"Arrived onsite for range not heating. Upon arrival found that unit was tripping breaker. Tested unit and found during preheat, the unit would trip. Could not hear relays on control. Replaced control. Tested again, could hear relay but still tripping breaker. Ran test mode and isolated each component. Broil and bake ran with no issues individually. Ran temperature above target temp and then started a normal bake function. Bake cycled properly. Found that issue is only on preheat when both elements are running at the same time. Notified customer that unit is connected to GFCI breaker and will need to be checked, not carrying load.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no cool. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC=37 degrees & RC=46 degrees. I found frost built up on the FC evap cover. Removed the cover and found the evaporator engulfed in frost/ice. Tested the defrost heater and found it bad/burnt out. I removed and replaced the element and tested the unit in diagnostics. Unit is operating as designed. I recommended the customer leave the unit unplugged for 24 hours to allow the remaining ice/frost to defrost and had them sign the waiver of damages from defrosting refrigerator and recommended they place towels around the unit to catch any overflowing water that may occur. Left the unit pulled out at the customers request so they can plug it back in and they will push it back in its space. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator not cooling. Customer advised me that the unit pops the breaker if plugged in. Tested unit and found breaker pops within seconds. I removed all loads and disconnected the control from the harness. I also removed the power cable molex from the cabinet. Found with everything disconnected the unit will not trip. Replaced control. I plugged the control in with power only, and reconnected the molex connector. Found breaker still trips within 30 seconds. Based on isolation this indicates that there is a failure in the cabinet wiring, since breaker doesnt trip till power cable molex is plugged into the cabinet.

Arrived onsite for dishwasher not washing dishes. On inspection the dishwasher spray arms were not working properly. Very little water was being pumped out of the arms. The motor was making a grinding noise on top very little water being pumped out of the spray arms. The drain was working fine and the heating element was 19 ohms. Replaced the pump and motor and retested the unit. The unit is spaying water with force now and no noise coming from the motor. The unit is operating as designed and no water leaks detected during service

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator fresh foods door not sealing. Upon further inspection, I found the RC door not closing properly. While testing the door closing/opening, I found the lower hinge was loose. When I went to tighten the screws, I found two of the three screws were broken and the door was basically hanging on with the top hinge. I removed the door and removed this hinge and I used the good screw to hold the hinge in place and used a temporary screw to hold the screw plate in place. Upon arrival I did not smell any gas when the unit was not in us and couldnt find any leaks, I asked customer when she smelled the gas and she advised me that it was when she first turned on the oven. I the turn the oven on and the unit operating as designed, you will smell a little gas when the unit it first turn on but with go away the the back but it lit by the spark igniter. Upon further in I found that the gears in the lower spray arm war jammed which can cause the arm to get stuck in one position and in the case it would get stuck where it would spray at the bottom of the door causing the leak. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator not cooling correctly in the RC. I found the defrost circuit working. I found the fan not running with power to it. I removed the cover and found frost and ice build up on the right side of the evaporator only in the outer loops and I found a ice in the bottom of the fan shroud. I removed the ice and found a lot of play in the fan motor shaft. I replaced the evaporator cover and tested the unit. All is working as designed. "Arrived onsite for dishwasher not finishing a cycle. On inspection the unit would not power on. Checked the outlet and it had power so gain access to the electrical panel under the unit in found power there, thats when I heard the unit turn on. I ran the drain pump to pump the water out. I then put the unit into diagnostics mode. It ran #1 and when it went the #2 the unit through the breaker. Customer reset breaker then I went back to the panel under the unit and found power on the cord side . Went over to the harness side and was testing for electricity is when I saw the spark on the cord side. On further inspection the installers did not tighten down the wire beside the screws. I secured the wires with the screw and the unit came backup. I was able to run diagnostics mode 3 times with out any issues. The unit was operating as designed and no water leaks detected during service."
