I removed and replaced the compressor, service port and dye drier and vacuumed. Holding at 320 microns, I charged the system with the MFG calculated charge and tested. The unit resumed normal cooling. I replaced the failed FC drawer and the noisy fan motor and blade. No water connections to unit."

"WRS325SDHZ08 Arrived to complete repair. I had the customer leave the ice maker in the off position since the last visit and they advised that the unit operated as designed and did not display any temperature issues as prior. This proved the ice maker fill tube was intermittently leaking down the back wall and causing the ice issues within the evaporator, further evidenced by the large accumulation within the left side of the drip pan. I modified the fill tube and tested. The issue was resolved and there was no more evidence of water spillage during fill. No leaks observed during service."

"Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that is not making ice. The customer stated its not making ice or cooling correctly in the FC. I checked the system for leaks and could not find any signs of dye. I tested pressures and had good pressures and no sign of refrigerant loss. I ran service test 4 and everything was good but when step 5 started the refrigerant flow was spitting at times then finally smoothed out than near the end of the step before it shut off the compressor speed dropped. Before I could test voltage the test stopped and turned to normal operation. I could not get it to repeat this. I dumped the charge and vacuumed the system then charged it again with 56 grams of R600A. I ran test 4 again and the flow to the FC evaporator sounded better but still had some spitting at times. I watched the temp drop in the FC to 5 degrees in step 4. I set the icemaker to max ice and asked the customer to monitor ice production and call back if there are still FC cooling issues or ice making issues. I suspect there could be more than one issue here and if the customer calls back we need to return with an inverter, main control, LED control, icemaker, dual valve, and fill tube heater. "WRT311FZDZ02 Arrived to inspect cooling issues. I found the unit was attempting to cool and thermography looked ok in the high side and there was a developed frost pattern on the evaporator. During inspection, I found the door was not sealing as expected and was correctable via leveling and adding a customer provided spacer to the back left corner. The air tower was not mounted as designed and a gap of approximately 1/4 was along the entire bottom of the air tower, causing incorrect airflow between the chambers. I corrected the issue and tested. The customer will contact us if there are further issues. No water connections to unit."

I changed the compressor and installed a drier and access valve. I vacuumed the system and found my high side loosing vacuum very slowly. I pressure the system with 104 psi of nitrogen and found it dropping pretty fast. I took three time stamped photos. I tested all the joints in the unit compartment with leak detector and found no leaks. The machine is either leaking from the evaporator, condenser, or in the chassis on the high side. I found the unit would cycle power, likely from moisture incursion into the harness area and there were frosted areas within the evaporator, but not complete plugging. On prior service, it was discovered that there was a cold spot with water formation marks on the back of the machine, at the RC return area. Upon return for the sealed system, tech will need to ensure the internal lines are intact. Thermography revealed the sealed system was not creating enough heat in the high side and the inlet to outlet of the condenser had a 45 degree variance. No leaks observed during service. Customer stated there was a power surge and that night unit stopped producing ice. 5 days later there was another power surge and ice maker returned to full function and is currently producing ice. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not working. Upon further inspection, I found the ice chute gasket slightly turned and adjusted. I removed the ice bin and found the ice maker on/off arm in the off position. Once I pressed the arm down in the on position, the ice maker began to harvest then filled with water. While servicing other appliances in the home, I heard the ice maker harvest and drop cubes into the bin and then filled with water. I recommended the customer allow the unit at least 24 hours to fill the bin and 72 hours to completely fill the bin with ice. Unit is operating as designed. "Arrived on site to inspect wall oven not working. Upon further inspection, I found the display blank and not responding. Checked the breaker and found it to be a GFCI breaker and it was tripped. Cycled power to the unit and placed the unit in diagnostics and tested each component and the unit operated as designed. Pulled the unit out and gained access to the rear of the unit to test the elements and test voltage. I found both the bake and broil elements within ohms range and both getting 241V. While the unit tested, the breaker tripped. I removed and replaced the main control and retested and while heating, the breaker tripped. "KRFF577KPS02 Arrived to inspect noise and sweating at door. I found the noise was due to the lower air guide vibrating at the opposite side of the prior repair and was able to correct. The FC door gasket had water on it and the mullion was twisted, causing the RH RC door to be unable to seal at the bottom, causing the condensate on the FC to form. I was able to temporarily square the mullion, but it was very weak compared to others and will require replacement. The ice bin door had a gap along the upper sealing surface and will require replacement. The customer requested tech GCO. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator not cooling. The customer stated that it is cooling. The issue is it will not dispense water but it does make ice. I found the dual valve bad causing the issue. The customer also stated the Freezer builds up with frost. I found the freezer full of frost around the door due to the door not closing all the way. I removed all of the frost and found gapping between the liner and chassis starting the issue. The door gasket is good and the rails are good. The chassis and liner need to be sealed around the FC. Arrived onsite for a microwave not heating. Found the voltage supply wire to the mag thermostat had come off and was just hanging in air. I took a photo. "WRS973CIDM00 Arrived to inspect no cool. The customer advised the unit had cooled for about two weeks after the compressor replacement that was performed prior. The extended warranty company had sent out a different servicer two times prior to todays service and they advised the customer there was a leak within the system, but did not attempt to find it. I found the balanced pressure was 6psi and running was 144/12 in hg, denoting a high side leak. There were no signs of leaks anywhere accessible on the machine and nothing at the condenser. I isolated the heat loop/yoder line and found very slow leak. At 224, it lost 2 psi in 10 minutes. The tech assist line was not available to contact due to the holiday and management will need to decide the correct course of action on the following day. "Arrived on site to test unit for beeping. Upon arrival customer stated unit would turn on but about 5-10 mins in it would beep and flash error code. Tested unit, found F9E1 product not draining error code. Activated drain pump, drain pump is getting voltage and activating but you can hear pump is not working at full capacity. Will need to order drain pump for return visit and additional parts to ensure completion. Ordering parts, no parts installed, rescheduled for 05/31.; ordrng 1 W11462456 (Drain pump) and 1 W11460946 (Pump and motor assembly)"

