Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not making ice and instead making ice sheets. Inspected unit and working area. Customer advised that she has had repairs done on this several times before and it seems to overfill during the fill portion of the cycle in the freezer container. I checked the icemaker and found no water present indicating there was not a leaking water valve. I went ahead and replaced the icemaker. I ran the unit through diagnostic testing and jumped the freezer icemaker. I found the unit harvest and fell as designed with no leaks present. The unit is working and operating as designed. I confirmed the compressor was failing mechanically and causing the amperage to rise and trip the overload after it would start running. I tapped the system and found it fully charged. I replaced the compressor and drier. I added an access valve to the new compressor. I used a W11504434 Lokring to mount the drier to the aluminum capillary tube. I vacuumed the system and charged it with 47 grams of R600A refrigerant. I tested the refrigerator and found I had good pressures and good refrigerant flow. All is working as designed. I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked error codes and found F1E0. Cleared the code and I tested both of the ovens and both are operating as designed. On arrival verified complaint of front left burner is missing. After verifiying model and serial I found the part number needed was the w11517959 per sub number. Attempted to install and found some of the spade connectors are arc melted and will need to be replaced as well as the 7959 burner is a dual burner and it needs a triple burner. Upon further inspection, I found frost built up at the opening of the ice chute (phot) and at the top of the FC door the right corner (photo). I placed my flashlight in the FC section and closed the door and found a gap in the FC door gasket top right corner at the center mullion (photo). I adjusted the mullion and cabinet in that upper right corner and filled the gaps in between the liner and cabinet with silicone and tested operations. "Arrived on site for a range that is not heating properly in the oven. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that every time she cooks, the cooking is wildly inconsistent. She states that sometimes items are raw in the middle and other times they are completely burned on the top. She advised that more often than not, it tends to burn. I ran the unit up to 350?F and found temperatures fluctuating between 329?F and 383?F averaging a temperature of 356?F. I watched the unit due to full cycles and found similar heating and cooling patterns. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Andrew SR# 7739275637. He advised that the temperature fluctuations were within range and designed to work this way. He did say that during the bake cycles, the bake and broil elements do come on so it is important that items are not too close to the broil element during the bake because it can burn items. He stated this is how the unit is designed to work and that there are no adjustments that can be made to adjust this unit more to the liking of the customer. He stated this is the programming of the unit and that the unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete. No parts were installed."

Arrived onsite for icemaker not producing ice. On inspection the ice bin was 75% full. Called the customer and said that it had started to make ice after the last tech was there. When I removed the icemaker it had just filled the tray with water and was 25% frozen. I reinstalled the icemaker and called for water and it filled up the tray. Called the customer and asked how long the trim on the fc door was lose because the door didnt close all the way with the door trim lose. I reinstalled the door trim on the fc door and the door close correctly now. He is going to dump the ice this weekend in see how well it works. No parts were installed.

