I found the shaft in the motor was loose. I attempted to spin the pulley and it failed. I removed the motor and tested again and it made the noise I heard while testing the unit. I removed and replaced the gearcase and advised the customer I would have to order the motor. Got the unit reassembled and left unplugged for safety. I am ordering the motor and scheduled return service for 05/21/22. No water leaks observed during service.; ordrng 1 W10890624 (Motor)"

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator not dispensing ice. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the ice maker in the FC section was not producing ice. When I opened the FC door I found the ice bin full of ice. I found the ice maker arm in the down position. Closed the FC door and tested temps and could not get a good reading due to having the door open too long. I tested temps in the RC=39 degrees. I advised the customer that there are possibilities that something may have kept the door from closing and allowing warm air into the FC section which would keep the ice maker from harvesting or something may have caused the IM arm to go into the off position. I recommended monitoring the ice maker and if it should stop making ice again. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect range tripping the breaker. Upon further inspection, I found the unit plugged in, but the control panel display was blank. Unplugged the unit and removed the back lower panel and inspected the terminal block. I found the neutral stub on the block loose. When I went to remove the harness from the block, I found the block cracked and the neutral wire connector was broken which is causing the unit to trip the breaker. I removed and replaced terminal block and placed a new connector on the neutral harness and re#wired the block and tested. Unit is operating as designed. Job completed."

I found there was a mass of ice within the bin and after removing it, there was still no motor movement. I manually freed the motor drive via wrenching it and after, normal operations resumed. "Arrived to inspect not heating. I found the unit heated and after testing bake, I attempted broil, not seeing the broil element heat during bake preheat as expected. The only element that heated during broil was the convection ring heater. I inspected wiring and found no issues at the control or the elements. I did find he terminal block was loose on the L1 connection and I corrected. Testing after the wiring repair and unplugging/rep lugging the unit showed it operating and heating as designed in both bake and broil. Operational test good."

Arrival confirm complaint and after further inspection found that the failure was due to the icemaker being shut off from ice building up in the bucket and hitting the switch. I also found that filter was stuck in housing due to the detaching mechanism popping out of the housing assembly. I was able to reassemble the disengagement arm and ensure that filter could seal properly and stay locked in place and be removed as needed. Found icemaker fully functioning as designed and informed customer to give unit 24 hours to fill the bucket up. Call complete

Arrived on site for refrigerator leaving moisture condensation in RC side. Upon arrival confirm complaint and after further inspection found a lot of moisture buildup both in the freezer and the fresh food side. Found temperatures on arrival were at 44 and 9?. And then found amperage to compressor is 34.5but found compressor overheating and dryer itself was cool to the touch. Found even frost pattern on evaporator coil but coil also had signs of drippage from moisture and when I would rub my finger over the ice found it all coolness would be completely wiped away and gone and not return. Called techline and spoke with Orlando sr#7733654689. Found cause of failure was due to crimped suction line in fc liner above evap coil.
