Upon arrival confirm complaint and during a diagnostic check the only thing I could see that would appear was a UT error. Found a short in ui panel. Installed new panel but found same results as prior. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no cool. Upon further inspection, I found the air ducts clogged with ice. I disassembled the FC section and found the evaporator engulfed in ice/frost due to the unit not defrosting properly. I tested the defrost element and it is good. I tested the unit defrost and the control failed to provide voltage to the element. I removed and replaced the main control and removed the ice/frost from the evaporator and tested. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no cool. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC=-1 degree and RC=57 degrees. Customer advised that they can hear a loud rattling noise coming from the unit. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the RC & FC fans and found that the RC fan is making the noise. I removed the lower crisper drawer and found ice built up on the RC evaporator & cover. I pulled the unit out and inspected the drain tube at the back of the unit and there was no air gap. I sealed it with silicone to avoid a gap in the future. Also found the right RC door gasket is badly torn; ordrng 1 W10917313 (Rt RC door gasket)"

Arrived on site for microwave not redirecting all steam given off from items created from liquids cooked on range. Find arrival confirm complaint with customer. After further inspection found that vent assembly within microwave was able to hold a paper towel firmly to the exhaust vent when vent motor was set to low and high settings. Also found that unit had no external exhaust to cabinets and motor had been redirected as designed by manufacturer to vent things from cooktop to the top front of the microwave. Called whirlpool techline and spoke with Adrian sr#7733155663. Was instructed at this time that vent assembly built within microwave is functioning as designed per manufacture specs. Was also instructed that at this time microwave discoloration on the UI panel as well as door were out of cosmetic warranty period. Customer to contact Whirlpool for further assistance regarding UI panel endure discoloration. Arrived on site for dishwasher not turning on. upon arrival confirmed complaint. After further testing I that the dishwasher was wired into a light switch on top of the cabinet above the dishwasher that would cut power to the unit as a safety feature if the light switch is turned off. Once restoring power to the unit I also found that the hot water connection to the dishwasher was also turned off and turned it back on to verify there are no leaks between the cut off and the dishwasher itself. I didnt try to run a fill agitation and drain cycle but during the test I found that although the motor and the drain pump motor were both receiving 120 V when designated both of them had internal bad bearings and were not zooming to the manufacturer specifications and failing to circulate the water through the tub or drain it out. Was able to reschedule with the customer to come back on March 16 of 2022 on a Wednesday to complete repairs with new motor and drain pumps. ; ordrng 1 A00126401 (Drain motor) and 1 5304519906 (Motor asm)

"Arrived on site for dryer not turning on. Upon arrival confirmed issue. Found pts, door switch, and all heating hardware functioning within manufacturing specs. After further testing I found terminal block receiving 30-60v on L1(black wire) . After resetting breaker I found intermittent 30-120v connection to still coming from L1 side and allowing unit to turn on only if power cord prongs wher held a certain way in outlet. Instructed customer at this time an electrician is needed to verify to integrity of outlet internally and instructed them on a dvc as well as contacting us if any new issues arise. Call complete"

Arrived on site for washer leaking water through the door. Upon arrival confirmed issue but found no errorcodes. I then found that the cause of the leak through the door was due to a warped door bellow. After replacing the Bellow I reassembled and tested the unit and made sure to fill the tub as full as it could without resetting the pressure switch to verify that unit could hold water without any leaks. Unit is now functioning as designed I then instructed customer on the best ways to maintain bellow to prevent further issues.

