I found the pedestal top vibrating on the drain pump housing mounts and the screws were loose at the load & go. Arrived on site for refrigerator leaking water. Upon arrival confirm complaint after further inspection found at the cause of the leak was a clogged drain line in the RC. After trying to remove clog internally from RC side as well as verifying that there is no external clog near the compressor I found that because of the backfill was a collapsing drain line into the insulation. Cant not clear clog in drain due to internal liner failure. Unit will need replacement. Call complete

"Arrived to inspect oven temperature. I started the test with a K-type thermocouple placed center mass of the oven and set at 350 degrees. The unit claimed preheat at 425 and then started cycling. 332, 364, 346, 365, 337, 369. After dropping the first two temperatures, the unit averaged at 3525 degrees and I advised the CX it is working correctly and does not require adjustment. The air venturi was set wide open and I corrected. Operational test good, no gas leaks detected during service."

Arrived on site for a washing machine that is flashing an F7 E1 (tachometer missing or wrong signal). Inspected unit and work area. Confirm the customers complaint and checked underneath the unit. Found evidence of a rodent ation under the unit. I removed the actuator and found a rodents nest inside the gearcase housing. Attempted to remove the rats nest and found a mouse jump out of the gearcase housing onto myself and run underneath their dryer. I attempted to remove the rat nest but was unable to do so completely. I called whirlpool Techline and spoke to Chris SR# 7733559486. Advised that this would not be covered under whirlpools manufacture warranty due to rodent ation. He advised to make no repairs and to inform the customer of the limitations of the warranty coverage. Eid explain to the customer their situation and they need to try to remove all the hair inside of that gear case housing before continuing to run their washer. Eid explain to the customer that if there are any further issues with the unit and it was potentially caused by rodents that warranty would not cover their repair. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator leaking water and not being able to have the filter installed. Upon arrival the customer had a towel in front of the FC and it was soaked with water. I checked temps and found the RC at 38?F and the FC at 2?F. Upon further inspection I found significant ice build up around the gasket areas. Upon further inspection I found the top left hand of the FC gasket not sealing properly. I also found that the bottom of the FC had a large sheet of ice. I cleared the ice. The customer also stated that the IM will run continuously even when in the off position. I was able to replicate this. I gained access to the fill tube and found it clogged. I found no leaks in the filter housing area. Due to these issues I replaced the IM, shaped the gasket with my heat gun, and cleared out the fill tube. I advised the customer on not opening the FC door for a minimum of 4 hours in order to let the gasket to seal properly. I was able to get the filter in easily, and could not replicate an issue with this. Call complete."

Arrived on site for dishwasher not allowing door to shut correctly. Upon arrival confirmed issue. After further inspection I found door strike had bent causing door not to connect properly. Found dishwasher mounts grouted into upper granite countertop. Was able to reshapereform door strike and found dishwasher door could open and shut and allow proper cycling of dishwasher. Call complete

"Arrived on site for washer not functions, completing random cycles. Upon arrival confirmed complaint. Customer stated unit wasnt getting water in it. Found f7e4 error. Found clutchs resistance at 5 ohms, stator at 10ohms and inlet valve at 05k across all connections.called whirlpool techline and spoke with Chris sr#7733559328. After documentation of findings I found no clogs or failures in pressure hose, air trap, etc. was instructed to replace control based on findings with unit. Washer worked on clean, heavy duty, and other normal operation settings. Call complete"

Arrived on site to replace previously ordered parts for cooktop. Upon inspecting unit found igniter electrode not aligned properly causing spark to be too close to burner head. Reset electrode to proper position and all is working properly at this time and burner is lighting in less than 2 seconds. No further repairs needed.

Arrived on site to diagnose a refrigerator that is not cooling properly. Found defrost heater not fully wired and rewired it properly. Tested unit and found all is functioning properly at this time. No leaks were found at time of service.

Arrived on site for upper oven not operating unless rapid bake is used and bottom oven will heat when using normal bake mode for top. Inspected unit and work area. Per diagnostics mode and checked fault code history. Found F6-E4 miscommunication between UI and control . Checked configuration and found correct. Reset unit and tested operation. Tested unit on bake mode at 350?. Found unit heating as designed. Assisted customer connecting unit to WiFi. Spoken with customer on user care guide.

"Arrived on site for refrigerator intermittently not dispensing water. Inspected unit and and work area. Found filter indicator red. Recommend to change filter. Performed diagnostics mode and tested damper control and thermistors. Found good air flow and damper working as designed. Turned temperature up 1? and spoke with customer on air flow. Possible that water reservoir intermittently freezing. At time of service unit is working as designed, no water leaks detected during service."

Arrived on site to install previous diagnosed parts. Gained access to belt and idler pulley. Removed failed belt and pulley. Installed new and assembled and assembled unit. Tested operation and found unit working as designed. remaining on card.
