I removed the ground wire and preheated to five hundred degrees temperature reached without tripping breaker. I took amp draw only oven on it was 14.67 with all burners on high and oven on it was 41.97. I rewired the ground wire back on and preheated to five hundred degrees temperature reached without tripping breaker. I checked polarity, and voltage readings were correct. Arrived on site to inspect dryer not staying on for more than 10 minutes. Upon further inspection I measure incoming voltage and measured L1 to N 120VAC. L2 to N 118 VAC. L1 to L2 6VAC. I gained access to the inside of the dryer and tested the motor and found it was receiving proper voltage. I replaced the motor ad wheel and found that the new motor was not operating even with proper voltage. I tested the motor and found that the new motor was defective. Please note, the unit is also sitting on tile. Once unit was leveled, bypassed the lid switch and ran the unit with the lid open. Ran high speed spin empty, and also with 4 soaked bath towels. Took video and sent it to SW, and also called in and submitted videos to tech line. Tech line case, SR21333899. Tech line reviewed video and agrees that the unit is within spec and working as designed, and vibration is normal in a suspended basket system. Tech line also recommended adding friction or vibration pads under the feet, this may reduce the vibration closer to customer satisfaction. Had Esteban the son present, and he reviewed the findings and operation. Unit is working as designed by Whirlpool standard, with no other repairs recommended or needed. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the ice maker stopped making ice, and after they called it in for service, it started making ice again. I tested temps in the FC=9 degrees, but the customer advised that they had the door open for a minute while they removed some of the food items. I found the setting for the FC section set to the 4th bar (colder). I tested the ice maker, and it harvested and filled as designed. The customer advised that when the ice maker stops, they will wiggle the bailing arm, and the ice maker will begin to harvest and make ice again. I recommended that they don't do that as the arm will break. Due to intermittent production, I removed and replaced the ice maker and tested it. The new ics maker is operating as designed. Arrived onsite KDTE204KPS1 for leaking and cuetomer had helpful video showing a drip off of the crossbar insulation. Opened door skin and found crossbar insulation had a portion tucked into the tub where water is present during the cycle. The insulation was siphoning water out of the tub slowly and eventually dripping out on the floor. Corrected issue by placing crossbar insulation in the designated space. Tested cycle and observed issue resolved. No parts needed.

"Arrived on site to inspect washer MVW7230HC1stopping in the middle of a cycle and not balancing a load. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error codes F0E3-overload, F6E3-ACU not hearing MCU, and F7E9-locked rotor. I cleared the codes and continued with testing, and the unit operated as designed. Following the tech sheet for the error codes, I tested the main control and UI and found proper voltage and found the diagnostics LED flashing as it's supposed to. I tilted the unit back and inspected the rotor, stator, clutch, slider, and gearcase and found no gearcase oil underneath. I removed the rotor to gain access to the stator, clutch, and slider and found where the slider has been rubbing on the clutch (F7E9). I removed and replaced the slider and clutch and calibrated the unit. Retested in diagnostics, and the unit is operating as designed. No water leaks were observed during service. I recommend that the customer only do small to medium loads and no loads that are large as the heavier the load, the more stress it sill put on the gearcase and other components. job completed. Arrived on site KDTM404KPS3 and found dishwasher leaking as a result of inlet nut not all the way tight and so inlet water meter housing had a leak during use that bypassed water leak detection. Was able to secure and stop leak by tightening meter housing nut. Unit is now operating as designed without leaking. Advised customer on findings.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator WRS335SDHM07 no cool. Upon further inspection, I found the unit unplugged and plugged it in and gained access to the evaporator to monitor the frost pattern. I found the frost pattern only moving halfway on the evaporator and the frost building up on the cap tube and suction line in the top right corner. I pulled the unit out onto my floor protector and gained access to the compressor. I found the compressor beginning to get very hot, and the condenser line is even hotter. I evacuated the system, and using nitrogen, I cleared the system. I removed and replaced the compressor, access valve, and UV dye drier. Vacuumed the system down to -30/0 psi and monitored pressures. Installed 68g of R600 refrigerant and allowed the unit to equalize. Plugged the unit in and tested and found the unit operating as designed. I inspected the evaporator and found the frost pattern approximately 3/4 full. I leveled the unit and found the unit is cooling properly. I recommended that the customer allow the unit to cool for at least 24 hours before placing food items inside. "Arrived on site to inspect trash compactor GC900QPPQ7 not operating. Upon further inspection, I tested the unit, and it failed to turn on. The customer advised that the unit was hardwired with the disposal. I advised the customer that the unit needs to be on its own dedicated circuit because, with them turning the compactor on, it will turn the disposal on at the same time. I found the switch for the disposal and turned ths switch on and attempted to test, and nothing happened; even the disposal didn't turn on. I turned the first switch on and tested the compactor, and it operated as designed. I checked the disposal and pressed the reset on the bottom to verify that it's not on the same circuit and found that it was not. I advised the customer of my findings. Unit is opersting as designed, job completed."

