"MRT711SMFZ02 Arrived to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I removed and replaced the failed compressor, service port and dye drier. I vacuumed the system and then charged with the MFG prescribed refrigerant charge. The unit operated as designed and the noise issue was resolved. No leaks observed during service."

Arrived on site for a washing machine that is flashing the lid lock and is not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. Around the unit throughout diagnostics and found an F0 E2 (over suds) error code. Attempted to run the unit through an auto test and found that the machine was registering water being inside of the drum consistently even without water present. The unit would not transition into filling or doing anything else. I removed the pressure hose off the pressure switch and found no difference. Power-cycled the unit and still had the same result. I replaced the control and test of the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for a cooktop with the center burner still making a puffing noise. I found the burner doing the same thing when the low flame is turned up a little higher and sometimes when it is on low. I changed the burner head and tested getting the same result. The burned head has two gas slots in it for gas to come out and make a flame in the center of the slotted opening when the flame is turned up and when on low a small amount of gas is coming out and lighting from the burner flame causing the puff noise because it is not enough gas to stay lit when turned down. I called techline and spoke with Bruce SR# 7738046828. Bruce advice trying to change the orifice holder and burner caps incase there is warpage causing the issue. Ordering WPW10639175 orifice holder and W10811958 burner cap. RS for Wed 12/27.; ordrng 1 WPW10639175 (Orifice holder) and 1 W10811958 (Burner cap)

"Arrived onsite with refrigerator not dispensing water. On inspection the filter check out good, The filter head tested out good. Pulled the dual valve and the valve installed 11/9/23 was bad. Replaced the valve under AE warranty. The water pressure was only half of what it should have been. Pulled the unit out tested the inlet valve in it was good. Why I turn the water back on I noticed the supply line was folded in half. Fixed the issue and the water pressure was better after that. The unit is operating as designed and no water leaks detected during system."

On arrival verified complaint of not igniting correctly. Found right front and right rear burners not igniting. Found the spark module not sending voltage to igniter. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not working. Upon further inspection, I tested temp,sin the FC =-2 degrees and RC=33 degrees. I disassembled the FC section and tested the ice maker and it began to operate but when the motor wheel reached approximately 7 oclock the wheel began to move back and forth. Once it began to move forward again it began to move back and forth at approximately 1 oclock and then it completed a cycle. Due to this glitch, I removed and replaced the ice maker and tested and it is operating as designed. I cycled power to the unit o reset the controls. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

I advised on how to calibrate unit and dropped -5. I also saw a spot on the bottom of the oven where the coating appears to have been eaten away by milk that had boiled over. Contacted tech line, SR7738015484. Sent picture of spot. Tech line advised that something had to have eaten through the coating, but there is no repair that can be made to the liner coating. Arrived on site for a range that is flashing an F9 E0 (range mis-wired) error code. Inspected unit and work area. Did confirm the customers complaint and found the error message sitting on the control upon entry. Ran into into diagnostics and also found an F1 E1 (main control failure) error message. Went to replace the control and found the new control would not display any LED lights. Checked all connections and found all connections were snug. But the old control back on and found the unit LED board illuminating indicating that the control center with me was defective. On arrival. Edified complaint of no lint catching on lint filter. Ran air fluff and vent tester and unit would not even activate the device. Arrived on site to inspect dryer not drying clothes. The customer has been running the dryer while its pulled out to prevent the hose being crushed and still found the clothes not drying. I found no heat while running. I also verified the vent hose being straight and clear while I tested airflow. The unit has poor airflow. I removed the vent and found good airflow. The house vent is clogged. I also found the thermal fuse blown. I removed and replaced the thermal fuse and tested. The unit now heats properly. I instructed the customer to get their house vent cleaned before using the unit further. The unit now operates as designed.

On arrival verified complaint of light not shutting off. Replaced harness and interlocks and still light stays on. Called TL and spoke to Chris 7738013542 was advised the triac is still not working and needs to be replaced as well as light socket and ui. Replaced the main and ui as well as light socket and still doesnt turn light off. Advised customer the bulb is a led and may be shorted and needs to be replaced. Customer will order bulb and replace. "Arrived on site to diagnose dryer stopping during cycle. On arrival customer said unit would stop drying after 10 or so minutes. I tested the unit and confirmed if the moisture sensors had nothing contacting them, cycles would end quicker. I also advised the customer to turn off the ecoboost option to make sure clothes dry quicker / better as ecoboost frequently leaves clothes damp. I tested the unit with the customer present and with a good sized load the clothes dry correctly. Unit has no error codes present. Unit working as designed. Repair completed."

