Arrived on site and attempted to disassemble microwave/oven combo and found microwave control board is not accessible unless microwave is completely uninstalled from the rest of the oven assembly. "Arrived on site to inspect washer dispenser assembly collecting water. Upon further inspection, I found the dispenser reservoir full of water and unit in the off position (photo). I poured the water out and placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F0E2. Cleared the code and continued with testing. Unit is operating as designed. I tested the unit manually and he reservoir was full at the end of testing. Ran one more automatic test and the unit operated as designed. I contacted techline and spoke to Orlando and advised of the complaint and my findings. Orlando recommended replacing the detergent dispenser assembly again. I advised that this will be the 3rd one. I removed the ice maker and tested the fill tube and found the tube not reaching its full potential in filling cutting the fill short. Also found the fill tube heater harness cracked/broken. I found ice in the bottom the bin that appeared to have melted then froze again causing it to be clumped. Arrived on site for a vent hood that is making a noise whenever you turn off the vent hood motor. Inspected unit and work area. Found the cover for the motor broken in several different places in plastic rattling on the fan causing the noise. Remove the instructions from the motor housing area and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed with no abnormal noise as present. Call complete.

Drived on site for dishwasher causing door to fall open. Upon arrival confirm complaint and found the cause of the issue was due to a broken spring as well as rope assembly. Also found that the chassis frame was slightly bent underneath which could have possibly led to the unit snapping in the first place. Tried re-shaping chassis frame to allow better support and then install new spring and rope assembly tip and found door fully functioning and opening and shutting as designed and no longer falling open on its own. Upon arrival was able to confirm complaint and after further inspection found that the cause of the issue was a new disposal being installed without the drain court being removed to allow the dishwasher to drain into the disposal properly. "Arrived onsite for a dishwasher that wont hold the upper rack up. Inspected unit and work area. Found the unit locking in place but the upper adjuster on the right side being a little harder to press the button to adjust the rack. I attempted to disassemble the right hand adjuster and found all parts in place. I to,d the customer that the unit was fully functional. The customer advised that she still believed the unit to be defective. I went ahead and replaced the right hand adjuster again and test3d he unit. The unit still did the same thing. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Austin SR# 7733175988. He advised that what we have done is all we can do. He advised to adjust the feet to ensure the unit was completely level and that beyond that, the unit was working as designed. I did adjust the feet to level out her unit lifting up the front end. I tested it and the unit was better but still was doing a similar thing.Instructed the customer on the repair and new adjusters. The unit is working as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a microwave that is not heating. Inspected unit and work area. Tested the unit and found the unit make a loud pop when trying to heat up a cup of water. Unplugged the unit and checked all connections. Found part of the wire harness grounded on part of the cabinet. The customer advised that it had not pumped before and was still not heating prior to that noise. Ordering all high-voltage components and will need to be in a harness as well for repair. The office will want to reach out to American home shield due to several parts being out of stock and discontinued as well as cost of repair. "Arrived on site for an oven that will turn off. Inspect unit and work area. The customer advised that its only happened twice, but shes had issues with the oven turning itself on twice in the middle of the night after shes done cooking. Shes also had issues with time staying put on her oven as well as issues with her timer. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Steve SR# 7733170237. He said that there was a known issue with the complaints listed above and said the customer needed to get hooked up to Wi-Fi. The customers instructed me that they had tried hooking the unit up to Wi-Fi at various points but were unsuccessful. I did confirm that with the customer and found the unit could not be hooked up to Wi-Fi. He advised that if the unit could not be hooked up to WiFi, that the control panel would need to be replaced. He then advised me to contact the safety team. I called Whirlpool Safety and spoke to Eric (same SR#) and gave me a PAD (W1208E1WPL1) for the repair as a one time courtesy repair. I replaced the user interface control panel and tested the unit. Then began to work and operate as designed. Call complete."

Arrived on site to diagnose a dishwasher that is not cycling properly. Found circ pump failed and replaced it. Tested unit and found all is functioning properly at this time and no leaks were found at time of service.

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher buzzing noise. Upon further inspection, I tested the unit and in the beginning, the drain pump came on and the customer identified the noise it was making. As the unit began to wash, the noise would be intermittent and would get higher pitched then lower. Also, I found the digits on the UI display were missing. I am ordering the UI display board and pump and office to schedule return service. No water leaks observed during service.; ordrng 1 EBR33469708 (Display board)"

"Arrived on site for spray arm had fallen off . Found upper adjusters on right side broken . Also ran diagnostics . Got 4-3 and 7-1 error codes . Wash motor not running at all. Quoted for sump and motor and adjuster kit . . No water leaks detected at time of service.

Arrived onsite to replace previously diagnosed parts. Replaced noisy compressor. Ran 100 psi nitrogen to system and did not see signs of leaking. Ran vacuum and pressure held. Charged with 4.5 oz. equalized abut 70-75psi. Ran unit and compressor is functioning. Pressure at 0 and 120 psi. Notified customer to place a bottle of water in freezer compartment and monitor 48 hrs before placing food product in unit. Customer will monitor. Job complete

"Arrived on site for complaints of display not working correctly. Customer stated that when trying to use, the screen will lock him out. Installed new control and tested. Tested oven by setting to 350 and monitoring, and tested the stovetop as well. No issues at this time, job complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect unit for frosting in the freezer, upon inspection found the units top gasket not sealing normally. Checked frames for freezer door and found no issue, bar between gears was straight. fluffed out gasket and it sealed normally. Heated the gasket till it sealed normally. Instructed customer to repeat process to prevent issue. Complete"
