"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Per previous techs diagnosis, I removed and replaced the control kit consisting of the hv control and UI (in front left RC door) and tested. When Im removed the UI, I found one the connections on the control was loose and broke off. When I began testing, I found the compressor came on but the unit was not cooling. I placed my oilless gauges on the unit and found no refrigerant in the system. I tested the sealed system with nitrogen and pumped 130psi into the system and within approximately 30 mins, the high side had dropped approximately 10 psi to 120psi. Using my liquid leak detector, I checked all system connections and found no leaks. Checked the evaporators and found no leaks. I contacted techline and spoke to Bruce and advised of past repairs, repairs made today and my findings. Bruce provided SR#7733686775 and advised the unit is leaking inside the cabinet somewhere. He advised that someone from the manufacturer would contact the customer with further proceedings. I provided the SR number to my customer and advised that manufacturer would contact them within 24-48 hours with a resolution. Unit put back together and left unplugged for safety. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site for unit being loud. Tightened up some of the bulk head screws, and secured the vent hose to eliminate some of the sound. Doing that did relieve the vibration sound. Big block of ice had formed in the fresh food evaporator and would not let door close. I then found items in the freezer door causing door not to close all the way. Advised CX on how to place foods correctly. CX will have to completely defrost unit for 48 hours minimum and I show CX how to properly defrost. I also explained to CX after defrosting unit to power unit back on and let it cool for minimum of 24 hrs. Unit should start to operate as normal after these procedures have been completed. Customer advised that the unit compressor will kick on but will kick off within two seconds of attempting to run. the customer for the repair of a starting device. The customer initially the . The unit compressor began running and ran for over 10 minutes without kicking off the bus customer to get the unit at least 24 to 48 hours to go properly. Arrived on site for a washing machine that has a broken basket. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that they had another company that had come out that advised their hub was the problem but they could not remove the agitator. I did explain to the customer that it is possible that her agitator is welded onto the gear case and transmission and asked if she wanted to proceed. Customer did want to proceed. Use a crowbar and brute strength to tap to remove the agitator. Found the agitator was completely lodged onto that gearcase and could not be removed. I did advise the customer that she would need a complete rebuild on her washer and started to go over some of the components it would need. The customer then stated that she did not want to proceed with that of a repair due to the fact that she can get a new washer with a four year warranty on all parts for about the same . I did advise that she does have her tub and basket covered but the rest she would be liable for. Customer is going to buy themselves a new washer.

Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is building up ice on the bottom of the freezer section. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed the customers complaint. I found they typically use convect bake. I gained access to the back of the unit and ohmd out the sensor. It read 1.1k indicating the oven should be at room temp. However, in diagnostics mode it was showing the control reading the sensor at 121?F. I then ran a convect bake and found the burners heating even, but the convect fan never turned on. I checked voltage going to the convect fan and found none. These both indicate a faulty control. I am ordering the control and will bring back the sensor and fan to verify functionality after the control install. The screws could not be accessed and are blocking the unit from being pulled out. Unit Needs to be made accessible. Advised customer not to use until full inspection can be made to determine where the unit was leaking. Customer will contact builder for uninstall. "Arrived onsite for unit not dispensing water and door alarm not functioning properly. Upon arrival inspected unit and found water not dispensing but could hear valve actuating when Pad is depressed. Upon further inspection found when a separate tube was placed at the valve, water is being dispensed. Called tech line for assistance. Found that The water tube from the valve to the left hinge area was frozen over. According to tech the customer can try adjusting the freezer temperature 2? to try and offset the freezing line. If this does not work, tech line will have to be called again due to potential void in insulation. Provided SR#7733679905. As for the door chime, the Open door indicator will only chime if the doors are completely open. If the doors are in a shut position but not completely closed the light will turn off but the chime Will not function. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no cool. Upon further inspection, I found the UI display showing PO. I confirmed it and when I went to place the unit in diagnostics the UI went blank and the unit shut down. Moments after, the unit came back on and I was able to get it into diagnostics. I tested the fans and they are functioning. I tested the unit in test #4 and when the unit began to cool the RC section, I could smell a strong odor of refrigerant. I opened the RC doors and the odor was even stronger and the unit was not cooling. Inspected the evap motor harness and tested the thermistor and found it bad.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no cool. Upon further inspection, I found the not cooling indicator on the UI lit up. I pressed the lock and measured fill keys and turned the cooling back on and the unit began to cool as designed. Customer advised that someone may have leaned up against the unit and caused it to turn off. I provided a disclaimer written by management to my customer and they read it. I inspected the deli control and harness and both were good. I found the UI missing digits.

