The unit had difficulty engaging the clutch in spin mode and I further inspected. Oil had leaked out of the lower gear case seal and the inner driveshaft was noticeably stiff, compared to expected. The unit will require a gear case. No leaks observed during service. Office to contact the CX to arrange return service. I gained access to the inside of the unit and found the pressure tube clogged. I then ohmd out the drain pump and found it open. I inspected the gear case and found no signs of wear or oil. In order to repair the unit it will need a new drain pump and pressure hose. E the customer for both parts at 953 and 2555 for service. The total coming to 3771 after . The customer accepted. "Arrived on site for a cooktop with the blower fan constantly running even when set off. Upon arrival the customer had the unit unplugged, and as soon as I plugged it in the blower came on. I unplugged the unit and checked polarity at the wall and found it good. I then gained access to the blower switch and found it reading properly when openclosed. Upon further inspection I found the black wire going to the blower switch and spliced into the back left burner switch cut off at the connector from the burner switch. Which is possibly causing a short. Due to this the unit will need a new harness to be repaired. I found the wire harness discontinued. I informed the customer on my findings and recommended not using the unit. Call complete.; ordrng 1 4381636 (Wire Harness)"

Test ice maker and icemaker harvested correctly just not receiving water. Getting 120v to valve,but valve not energizing. Tested water valve and got OL, with no resistance. Need to replace water valve. In stalled new handle and replaced water valve. Test icemaker again and now receiving water during harvest test. Upon completion of repair found solenoid to change ice from cubed to crushed is not operating. Checked voltage and receiving 120 when call to change ice type is made. Also found ice bin control arm is bent, tried to bend back in place but will need to replace. Ordering control arm and solenoid. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no cool. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC= -5 degrees & RC=72 degrees. I found there is no airflow to the RC section as the FC evap fan is not operating. Eisassembled the FC section and tapped the fan and it came on, but was badly pulsating. I tested voltage to the fan at the molex and its getting correct VDC. Customer pointed out that they replaced the door gaskets and I found theyre badly gapped. I attempted to shape them with my heat gun, but nothing changed. I recommended replacing them and the customer is going to contact the manufacturer where they purchased them. E the customer 3995 for service fees and 3830 for the control and fan motor for a total including 8467. Customer agreed to the repair and the s of 1554 with CC (1554 # 34WUF9) leaving a of 695 I am ordering the main control and will return with all prescreened parts. No water leaks observed during service."

"Arrived to inspect noise. The CX described an issue where the previous noise prior to the repair, reoccurred approximately one week after the repair. The CX unplugged the unit for several days and I could see evidence of FC evaporator defrost within the condensate pan. I tested the circuit and the element and bimetal both proved to be closed circuits when tested from the control, but the control listed the bimetal as open in mode 6. E the CX for the control and tested. All functions returned to the unit and it defrosted in mode 6 and designed. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service. Control 2994 +. 3727 # 3HC4W4"

When I pulled the unit out, I found a large area that had oxidized on the back panel and a spot approximately 1 inch by 2 inches that was rusted through the panel. The customer advised that the unit wont drain at the end of the wash cycle but it will drain when pressing the cancel key. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F9E Cleared the code and continued with testing. The unit operated as designed. Following the tech sheet, I removed and replaced the drain pump and retested and the unit continued to operate as designed. I advised the customer of my repairs. Arrived on site for a washing machine that is flashing mobile error codes and is not spinning out clothes. Inspected unit and work area. Randy diagnostics and found an F9 E1 (long drain) and F0 E2 (oversuds) error codes. I power cycle the unit and found the drain pump immediately kicking on but barely draining at all. The unit sounded like something was stuck in the filter. Remove the filter and found a sock and a piece of paper stuck in the drain pump filter. Remove the obstructions and reassemble the unit. Tested the unit and the unit began to work and operate as designed. Went over user care guide. Call complete.

"Arrived to inspect icing in FC. I found the door mis-molded, not securing the gasket and allowing air to circulate through the FC, creating ice and frost throughout. The lower lip of the liner in the door is the cause of the issue and allows the gasket approximately 34 of variance, which allows air to exit the cabinet. The top left of the door is bowed out and was allowing air to leak in, due to the gasket not able to contact the cabinet. I advised the CX that the unit will require the FC door and a gasket will not fix the issue. I made a temporary repair to the door and due to the cost of a replacement door (5622) the CX will contact the mfg to see if they will cover the door. I contacted the mfg tech line and inquired about coverage due to it being the liner within the door and the tech said it is likely not and that the trade care team or customer service will have to verify if there is coverage. File# 773358461 No leaks observed during service. +. 1554 # TWCCWF"
