Tested each individual burner and all burners are functioning as designed cannot find any issues with the unit at this time. explain to customer that spill overs while cooking as well as liquid cleaners can cause igniters to temporarily fail but once dry it out they usually resume functionality. Customer stated this was a one time occurrence but has used unit since without issue.

I checked voltage at the wall and found it good. I then plugged the unit in and found the unit instantly started making a vibrating noise, and the UI was unresponsive. I gained access to the bottom of the unit and found the noise was coming from the drain pump. I unplugged the unit and unplugged the drain connector. Cleared the code and inspected the terminal block harness and it was good. Tested the sensor and it was at 1126kohms. Tested the unit on Bake at 340 degrees and the unit heated as designed. At preheat, my reading was 374 degrees and the peak temp reached 386 degrees and unit never showed any further error codes.