I found the unit plugged in under the sink and there is a switch panel on the wall above the sink. I turned the switches on and a light above the sink came on and the disposal came on. When the disposal came on, the dishwasher powered on as well. I tested the unit in diagnostics, showing no error codes, and it operated as designed. I recommended that the customer have an electrician inspect the outlet for improper wiring. No mechanical issues with the unit. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived on site for refrigerator not cooling properly. Upon arrival confirm complaint and after further inspection found that the unit had a defrost issue not allowing the unit to melt all the ice on the freezer evaporator. After further testing found that the failures were caused between the defrost timer as well as the defrost thermostat. I replaced both required parts reassembled and test of the unit and found freezer fully functioning as designed and informed customer to allow unit 24 hours before sticking any further items into the unit. Arrived on site for dishwasher leaking water in the tub when not in use. Upon arrival customer stated they drain the water out 24 hours prior to our arrival but in that 24 hour period the dishwasher had filled half way with clear water. After further testing found that the inlet valve is failing not allowing the solenoid to seal off all the way causing water to go into the tub. The inlet valve sent with is an updated model that needs a new 3/4'FHT X 3/8'COMP ELBOW Plus a stainless steel water line. At time of service I could not verify if the cut off valve under the sink is functioning correctly due to the old style copper line not able to be safely removed and ensure it could seal back after testing. Upper spray arm manifold may need to be replaced due to gasket flapper is not closing all the way. Customer will monitor dishwasher and see if this is necessary.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not spinning out clothes and is not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. Found unit was a residential washer sitting in a commercial sitting at a nail, spa, and salon business. Ran the unit through a spin and found the basket wobbling inside the tub during the spin. Remove the agitator and confirmed that the hub assembly had been stripped. Replaced the hub and test the unit. The unit still had issues. I spoke to claims and was advised that being the C unit was in a commercial setting, it voided the warranty and not proceed with any further repairs. I called whirlpool Techline and spoke to Sterling SR# 7733153831. He advised that per their warranty, whirlpool would not authorize any repairs done on this unit due to using this in a way that voids their warranty. The customer was aware of the situation and advised that he would buy himself a new washer. Arrived on site to inspect unit for not drying normally. Upon inspection found the units filter covered in a bit of hair and the unit heated normally. Outlet was 212v instead of 240. Heat was normal. Instructed customer on use. Complete

"Arrived on site to inspect unit for not running without a squeaking noise, upon inspection found the main idler covered in gunk. Replaced full pulley system and squeak went away. Complete"

"Arrived on site to inspect microwave error codes. Upon further inspection, I found the unit with power and no error codes displayed. Using my microwave tester, I tested the unit and after approximately 10 seconds (when heating components came on) the unit stopped and showed error code F1E5. Pulled the unit rom the cabinets and removed the top panel to inspect. I found the 4903 relay burnt on the main control. I removed and replaced the main control and retested and unit is operating as designed. Once I had the unit back in its spot, I retested and it continues to operate as designed. Job completed."

I removed the back panel and the terminal block cover and found the block not wired correctly. Corrected the wiring and retested and still no operation. Tested voltage at the block and got 0 volts. Customer cycled power at the breaker and I retested and unit is operating as designed. Recommended replacing the breaker. No lint observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site and inspected Refrigerator and found no ice production, test 56 is showing E5. Ran test 57 and Icemaker cycled properly. Ran test 45 and valve actuated but theres no water filling icemaker. Disconnected waterline from valve and ran test 45 again and valve is dispensing water. Found waterline is frozen where it enters icemaker. Waterline heater is showing 25 ohms. Used steamer to thaw it and ran test 45 again and icemaker filled properly. Added some Permagum around 90? angle to act as insulation. If issue happens again will need to bring back water fill tube heater and control board."

Arrived onsite for vent hood with working light but fan does not turn on. Upon arrival inspected wiring and found harness from control to fan motor was not connected. Secured the harness connection and tested unit. All 3 speeds operate as designed. Job complete

Arrived onsite for unit with no power. Upon arrival checked voltage and have 120 from supply to junction box. Found wire at junction box was not connected. Secured wiring connectors and tested unit. Unit operates as designed. No leaks present at this time. Job complete

Arrived onsite for ice machine freezer in water in reservoir. Upon arrival I put unit Into diagnostics and tested all components and found that the reservoir drain pump not running. I quoted customer for pump R/R customer agreed and paid service fee $139.99+ taxes with card. $235.52 due on return. I am ordering 1x Resevoir drain pump. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator that has lights out in the freezer and refrigerator sections. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed the customers complaint and replaced the freezer module. All the lights in the freezer and refrigerator began to illuminate as designed. Per the special project S191AQ, the labor and parts are covered by he manufacturer.
