Found shelf bars for freezer door broken off and missing and fresh food door handle support has cracked causing handle to be loose and comes off. Fresh food door liner also has a crack in it allowing outside air to migrate into the unit when doors are closed. Arrived on site for refrigerator not cooling properly. Upon arrival confirmed issue and found both compartments over 50?. Pawn further inspection I found the Eve coil barely frosted over. Sound AirPods to compressor at .6. Both fans are running. Dryer was colder than room temp and getting colder the longer the unit stayed on. Also found evidence of sealed system leak as well as floating restriction with PSI pressures equalizing to 35-40 on the high side in under 1minute when powered off and would immediately rise to 150 and then rapidly fluctuate between 135 and 150 psi on the high side went on. Found the thermistor within range. Tested continuity through the freezer harness and found proper continuity. Checked resistance through the heater and found it registering 87.1 ohms. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Adrian SR# 7733674338. He had me run several checks from the control and asked if we had replace the control. I checked with the claims department and found that only the evaporator thermistor and freezer harness had been replaced. He advised to replace the control at this time and to call back if further issues persist. "Arrived on site to inspect washer spin speeds. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. Continued with testing and the unit bearing is getting very loud. I manually tested the spin mode and the unit is operating as designed except for the loud bearing.

Removed the water filter and retested and got the same results. Customer recently replaced the filter. I tested the ice maker in test 56 and it was good. Tested in test 57 and it harvested as designed. Tested the fill tube and I could hear the inlet valve making a loud humming noise and no water filled the tray. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator with ice in the bottom of the freezer. Upon further inspection, I found water in the bottom of the RC section and FC section. I checked the drain tubes and found no water in the evap pan. Using my steamer, I steamed the drain tubes from the back of the unit and was able to get the lines cleared. I found the drain tubes had duck bills that were sealed closed. I cleared the duck bills and adjusted them and reinstalled the tubings. I recommended that the customer unplug the unit and defrost it

"Arrived to inspect no ice. I found the unit was producing ice, but very slowly and the ice within the bin was wet and clumped, indicating refrigerator air leaking into the ice bin. I found the left door was leaning to the right and the lower hinge was bent down. I corrected the door alignment and hinge issue and tested. The gasket contacted the fascia as designed. I cleaned the condenser coils and lower unit area and sealed the drain tube assembly after verifying it was not plugged. I squared and leveled the chassis and set the door height on the right side to match. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service

"Arrived to inspect panel damage. I found the panel had melted a second time and I inspected. The CX had used the upper broiler for an extended time and the same issue occurred as found in the prior service. The broiler venturi had been set completely open by the original installer and I closed it to match the elevation of this area (approximately 750 above sea level) and tested. I gathered temperatures of the exhaust flue via thermography and attached to this service order. I contacted the mfg, tech Andrew and reported my findings. SR# 7733844707. I removed and replaced the control membrane assy and tested. Operational test good, no gas leaks detected during service. Contacted safety and spoke with Monica. I advised Safety of my findings."

All functions returned to the unit and the leak issue was resolved. Operational test good, no leaks observed upon completion. I applied a second appliance discount due to multiple prior services for this CX, this year.

"Arrived on site to test unit for no heat, tested unit found shorted heating element, replaced element, unit no running as designed, was not able to install dryer vent, due to a very tight working area, customer would need to vent and install for easier access, job complete"

"Arrived on site to test unit for Loud grinding noise during spin, tested unit found fail bearings, replaced bearings, tested unit, unit now running as designed, no leaks detected

Customer purchased end caps W10874836 from work order 343584. Did not install parts.

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Inspected unit and work area. Went to replace the valve and found that the valve was missing inlet thermistor. It was not even installed on the pin connector. Advised the customer that that was probably the issue with her unit as the unit could not determine water temperature. Replaced the valve and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Advised the customer to call back if any other issues persist. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is flashing an F9 E1 (long drain) error code. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed the customers complaint and ran the unit through diagnostics. Found an F9 E1 and F3 E1 (pressure system fault) error codes. The customer stated that his wife consistently uses too much soap to where the unit will show a suds error message. He did advise this happened on multiple occasions. He stated that they had cleared out the drain using a shop vac and that since then, it has worked the last dozen cycles without failing. He just wanted to make sure that the unit was working properly. I did run the unit through a diagnostic cycle and found all working as designed. I did advise the customer that it is possible that the oversuds issue may have caused the long drain issue due to suds potentially getting inside of the pressure hose and not allowing the unit to recognize that water had completely drained out of the unit. He did state that water has always been removed from the basket but they still had that code. Advise the customer to keep an eye on the unit and call back if further issues persisted.

Arrived on site for a refrigerator that has LED lights out in the freezer and refrigerator sections. Inspected unit and work area. Confirm the customers complaint and found three lights on the top working but all the other lights out. Checked the side refrigerator modules and found he upper right module out. Replaced that module and found the side lights come on but not the freezer or several upper lights. Advise the customer that we would need to replace the freezer module as well. Replaced the freezer module and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed.

"Arrived on site for washer making a squeaking noise. Inspected unit and work area. Performed diagnostics mode and checked fault codes. Found fault code F0-E5 off load balance. Ran test cycle and found unit squeaking. Gained access to gearcase and pulley. Found belt slip off of pulley. Correct belt and reassembled unit. Tested operation and all tested good, no water leaks detected during service."

"Arrived onsite for Not Making Ice. Upon arrival inspected unit and found water level sensor is corroded and has broken wires at harness and therefore not making a call for water from valve.Also found pump making a rattling noise. noticed harness is corroded and wires are brittle. Need to replace harness and pump just to be able to check operation. Installed new pump and new harness. There is now a call for water at the valve ,but valve is just humming and needs to be replaced. Replaced valve and unit now operates correctly.

Arrived on site for dishwasher upper rack wheel broken. Inspected unit and work area. Found left adjuster broken. Removed adjuster and installed new. Tested rack operation. Performed diagnostics mode and test cycle. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks detected during service.

"Arrived onsite for NOISE LIKE TINGLE BELLS. Upon arrival ran diagnostics,and there were no saved error codes. Ran an auto test and test completed with no un ordinary sounds. Ran a quick cycle and also normal sounds.Asked tenant if noise was all time or intermittent. He said intermittently and with only certain things he washed. Both maintenance department and myself could not duplicate the sound. Unit operas designed. No leaks present at this time. Job complete"
