Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not spinning out clothes. Inspected unit and work area. Ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F8 E1 (low/no water detected during fill) error code. Tested both valves and found both valves working properly. Filled the basket halfway up the basket and attempted to drain the unit. Found the unit draining properly. Ran the unit through an auto test and the unit ran as designed. Tested the pressure hose to make sure there were no obstructions in the hose. Found no obstructions. Tested the pressure hose by filling the unit with water and found pressure continuing to increase inside the pressure hose. I asked the customer what type of low they were running when the unit would not spin out. The customer did not remember what they were washing. I did advise the customer that it seemed like the issue was most likely with the load that they ran as they have not run any other cycle since. Advise the customer to run another cycle and call me back. She called back and said it did the same thing. Upon inspection I found the oven temp sensor reading out of range I replace it and tested again and found no change even after calibrating the temperature. Upon arrival the customer stated the noise was coming from the IM and stopped when they turned the IM off. They also found lack of cooling in the RC. I checked temps and found the FC at 6?F and the RC at 46?F. Upon further inspection I found the mullion broken and both RC gaskets torn. This was not allowing the RC doors to seal properly and letting warm air in. I also found the FC gasket not sealing properly, but it appeared to be due to over filling the FC. I found the IM frosted over and bad, indicating the need for the SP IM kit. In order to repair the unit it will need both RC gaskets, mullion, and IM repair kit. I found several parts had shipping . The shipping will be incorporated into the parts breakdown on the .

He found when he pushed it back on his own the light in the FC went out, but when he pulled it back out it would turn on. I informed the customer on the design of the reservoir and how it only holds a certain amount of water. That once it empties it will take a while for the rest of the water to cool down again. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Inspected unit and work area. Replaced the switch harness, cooktop, and regulator and tested the unit. Found the unit still had the yellow flames on all burners and the right rear burner was sputtering gas and attempting to reignite the burner on low and simmer settings. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Austin SR# 7733586863. He advised that at this point, we would need to bring a Manno meter out to test gas pressure. He advised that based on the readings, if gas pressure was within range, we would need to submit this for review. "Arrived to inspect no ice and ice maker stalling. I found the ice maker position switch had failed and I the CX and replaced it. During final assembly testing, I found the motor would intermittently stall. Further inspection revealed the wiring at the door pivot was failing and will require repair or door replacement. Found drain or recirculating pump not activating. Measured voltage to pumps and found none. Removed molex connectors and found corrosion in connection. Tested all other components and found operating. Found both pumps and sensor will need to be replaced with harness. Drain pump is under appliance express warranty. Found recirculating pump assembly on back order and informed customer. Informed customer that control may be needed to harness failure shorted control out. "Arrived on site for LG refrigerator, inspected unit and work area. CX complaint is ice-maker making loud noises. I tested ice-maker and water was overflowing because the ice tray is just old and not straight anymore from when it harvest it twisted. Also the entire assembly is broken and will need auger motor assembly along with the ice-maker. Left water pressure turn down so it can help on over spilling the water on ice tray. "Arrived on site and inspected range and found it is igniting properly. Spoke with techline to explain customers experience and they do not have any specific recommendation because it is currently working properly. Only area code saved in system shows 10 blinks and this is not a known error code. Techline discussed service pointer about needing a new temperature sensor but this is not what the customer is experiencing. Removed rear panel found two wires pinched, took picture. Redid connections and while panel was off replaced DSI board and temperature sensor. After reassembling the left oven will not ignite at all. Attempted multiple times. It also is not generating any error codes in diagnostics. "Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not cleaning dishes. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error codes F7E1. Cleared the code and continued with testing. Unit filled with water and the motor failed to come on. I advanced through testing and the dispenser, drain pump, and element all operated as designed. "Arrived on site to test unit for burning food, tested unit with temp probe found that the unit was running 10 degrees higher the probe, calibrated unit by -10, advised customer that unit can be calibrated more up to 30+- if desired, and showed how its done, unit is now calibrated and running as designed job complete"

Arrived onsite for refrigerator with ice maker not working. Upon inspection I found that the ice maker would not harvest. I installed new ice maker and tested it and found the unit was working as designed.

Arrived on site to diagnose a refrigerator that is not registering door position. Found broken wire from pantry harness repaired wiring and tested unit. Found all is functioning properly at this time and no leaks were found at time of service.

Arrived onsite for parts install and found ice had been producing healthy ice with the filter uninstalled. For this reason replaced the filter housing only and did not install the fill tube. . All checks good. Unit is now flowing properly as designed.

"Arrived on site for dryer not starting . Dryer is now starting but making loud noise starting and burning smell. Found belt and pulley failing replaced belt and pulley cleaned lint out of dryer . Tested unit all checked out sill making buzzing noise . Push to start

Arrived on site to diagnose a washer that is leaking. Found door gasket torn and replaced it. Tested unit and found all is functioning properly at this time. No leaks were found after service was performed.

"Arrived on site to test unit for not powering on, tested unit found shorted fuse, customer stated that there was a big electrical short in outlet and after that the unit would not power on, the back feed into unit caused fuse to short

"Arrived on site to test unit for gasket popping out, customer showed me what was concerning for her, stated to customer that the gasket is glued in and what she is seeing is the white liner peaking out from underneath the black gasket, customer was not aware and was worried that she would loose her medication, advised customer on all possible issues that can arise, at this time the unit is running as designed job complete"

Arrived onsite to inspect door gasket. Found unit is making good seal all the way around. Notified customer that no issues have been found at this time. Customer ordered seal based off of previous model and is not compatible. Job complete

"Arrived on site. Found unit not defrosting,ran icemaker diagnostics failed thermistor. Defrosted evaporator ohmed heater good,replaced fan motor that includes defrost thermistor,replaced icemaker power cycled unit ran diagnostics icemaker passed and filled with water.

Arrived onsite for temp concerns. Tested temps and determined that the advanced digital thermometer being used by the customer was sensitively reading air temp changes and was hi by 2 or 3f. Provided customer instruct on the design and verified temp with k type thermocouple. All checks good. Unit is now operating as designed.
