"Arrived on site to inspect washer out of balance. Upon further inspection, customer advised that the unit will start to walk when they do a large load such as a comforter. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. Continued with testing and the unit operated as designed. At the end of spin, the unit began to shake abnormally. After testing, I found the unit not level. Tilted the unit back and found gearcase oil on the rotor. I removed and replaced the gearcase & slider and leveled the unit and calibrated. Per previous techs diagnosis, I removed and replaced the filter head assembly and attempted to test but did not have a new filter nor a bypass. I used the old filter and was able to get water to dispense and the ice maker harvested and dispensed water into the tray. Customer wanted me to make sure the ice made before I left. I explained to the customer that the ice maker harvested and filled with water as designed and that the ice formation would take time. Customer advised other they would not pay for any services until ice made and requested that I remove the new part and put the old part back into,their refrigerator as they were going to purchase a new unit. I contacted the office via Skype and advised of the situation. I removed the new part and placed the old part back into t( unit and advised the customer that someone from our office would contact them. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect washer not spinning properly. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that during pin cycle the unit is very loud and banging around. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. Continued with testing and the unit operated as designed until spin mode. During spin, the unit was rocking back and forth badly. After testing. I pushed down on the basket and it popped back up but had a slight shake to it. I raised the top panel and removed the rub ring and inspected the suspension rods and found the back left rod slightly bent. Tilted the unit back and found the front left leveling leg was raised too high. I removed and replaced the suspension rods (4) and re-leveled the unit and retested. Unit is operating as designed. Made recommendations for use and care. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect range burners not getting gas. Upon further inspection, I found the gas supply turned on behind the unit. Tested the cooktop burners and oven burner and no gas came out. I found the regulator was open. I removed and replaced the regulator and retested and got the same results. Customer showed me where the gas supply/tank was and I found it to be a small campsite propane tank. Also found that none of the burner orifices have been converted to propane. Contacted techline and advised of the complaint and my findings and they recommended that the home have a large propane tank professionally installed to supply gas to the unit. Provided SR#7733107643. I advised the customer that they would need a large propane tank and to contact the manufacturer of the home to get the correct orifices that should have come with the unit. Also recommended that if they cannot get the orifices, to call the unit manufacturer and schedule service. No gas leaks detected during service and unit was left unplugged and gas supply turned off for safety. Job completed"

On arrival opened RC doors to check Temps and was able to hear the damper clacking causing the noise customer was able to hear. Jumped icemaker to test harvest. Found good power, and valve is good when jumped, but unit is not cycling. Can hear gears clacking but not moving. Provided estimate for a new icemaker and damper to resolve both issues of. "Arrived on site to inspect washer vibrating and shaking too much. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit is loud and vibrates to the point where the unit walks. Customer provided a video of the noise the unit is making in spin cycle and it sounded like metal on metal tapping noise. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F8E1. Cleared the code and continued with testing. The unit operated as designed. Tested the unit on a quick wash with 2 towels in the drum. Customer advised that the unit shakes badly when they had a small load or just a few garments. In testing with 2 towels, the unit operated as designed. I removed a towel and retested on quick wash and during spin, the unit began to shake/vibrate badly. The unit did not make the metal on metal tapping noise. I made recommendations for use and care,,as well as, detergent use as the customer has a water softener system. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect washer leaving white residue on the clothing. Upon further inspection, the customer provided some,dark colored clothing that they had washed earlier before my arrival and there is a white chalky substance on them. Customer advised that they have changed their detergent, but not the amount of detergent and not the wash selections. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. Unit is operating as designed. I contacted techline and spoke to JR and advised of the complaint and my findings. JR recommended testing the water as hard water will cause the chalkiness. Also, recommended cleaning the washer every 30 days. Provided SR#7733072878. I recommended that the customer clean the unit with a different cleaner than what theyve been using. Also, change the water temp to a warmer temperature when washing. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect washer banging around. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit makes a banging noise. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F0E5. I cleared the code and continued with testing. Unit operated as designed until the spin cycle and the unit began to make a loud screeching noise. I tilted the unit back and found no gearcase oil. Tested the unit again in manual test mode and tested the spin cycle and again it made the screeching noise. I am ordering the gearcase, cam and CNOTE-AM CALL and will return with all prescreened parts. Scheduled return service for 03/03/22. "Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher leaking water. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit leaked from the bottom of the door. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. While testing, I removed the outer door panel to observe the reservoir. I found the water splashing in the reservoir and also found the door gasket not installed correctly. I adjusted the door gasket and retested and the unit is operating as designed with no water splashing in the reservoir. I advised the customer of my findings and repairs. No water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator temps. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they recently had a power surge and the unit failed to come back on. They cycled power to the unit resetting the controls and the unit has operated properly since. Since the surge, they have found their ice cream soft on a few occasions. I tested temps in the FC=09 degrees & RC=39 degrees. I tested the unit in diagnostics test #4 and the unit operated as designed. I tested all DC voltage components and all are operating within range. I inspected the deli control and harness and both are good. I recommended that the customer keep a log of the unit in failure and contact our office if the failures continue, as I am not able to get the unit to duplicate the complaint.

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer not heating and unit is loud. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit is heating good as they recently had their vents cleaned. I tested the unit and found it making a loud vibrating noise and an intermittent squeak. I lifted the top panel and turned the unit on again and found the vibration and squeak coming from the motor area. Disassembled the unit and found the motor mount bolt loose and the tension pulley making the squeak noise. I tightened the bolt and removed and replaced the tension pulley and belt (beginning to fray) and cleaned the roller axles and inner axles on the rollers and reassembled the unit and tested. Unit is operating as designed and I demonstrated to the customer, as well. No lint observed during service, job completed."

Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not draining. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed the customers complaint and heard what sounded like something stuck in the drain pump. Removed the drain pump and found what appeared to be a sting strap for lounge pants stuck between the filter and drain pump causing the issue. Attempted to pull out as much of the string as possible but was unable to access all of it. Removed obstruction and placed the unit into a drain cycle. The unit is now working as designed. "Arrived on site for an ice maker that was not making ice and flashing the on/off with the max ice button. On arrival the unit was off and not flashing. I plugged the unit in and then ran it through diagnostics mode. I found all components running as designed. I then gained access to the control and ohmd out the harness and evap thermistor. I found them good. I let the evap cool and gas valve run long enough to verify the control read the temp values correctly. I could find no failure at the time of service. I informed the customer on my findings, and that we need to give it at least 24 hours in a stable temperature above 55?F. If the error continued I informed him we would need to get a SS technician come out to check the pressures.

"Arrived on site for an oven intermittently not working and throwing an F2E6 error code. Upon arrival the customer stated the unit was now working, but he had a picture of the error code. The picture showed the F2E6 error code on the screen for stuck key. Per the tech sheet you would replace the console for this error code. However, the console is discontinued for the unit. I gained access to the console and control. I found no physical sign of a burnout or harness damage. I informed the customer on my findings and that we could replace the console, but it is unavailable to do so. Therefore, the unit will be unrepairable.

Arrived on site for a refrigerator leaking water at the top of the unit. Upon arrival the customer showed me the unit was leaking up in the op of the RC and dripping through one of the LEDs. I removed the top cover and found that the incoming red connector to the valve was barely inserted. This was allowing it to drip a little when calling for water. I inserted it all the way and verified it was tight. I then tested the unit and found it was no longer dripping. The unit is now as designed. Call complete.
