"Arrived onsite to diagnose a washer with click or clunk sound. Was able to identify and isolate the clunk sound of the cam engaging during transition to spin. Customer says that is the right sound but it can get louder throughout the cycle. No error codes, no gearcase leak, no squealing and no wear on or around the cam. Called and spoke to techline. Sr#7733228300 advised that if the noise is truly abnormally loud it must not be the cam, but possibly the gearcase. Customer will record the sound and call back. A determination either of normal operation or about the problem and repair procedure will be made after a recording is submitted. Found that when starting, it will trip the breaker for me after onLy a few minutes of running. Repeated this a few times, and it tripped every time. Called techline #7733217787. Arrived on site for dishwasher not functioning. Pana rival confirm complain and after further inspection found the UI was flashing a seven segment binary code on the clean LED. Found unit had a failure in the high limit thermostat and heater. Also found unit had signs of leaking from the door due to a failing door gasket as well as a failing soap dispenser causing water to slowly seat through the door. Found no other air codes in diagnostics. Did find that the sump assembly has a eroded seal . Unit will require extensive repairs. Found signs of rat droppings under unit but no cracks or holes in fill/drain line connections. Arrived onsite for oven cooking temperature issues. Upon arrival turned off power to unit to check resistance on temperature sensors. Found connections to sensor loose. Secured connector. Found both in range at 1085 ohms. Check control connections and all were good. Powered unit on and found unit is in degrees Celsius. Converted back to Fahrenheit and tested. Upper oven needed calibration 10 degrees. Lower oven was in range. Both ovens operated correctly. Job complete . If symptoms persist recommend replacing control.

Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit would wash and when it got to rinse, the unit would fill and stop. Then it would drain out and go back to a wash cycle. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F8E1. Cleared the code and continued with testing. Unit operated as designed. I tested the unit in a quick cycle and when it got to the rinse cycle, the unit didnt fill completely and then it paused for approximately 3-4 mins then began to drain and the control panel showed the wash light on. I tested the valve and found the cold valve out of range. I removed and replaced the valve assembly and calibrated. Retested in diagnostics and the unit is operating as designed.
