"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not making ice and water dispenser not dispensing. Upon further inspection, I tested the water dispenser and found it not dispensing. Tested the ice maker and it is harvesting but not getting water. I found the reservoir frozen due to the fan scroll not sealing at the air tower and the cold air coming off the evaporator is freezing the water in the reservoir. Using some permagum from my van stock (212643) I sealed the gap between the scroll and tower and using my steamer, I defrosted the reservoir. Retested the water dispenser and ice maker and both are operating as designed. When I opened the RC door, I found the bottom hinge making a loud squeaking noise and the RC door at the top was badly warped. I placed a grease on the hinge and it repaired the noise, but I will have to order the door. I am ordering the right RC door and nameplate and office to schedule return service. Arrived on site for washer banging around during the spin cycle. Upon arrival confirm the complaint with the customer. Found no errors in diagnostics but I did also find that the washer was sitting too low to the ground causing unit to touch the ground when filled. I also found out the further inspection that the pressure hose was kinked due to how the factory had wired in the main hardest assembly causing pressure readings to be thrown way off and unit would fill in drain in shorter intervals than it was supposed to. After re-pathing the pressure tube I reassembled and tested unit and found washer could run a full normal cycle both filling agitating and draining as designed with no failures customer also noticed that unit was much quieter and spun out much better than it had since she bought it and its pleased with the pair. "Arrived to inspect restricted filter flow. I found the unit did have severely restricted flow and with the filter removed, the issue disappeared. The filter had a large amount of cloudiness when shaken and I flushed the unit thoroughly and viewed the water with 10X power magnification and didnt see any further debris. The CX switched their whole house filtration system to bypass, allowing chlorinated city water to enter the entire water system of the unit. They will allow the water to sit for a few days and then check for debris at that time. Operational test ok, no leaks observed during service."

"Arrived on site to inspect washer noises. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit is making a grinding noise during spin cycle. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and continued with testing. I manually tested the spin mode and the unit operated as designed. Tested in automatic test mode and the unit continues to operate as designed. I tilted the unit back and removed the pulley shield, pulley and cam and found no signs of gearcase oil or any damage to the components. I explained to my customer what I found and recommended taking a video of the sound if the unit malfunctions again. I made recommendations for use and care, as well as, detergent use. Arrived on site to replace previously ordered parts for washer. Upon inspecting unit found only error saved in diagnostics was for pressure system. Tested all parts and components and found no mechanical failures to unit. Ran pressure test through diagnostics and unit passed. Home has a water softener and I advised customer that soft water will cause oversudsing and prevent the unit from registering proper waterless. No further repairs needed and no leaks were found at time of service.

Performed diagnostics mode and tested evaporator fans and ice maker operation. All tested good, no water leaks detected during service.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not working. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC=6 degrees. I found frost built up on the left side rawer rails/slides and on the evap cover. Disassembled the FC section and found an ice cube wedged in the tines of the ice maker. Removed the cube and the tines began to harvest. While harvesting, another cube got wedged in the same place as the tines were warped causing the ice to get wedged. I removed and replaced the ice maker and rested and it is operating as designed. Using my steamer, I removed the ice/frost from the evap cover and slides and tested the FC door. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Customer advised that they had recently replaced the inlet valve at the back of the unit and ever since, it leaks water and the ice maker isnt making ice. I inspected the valve and found the ice maker fill tube wasnt connected securely into the valve and was leaking when the IM called for water. Verified compressor needed to be replaced as was only pulling .2amps while running. Replaced compressor, system held vacuum for 20mins. Charged system to specs, frost pattern started to develop ideally on entire evap. Applied bubble solution to all possible exposed leak points. No refrigerant leaks at this time. Job complete."

"Arrived to inspect water fill issue. I entered service test mode and the unit had F0E3 stored. I tested within manual and automatic test modes and detected excessive noise from the gear case. I removed the rotor and discovered gear case fluid that had pooled. The unit will require a replacement gear case and due to excessive vibration in spin, the basket will require replacement as well. "Arrived on site to inspect washer tripping the breaker. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. Continued with testing and the unit is operating as designed and did not trip the breaker. Retested in diagnostics again and the unit continued to operate as designed. Tilted the unit back and inspected for gearcase oil underneath and found all parts are good and no gearcase oil. Tested voltage and got 123V. Found unit is plugged into a GFCI outlet and has a GFCI breaker. I contacted techline and spoke to Scoot and advised of the complaint and my findings. Scott had me test amp draw during spin cycle and I got 3.6amps when the unit operates on no more than 6amps. Scott recommended that the customer have an electrician check the outlet and breaker and provided SR#7732996894. I advised the customer of my testing and findings and my conversation with the manufacturer. Made recommendations for use and care as they have a water softener system, as well as, detergent use. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived on site to replace the heating element. I inspected the unit and work area. I found the model and serial number falling in the service pointer range. I inspected the heating pad lament and found it has the brass rings on It. I replaced the heating element. I ran a diagnostic cycle and found the unit working as designed. Not water leaks detected. Arrived on site to diagnose a refrigerator that doesn't register door position. Found inner liner for left hand rc door bowed preventing proper contact with door switch. Installed spacer on liner to compensate and all is working properly at this time. No water hooked up to unit.

Arrived on site for washing machine stopping mid cycle. I inspected the unit and work area. I found the lid locked and the drain pump not coming on. I tested the drain pump from the control and found it open. I gained access to the drain pump and found the harness clip damaged. I repaired the harness clip. I powered the unit on and the lid unlocked and the drain pump came on. The unit is working as designed no water leaks detected.
