Checked resistance readings through my thermistors and found the refrigerator compartment evaporator thermistor out of range registering 172 ohms. "Arrived on site for a Range that is overheating and erroring out an F6 E1 (oven over temperature) error code. Inspected unit and work area. found the sensor a little low in terms of resistance but still within range. The customer advised that his previous baking cycle, the parchment paper lit on fire and burned inside of the oven cavity. Did find cinch marks on top of the oven sensor. Tested the unit in a bag cycle and found the pit boil element would come on and stay on. Watch the temperature was reached, the braille elements still stayed on. Advised customer that they he had a control issue and asked if he wanted to replace the thermostat as well. The customer agreed. . Replaced both parts and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed.

I did have to chisel off ice off of the slides. Check the door gasket and found that part of the door gasket was bowed inwards and even with a heat gun, was having a hard time sticking to the cabinet. Replaced the gasket and tested the unit. Arrived on site for dishwasher not functioning or cleaning dishes. Upon arrival confirmed issue and after entering diagnostics I found an F4 E3 error code indicating a motor fault. After further testing I was able to verify that the main control was sending the proper 120 V to the motor but the motor will not turn on. Then replace the motor and sump assembly reassembled and tested the dishwasher and found it could fully cycle as designed during fill agitation and drain. Found no leaks during repairs or testing and inform customer that dishwasher is now ready for use. Call complete

I removed and replaced the door gasket and reset the hinges and continued the wash cycle. The countertop did not create moisture while on site. Inspected unit and find evaporator covered in ice and no air flow to RC. Called techline. Tech had me check for resistance at control for thermistors and heater. Both RC and FC thermistors passed. The heater should be 30 ohm got 89 ohm at control. Tech asked to check resistance at heater to be sure there was no harness issue. Checked At heater and got 89 ohm. Tech recommended replacing heater and ordering control in case that the heater took out the control. Ordering heater and control. Office to reschedule. Customer wants an ETA on parts and reschedule. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that has no power. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed the customers complaint and check voltage at the wall. Found proper voltage. Remove the top panel and check voltage going to the user interface. Found 12.7 V from the red to black wires. Arrived on site for refrigerator not making ice. Upon arrival confirm complaint and found ice bucket almost completely empty and customer had state of the ice had made 1 harvest over the past month since being previously diagnosed. After further inspection I found that the water dispenser was fully functioning as designed with no failures in the dispenser side of the valve nor any issues in the filter housing or filter. Ive been found that the inlet valve to the ice maker side was receiving proper power by the solenoid was not opening all the way indicating that the valve is failing. I removed the toeplate and found dry water streaks on the floor coming from the diverter area of the sump. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F9E1. Cleared the code and continued with testing. Once the unit filled with water and the motor came on, the unit began to leak from the diverter housing (photo). I removed and replaced the sump/motor assembly and retested. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed."

When I pierced the system, I found the unit had a good charge. Once I had all parts installed, I vacuumed the system and sources held at -30/0. Installed 5.5oz of R134a refrigerant and monitored pressures while in test #4 of diagnostics. At step 5 of test 4, my pressure readings were 1/150. Unit is cooling properly and good frost patterns beginning. No water leaks observed during service.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator temps, PO error and gurgling noises. Upon further inspection, I found the unit UI with PO in the display for power outage. I confirmed the issue and the unit came back on. I checked temps in the FC=19 degrees. The RC section was warm and the section was packed with food making very little room for airflow. I found the deli control intermittently shutting off and when it shut off, the unit would tone and show the PO sign again. Also found all of the modules flickering except the two on the ice maker housing and the deli drawer light. I disconnected the deli control and cycled power and got the same results. Disconnected the LED control and cycled power and unit came right on; however, the compressor is very hot to touch due to constantly operating. Also found the RC evap beginning to freeze up. Checked drain tube and found it sealed good. Due to the intermittent issues with power failures, I advised the customer that all controls would need to be replaced. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."