Arrived on site and inspected dishwasher and found standing water in tub. Found voltage to drain pump is correct but drain pump not removing water. Inspected drain pump and did not see any debris. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker leaking water. Upon further inspection, I found the ice maker turned off. Turned the IM on and it began to harvest. When the water began to fill the tray, it failed to turn off. I released the door switch and the water stopped. Removed the ice maker and unplugged it and pressed the door switch and the water continued to flow. I released the door switch and the water stopped. Cycled power to the unit and re-installed the ice maker to retested to test voltage to the valve and the ice maker would not test.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is flashing an F9 E1 (long drain) and wont unlock. Inspected you and work area. Confirmed the customers complaint and ran the unit through diagnostics. Found an F3 E3 (inlet water temperature fault), F9 E1 (long drain), and F1 E2 (motor drive module over voltage) error codes. Attempted to take the unit out of the drain or unlock the lid but was unsuccessful in doing so. Removed the pressure hose off of the control and blew through it. Found that something had been stuck inside the pressure hose potentially causing the control to think water was still in the tub. Upon removing the pressure hose off of the control, the unit continued to drain and would not stop. Power cycled the unit and found the unit doing the same thing with the pressure hose off. Went to replace the control but found that the control had not been received yet. Will return with the control and drain pump and rescheduled customer to 5/25.; schdld next appmnt for 5/25 WED !"

"Arrived on site to inspect moisture on countertop after dishwasher use. Upon further inspection, the customer provided a photo of the moisture on the countertop (photo) and they noticed it after the previous repair. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. Continued with testing and the unit operated as designed. I pulled the unit out from the cabinets and found the insulation had wet spots at approximately where the moisture was built up on the countertop, but the tub itself was dry. I retested the unit and it continued to operate as designed. I found the customers water heater is set at 150 degrees and recommended turning it down as the customer advised that the water gets too hot. I removed the outer door panel and tested again and found the vent is not functioning properly. I removed and replaced the vent and when I removed the vent, I found one of the connectors very warm. Retested and vent is now opening as designed. I recommended the customer monitor the unit and should the moisture come back to call it in for service. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site for a cooktop not igniting properly. Upon arrival the customer walked me through the issues. The right two burners would continue to click even when it has already ignited. Then the back left burner would not click at all. I gained access to the harness and swapped the middle igniter onto the back left spark module. I found the back left spark module still not clicking. This indicates a bad back left burner spark module. I also found the switch harness and front right orifice holder bad. W arrived on site for refrigerator not making ice. Upon arrival confirmed issue and found ice bin completely empty but temperatures in both departments were at zero38. Then found that during five icemaker harvest test the icemaker is getting the proper voltage but the motor is stuck and not rotating around. Is able to replace the icemaker reassembled and tested unit and found a good harvest and fill as desired with no leaks and inform customer to give unit 24 to 48 hours to fill the bucket back up with ice. Arrived on site for a dryer with a stuck power button. Accessed the console and found the button jammed. Corrected the button and it began working as designed

"Arrived on site for a gas dryer letting off a gas smell. Upon arrival the customer stated they had a out and he found the gas leak coming from the dryer. They also stated the unit was on propane. I used my gas leak detector on the gas line and cold not detect any leak. However, I could smell a faint amount of propane. Once I gained access to the valve assembly I found a much stronger smell of propane, but my leak detector still could not pick up anything. I called techline and spoke to Bruce and received SR# 7733680613. I informed him of my findings, and Bruce recommended replacing the valve assembly. He transferred me to safety and I spoke to David and received the safety file SR# 7733622744. I the customer on the valve assembly and LP conversion kit at 94.92 and 05.75 for service/. I informed the customer that we could not do the conversion, and they would have to get a certified for the LP conversion kit installation. The customer any repair. I left the unit unplugged and the gas at the wall turned off. No fee due to being covered by WP. Call complete."

