"Arrived on site for a range that was getting a F3E0 error code. Upon arrival the F3E0 error code for shorted sensor was flashing on the UI. I cleared the error code and put the unit into diagnostic mode. I found the diagnostics mode was reading no temp, indicating a sensor error. I gained access to the back of the unit and ohmd out the outlet, both elements, and the fuse. All read good. I then ohmd out the sensor and got 1k ohmd which is within range. I also ohmd out the harness and found it good. Once I plugged the unit back in it started working and I was actually able to preheat it. This indicates an intermittent faulty control. Arrived on site for a refrigerator with a water dispenser leaking. Upon arrival the customer stated it generally has small droplets coming from it all day. I found the customer has hard water and advised the customer this could of created the issue. I installed a new filter head and valve to stop the drip. I informed them that with hard water this could occur again. I also found they have a new filter in it and the unit did not do this with their prior filter. I advised them if the unit continues to drip they may want to replace the filter too. Unit is working as designed. No leaks observed at the end of service.

"Arrived on site for a cooktop leaking gas. Upon arrival the customer stated that he has had plumbers come out twice to check pressures and for leaks. They did not find any leaks on the lines themselves. The customer also stated that you would have to use several burners at once to smell the leak, and even sometimes the pressure under their cabinets would cause the door to crack open. They stated depending on which burners they use it may even leak from the top. I gained access to the bottom and used my leak detector while running the burners on the line and regulator. I found no leaks. However, I could smell gas. I continued to run the right two and middle burners and could smell gas seeping out of the front left burner. I used my leak detector their and still found no bubbles forming. I gained access to the manifold, tubings, and orifice holders. I found major corrosion on the middle orifice holder and its tubing from the manifold. This may be where the leak is coming from. I called techline and spoke to Joel and received SR# 7731084149. Joel advised to replace the orifice holder, tubing, and manifold. Ordering parts and will return with the manifold to complete the repair. Office to reschedule. "Arrived on site to inspect washer making grinding noise. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they had taken the unit out of storage where it had been for approximately 2 yrs. I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked error codes and found F8E1-no fill/long fill. I cleared the code and proceeded with testing and the unit failed to fill with water. I found the water source turned off at the wall. Turned the water on and restarted testing. Unit is operating as designed. When the unit began to agitate, it make a loud grinding noise, but did not in spin mode. I removed the agitator and it looked good. Reinstalled the agitator and retested and the unit operated as designed with no further noises. I advised the customer that due to the unit sitting for so long without water running to it caused the noises, but since the water is going into it now, the noises stopped. Basically, the water lubricated the unit. No water leaks observed during service.

Arrived on site for dw has pwr but not running. Placed in diagnostics and no error codes came on. Ran through diagnostics and completed all cycles until drain. Placed in a drain and could hear the drain pump chattering but not draining water. Removed drain pump and installed new drain pump. Ran through diagnostics and drain pump is draining as designed and heating element is heating. No leaks detected. Job completed.

Upon further inspection, I found the lid in the closed position but gapped approximately 1/2 inch from the top panel. I removed the console and inspected the hinges and found when the lid pops back up the 1/2 inch, the hinges dont move. I contacted techline and spoke to Sterling and advised of the complaint and my findings. Sterling advised to replace the hinges and inspect the lid to make sure its not warped. He provided SR#7731088956. Customer advised that the display shows 1 minute at the end of the cycle and nothing is happening with the unit. "Arrived on site to inspect microwave with no power, but the oven is working. Upon further inspection, I found he microwave control display blank and the oven display operating. I pulled the unit from the cabinets and removed the microwave cover and found the safety thermostat harness shorted. Traced the wiring to the fuse and filter board. Tested the fuse and it was bad and found a burn spot on the filter board where the fuse sits. Tested the switches and all are within range. Using a fuse from my van stock (W10138793), I installed the fuse and tested the microwave. Unit is operating as designed. Advised customer that should the fuse go bad again, the safety thermistor, fuse, and filter board will need to be replaced with the possibility of all 3 switches being replaced as well. Job completed.; ordrng 1 WB24X10025 (Range thermostat)"

Arrived onsite for the unit not getting up to temperature. Tenant said unit is working fine. Tested the unit up to 350 degrees. Unit tested good. No issues at this time. Job complete.

"Arrived on site and inspected French door refrigerator with power issues. Confirmed the complaint and found the HV board was responsible for the malfunctions.Removed and replaced it and unit tested as designed, lights worked and water dispensed. Customer satisfied, JOB COMPLETE"

Arrived on site to test unit for unit not working correctly. Test unit and found wash motor not getting water to top rack. Will need new sump and motor
