The customer advised they used it two times and on the third cycle, the unit would lock and unlock would make a few noises and would go completely done. I ran the unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. Attempted to start a cycle and confirmed the customers complaint. Found the drum would attempt to turn twice and then go to Dunn. Ran the unit through a diagnostic cycle, and at the end when it spun, found the unit, throwing an error code for an F7 E1 (basket speed fault) error code. I checked underneath the washer and found actuator had something stuck above the actuator. Removed the obstruction and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Inspected unit and work area. I replaced the basket, suspension, and tub ring, and went to go test the unit. Found that the plugs inside of the washroom were all two prong plugs with no adapter to be able to plug the unit in. The customer was not home to be able to assist so I advised the customer to call back if any other issues persist. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is leaking water from the icemaker. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that they had issues with water coming from the ice chute but theyve also had issues with a rattling noise with the unit and the freezer not staying below 90?F. I did confirm the customers complaint and found a defrost issue in the freezer section. Ran the unit through diagnostics and found all tests pass. I forced a defrost on the freezer section and found no amperage coming from the defrost circuit. While doing my testing, I found the three-way valve continually shift from side to side without stopping and the control making clicking sounds every 15 seconds. I checked resistance through the thermistors at the control and found the thermistors within range. Found the deli drawer UI completely dead. Spoke to SW and was advised this was a dc short within the unit. Ordering all components for the defrost circuit as well as several components within the DC circuit. There was a visible burn on the board and it had not been fully seated during manufacture. I removed and replaced the ignition board and tested. WFG320M0MS0 Arrived to inspect slow heating. I found the air shutter incorrectly set and the burner tube would not fully ignite along its length. I adjusted the air shutter and retested and the issue was fully resolved. The unit heated as designed. No gas leaks detected during service.

"Arrived onsite for dryer making noise. On inspection when the drum was spinning there was rock sounding noise. I gain access to the blower wheel and found small pebbles and sand in the blower wheel. Cleared them out and turn the unit on. The noise is gone from the unit. The unit is operating as designed. The vent goes right out the wall and when I had the vent hose off I could see lint buildup on the outside of the vent. Went outside and cleaned the vent out. The unit is breathing now, the clothes will dry faster!"

Upon arrival I found that they was standings water in the unit I checked for a high loop and found that there was none which caused drain back. I cleaned the code and ran the unit in diag mode and found that the heater didnt come on I tested the heater with my meter and found that it showed open. "Arrived onsite for a stacked washer that is showing PF code. Upon arrival I found no codes stored I performed a voltage test and doin 118vac with the unit off and the same when the unit is running. I checked polarity and found that it was good. I ran the unit in quick wash cycle and found that the unit operated as designed but I did notice that there is a squeaking when the tub moves up and down which could be the dampers going out which can cause the unit not to spin out the clothes properly which the customer also complained about. I am ordering the dampers/ shocks and the springs to be replaced and will return with the acu, filter board, console and a scans tech to help me get the dryer off the top of the washer and Will need to replace the filter and have the customer monitor the unit. Arrived on site to inspect side by side refrigerator. The ice container has a large ice ball. There are also icicles under the ice maker tray and arm. I removed the ice from the container and under the container. I ran a harvest cycle and found the ice maker running properly. I preformed a fill test and found the ice maker filled but kept dribbling after the valve has shut. The valve is weeping and overflowing the ice tray. I found no ice in the fill tube. The customer is not on a water softener. I removed and replaced the water valve under warranty due to callback period. The unit now operates as designed. No leaks observed during service.

I pulled the unit out enough to gain access to the door hinges and found the right hinge spring had jumped off track. I placed the spring back in place and adjusted it and tested the door. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived on site for microwave needing previously diagnosed paint over burn mark in inner cavity. Upon arrival reconfirmed issue and applied paint. Found unit working as designed. Call complete ; O-emld tckt

"Arrived on site ,replaced motor and belt .ran unit all checked normal. Job completed"

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator tripping the breaker. Upon further inspection, I found the unit with no power and the breaker tripped. The breaker is a GFCI breaker and once the breaker was turned on, the red warning light began to flash. I recommended the customer have the breaker inspected/replaced. With the unit powered up, I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested all components and found the defrost element in the FC compartment was causing the unit to trip the breaker as I forced defrost on the unit and the unit lost power. Before I gained access to the element, I provided a disclaimer from management regarding the issues with this unit to my customer. I gained access to the defrost element and found the evap cover insulation had melted at the bottom (photo) and found what appears to be a burnout spot on the element and the right side of the element looks warped outward away from the evaporator. I tested ohms to the element and got 30.1 ohms. I attempted to test for voltage and when I forced defrost again, the unit lost power and the breaker tripped. After discussing repairs and the potential for more failures in the near future, the customer advised they did not want to move forward with repairs. I reassembled the unit and had the customer sign for their receipt. Unit left turned off at the breaker and no water leaks observed during service, job completed."
