"WRF767SDHZ02 Arrived to inspect cooling issues. I found the unit was cooling as expected, but no ice had been produced since the last service. I verified the condenser fan operating and water flow to the upper ice maker. There was a stored error that had been cleared and after clearing, the ice maker filled as expected. The lower ice maker harness was not plugged in at the gear head and after correcting, the ice maker cycled and filled as designed. The leveling legs were not set and there was nearly a two inch forward tilt at the top of the machine. After setting the leveling legs, right door height and squaring the cabinet, the doors closed and sealed expected. No leaks observed during service. ; O-emld tckt"

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not heating. Upon further inspection, I found the element with several burnouts. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F7E1. Cleared the code and tested and unit is operating as designed except the element failed to draw any amps. I removed the outer door panel and tested the element at the control and found the element open. Also found the vent is leaking water (photo). I removed and replaced the element and using a vent gasket from my van stock (WP8269259) and removed and replaced the gasket and retested the unit. I found no further water leaks and the unit is operating as designed. Element is drawing 7-9amps during wash and drying cycles of diagnostics. No water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to follow up on refrigerator that was making noise. On arrival customer said there were several issues / new issues. Cooling from previous ticket was resolved. Customer said the unit makes noise a couple of times a day, the ice bucket is not attaching to the door, that the ice bin overfills and drops ice, and that they sometimes get condensation on the pantry drawer glass. Examined unit and found as follows: noise was not present at time of service and may be due to previous evaporator ice issue since unit was not defrosted. Found the magnets on the ice bucket / door aren't making a strong connection, so ice bucket doesn't stick to door. This will require new magnets / pieces. The icemaker seems to be producing fine, and bail arm is not loose / disconnected. The contact point for the bail arm to stop likely does allow the ice to fill above the bucket, and dropping some cubes is likely normal due to how its designed. Condensation on pantry glass is normal, since the warm air from opening the door is going to go for the glass being the best spot to condense. This is normal and doesn't require a repair. Customer does not want any parts replaced and wants Jenn Air yo exchange the unit, and did not authorize me to replace any parts. I advised them that we can not do that as servicers, and they must continue to discuss the issue with customer service. Also reported customers request for exchange/declination of repairs to tech line, under same SR7738624652. Customer let me know they do not want this refrigerator and will continue to submit tickets and service requests until it is exchanged. Call completed."

Arrived on site to test unit for unit not washing. Test unit and found bad sump and motor assembly. Replaced sump and motor test unit and unit test good no leaks present job complete.

"Arrived on site to diagnose washer that's popping breaker when used. Found breaker trips if basket moves at all, pointing to shifter. Unit tripped breaker when draining. Reset and was able to get unit drained. Found shifter failure error and lid switch errors. Ordering shifter and related parts to resolve. Unit likely just needs a new shifter to resolve. "KRFF577KPS02 Arrived to inspect noise. The customer presented a video that a loud rattle could be heard intermittently. I found the lower air guide for the condenser as the source of the noise and applied sound deadening material to it, preventing the issue. Initial inspection revealed the left leg was not set and the right was screwed down enough the right wheel was off of the floor and the whole machine would rock over 1/4. I corrected the issue and then adjusted the FC door. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service."
