I started a 350 test with an internal temperature of 74 degrees, measured with a K-type thermocouple and placed center mass within the oven chamber. After 12 minutes, it claimed the 350 preheat at 402 degrees and declined. Heating engaged at 324 and reached 374. I advised the CX that the unit is heating and cycling as designed."

"Arrived on site for a dryer making a loud noise and not heating. I tested the unit and found a loud rumble and the tub skipping around when spinning. I found the bearings on the unit bad. I then checked voltage at the wall and terminal block and found both good. I gained access to the element and thermostats. I found both thermostats good and the element bad. Upon further inspection I also found a visibly burnt and split harness. I also found significant lint build up and the unit will need a lint cleaning. In order to repair the unit it would need a harness, bearings, and element.

The oddity was the bake element would heat, but very slowly (expected) and no heat at all in the broil element (not expected). I suspect the issue is with the prior replaced wiring harness and it will require replacement again. Office to order harness and contact the CX to arrange return service. Arrived on site to test unit for door falling. Test unit and found pads missing making door fall. Replaced pads test unit and unit test good job complete.

"Arrived on site to diagnose washer that is making abnormal noise when running. Ran unit and when it gets to higher speed it starts to whine a bit. Checked under unit and found the slider ring was separating. Replaced slider and ran unit. Found noise was still present. Only other source of noise is gearcase. Attempted to remove the washplate to remove gearcase. Bolt for washplate almost sheared coming off. Could not remove washplate, shaft sleeve is rusted / fused onto the shaft, and washplate was starting to Crack on removal. Unit is outside of warranty. Customer will replace unit since it now needs a tub, basket, gearcase and washplate.

Ran the unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. Tested the unit on manual testing mode and tested both bake and broil elements. Found only 125 V going to each element. Checked both elements and thermal fuse on the unit and found them all good. Found no voltage coming from the control. Replaced in the main control and tested the unit. Arrived on site for a refrigerator thats freezing items in their left-hand side crisp ben drawer and is not always dispensing cubed ice. Inspect the unit and work area. Found the refrigerator temperature at 39?F. I did find several items inside the refrigerator pushed against the back wall causing items to freeze. Advise the customer over airflow restriction and tested the damper control. Found the damper control opening and closing as designed. The customer advised that their ice seems to dispense erratically for cubed ice. I checked the ice container and found normal size cubes in the ice container. Removed all the ice and found some of the ice clumping on the bottom. I removed the clumps and tested the unit. The unit was dispensing cubed ice as designed. I asked the customer about ice usage and they advised that they do not use a lot of ice. Went over user care about ice clumping and advised them to empty their ice container once every two weeks if they are not consistently using the ice. The unit is working as designed. Call complete.

I didnt found that timer was intermittently sending power to motor and other components. After replacing the timer I ran a test on the dryer and found temps fluctuating indicating a clog in the venting in the home and instructed the customer on getting a dryer vent cleaning done in order to ensure the trier can forvent any further parts wear and tear

Arrived on site to test unit for unit making loud noise. Found unit making noise from drain motor. Replaced drain motor test unit and unit test good job complete.

Arrived on site to diagnose range with sparking and burning smell. On arrival customer told me the front left element had sparked at made a burning smell. Checked elements and found burned up terminal block for that element. Replaced FL element and receptacle block. Tested unit ans verified all is working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site for a dishwasher with a special project to replace a heater. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed the customers complaint and replaced the heater. Ran the unit through an auto test and the unit ran has designed with no leaks present during operation. Call complete.

"Arrived to inspect error during use. I found the CX had a video showing a F8E4 during the middle of the night. During my inspection, I discovered the float was not installed correctly and tilted. Vibration would cause it to engage the flood state and show the error code. I corrected the float position and verified correct and full engagement and tested within service test mode several times. I could not recreate the issue. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service."

"Arrived on site to diagnose an ice machine that is not producing ice properly. Found ice bin full and unit not running, but did notice a mixture of thin and normal ice size. Unit is on RO water source, and I advised due to low pressure and recharge rates RO filter can and will cause production problems in ice machines. No repairs done today and no leaks were found at time of service."

Arrived on site to test unit for upper rack falling. Test unit and found broken adjusters. Replaced adjuster kit test unit and unit test good job complete. Also found disposal backing up when unit is draining. Advised customer that can cause unit not to drain correctly due to the back pressure is creating. Drain unit a few times and unit drain correctly when disposal is not backing up. Job complete.

Arrived on site to test unit for not keeping time and not canceling. Found unit. Or connected to Wi-Fi advised customer unit need to be connected to Wi-Fi for software update. Showed customer the service pointer from whirlpool. Left Wi-Fi support team phone number with customer. Job complete.

"Arrived on site for water leaking. Removed compressor cover found gap between drain extension and liner cabinet,added sealer to gaps."

Arrived on site to diagnose washer that doesn't appear to be dispensing soap. Advised customer on how to determine concentration of soap and adjust the setting. Adjusted to soap concentration. Once adjusted ran unit with lid off. Showed customer the dispenser was pumping soap through the lines. Unit working as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher that was not draining. Upon arrival the customer stated that the unit first started leaking and got an error code indicating the float tray was full. They also found the unit never got hot, and then after running two cycles the unit stopped draining. On arrival the tub was also full of water and I tried to run a manual drain, but I could not hear it energize. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F9E1 for no drain, F8E4 for overfill, F7E1 for no heat, and FAE2 vent wax motor error. I then ran a test cycle and found it aggressively leaking from the back. I stopped the cycle and gained access to the back of the unit. I found a large dent on the top left hand side that broke the seal on the tub. This was allowing water to leak out. I also found that the UI was caved in and needing replacement. I found the drain pump getting voltage but not running properly. This indicates a faulty drain pump. I found the vent not turning on when starting the test cycle indicating a bad vent. I also found the heater with the bad bushings and per the SP it will need to be replaced. Upon further inspection I also found damage and rust on the outer door. In order to repair the unit we would need to replace the tub, the outer door, the sump and motor, drain pump, heater, vent wax motor, and console. All pictures of damage are in SD. The customer had called the company they purchased the unit from while on site, and found that they can just return the unit. Due to this no further repair is needed. Call complete."
