The customer ran a normal wash cycle and found the agitator spinning but the basket not really catching. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F7 E4 (basket re-engagement failure) error code. Checked underneath the unit and found the slider broken. Replaced the slider and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site for a dishwasher that is leaking. Inspected unit and work area. I ran the unit through an auto test and could not find any leaks with the unit. I tested the unit twice and could not find a failure. The customer advised the unit was leaking from the door. During one of the test cycles I did notice that the unit was leaning forward into the right which is where he said the unit was dripping from. I did go ahead and adjust the feet on the unit to stabilize and level the unit. Did instruct customer on proper loading techniques as well as refraining from oversuds in. He did advise that the unit normally works and does complete cycles but will intermittently have a few loads that do this and he will have to power cycle the unit to get it to work. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Butch SR# 7733211682. He had me check a ribbon cable at the UI to ensure it was seated properly. I did find that it was properly seated. "Arrived to inspect element stuck and missing pans. I was able to remove the element and then verify the elements, pans and receptacles require replacement. The parts are not available and require research. contact tech GC for further details. The CX requested the blower switch be replaced and it will require research as well.

"Arrived to inspect cooling issues. RC-54, FC-20F and the FC evaporator was frozen. The chamber divider had a large gap at the lower front frame and the RC gasket was not able to conform. The FC gasket also had light gapping. The deformed divider was too far out for me to comfortably correct and I contacted the MFG and spoke with tech Austin. Advised the tech of my findings and then performed a text based photo for their information. SR 7733218582. Unit deemed non-repairable and the CX will be contacted for further instructions."

"Arrived to inspect noise. I was able to verify the noise in test mode 4, with the compressor and condenser fan both running. When I pulled the unit out, the issue still persisted. I accessed the lower unit and ensured there were no loose items that could cause the issue and the drier was correctly positioned. Internally, I verified the issue was not able to be felt on the refrigerant tubes and there was nothing loose or moving. Test mode 4 with the compressor unplugged and only the condenser fan running did not make the noise and I was able to establish it is the sealed system causing the issue. I could feel a very slight vibration in the back of the cabinet approximately 1/3 from the left and 10 inches above the lower unit cavity. I contacted the MFG tech line, tech Andy. Advised tech of my findings and he had me contact trade care for CX satisfaction issue and verification of warranty. SR 7733158833. I contacted the trade care team and they submitted it for replacement due to CX satisfaction. No leaks observed during service."

Arrived on site for cooktop grates wobbling. I inspected the unit and work area. I found the left side grate peg missing. I replaced the grate. I spoke to the customer about the grate having a little wobble in it. But once a pot or pan is placed on top the pegs will stabilize it and it wont wobble anymore. I tested all the burners and found them igniting and with good flame patterns. Job complete.

Arrived on site for dryer making a rattling noise still. I spoke to the customer and they stated the noise never went away after the last repair. I inspected the unit and work area. I tested the unit and found it making a noise. I removed the top and front panel. I jumped the door switch and ran the unit. I found the blower housing making the noise. I inspected the housing and found the gasket between the separating plate and the housing completely flat. I used some gasket material I had on hand and replaced the gasket. I reassembled the unit and tested it with a load. I found the unit not making a rattling noise any more. Job complete. This is cover on the warranty from the original repair. Spoke to PR.

Detergent dispenser unit is back flowing water to the automatic detergent and making too much soap suds in wash cycle causing unit to stay locked and staying in flood mode. The customer had the unit unplugged and immediately upon plug in the unit and the unit went into a drain and the error message popped up. Despite any attempts to remove the error message, the unit would not change the error message. Upon unplugging the unit, found the main control clicking on a relay seven times before powering off. Arrived on site for a washing machine thats making a screeching sound during operation. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised the unit will complete a cycle but that it seems to be really loud when it starts ramping up into the spin. Tested the unit and confirmed the customers complaint. Checked underneath the unit and found the cam stripped. Replaced the cam and removed the motor to widen the gap for the belt to make sure the belt had a nice firm grip on both motor and cam. Reassembled the unit and ran the unit for an auto test. The unit began to run and operate as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for a dryer that is not displaying. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit will turn on and make selections but the lights on the control panel do not illuminate. I did confirm the customers complaint and found the user interface with allow the unit to start any cycle and make the selections as the key tone was beeping but no lights were turned on. Check voltage to the user interface info and proper voltage. Ordering user interface, harness, and control for the repair. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not making ice. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed the customers complaint and attempted to jump the icemaker. Found that the icemaker would not turn. Check voltage to the icemaker and found 120 V. Unfortunately, I did not have any parts on hand. Will need a return with the icemaker and order a Control just in case. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that was clicking and did not finish the cycle. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that they believed the same issue was happening again with this washer where it would clear cannot drain. I ran the unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. Tested the unit in manual high speed agitation and spin. I could not find any fault going back-and-forth between the two. Ran the unit through an auto test and the unit ran as designed. I asked the customer if this had only happened on one load or if it had been happening consistently. They advised that the unit had been working for a full month without any issues and it happened on one load. Thus, they did not try to use it again and called back in. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Adrian SR# 7733203071. He advised that based on my findings, there was nothing we can do at this point on the machine due to inability to replicate the issue. He said that if it only happened on one load, it might have been an issue with the load. He advised to make no repairs at this time. Advise the customer to try different size loads and to see if theres an issue consistently with this unit not being able to finish the cycle. I did advise the customer that if the basket is overloaded or the unit goes off-balance, they may find issues with the unit completing cycles. I did advise them to try to capture it on video and contact us back if further issues persist. Call complete."

Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not ceiling properly. Inspected unit and work area. Confirm the customers complaints and found the slides bent specifically more so on the left-hand side. Replaced the slides and tested the unit. The unit began to open and close as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site for both RC and FC not cooling. Upon arrival found start device clicking. Replaced start device and compressor starts but makes rattling sound and shuts off. Compressor is pulling 8.4 amps. Spoke with PR and determined that unit need new compressor. Unit is a r600 sealed system.Ordering compressor and evaporator and PR will be ordering lockring parts; ordrng 1 W11370574 (Compressor) and 1 W11546692 (Evaporator)

Arrived onsite for heating element not operating. Upon arrival tested all elements and found right rear element was not operating. Test element and there was no continuity. Need to replace right rear element. Replaced right rear element and tested unit. Unit now heats correctly. Job complete

Arrived onsite for unit NOT WASHING DISHESNOT GETTING ANY WATER. Upon arrival tested unit on diagnostics mode and unit is getting water and washing. Customer said was not able to complete a normal cycle.During series of diagnostics test with no detergent was finding suds. Ran unit on normal cycle and found lots of suds. Found dispenser is leaking rinse aid causing suds issue. Need to order dispenser. All other functions operating as designed ordering dispenser office to reschedule.; ordrng 1 W11032769 (Dispenser)

"Arrived onsite for The ice maker is stuck and cannot be removed, in trying to get it out the front compartment detached. Upon arrival found ice bin was stuck in place by sheet of ice. Removed ice and test water fill on ice maker and found water overflowing to ice bin. Removed ice maker and found debris at bottom of icemaker water receiver and created ice build up making fill overfill. Melted all ice and cleared debris. Tested unit and unit operates correctly. No leaks present at this time.Job complete"

Arrived onsite for unit not cooling. Checked near the compressor and saw there a big start canister for the compressor. Conclusion was that the unit needs a sealed system replacement. Made quote as customer did not want to proceed.
