"WED4900XW2 Arrived to inspect no heat. The customer had the unit in timed dry upon arrival and it had been running for at least 10 minutes. The drum was room temperature. I pulled the machine out and traced all devices within the heater circuit and found no issues. I restarted the unit and tested and the heating finally failed- L2 had disappeared and I found it missing up to the terminal block. Flexing the plug in the wall receptacle proved to cause the L2 voltage to come and go, in sync with plug movement. Inspection of the plug terminals revealed arcing that has occurred on the terminal spades and possibly within the outlet.I advised the customer to replace the outlet and make a determination of the intactness and serviceability of the cord/plug assembly. Warranty applied to service."

WM3250HWA Arrived to inspect washer not starting and jerking. I found the tub bearings had a moderate amount of play via testing by pushing up on the basket. Service mode testing revealed the play was worse than initially discovered and there was a clear thunk as the unit rotated at lower speeds. I advised the customer of my findings after verifying the main bolt was tight in the rotor. The customer has elected to replace the unit at this time. No leaks observed during service.

"WT1501CW Arrived to inspect off balance errors. The customer said the unit started intermittently failing to complete and showing off balance several months ago. It progressed to nearly every load within the timespan since first starting. I found the suspension was noticeably softer in the right rear of the unit and I removed and replaced, after testing all other variables that could cause this issue. I tested the unit and the issue appeared to be resolved. No leaks observed during service.

Customer advised that they used a detergent pod and a small amount of detergent in the dispenser when the unit stopped operating properly. "Arrived onsite for freeze that trips the gfci/breaker every couple of hours or so. Upon arrival I found that the compressor was not running but when it did I performed a amp test and found the unit pulling .55 amps (r600)I contacted techline and spoke with Derick by the time I got back to the unit the compressor had turned off too soon, through speaking with Derek I found that the pilot lights where not lit and because I was looking at the lights I found that the unit was set to refrigerator I set the unit to freezer and found that the compressor saturated running and the red light came on and I double checked and found it .58 amps but the entire time I was there the gfci or breaker didnt trip. I was determined that the inverter may be the issue with the gfci tripping. I ordered the inverter and as I was leaving the customer had me switch the settings back to refrigerator because that where he wanted it set at Sr#7736051716. "MEDC465HW0 Arrived to inspect breaker tripping. I verified that anytime the timer was set to anything but off, the GFI 240VAC breaker would immediately trip. Resistance could be read through N-L1 at 2.671 Kohm in wrinkle control and timed settings, with Mohms read in the sensor dry section. Intra-circuit, the motor showed both coils with a cumulative 1.9 ohms. I verified no wiring or connector issues, nor any other shorting issues. I contacted the MFG tech assist file# 7736054858 and advised tech Derek of my findings, and to verify the readings found through the various timer settings. Replaced ACU from first techline recommendation and found pressure sensor in new ACU faulty and ACU defective during reassembly and tests. Removed control and reinstalled previous control. Service mode showed all functions present and the sealed system was cooling well. I allowed the unit to attempt to produce a slab and the first one was very thin and consequently irregular, most had melted prior to reaching the cutter grid. The second slab was malformed. Thermal views of the high side of the system looked good at the condenser entry point, but the second through bottom rows had all declined into the 90s and denotes lost compressor efficiency and ability to move refrigerant as required. The unit will require a compressor, non-dye drier and service port. Office to schedule for ice machine sealed system service. Once the tub had filled, I paused testing and inspected the unit. I did not find any leaks, but I found water under and around the drain pump. Arrived onsite and tested unit for function. Found all operating as designed with saved f5e2 error but no ongoing failures. Latch operating as designed. Fill valves operating properly all other base functions in order. Advised customer on findings unit is operating as designed.

"GI15PDXZS0 Arrived to inspect no cool and instal previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I verified the unit would not cool as designed and there was very little heat developed at the inlet to the condenser. Static system pressures were 72/72 and when the compressor was engaged and ran for five minutes, low was 57 and high 76. Engaging the harvest solenoid and valve caused the pressures to nearly equalize at 71 and 75. During testing of the sealed system, the current ranged between 2.5 and 2.8 amps and steadily rose with heat. The high side discharge only became somewhat elevated in temperature. I ceased testing, recovered and charged the system to 120 psi N and bubble tested exposed joints and components. Initially, it appeared there was a leak, as it took over five minutes to charge to pressure, but after the system finally settled, it ultimately held and I found no leaks within the entire systems joints or plate electrostatic welds. Due to readings and other indicators, I suspect the system was excessively charged and the compressor failed internally, when the cleaning cycle and short circuiting of the refrigeration loop occurred. Arrived on site for a dishwasher that had something burn inside of the dishwasher. Inspected unit and work area. Arrived on site for a washing machine that will not turn on. Inspected unit and work area. Did confirm the customers complaint and check voltage at the control. Found only 25 V going to the control. Checked the outlet and found proper voltage and polarity. Checked voltage through the filter and found proper voltage on both sides. Spoke to SW and was advised to go ahead and replace the filter anyway. Replaced the filter and tested the unit. Found 120 V going to the Control but the Control not lighting up or attempting to send voltage anywhere. Replaced the control and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed.
