"Arrived on site for a dishwasher that will not drain. Inspected unit and work area. Customer advised that the unit had been working fine up until recently and that when they try to drain the water out of the dishwasher, it does not drain. I attempted to drain the unit and did not find any water being sent to the sink. Gained access to the drain hose attached to the bottom of the sink and use the shop vac to remove some of the water. After starting it up, I found a big clump come through the dishwasher drain hose. I attempted to drain the dishwasher with the drain hose, detached and put in my shop vac. I found that the dishwasher was able to drain the water. I reattached the drain hose beneath the sink and tested the unit again. I found the unit working an operating as designed. I tested the unit one more time just to be sure and did find the unit feeling, recirculating, and draining as designed. Call complete. No parts were installed."

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher that will not dry dishes and is not washing dishes well. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that she knew it was wrong and that the heating element does not work. She said that the water that comes in is cold, and does not actually wash dishes well because the water is not hot enough and with the heater not heating the water, it doesnt clean. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F7 E1 (heater not heating) error code. I did find corrosion on the element indicating the element had failed. I replaced the heater element and tested the unit. I found the unit working in operating as designed with no leaks present during operation. The customer advised that at this point, she wants this unit replaced and asked her if she can contact. I informed her that she would need to contact whirlpool for anything like that. When I opened themFC door, I found frost/ice built up inside the FC section (photo). I cleared the ice/frost and cleaned up the FC section and using my heat gun, I heated the gasket and adjusted it and closed the door to test. At that time, I found the unit was not level as it rocked back and forth from front left to back right. I leveled the unit and re-heated the gasket and tested. Door is not sealing properly (photo). Arrived onsite for washer leaking. On inspection started the unit in diagnostic mode. Found water was leaking from the back left. N further inspection found that the water inlet valve was leaking from the middle inlet valve. I pulled the valve and did not seeing thing cracked or broken. I removed the rubber seats and moved them to another position in reinstalled the valve. Tested the washer and it is not leaking any more but the connector on the valve has corrosion on it from the water leak. Arrived onsite for rust on the fc door. On inspection there was rust on both side of the door below the dispenser. One of the rust spot was a hole the rusted though from the inside of the door. On further inspection I found why the water was leaking. The fill tube was closed up by sediment that had been building up and closing the fill tube hole. When the icemaker would call for water it would come out at a higher pressure and the stream of water would shoot over the ice tray and run down in to the ice bin and then out the ice dispenser down to the water tray. The tray would fill up and it would run into the inner part of the door from the corner of the tray. See pics.7739155562

Arrived on site for a wall oven that is flashing an F9E0 (Mis wired oven) error code. The customer advised that the unit showed that error message about four months ago and it sat on the screen for two weeks before going away. Advised that it worked again for maybe a week and then flashed that error code again. I ran the unit into diagnostics and confirmed that error code but also found an F1 E1 (relay board failure) error code. I checked all wiring and found all wiring was connected. I found the drain hose that connects to the water inlet port had come undone. On further inspection I found the clip that keeps the drain hose from popping out when drain pump is activated under the dishwasher. I installed the drain and the clip back on to the unit and tested it again. Talking with the customer the unit flooded the house on the 3 use of the dishwasher. "Arrived on site to inspect wall oven tripping the breaker. Upon further inspection, I found the unit display blank. I checked the breaker and found it to be a GFCI breaker and it was tripped. I cycled power to the unit and placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. I tested the components in diagnostics and the unit is operating as designed and not tripping the breaker. I tested the unit in Bake mode at 350 degrees and while testing, the builder rep arrived and advised that the unit trips the breaker when it is cooling down. Once the unit reached preheat temp, I turned it off and allowed it to cool and the unit did not fail. As a precaution, I removed and replaced the main control and retested and the unit continued to operate as designed. I attempted to contact the builder rep and left a voice message letting him know that I could not duplicate the issue and replaced the control as a precaution. It was filled with water with no signs of limestone buildup on the sides of the pan. Cleared water and triggered the switch to test. The switch is working as designed. Continued to run consumer cycle. Ran for about 30 minutes and no signs of leaks. Enter diagnostics to check errors and found F8E4 and F9E2. Cleared error. Customer will monitor unit and will take pictures and video recording if the issues occurs again. Instructed customer on how to remove kick plate and drain pan for reference. No water leaks detected at this time. No parts replaced"

"Arrived onsite for sealed system repair. On arrival tapped system and found flat. Removed manufacture dryer and installed dryer for access port. Charged system with 140 psi nitrogen. Lost 5 psi in 15 minutes. Could not locate any leaks. Called tech line for assistance. Spoke to Steve, SR#7739156327. Tech recommended increasing nitrogen to 250 psi. Was now loosing 15 psi in 5 minutes. Still could not find visible leak. Tech sent for review to engineering. Waiting on response . Used drier wpw10143759 and nitrogen."

"Arrived onsite for refrigerator not making ice. On inspection the ice maker housing temperature was 23? the fc was 12? rc was 39?. I tested the Icemaker, it passed the harvest test. It had the E2 error message on test 56,I called for water and it filled the ice tray. On further inspection found the condenser 50% clogged, I cleaned the condenser and the temperature in the icemaker housing dropped to 16? the fc dropped to 1? the rc went to 36?. On further inspection the damper is making a really bad noise in the RC every time you open the door. Ordering the damper.Customer is going to let us know if the unit starts to produce ice. ; schdld next appmnt for 5/30 THU !"

Arrived onsite for refrigerator in show room mode. On inspection found the door switch was stuck behind the toe plate. I adjusted the toe plate so the door switch would not get caught on the plate. The unit is operating as designed and no parts were installed on unit.

Arrived onsite for a dishwasher with the detergent just setting in the bottom of the machine after a cycle. I found an F4E3 and F7E1 error and found voltage to the pump and the pump not working. I replaced the pump and motor. I deleted the errors and tested the machine. All is working as designed and there were no water leaks present at the time of service. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator making loud noise when in use. Traced noise back to FC. Could hear that when the evap fan is running, there is excessive vibration noise coming through the cover. Removed cover and found the evap fan motor vibrating excessively, and noise reverberated through the panel. I replaced the fan motor and insulated the fan housing and panel. Retested and found noise was reduced to a normal level. Repair completed. Parts used - 2x W11113654, WP2315549."

I found the issue was with the connector on the capacitor and a connector repair would have sufficed, but the harness wrap had been removed and I replaced the lower harness area. The motor was not operating as expected and I replaced it and the control, including the cam and shifter to ensure integrity of the repair. No leaks observed during service."