Arrived on site to inspect cooktop 2 middle burners not igniting. Upon further inspection I gained access to the switch harness and found a loose connection. I reseated the connection and reassembled and tested the burners. The cooktop is now operating as designed. No gas leaks observed during service. No one on site to sign

"WFG320M0MW0. Customer stated that the gas company came out and said there was a gas leak on or near the stove. Pulled stove out and checked all fittings and connections with bubble solution. Found a little bit of bubbles where the gas line sits and fits onto the nipple going into the regulator. Tightened that compression fitting and rechecked. Found no bubbles. Tested all the burners and the oven. Everything is functioning properlyNo, gas leaks detected time of service."

"Arrived on site to inspect cooktop left burner igniter continuing to spark while flame is lit. Upon further inspection, I found that the middle and left burner had the same issue. I gained access to the harness and found that the harness stems were loose. I also found that the spark modules were malfunctioning. I replaced the left rear spark module and the harness. "Arrived on site to diagnose the upper oven not turning on and the left rear burner not igniting. Tested the oven and found the upper oven igniter open, preventing ignition. Moved on to test the left rear surface burner and found no spark at the electrode. Further inspection revealed a failed switch harness causing the issue. Ordering a new switch harness to complete the repair. Arrived on site to replace the dryer blower belt. Removed the old damaged belt and installed the new one. Verified proper belt alignment and tension around the motor and blower pulley. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed part. I removed and replaced the main harness . I tested the voltages and they was still a problem with the incoming voltages. The neutral specifically was not present when testing. I verified this by hooking up the L1 and L2 and ground at the junction box and connected the neutral wire from the oven to another outlets neutral via extension cord. As soon as I did this test, the oven functioned as designed. I informed the customer that the problem was an electrical problem. W11727826"

"MVW6230HW1. Customers stated the unit was making a grinding and very loud rubbing noise. Put unit into agitation and verified noise coming from underneath. Tilted unit back and found pulley cover was bowed and cracked, rubbing on clutch cam kit W10721967. Also noticed oil saturating the pulley cover, clutch actuator, and motor. Motor makes a grinding noise when spunmost likely bad bearings. Tub also makes a grinding noise when spun, indicating bad tub bearing.will replace gearcase, actuator, clutch cam kit, and drive belt On return visit, need to order motor and pulley shroud. Arrived on site to inspect washer not staring a cycle and making a humming sound. Upon further inspection I ran an automatic test and the washer failed to agitate or spin. I gained access to the capacitor and measured 12 micro farads. The capacitor was out of spec and would not allow the motor to run. I replaced the capacitor and reassembled and tested the washer. The washer is now operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service.

"Arrived on site to diagnose a burning smell when operating the garbage disposal. Tested the unit and found the disposal motor seized, even though the internal blades were free and not obstructed. The motor windings were overheating, causing the burning odor. Removed the failed disposal and installed a new replacement unit. Checked all plumbing connections for leaks and verified proper electrical connections. Tested operation, and the new disposal ran smoothly with no abnormal smells or noises. "Arrived on site to test unit WED4815EW1 for long dry times. Upon arrival customer stated she is experiencing long dry times and doesnt think the unit is getting hot enough.Engaged a high heat cycle while monitoring temperature with a thermocouple and found the unit cycling between 170?205?, which is within range. Performed a vent test and found poor airflow due to a restricted vent. Verified restriction by testing with paper at the exhaust, no suction present. Advised customer to contact a professional vent cleaning service to restore proper airflow. Once vents are cleaned, the unit will return to optimal drying performance.
