Arrived on site for refrigerator dispensing water slowly. Upon arrival customer stated that the dispenser issue was fine and that water was coming out as designed and that their complaint was that the switch lever that you activate the water with was sometimes sticking and not operating back-and-forth as it should and after further inspection found that there was a warped mounting area around the water dispenser switch on the ice door separator mold and after trying to re-position switch found that it would continuously pop out of the locking mechanism. Was able to reschedule customer for April 8 of 2022 on a Friday to complete repairs with new ice dispenser switch as well as ice door separator housing.; ordrng 1 W11204892 (Ice door separator) and 1 W11087492 (Switch) and 1 Cnote (Customer request sooner apt. If another day opens up before 4/8/22)

Arrived onsite for FC freezing and RC not cooling. Upon arrival found lots of frost and frozen condensation. Spoke with tenant and he said that the freezer was stuffed with product. Customer will keep an eye on unit and not cover vents.

Upon further inspection, customer advised that the unit was recently cleaned and they found the turntable shaft not seating correctly. After further inspection, I found the shaft was damaged and I replaced it and tested the unit. The customer advised that the unit is making an odd noise also. While testing, I could hear what sounded like the heating components making the louder than normal noise. I pulled the unit out onto my oven dolly and inspected the components and found no abnormal issues. Retested the microwave and could no longer hear the noise. Placed the unit back in its space and retested and did not hear the noise, nor did the customer. Other than replacing the shaft, no other repairs needed. Job completed."

Arrived on site for dryer taking too long to dry clothes. Upon arrival found no errors and diagnostics and found a stable power supply coming from outlet to unit and being distributed evenly through unit and all components. After further testing found no signs of clogging through the exhaust going straight out of the house or inside of the dryer and found temperature fluctuations functioning within manufacture specs. I did find however that due to the washer failures the dryer is having a much hard time trying to dry the clothes. I recommended to customer that we make the repairs needed to washer in order to ensure the dryer functions of peak performance. Call complete

Replaced the dye dryer and put the unit under a vacuum. Could hear a hissing sound coming from the refrigerator section and the unit would not get into a full vacuum. Opened up the evaporator cover and found the hissing coming from within the cabinet at the Capilary tube. Found both capillary tube and return line rusted over. Went to try to wiggle the capillary tube to see more of what was going on and heard the capillary tube open up even more and let more air back into the system. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Robert SR# 7733242849. He had me sending a photo of the issue. He advised that based on the information, the unit would be non-repairable and to let the customer know that they would be contacted within the next 5 business days. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for unit not drying very well. Tenant sad that they wouldve to use it 3 or 4 times to get things dry. Looked at the unit and found that the dryer vent tube and ventilation for the dryer was clogged up and causing the unit to not heat or dry really well. Left the home owner a message and let the tenant know that the ventilation needs to be cleaned by some one else or be they may be charged if we return for the same issue and it has not been cleaned as per recommendation. "Arrived outside for a refrigerator thats not cooling and is having ice melting. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed the customers complaint and found a defrost issue in the freezer section but no defrost issue in the refrigerator compartment. I tested the evaporator fan in the freezer section and found that it would not come on. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Orlando SR# 7733237727. He advised at the unit has a no issue for the freezer evaporator pans causing the power outage issues and new prost issues. He advice to replace the freezer evaporator fan and they call back if further issues persist. When I went to disassemble the freezer evaporator cover, found ice buildup on both sides of the Styrofoam cover. Attempted to defrost part of it but found the cover completely iced over and unwilling to budge.Spoke to CS and was advised to also run through checks on the defrost heater and return based on known issues. Found the defrost bimetal closed and the heater kicking on when putting it into a force defrost. When I went to reassemble the unit, one of the slide rails fell and broke the door switch underneath in the freezer section. Ordering the door switch and will return with the FC evaporator fan assembly, and UI once the refrigerator is completely thawed. Rescheduled customer to 3/28.; ordrng 1 W11291142 (Door switch)"

"Arrived onsite for unit with power,but not operating. Upon arrival unit just clicks. Checked voltage got 120v from supply to control. Called tech line for assistance. Tech had me ohm drain pump and got resistance of 80. Found water in outer tub. Drain pump is receiving voltage but not operating. Tech recommended replacement of Drain pump. Tech gave Sr#7733242795 . Ordering drain pump and line filter just in case and bringing back control and panel just in case. Customer is requesting us to return asap. Arrived on site for oven not heating . Checked all connections all checked normal. Ran preheat bake element igniting. Getting correct amp on igniter . Ran preheat to 350. All checked normal. Couldnt duplicate issue .

Arrived on site for microwave not allowing unit to heat or function wants to start button is pressed and causing a door open and shut air. Upon arrival confirm complaint and found the upper portion of the interlock assembly failing. Ive been installed the new in your life assembly kit reassembled and tested the unit and found microwave fully functioning as designed. Call complete

Arrived onsite for dryer making noise when in use and not drying well. Upon arrival tested unit. Noise was apparent. Disassembled unit and found roller bearings and belt worn. Replaced bearings (4) and belt. Unit is heating. Recommended customer have external ventilation cleaned to reduce longer dry times. Tested unit and unit is functioning properly. Customer tested and approved. Job complete
