Removed bottom panel. Found igniter clicking but gas was not igniting. Removed bake burner and orifice. Cleaned and cleared. Found not in correct position. Reassembled and verified operation.

The customer stated that the unit will not even start a cycle and then itll make a couple clicking sounds, and then not advance forward. I ran into through diagnostics and found an F8 E1 (low/no water detected during the fill) error code. Check behind the washer and found the hot water turned off at the wall. I found that the customer had set the wash temperature for hot, causing the issue. I attempted to open up the valve at the wall and found it completely stuck. I did advise the customer that they will need to have their maintenance come out to fix their water supply as this unit will need both hot and cold water. the unit is working and operating as designed. If issue gets worse all we can do is replace the door since there is no gasket to install. Tech line advised to allow the ice door gasket time to conform to the door and possible replace door if leak gets worse. Parts used - W11678832. Repair completed."

Arrived on site for a dryer that is flashing an F3 E2 (moisture sensor;open or shorted) error code. I ran the unit into diagnostics and confirmed the customers error message. I tried to run an auto cycle and found that the dryer would shut off when I opened the door to test the moisture sensor. I checked Continuity from the main control to the moisture sensor harness. Found proper continuity. I checked the moisture sensor and found it showing open and would make and break if I rubbed my finger across the moisture sensor bars. I spoke to SW and was advised that the issue would be with the main control. I replaced the main control and tested the unit. I found the unit working and operating as designed. Call complete.

The assistant advised that they typically run all of their cleaning supplies (towels, uniforms, rags, mop heads, etc.) through the washer at the end of the day. They advised that they are typically running about 3 to 5 loads a day. I checked with the claims department to see if we could get them covered was advised that whirlpool would not cover them for this repair due to the commercial environment. She advised that since then they have had really bad smells coming from the back of the refrigerator. I tested the ice dispenser and found it making a popping sound when it was trying to dispense and no ice was coming through. "Arrived on site for error code F8-E0. Upon arrival,power cycled unit. Ran diagnostics and get error codes F1-E1 internal oven AM error, and F8-E0 low fan speed under speed. Test unit and get error codes again. Need to replace blower and control. Found model # is off by last 2 digits. Uploaded picture of M/S tag to SD. Entered correct model to SD. Don site for a refrigerator that is not making ice. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised the icemaker does not fill up with water. She has tested the water dispenser in. Found the water dispenser working. I didnt check the water dispenser and did find the water dispenser operating properly. I found temperature in the freezer at 6?F indicating the icemaker should have been harvesting. I jumped the icemaker and found the motor turning. I did find that the icemaker once it got to the valve section was filling up with water indicating the issue was with the icemaker thermistor. I replaced the icemaker and tested the unit. I found the unit harvest and fill as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site to test unit for butting not working. Test unit and found shorted key pad error. Test unit and found and control board. Replaced board test unit and unit test good job complete. W11620481

"Arrived on site to test unit for not cooling. Customer stated power pole got knocked down and they lost power, fridge stopped cooling after that. Cycled power found start device not engaging. Replaced start device (W11547180) and tested, compressor still did not engage. Found no voltage going to the start device. Replaced control (W11566851), turned unit on, compressor kicked on. Assembled unit, unit is now producing ideal frost pattern. Advised customer to place bottle of water inside the freezer, when its frozen solid unit will be ready to use. Unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."

"I checked the side million and found it at 70?F. I found where it was condensating on the mullion to be at 56.1?F. I unplugged the condenser fan and let it run for 15 minutes. I found that the center million temperature rose to 66?F and the side cabinet rose to 75?F. I called whirlpool Techline and spoke to Bruce SR# 7739274877. He had me send them in several photos of the frost on the center Milian, and advised that with my checks, he would submit this to review, and that the customer or myself would be contacted, depending on the next steps. "KDFM404KPS0 Arrived on site for unit making buzzing noise, not heating properly and rack folding down properly. Upon arrival, customer mentioned rear tine on lower rack is not propping upwards, making buzzing noise during wash cycle and not drying mid and top rack properly. Upon running overall checkup diagnostics, found buzzing noise to occur during the wash motor engaging. Need to replace W11416362 pump&motor upon next service visit. Proceeded to inspect unit and found water spitting out when closing door on the dry vent exhaust on outer door panel. Disassembled inner and outer door and found residue around the circular gasket. Cleaned area. Proceeded to inspect retainer tine and found one of the leg clips to be faulty (photo attached). Ordering W11736466 tine retainer. Office to reschedule.