Arrived on site to test unit for incorrect wiring on dryer. Upon inspection found multiple wires have exposed wires due to wires rubbing on metal components and rubbing thru the insulation. Arrived on site for a refrigerator that will not dispense ice. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the same thing has happened where the impeller is completely stripped. I gained access to the impeller and did find the impeller completely stripped on the motor shaft. I went to replace parts and found that I was missing a spacer washer. Arrived onsite for a dryer that will not dry clothes correctly on any auto cycle and it makes noise. I tested the dryer and it sounds normal at this time. I had the customer listen and he agreed it sounded normal. I did move it and remove stuff from behind it that was possibly causing the noise. I could not get the dryer in diagnostics to allow me to open the door and test the moisture sensors. I tried a back door thru the control and it would fail as soon as encoder appeared on the display. I called techline and spoke with Austin SR 7739273881. Austin had me check continuity and resistance on the sensor circuit and it showed open with nothing across it and open during the continuity test with a wet rag across them and giving a mega ohm reading with resistance. "Arrived on site to diagnose washer that was leaving clothes wet, usually requiring a drain and spin to be run. Checked for errors and found F0E5 error for off balance. I disassembled the unit and checked the drain trap. Found no items in the drain trap, unit draining properly. Found shocks felt a little soft, but basket isn't excessively vibrating when a no load is in it. Unit passed diagnostic test. Blew out pressure line and felt a little pressure that released when I blew through. I advised the customer of my findings and that there are no verifiable broken parts or other errors. I found the breaker had tripped, and that it IS a GFCI breaker. I reset the breaker and ran the unit. Found good voltages and polarity at the terminal block. "WRS571CIHZ01 Arrived to inspect no ice. I found the unit initially dispensed, but during testing, the ice door stalled open and the dispenser motor stopped operating. Service test mode showed the UI could see all button presses and I removed the unit from its installation to inspect the main control. Upon moving the machine, the unit started working again. I made inspections of all accessible wiring harnesses and found I issues. I replaced the HV control and tested. I could not get the issue to happen again and advised the customer of the repair. "Arrived on site for a dryer that is not heating. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that a little over a week ago, that when they went to use their dryer, it was like air only and they were not getting any heat coming out of the dryer. Device they tried to shut off the breaker and turn it back on and then it didnt seem to work. She stated that after a few days, they started the dryer again and started finding it heating and operating like it should. The customer did not know exactly what was going on, but we just wanted to have it checked to make sure that the unit was working properly. I checked voltage and polarity and found proper voltage and polarity. I tested the unit on a timed dry high heat cycle and found the unit working and operating as designed. I ran the unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. I had the customer show me the cycle that she was having problems with. She advised that she normally does the regular and normal setting. I noticed at the top of her dryer that she was using the eco-boost option which lowers the heat of the drum and extends out the drive time an extra 40 minutes. I did explain the eco-boost options to the customer and test of the unit. I found the unit heating and operating as designed on multiple settings. I advise the customer that based on all my checks, the issue would have to be something with the electrical supply due to all of the components on the machine working properly. I advise the customer to contact us if they have any further issues. Call complete."

Around the unit and diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Rob SR# 7739147877. He had me check resistance on the drain pump and the motor. We found both within range. He had me check for continuity to the clutch and we did not find any continuity. He had me check at the clutch and check for Continuity and we found it open. Stated that the issue was with the clutch and that there have been several out there that have been bad out of the box. He advised that we will need to replace the clutch for repair and that we will need to test the clutch prior to scheduling due to known issues. ordering the clutch and the office will need to contact the customer about a return date due to need for inspection of the part. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered part(s). Per techlines recommendations, I tested voltage at the control from the P9-1 to P8-4 and got 121V. With that finding, I removed and replaced the motor, belt switch and fuse. Die to the blower wheel axle being stripped, I replaced the wheel also and cleaned the lint from inside the unit. "Arrived on site to test unit for no operation. Confirmed issue by testing unit, lights in the microwave cabin are not lighting up and unit is making an erratic relay clicking noise. Replaced control (W11325784) and tested, unit is now making a rhythmic relay click. Pinpointed click to the light relay. Checked resistance on transformer, all parts reading properly. Called techline to document SR#7739269800, per techline took voltage at P1 connector and found P1-3&4 read at 60V. P1-4 to chassis is 120V. P1-3 to chassis is 60V. "Arrived onsite for a washer to replace the previous diagnosed parts. I replaced the tub, filter, filter screw, basket, gear case, splutch, hub, and wash plate. On arrival this time after raising the top I found that the machine had gotten worse and the tub ring had gotten broke around the back and the suspension was now damaged. I found no issues with the motor circuit from the control. The tub ring, suspension, and control will need to be replaced and the unit tested with a load. "Arrived on site to test unit for shutting off, customer stated that it stays on for 15 minutes and shuts off, tested unit found all thermal sensors good, started unit and noticed that motor switch is not engaging every time, replaced motor from truck stock part 279827 and tested, unit is now running as designed, advised customer to monitor if same issue returns then breaker needs to be replaced,at this time unit is running as designed, job complete installed 279827"

"WOES3030LS01 Arrived on site for unit not powering on. Upon arrival, unit was powered off and breaker was tripped. Turned breaker back on and tested unit for heat. Called for Broil at 550 degrees F for 30 minutes and then transitioned to Bake for 500 degrees F with no issues. Unit is functioning as designed. No parts replaced"

