Arrived on site for washer leaving wet close the end of a spin cycle. Upon arrival confirm complaint but found no errors in diagnostics. After further inspection found that the cause of the issue was due to the slider magnet breaking free from the slider itself. After replacing the slider I reassembled and tested the unit on a fill agitation drain and spin cycle and found unit could fully function in cycle through all settings with no odd noises or failures from the gear case. Inform customer that washer is ready for use at this time with no signs of leaking and instructed customer to let us know if anything new were to happen. Call complete

After further inspection found that unit had the recall styled actuator from the 2021 models. Replace the actuator with the part required for that unit then reassembled and tested washer and found unit fully functioning as designed and able to go to fill agitation drain and spin as designed with no leaks during repairs. "Arrived on site for dryer not turning on. Upon arrival confirmed issue and found that breaker was tripped not allowing a stable 240 V connection to go to the dryer. After further testing in the dryer I was able to narrow down that the element and all heating hardware as well as timer and PTS were all functioning within manufacturer specs however I did find the door switch was failing to pass an ohm or continuity test. After calling customer 23.38(part)+174.75(labor)+tax= $214.48 for cost of repairs, customer approved and I replaced door switch, restored power, reassembled and tested dryer. Found it fully heating/operating as designed. Call complete"

Arrived on site for a dishwasher that is not draining. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed the customers complaint and heard the drain pump trying to run but not draining the water. I checked underneath it sink and found a new garbage disposal. I asked the customer if they had just recently installed this garbage disposal and he advised that they had. Removed the drain hose from the garbage disposal and found that the knockout punch had not been knocked through. Not through the knockout punch and tested the unit. Arrived on site for a dishwasher that is leaking. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed the customers complain and found it leaking from the pump and motor assembly area. Want to head and replace the pump and motor assembly and found the unit still leaking. Check Internet the gasket on the pump and motor assembly and removed any debris underneath it. Lock the unit back in place and found the unit still leaking. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Andy SR# 7733162669. He advised that the issue would have to be with the tub and order the pump and motor assembly just in case if the customer was continuing to use the dishwasher. Ordering parts in the office will need to contact the customer about a return date due to several out of stock and ESP items. Please schedule a return visit for at least two hours due to number of parts needing to be removed and installed on the new tub.; ordrng 1 WPW10681507 (Tub) and 1 W11085683 (Pump and motor assembly)

Arrived onsite for unit giving a hissing sound during using the bake mode and that some burners flames may not be high enough to boil some water. Customer was using the right rear to boil some water. Tested the oven and heard hissed noise but assured the customer that the noise was normal during operation when the unit is heating up. Checked the flames and all flames checked good. Also had concerns over some gas smells when using the unit. Let them know that the unit will expel a little bit of gas during usage but is not enough to hurt anyone. Called tech line to report. Agreed that all is normal working on the unit. Did say that the burner that the customer was using is only a simmer burner as it uses only half the heat to heat anything and will take longer to heat.
