"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher door falling off. Upon further inspection, I tested the door functions and found it would fall open. I pulled the unit out to find the left door hinge spring had fallen off and separated from the hinge due to the sound insulation getting wrapped around the spring. I adjusted the spring to the hinge and using a ziptie, secured the spring hook on both hinges to prevent the hook from disengaging again and pushed the insulation back away from the hinge. Placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived onsite for a dishwasher that just stops working and the lights start blinking. The customer stated it will stop and two of the lights on top and the clean light on front will constantly blink. I checked voltage and polarity finding it good. I ran the diagnostics cycle and the machine completed the cycle and worked as designed. The customer stated it will usually run about 10-15 minutes and then stop. I ran a regular cycle and saw the machine loose power after 15 minutes. I verified there was no voltage at the terminal block and then the machine powered back up and the lights were blinking like the door had been opened. I found the plug at the outlet partially pulled out. I pushed the plug in and tested the machine. The machine worked as designed for about 5 minutes and did it again. I checked power at the cord out of the outlet and there was no voltage present. I explained this to the customer and showed them. They are gonna replace the outlet or the breaker. Call complete.

I texted the unit in diagnostics and did confirm an F8 E1 (low/no water detected during the fill) error code. I tested both valves and diagnostics and could not get the unit to error out. Went ahead and replace the housing due to potential issues with the fabric softener or OXY valves as I could not test them individually and diagnostics. Arrived on site for a washing machine that is leaking water. Inspected unit and work area. Checked underneath the washer and found water residue on the back panel. Coming from the water valve area. The customer had the unit unplugged and the water valve shut off. Went ahead and replaced the water valve due to water residue coming from one of the rubber fittings and tested the unit. Found water still leaking but from the back on the hot water hose. I removed the hot water hose and found that the rubber O-ring inside the hose was missing causing the leak. Did advise the customer to get new hoses for full repair. Call complete.

"KRFF507HPS03Arrived to inspect cooling issue. Upon arrival, the unit was set to the coolest setting and had been set line the for several days. The customer advised they have had very minimal ice production and certain frozen foods have not been frozen solid. I found minimal heating at the condenser and the return was just above room temperature. I disassembled the FC to access the evaporator and the refrigerant could then be heard to flow after just a few moments. After the flow resumed, I tested pressures and found them normal. I evacuated the system and then performed an extended vacuum. The unit was able to be vacuumed below 500 microns and it then held the vacuum for an additional 15 minutes, prior to charging. The sealed system started working as designed and I found the high side heat of the system within normal, expected ranges. No leaks observed during service."

"WED5100HC3 Arrived to inspect noise. I found the water valve for steam equipped dryers had the original cover for the valve assembly still in place. Most of the time, the metal plate is stuck down to the rear cover due to the painting process, but this one was not and it was less than a mm away from the other metal. Any vibration caused the two pieces to contact and make the noise. I bent the plate slightly and then used aluminum insulative tape to secure the metal. Testing on no heat and all the way through high heat showed the issue was resolved. Operational test good."

"Arrived on site for refrigerator not making ice. Upon arrival checked temps and found fc at 11 and rc at 44 degrees. After further inspection I found condenser coils dirty, compressor area had signs of water/rust build up from low side return line of compressor, and air gaps in sealed drain line next to compressor. Cleared coil, and ran ice maker tests. Found no errors and ice maker harvested as designed with no leaks during fill. Found correct fill levels. Found both coils frosting over evenly but fc evap fan motor would never turn on in normal operation or diagnostics with a stable power supply at fc harness. Also found dispenser auger shaft missing for dispenser function. Rescheduled customer for 01/10/24 to complete repairs with new fc motor, hv control, shaft, and silicone. Ordering W11032800 evap fan motor, W11509548 shaft, W10843055 control, ; ordrng 1 W11032800 (Evap motor) and 1 W11509548 (Shaft) and 1 W10843055 (Hv Control)"