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Per previous techs diagnosis I removed and replaced the left FC door and tested.mi found the door would not close due to the door gasket bulging out on the left side of the door (photos). I removed the new door and re-installed the old door until a new door can be ordered. Customer advised that the water dispenser and ice maker had stopped working, but then the dispenser started working again. I gained access to the RC evaporator fan scroll and found it gapped at the top of the styrofoam scroll allowing freezing air to escape and hit the reservoir and causing it to freeze and not allow water to be dispensed. Using some permagum from my van stock (212643), I sealed the gap and tested. No further air leaks found. I am ordering the left FC door and CNOTE-2 MAN to install the door due to the island being directly in front of the refrigerator and not enough room to elan the door to install. I tested the ice maker and water dispenser and both are operating as designed at this time. No abnormal noises heard during service and no water leaks observed during service.; ordrng 1 W11593330 (Left FC door SS) and 1 CNOTE (2MAN TO INSTALL DOOR)"

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is condensating. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the Molien between her refrigerator and freezer is condensating and continuing to leave water on top of the freezer gasket. She advised that it has been this way, since she bought this unit. I confirmed the customers complaint and found moisture buildup on the actual bow in itself in two different spots. I checked temperature on the Moen and found it at 65? on the end but at 51? on the two coldest spots. I disconnected the condenser fan and ran the unit for 10 minutes. I found the temperature on the middle part of the Molean reach 52?F but the sides went up to 71?F. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Aaron SR# 7739162551. He advised that based on my checks, there would be an issue with the yodeler loop, not being pressed up against the cabinet. He advised that he would send this to review and that the customer or I would be contacted, depending on the next steps. Call complete. No parts were installed."

Arrived on site with parts for new door. Customer also says it doesnt heat very good. Found door is sealing properly. Tested and unit heats properly. Explained this is only 900 w so longer hating is normal. Attempted to removed the microwave for further inspection. Found lower trim piece is blocking/diverting exhaust air and causing the damage. Unable to remove the microwave with the assistance of the customer. It is stuck. Advised customer unit needs to be accessible to go any further. Referred to builder to correct install and have unit accessible to remove for repairs.

Arrived on site and replaced previously diagnosed control panel(WPW10797321) and door gasket(WPW10624183). Unit now working as designed.