Arrived on site to test unit for unit stopping. Test unit and found if you touch the door while unit is running it stops and acts like the door was opened. Found unit leaning left making door striker not making contact with door latch correctly. Leveled unit correctly and unit test good even you touch or shake door unit doesnt stop job complete. "WFE525S0HS1 Arrived on site for unit showing error F6E1. Upon arrival, customer mentioned the oven will overheat. Even setting it to a low temp preheat, after preheat is finished, customer will notice both elements activated and eventually will trigger F6E1 error. Proceeded to replace W11544349 control. Thermistor reads 10k ohms. Re tested and unit cycled correctly. Unit is now functioning as designed."

"Arrived on site to test unit for no power, customer stated that unit displayed error code onscreen for clothes in unit during clean cycle, when they tried to run clean cycle console would not power on, but they tried it after they returned and its running good, tested unit found F0E7 code present for washer clean issues, do to the erratic behavior that customer explained, replaced control as precautionary, ran a full diagnostics test, all components are activating properly unit is running as designed, no leaks detected job complete installed W11614541"

"Arrived on site to test unit for skipping cycle and illuminating done LED. Entered diagnostics, unit started to fill but would not actuate latch. Replaced latch (W11513246) and control (W11513246) as precautionary, unit now latches properly. Tried to activate drain and spin, unit would not drain. Inspected harness and found broken wire to the drain pump. Repaired wire and tested, drain pump will still not activate. Will need to return with harness and drain pump as precautionary. Ordering parts, rescheduled for 06/17.; ordrng 1 W11643701 (Harness) and 1 W11399437 (Drain pump)"

"Arrived on site to inspect ice machine not working. Upon further inspection, I found the interior light off and no functions at the control panel. I found the unit plugged in so using my outlet tester, I tested the outlet and found no voltage at the outlet. I advised the customer and we checked the breaker and found the GFCI breaker has been tripped. Cycled power to the unit and immediately the external drain pump came on. I placed he unit in diagnostics and tested and the unit is operating as designed and did not trip the breaker. I recommended the customer have the breaker checked/replaced. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. No parts installed."

"Arrived onsite for multiple complaints. Customer stated unit makes noise, doors do not close correctly, fingerprint resistant finish is not working and freezer door is building condensation. Inspected and found noise complaint is due to ice box fan energizing. Notified customer that this is normal operating sound. FC door has spring loaded mullion and needs a close, not a door swing. The finish is reacting fine, some of the marks found are due to smudges not prints. With condensation, notified customer that with external heat and high humidity, large kitchen windows facing the unit, condensation can build. Changed horizontal mullion settings to on rather than sensor mode. Customer will monitor. Job complete"

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Inspected unit and work area. I disassembled the unit and started to replace the wire harness. During the course of trying to replace the wire harness, I found several connectors missing from the new harness. I spoke to SW and sent her a couple photos. She asked me to verify model and serial information as their model and serial tag is incomplete. I did verify that the model and serial information has been burned up and cannot be read out fully. The customer states that we do have the right model and serial information. However, parts sent out do not indicate the correct information. I spoke to the service management team and they advised that they will need to make some inquiries about this model and parts, and will make a determination on how to continue forward. If proper parts can be found, please schedule service for at least two hours.; ordrng 1 Research (Harness) and 1 Research (Control)"

"Contacted techline and spoke with Brandon, tech recommends to Shim both rear sides, keep current shim on rear left , add thinner wooden contractor-shim on right rear. Arrived onsite for icemaker not making ice. On arrival I temped the freezer and found it to be in defrost after the defrost cycle I noticed the temp to drop to 14 degrees and the icemaker go through a harvest. But found the temp having a hard time to get lower due to the customer having product blocking the back of the freezer. I found the condenser to be a little dusty but not restricted and all fans and sealed system working. I advised the customer to keep the vents clear from product and icemaker was making ice. No water leaks present at time of service. Call complete. NO PARTS INSTALLED
