I the tested ice level sensor that was good the I tested ice maker water fill and found no water coming out. I check filter for ice or clogs found no ice or clogs. Arrived on site for dryer taking too long to dry clothes. Upon arrival found no errors and diagnostics and found a stable power supply coming from outlet to unit and being distributed evenly through unit and all components. After further testing found no signs of clogging through the exhaust going straight out of the house or inside of the dryer and found temperature fluctuations functioning within manufacture specs. I did find however that due to the washer failures the dryer is having a much hard time trying to dry the clothes. I recommended to customer that we make the repairs needed to washer in order to ensure the dryer functions of peak performance. Call complete

Replaced the dye dryer and put the unit under a vacuum. Could hear a hissing sound coming from the refrigerator section and the unit would not get into a full vacuum. Opened up the evaporator cover and found the hissing coming from within the cabinet at the Capilary tube. Found both capillary tube and return line rusted over. Went to try to wiggle the capillary tube to see more of what was going on and heard the capillary tube open up even more and let more air back into the system. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Robert SR# 7733242849. He had me sending a photo of the issue. He advised that based on the information, the unit would be non-repairable and to let the customer know that they would be contacted within the next 5 business days. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for unit not drying very well. Tenant sad that they wouldve to use it 3 or 4 times to get things dry. Looked at the unit and found that the dryer vent tube and ventilation for the dryer was clogged up and causing the unit to not heat or dry really well. Left the home owner a message and let the tenant know that the ventilation needs to be cleaned by some one else or be they may be charged if we return for the same issue and it has not been cleaned as per recommendation. "Arrived outside for a refrigerator thats not cooling and is having ice melting. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed the customers complaint and found a defrost issue in the freezer section but no defrost issue in the refrigerator compartment. I tested the evaporator fan in the freezer section and found that it would not come on. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Orlando SR# 7733237727. He advised at the unit has a no issue for the freezer evaporator pans causing the power outage issues and new prost issues. He advice to replace the freezer evaporator fan and they call back if further issues persist. When I went to disassemble the freezer evaporator cover, found ice buildup on both sides of the Styrofoam cover. Attempted to defrost part of it but found the cover completely iced over and unwilling to budge.Spoke to CS and was advised to also run through checks on the defrost heater and return based on known issues. Found the defrost bimetal closed and the heater kicking on when putting it into a force defrost. When I went to reassemble the unit, one of the slide rails fell and broke the door switch underneath in the freezer section. Arrived on site for a dishwasher getting an F9E1 error code. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F9E1 for no drain and F9E2 for drain motor electrical problem. I cleared the error codes. I manually activated the drain and found it not energizing. I checked voltage going to the drain pump and found it good. This indicates a faulty pump. I installed a new drain pump and then tested the unit. I ran a test cycle and found the unit now working a designed. No leaks observed at the time of service. Call complete.

Using my multimeter, I placed my thermal lead in the middle of the center rack and tested temps on Bake at 350 degrees. My preheat temp was 347 degrees. My next five readings were 330, 368, 352, 378 and 356 giving me an average temp of 356.8 which is well within the 15 degree above and 15 degree below temps approved by the manufacturer. Upon arrival confirm complaint after further inspection found the heating element had broken around the coil in multiple areas as well as the idler wheel shaft collecting a lot of dirt and debris causing wheel to squeal. Cleared and cleaned shaft and found no damage to idler the. replaced heating element and reassemble and tested unit and found dryer noise completely gone and heating element functioning as designed. "Arrived on site for customer complaint of unit making a noise and leaking water. Found defrost drain line was clogged, I defrosted drain line and cleared clog, unit tested good. I could not duplicate noise at time of service, I gave owners a couple of tips if it happens again. Its possible its the compressor going out from the type of noise the owners are describing.

Then found at magnetron capacitor and I was not working correctly and magnetron showed signs of internal damage with bent fins as well as damage magnets.. After replacing all three I found at the house voltage transformer was still failing. Will need office to reschedule with customer if AHS approved further repairs.; ordrng 1 W10832024 (Thrm fix) and 1 W10836753 (Transformer) and 1 W10269232 (Thrm fix) and 1 Cnote (Needs ahs autho)

Arrived onsite for unit not heating hot enough. Tested the unit. Unit tested good on all burners and the oven is working with no issues. Called tech line. New coils have a temperature sensor in the middle of the unit that shuts off when it gets too hot to keep from any grease fires from happening. Said there nothing to be changed on the unit as it is working as designed. That management will need to find an owners manual to look up how the new coils work on this unit. Spoke with Bruce got sr#7733231224. No issues at this time. Job complete

"Arrived on site. Pierced low side pressure reading -20 diagnosed a leak in the system,replaced the evaporator,compressor and a uv drier, vacuumed system down unit kept vacuum recharged system to manufacture spec powered unit on checked low side pressure good checked frost pattern good.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine throwing an F6E2 error and then not powering on. I tested the unit and found the console not lighting up or powering on. I was able to get it into diagnostics mode and found stored error code F6E2 for UI communication error. However, none of the buttons worked again after that. I checked voltage at the wall and found it good. I then checked voltage at the control to the UI and found a good 5VDC going to it. This indicates a bad console. I gained access to the bottom of the unit and found significant gearcase oil. I removed the rotor and found more oil under. I also found significant play on the gearcase shaft. This indicates a faulty gearcase. I gave the customer two quotes of one with just the console and the other with the console and gearcase. I informed the customer that the gearcase is starting to go bad, but the immediate repair is the console. Call complete."

Arrived onsite and completed repair by replacing ACU. Unit is now engaging the clutch as designed. All checks good.

"Arrived on site to inspect washer not getting cold water. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. Continued with testing and manually tested the valve and found the cold water valve closed. Customer provided a copy of their closing documents. I removed and replaced the valve housing and calibrated the unit. Retested in diagnostics and unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect oven not heating properly, set unit to preheat 350?, took 3 temperature reading had a average of 367? calibrated down 15?, also instructed CX that unit has to be connected to WiFi to receive new updates and for clock to keep accurate time."

"Arrived onsite for ice machine producing small thin ice cubes. Upon arrival tested unit. Found faulty valve. Minimal water entering unit not filling reservoir.Replaced valve. Arrived onsite for dishwasher door falling down. Upon arrival found left and right hand side spring holders failed. Quoted customer for link kit. Was able to retrieve springs. Completed repair and tested. Unit is functioning properly. Job complete

Arrived on site to test unit for left front burner not igniting correctly. Test unit and found burner taking long to ignite. Will order new burner head and cap and igniter. Unit is pretty tight will need 2 hour 2 man job office to reschedule ; ordrng 1 W11344538 (Burner cap) and 1 W11344539 (LF burner) and 1 W11573760 (LF igniter) and 1 2hour (2 hour) and 1 2man (2 man)

Arrived on site for range not allowing oven controls or UI input. Upon arrival confirm complaint and after further inspection found that half of the UA membrane was unresponsive although there was no damage to any of the ribbons or ACU display. Arrived on site to diagnose a refrigerator with light not working. Found freezer led module failed and replaced it. Tested unit and found all is functioning properly at this time. No leaks were found at time of service.
