"Arrived on site for a washer and dryer combo not working. Upon arrival the customer stated that the dryer will not start, and when you press the start button on the dryer it will flash lights on the washer side. The washers lock is also stuck in the lock position and the washer will not respond. The customer also stated they had an electrician and found a good 240VAC at the back of the unit. I tested the unit and was able to replicate this. Upon further inspection I found the unit not accessible to pull out all the way to verify voltage. I was able to access to the control however. I tested the unit and found the dryer time was abnormally clicking and trying to work, but not operating properly. I gained access to the control and timer and checked voltage. At the main control I was only getting 75VAC and at the timer only 180VAC. I also found the green LED on the control not lit. These indicate a possible control and timer failure. I am ordering the timer, control, and dryer start switch to install. I advised the customer on having the unit accessible in order to verify voltage and possibly gain access to the latch. Upon arrival confirm complaint and customer stated that upper RC side was cooling as designed but priest that door would not shut and a lot of bi split up within the freezer. Found that both slide rails on each side of the door had warped and caused door not too fully silligance liner allowing hot air to then pass near the evaporator fan and coil and form the ice. Was able to move all eyes and two new rails and then reassembled and found door sealing as designed. Inform customer to allow unit 24 hours to stabilize temps and an additional 24 hours to fill bucket back up with ice. Call complete

Arrived on site to diagnose a cooktop with a burner not working properly. Found lr burner orifice clogged and cleaned orifice. Tested unit and found all is functioning properly at this time.

I tested the unit and found bad airflow, but was not able to replicate the sound. I then gained access to the inside of the unit and found significant lint build up. I also found the idler pulley and rollers were going bad. I installed all parts and cleaned the unit. I then ran the unit and found it working as designed.

I reconnected everything and then installed new lid switch. I tested unit 3 times and everything checked good. Unit is now operating as designed. No leaks observed during service. Job completed.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no cool. Upon further inspection, I found both compartments warm. Pulled the unit out and checked for leaks in the system and found no evidence of leaks (no dye). Found the compressor scorching hot. I placed my gauges in the drier and compressor access valve and found my equalized pressures at 30/30. Inspected both evaporators and found no dye on either. Tested the sealed system with nitrogen and pumped 130psi into the system and only got it to 110psi and within a few minutes pressures had dropped to 100. Inspected the evaporators again and found no evidence of a leak on either and no leaks found at the back of the unit. With my pressure readings and no evidence of a leak, i believe the unit has a system leak within the cabinets. I contacted techline and spoke to Kurt and advised of the complaint and my findings. Kurt verified my info and provided SR#7733804768 and deemed the unit non-repairable. I advised the customer of my findings and provided them with the SR# and 800 number to manufacturer customer service. Unit left unplugged for safety. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect washer not powering on. Upon further inspection, I found the unit control panel disassembled,bled by the customer (photo). Customer advised theyve replaced the main control twice and the noise filter one time and the unit continues to intermittently not power on. I checked voltage at the wall and got 122V. I pressed the power button on the control and it failed to turn on. I attempted to place the unit in diagnostics and it failed. I unplugged all molex connectors from the main control except the power and plugged the unit in. I found the diagnostics LED came on. One by one, I plugged each connector back into the main control and cycle power each time and with every connector, the main control powered on; the LED came on; and the power button functioned on the control and I was able to make selections and start a wash load. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested and the unit operated as designed. I retested several times and each time the unit operated as designed.

On unit head had a previously done silts system from another service provider and I found that the unit was in a vacuum indicating a leak. I soaked down all connections and lines near the compressor compartment as well as in the FC around the evaporator coil but found no evidence of leaking/UV dye/tears in the lines indicating that the unit had a leak in the liner insulation. Will need findings reported to ahs that unit cant be reliably repaired due to non repairable insulation.

Arrived on site for washer not draining or turning on. Upon arrival confirm this you and found ACU receiving 120 V but instead was trying to send 40+ DC volts to the UI panel. Was not able to enter diagnostics due to power failure from ACU to UI. I also found that resistance to drain pump although within specs at 20.8 ohms was also internally failing with bad bearings and a metal object lodged in propeller.

Spoke to SW and we ran through a bunch of checks through the unit from tracing voltage to checking resistance on the icemaker thermistor. She advised that based on all of our findings, one of the wires going to the icemaker thermistor was breaking down under a load and was not communicating properly with the main control. She did advise that because of this issue, this is not a serviceable repair. She had advised that there is no repair at this time that can be made to fix this issue. Opened up the freezer and found a massive defrost issue inside the unit. Steamed off excess ice to remove the evaporator cover. Found the defrost by metal was closed. Check the defrost circuit and found that the heater was open.

Arrived on site to diagnose a dishwasher that is not cycling properly. Found circ pump failed and replaced it. Tested unit and found all is functioning properly at this time. No leaks were found after service was performed