Arrived on site to diagnose vent hood that had a dead blower. Tested unit and confirmed blower will not turn on at all. I examined the molex connector for the blower and confirmed it has a very loose fit and wiggling it turns on the fan. I bent the harness connector slightly to give it a better fit in the molex. Reconnected and tested and verified proper operation. Repair completed.

"On site for a refrigerator that still has a defrost issue. Inspected unit and work area. The unit was running and had a major defrost issue in the freezer section. Ran the unit through diagnostics and found the defrost sensor open. Checked resistance from the control through the defrost sensor and found it reading 49.5 k ohms Indicating temperature is below -20?. Gained access to the defrost sensor and found it reading 44.1 k ohms of resistance. Checked again from the control and still found 47.4 k ohms of resistance. I checked through the defrost heater and found it reading 91.1 ohms of resistance. I called whirlpool techline and spoke to Austin SR# 7738013150. He had me run a few tests, but advised to replace that heater and check the wiring at the molex connector underneath. Replace the defrost heater and found the Molex connector underneath behind the dryer not fully seated properly. He advised that his assumption with the random readings from the control may have been due to improper seating of the connectors. Fixed the fitting and the unit is now working and operating as designed. He advised to call back if any other issues persist. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to test unit for door issues, customer stated the door is wobbly when opening from the sides, explained to customer that door needs to be opened from center and the wobble in the door is per design so the door can seal and readjust, slightly lifted right side of door to even gaps on the FC door, at this time unit is running as designed, job complete"

"WRS315SNHM06 Arrived to complete charge. I measured the FC internal temperature and found it at 12F, but unknown when the last time it was opened. Customer advised it appeared to be cooling well since the repair. Upon inspection, prior to charging, I discovered the factory joint at the Yoder loop entry point had a very minor leak, which was undetectable without dye and the likely cause of the initial cooling failure. I removed the section of tubing and re-brazed, and then vacuumed and charged. Operational test good, no water connections to unit."

Arrived onsite for refrigerator making noise. On previous visit found a bolt on the compressor and a copper tube laying on the compressor. Once those issues were fixed there was a slight noise coming out of the compressor. If I put my hand on the compressor the noise goes away. I installed damper pads to the compressor to help with noise.

Arrived on site for water in the filter area. Confirmed water valve seems to be leaky into tub when off. Verified drain loop. Replaced water inlet valve. Verified operation. No leaks. Call complete.

"Arrived onsite for unit not starting. Upon arrival, customer states that unit only makes a clicking sound when door is opened. Inspected unit and found unit clicking when door is opened. The interior light is not lighting and unit only click when trying to cook. Removed unit from cabinet. Removed top panel to inspect control. Found noise coming from relay on control. Replaced control W11325786. Having same issue. Contacted CS for assistance. Recommend replacement of interlock harness assembly. Ordering harness. Arrived on site for a dryer. That is not heating. Inspected unit and work area. I did confirm the customers complaint and found proper voltage and polarity. Tested all heating components and found the thermal cut off open. Replace a thermal cut off and operating thermostat and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site for front left burner not operating correctly. Replaced element and switch. Test unit and unit is operating as designed. Job complete

Arrived onsite for fc light not working. On inspection found that the switch was frozen. The light would come on when the door was open because of the frozen switch. Freed up the switch and the light is working now. No water leaks detected during service.

"JGS1450FS0 Arrived to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I found the actual issue causing the door fitment and subsequent heated air leak, was due to the light switch preventing the door from fully closing. I was able to correctly form the switch rod assembly to prevent the door issue and the unit operated as designed. No gas leaks detected during service."

"Arrived on site for not spinning, upon arrival ran diagnostics and got error codes F7-E4 basket re engagement failure, and F1-E2 motor drive over voltage. Raised unit to inspect motor parts. Found slider has failed. Need to replace slider. Replaced slider W107345521. Test unit and now operates as designed. No leaks present at this time. Job complete"
