"Arrived on site for dryer taking to long to dry. Upon arrival confirmed issue. After further inspection I found no kinks, breaks, clogs, or other failures within heating hardware, stats, fuses and timer and exhaust hose. Found exhaust blower working as designed with great airflow.. call techline and spoke with Austin Sr# 7733996366. I also used test kit on dryer when it was connected to exhaust vs disconnected. When disconnected unit worked as designed with an average of 143 degrees of heat. When connected test kit would immediately go into the red indicating unit still had a clog with home exhaust. Recommend to customer to have dry vent cleaning company back out to double check vent from end to end. Also recommended looking into haveing construction crew redirect vent through exterior wall of home that dryer is next to. Unit functioning as designed and Techline stated no further repairs to be done. Call complete"

Upon arrival confirm complaint and customer provided photos of some of the clothing and articles of bedding showing signs that unit was not being fully submerged when filled. Entered diagnostics found no error codes but after disassembly of unit found slight clog in the pressure air trap assembly. After a removing clog I reassembled a test unit and found the unit was functioning as designed and also went over previous instruct with customer over settings and how washer is the function due to pre-manufactured settings within main control. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator fan hitting ice. Upon further inspection, I found the FC evap fan making a rattling noise as if it were hitting ice. I disassembled the FC section and removed the evap cover to find a block of ice on the evaporator equivalent to a defrost issue. I found a service bulletin through the manufacturer regarding the placement of the defrost thermistor. I found the thermistor in the wrong position and corrected per service bulletin. Using my steamer, I removed the ice and monitored cooling and found the evaporator with a good frost pattern. Tested the defrost element and it is showing 40ohms and 120V. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Customer advised that when they close the RC door, the FC door pops open and doesnt always close. I advised of this air tunnel from the FC to the RC sections that when the doors are closed it will push the air pressure to the other cabinet. I found the unit not leveled and corrected it then found the unit tilts to the right side due to the floors not being level. Using manufacturer approved silicone, I sealed the gaps in the liner/cabinet. Tested unit and it is operating as designed. No water connections to the unit, job completed."

Ran manual test and both hot and cold valves operate correctly. When operating a normal cycle onHot water fill starts off cold and then just remains warm to he touch. Called techline for assistance. Tech stated that on this cycle the hottest the water will get is just warm enough to breakdown detergent. Ran a user fast cycle and heavy duty. Found door unlocking on both completed cycles. After disassembly of unit I verified air trap, drain, hoses all clear of debri. Found tub bearings starting to fail causing oil/water pressure leak behind tub asm.found entire tub asm starting to fail leading to electrical feedback failures at sensors and mcu. Cant reliably repair unit without replacing further components in order to properly test unit for further issues. Will need findings reported to ahs. "Arrived on site for dryer rattling when turned on. Upon arrival confirmed issue. After disassembly of unit I found all rolllers, idler, motor, blower wheel all functioning within specs. I found element and housing securely in place. I then found cause of noise was the drum, outter frame both expanding/warping and causing unit to rattle excessively. Tg has videos of failures. Cant confirmed bulkheads are functioning due to frame and drum failure. Tried reshaping both but results came back one heat was applied causing unit to warp/bow again. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator fresh foods section not cooling. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC=0 degrees and RC=57 degrees. I disassembled the RC section and removed the RC evap fan cover and found the fan not operating and the thermistor in the correct spot on the suction line. I tested the thermistor and it is reading 68 degrees but it is engulfed in ice/frost. I measured temps at the thermistor and its reading 19 degrees. I removed and replaced the evap,cover and tested the unit in diagnostics test #40 and the unit is operating as designed. Reassembled the RC section and monitored cooling and the unit is cooling as designed. I found both RC door gaskets are torn and am ordering both gaskets and scheduled return service for 07/05/22. I did however find that after speaking with service management, washer is possibly leaking water from detergent dispenser and not sealing properly to the top cabinet portion of the washer causing moisture to leak out at different points in the cycle and rusting top portion of cabinet leading to dispenser vibrating to much and release more water from dispenser.