Arrived onsite and called tech line again for ongoing moisture build up on the horizontal freezer mullion. Spoke with Andy at techline who instructed on a test to determine if the mullion portion of the cabinet was transferring heat properly. Found mullion warped and not transferring heat well in the portion of the mullion where the warp and poor heat transfer are. Documented with Aiden at techline on second phone call after verifying problem.

Arrived onsite and found unit with some moisture on the outside of the freezer seal. Heat treated gasket and turned mullion heater to 100% operating time. Unit is now operating as designed. Gasket are sealing well. All checks good.

Arrived onsite and replaced the motor and impeller and spacer. Unit is now operating as designed. Advised customer on repair. All checks good. Unit is now operating as designed.

Arrived on site for dishwasher leaking from underneath. Upon arrival tested unit. While testing found unit would immediately start leaking from underneath sump and motor. Recommend replacing sump and motor assembly. Replaced sump and motor. Tested unit and unit is no longer leaking. Unit is functioning properly. Customer requested to leave unit out so that a fan can be placed do dry out area due to leaking. Instructed customer how to re install unit. Job complete

Arrived onsite for heating irregularities and found the valve coils overheating and dysfunctional. 08 for valve assembly and pulley and belt. Performed repair. All checks good. Unit is now operating as designed.

Arrived on site for dryer leaking when in use. Upon arrival inspected unit. Found the unit had not been installed properly. There is no drain line connected to the unit so the water is leaking on the floor. Inspected area and found installation area not plumbed for current unit. There is not a drain pipe near the installation area. Customer would need to possibly route electrical or plumbing to allow for proper installation or replace unit with front drawer drain drawer. Only charged service visit.

Arrived On site for washer not completing cycle. Upon arrival found standing water in unit. Ran test and confirm laundering error code9/1. Unit would not drain. Disassembled unit and access drain pump and filter and unit was clogged. Cleared unit and tested. Unit is now functioning properly.

Arrived onsite for Noise Complaints . Upon arrival unit was operating with no unusual sounds. Rand diagnostics to force each component to energize to try and duplicate the noise. Could not duplicate the sound. Called techline for assistance. Tech determined that all sounds that the unit is making are normal operating sounds. Customer stated that he has not noticed the loud noise in several days and he will monitor unit. Tech gave SR# 7733680035. Job complete

"Arrived onsite for range-has power wont turn on. Upon arrival inspected unit and did not have voltage at supply. Found breaker was tripped. Prior to flipping breaker, Inspected terminal black and wiring harness, all wires are good and secured. Restored power and test all burners and all operate as designed. Test oven by preheating oven to 350. Unit reached 350, then watched element cycle up and down 4 times. Unit is operating as designed. Cannot determine cause of breaker tripping at this time. Job complete"

Arrived onsite for dishwasher with ui not responding. I check voltage into control and found 120vac voltage out to ui was 14dc. Check for and grounded loads and found that there was none.

At onsite for work not draining properly. Upon inspection I found code f8e3 over suds condition. I then ran unit in diagnostics mode and found that the unit is operating as designed. I advised customer to use less detergent then she uses Already to help with the performance of the machine and prevent the issue from occurring again.job complete

Arrived on site to test unit for not completing wash cycles. Customer stated it happens when washing larger sheets. Found no stored error codes. Ran multiple diagnostics and unable to replicate issue or find what is going on. Spoke with tech line and found unit is working as designed. No repairs currently recommended. No leaks detected. Arrived on site to perform sealed system repair. Replaced compressor and soldered leak on evap. Steam held vacuum for 30mins. Charged system to specs and no leaks detected using bubble solution. Evap started to develop nice frost pattern. Advised customer to allow a minimum of 24hrs for unit to reach set temps. Job complete.

Arrived on site to install a previously diagnosed parts. I installed the new lid and then tested the unit. The unit is now locking and working as designed. Call complete.
