Within service test mode, all functions of the unit were present and I verified the heater drawing the expected current. Discussion with the customer revealed they pre-rinse quite well. I advised that this is fine and preferable to many customers, as it prevents eventual buildup and odor, but they must adjust the amount of detergent they use, due to less oils and debris for the detergent to emulsify with. I also discussed the benefits of purging the cold water from the hot water supply at the adjacent sink. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service."

"Arrived onsite for a dryer not heating. I tested the incoming voltage and had 123VAC L1-G, 12VAC L2-G, & 110VAC L1-L2. I reset the circuit breaker and had 243VAC L1-L2. The breaker didnt lock in strong like it should when resetting it. I ran the dryer and lost L2 and could smell a faint electrical smell coming from the wall receptacle. I disassembled the dryer and inspected the L2 circuit at the control and all the heater components. All tested good and visually looked good. I went over all this with the customer and they are going to pull the receptacle and change it then test the dryer and if needed have the breaker replaced. Call complete."

"Arrived onsite for a washer that is not spinning the clothes out when set to the normal cycle. I found spin turned off in the normal cycle and showed the customer. I explained to the customer that the washer will automatically default to what options were selected and run dining the previous cycle. I checked stored error codes and there was a slow fill, off balance, and suds error code. I went over detergent and loading. The customer stated they had just cleaned the hose screens and when I ran the auto test cycle the machine filled properly and worked as designed.

When I power cycled the unit things powered on, compressor came on, fans were running normally. Advised customer wait 24 hours to see if unit cools and stays cooling. If compressor stays running and unit doesn't cool then customer is advised on needing a Sealed system repair, or possibly a control if unit locks up again. "Arrived on site to inspect ice machine leaking water. Upon further inspection, I found the bin full of ice and the customer advised that the drain pump isnt pumping the water out all the time. They advised they went to get some ice and found the bottom full of water under the ice. I checked the bin and found no water in the bottom and the unit was making a slab of ice. I allowed the slab drop to the cutter and drained the reservoir and could hear the dr pump kick on and it drained the water. I found the unit is on an RO system and the ice machine drain hose is connected to the main drain line under the sink (photos). The RO system is connected to an adjacent drain line that taps into the main line past the ice machine drain line (photo). I tested the external drain pump several times and it operated as designed each time. Due to the possibility of the external drain pump water level sensor failing, I am ordering the pump and CNOTE-LSO PER CUSTOMER REQUEST and CNOTE-SCHEDULE AFTER 10AM. Arrived onsite for a dryer that is not drying. The customer stated that the unit seems to dry in every cycle option except the regular selection and when set on regular the clothing will still be very wet when it completes the cycle and shows done. I tested the dryer confirming the customers complaint and found when the dryer is set on regular with the normal option selected the burner will only fire about every 10-15 minutes but on any other selection the dryer cycles normally. I found the moisture sensors not reading correctly because the clothes were not tumbling correctly due to the front leveling feet being lowered to far. I went to adjust the feet and adjusted the front left foot then when adjusting the front right foot the front of the dryer fell to the floor because both leveling feet were stripped. The control and both feet need to be replaced. Ordering 2EA W11444912 leveling feet. RS for Thu 6/1 per the customers request.; ordrng 2 W11444912 (Leveling feet)s

"Arrived on site to inspect washer leaking water. Upon further inspection, I found the unit unplugged and both water hoses disconnected from the unit with the water turned off at the wall. Also found stickers on the left side at the control panel and lid (photo). When I went to reconnect the hoses, I found the hot valve wiggling back and forth. I removed the control panel and inspected the valve and found the hot valve broken (photo). I removed and replaced the valve and reconnected the hoses and turned the water and found no water leaks at the valve. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. The water dispensed into the tub with no leaks at the valve. When the unit began to drain, I found water coming from underneath the unit on the right side (photo). I tilted the unit back and found, where the drain pump mounts to the tub, the tub is cracked (photos). I drained the remaining water from the tub and customer placed towels around the unit to catch any water that might still leak. Found water pressure good to insolation valve but couldnt get water past isolation valve using hose bypass. Replaced the icemaker and retested now it cycles through the harvest test but did not call for water. I installed a new valve and retested and the water came when called. I looked in the FC and saw frost on the front of the racks. I called WP and we found out it was the door. I told the customer about the door and he asked how long to get a door, I said it would take 3 to 6 weeks to get a door. He said he was going back to Costco to have them replace the refrigerator. If they do not replace the refrigerator we will need to order a new fc door.7736462255"

"WRT541SZDM01 Arrived to inspect frost. I found the FC was filled with frost and the was partial airflow blockage. The RC door opening, at the lower right side, had substantial gapping and I was able to re-form the metal and use MFG approved sealant to fully seal and correct the issue. I removed the excessive frost from the FC chamber, ensuring full air flow and tested. The unit operated as designed. No leaks observed during service."

Arrived on site to replace shelf that was not seating right since delivery. Found the shelf with the sliding section did not fully extend and was getting caught. Replaced shelf and verified proper operation. Repair completed.

"Arrived on site to diagnose washer that was making noise and not progressing cycles. Customer said it happens when starting and going into rinse sometimes. I tested the unit and after a couple tries confirmed an abnormal sound that sounded like the belt was stretching out and coming off the pulley, likely due to actuator not fully engaging or disengaging. Customer said if they rotate the basket it'll pop and go back to working. I replaced the belt cam and actuator to resolve. Could not duplicate noise after. Repair completed."

Arrived on site for microwave with marks on innner cavity. Upon arrival confirmed issue and found small paint burn mark on back wall of cavity about the size of small pebble.found discolored area was cosmetic and wasnt showing any sign of liner damage our arcing. Customer advised whirlpool was sending her some cosmetic paint to touch up area. Found unit is working as designed. Call complete

"Arrived onsite for left oven bake ignitor not lighting gas, found faulty connection causing arc to ground. Secured wiring between the dsi board and ignition. Unit is now operating as designed. Advised customer on repair."

Arrived onsite for unit beeping intermittently when idle. Upon arrival inspected unit and confirmed beeping. Replaced main board due to UI assembly already replaced. Tested unit and found beeping still present. Replaced UI assembly again and beeping stopped. Tested unit and unit is functioning properly. Job complete

Arrived on site for cooling issues on fridge . Found frost building up around door and evap cover . Found small gap at freezer door right bottom corner . Readjusted door at hinge and permagummed under gasket . Door is sealing better . No water leaks detected at this time.job complete

Arrived on site to test unit for gas smell when oven on. Advise customer that the unit will give some gas smell due to the oven turning on and off. No gas leaks at this time.

"Arrived on site to inspect ice machine not making ice. Upon further inspection, I found the unit turned on and making a loud humming noise. I found a small amount of ice in the bin and frost on the evaporator. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested and found the recirculating pump making the loud humming noise. I removed and replaced the pump and also found the evaporator thermistor hanging down at the back of the bin and reattached it to the evap tubing. Retested in diagnostics and unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. I contacted the builder to advise of my findings and repairs. No one available to sign for the receipt."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker leaking water. Upon further inspection, I found the customer had a small bowl in the ice bin to catch the dripping water and it was approximately halfway full of solid ice after 3 days of being in the bin. I disassembled the FC section and tested the ice maker and found water beginning to drip at the bottom right front corner (photo) just behind the screw. I removed and replaced the ice maker and tested and it is operating as designed. I lowered the fill at the adjustment screw at the front of the ice maker. No further water leaks observed during service, job completed."
