Arrived onsite for an ice machine not producing ice. I found the compressor not pumping and the evaporator building very little ice. I found the system low on refrigerant. I replaced the compressor and evaporator. I vacuumed the system and had a high side leak. I found the new evaporator leaking where the cap tub entered it. I repaired the leak and vacuumed the system. I charged the system with 6.2 ozs of R134A. I tested the ice machine and found it working as designed. The customer has a generic drain pump on the ice machine that does not kill the power to the ice machine if the pump fails. I explained to the manager that this can be a flood hazard. "WED6605MC0 Arrived to inspect vibration and noise. Starting the unit revealed a loud vibration, that was fast, like a blower rotation. I found the blower wheel had lint stuck in only a few vanes and that was creating an off-balance condition and resultant noise. After correcting the issue and reassembly, I find the noise resolved and the unit operated, cycled and heated as designed."

"KMBD104GSS01 Arrived to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I removed and replaced the left switch assembly and found the issue with the incorrectly operating door was due to flex of the microwave body. Loosening of the chassis screws allowed re-squaring of the machine, in turn, correcting the door opening issue. After tightening the screws back down, the sue was resolved. Operational test good."

Arrived on site for a wall oven. That is flashing an F3 zero indicating an open or a shorted temperature sensor. I did confirm the customers complaint in diagnostics. I replaced the oven thermostat and tested the unit on a 350?F bake cycle. Found the unit taking over 25 minutes to preheat. I tested the broiler element and found the bro element not working. I remove the unit from the wall and found the boiler element connector was not properly sealed onto the broiler element. Reattach the wire and reassembled the unit. Tested the unit again and the unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not making ice. Upon further inspection, the customer advised the ice maker was working good, but now the water dispenser doesnt work. I tested the dispenser and could hear the valve opening and humming. I gained access to the reservoir behind the RC evap cover and found the reservoir frozen due to the fan scroll not sealing properly and allowing cold air from the RC evaporator to leak and hit the reservoir. Using my steamer, I heated the reservoir and defrosted it and tested the water dispenser and it is operating as designed. Using some permagum from my van stock (212643), I adjusted he fan scroll and placed a bead of permagum around the top and sides of the scroll to seal off the air gap (photo). I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the RC fan and found no air leaks in the scroll. Reassembled the RC section and tested the ice maker and found it harvested but no water dispensed. Removed other ice maker cover and found the fill tube frozen and removed the ice from the tube and retested. Ice maker is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

The customer advised they do not feel safe with this type and I advised it is a different type of ignition, that does not sense the presence of flame, nor position of the burner knob, but it was operating as designed. "KBSD602ESS01 Arrived to inspect no ice. I found the FC at -4 and there was ice within the ice maker mold. The IDI system was malfunctioning and there was no emitter operation. I verified power to both IDI boards and found several of the connectors not fully making contact. I corrected the connector issue and retested, still finding no emitter operation. Removing and replacing the recently replaced IDI boards corrected the issue and I suspect the intermittent connections of the harness connectors as the root cause of failure, due to intermittent line VAC. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service. Warranty applied to service."

Arrived on site for a washing machine. That is not starting cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised they cant get the unit to do anything at all. I found the lights come up and display when you push the start button nothing was happening. I ran the unit into diagnostics and could not get the start button to activate any testing or activate error code entries. I went ahead and replaced the control and checked all my loads. Found all components within range. I tested the unit in an auto test and the unit began to work and operate as designed. I test the unit in a normal wash cycle and found the unit starting to spin and fill with water. The unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not dispensing water very well. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that shes only had this unit for six weeks and that they have never been able to get the water to dispense at a good rate. I confirmed the customers complaint And removed the filter. I used a bypass To test the water without the filter and found similar water flow. I checked behind the unit and found that the unit was on a copper tube with a twist handle. I twisted the handle and test the unit with the unit pulled out. Found water flow coming through the unit. I pushed the unit back and tested it again. Found little water flow. I found that the waterline coming from the back was causing the fill tube to bend and pension. Self shot. Whenever the unit was pushed back in place. See photo. I advised the customer that they will need to figure out an alternative waterline situation due to the inability to push the unit back properly. The unit is working an operating as designed. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for a range with a damaged cooktop. Upon arrival I found this to be turned but I didnt find any evidence of a impact to the top. I replaced the cooktop and tested the unit and found unit operating as designed

Arrived onsite to install previously ordered parts. Upon arrival I installed the new module and found the unit operating as designed

"Arrived on site for a washing machine. That is not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer stated that after the previous repair, they have had multiple loads not finish out the spin cycle. They advise they have had certain loads finish but that its not as consistent as it used to be. I checked the suspension and found the suspension was good. Around the unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. I ran the unit through an auto test and found the unit working in operating as designed. I did find the washer unlevel and leaning up against the back panel, potentially contributing towards off-balance issues. I adjust the feet on the washer and tested the unit. Found the unit working and operating as designed. The customer then stated that theyve only had four loads go off balance, but one of them was a set of towels, and another set of sheets. I did advise the customer that their unit will go off balance from time to time due to unbalanced loading. I advised her that light loads and bulky loads will have more likelihood of that happening. I did advise her that if she has any problems with her washer, to run a normal wash load of clothes, and if the unit finishes out the cycle, it wouldve been an issue with the previous load. The unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete."

Arrived on site for dryer not heating. Upon arrival found dryer element grounded but other stats and fuses working as designed. Replaced element and found dryer working as designed. Call complete

Arrived on site to inspect unit for dents on door. Upon closer inspection found new door had worse dent then the original. Will need to order new door and return. Office to reschedule. ; ordrng 1 W11575716 (RC door)

"Arrived on site for not making ice. Upon arrival, inspected unit. Ice maker mold is free of ice and water. Ran ice harvest test and will not respond. Confirmed 120v to icemaker. Need to replace icemaker. Replaced icemaker and bail arm. Test unit and unit harvested and called for water correctly. No leaks present at this time. Job complete"

"Arrived on site to inspect venthood noises. Upon further inspection, I tested the unit and found the damper door going outside is rattling and advised the customer that the builder would need to address that issue. I continued to test the unit and could hear a random rattle noise intermittently when I would turn the blower off. I am ordering the blower and office to schedule with ticket #406224 once all parts arrive. ; O-emld tckt"

Arrived on site to test unit for upper rack not coming all the way out. Found adjuster on right side wheel not sitting in the track making rack not come all the way out. Secured the wheel correctly in to the track test unit and unit test good Job complete

"Arrived onsite for dishwasher not working. On inspection found 4 errors F5E3,F4E3,F7E1,FE ran diagnostics cycle and the water did not get pumped through the spray arms. Installed new pump and reran diagnostic cycle and the unit completed the diagnostics with no issues and the heating element was 7.4amps. No water leaks detected during service."

Arrived on site for dishwasher to turning on. Upon arrival confirmed failure. Found 120vac from terminal to ACU but ACU not send8 g any power to ui. Replaced ACU and tested unit. Found no leaks and dishwasher working as designed. Call complete
