Found the cooling off button was pressed. Turned cooling back on and the compressor kicked on and cool air was flowing all through out. Amp draw on compressor was 0.7. Cooling on and off functioning not responding every time. Was able to get it to respond and get the cooling back on, but I recommended a new control and thermistor.

Upon arrival installed required fart and then reassembled and tested unit found that the unit still had a stable 240 V connection while on site and thermostat was allowing a quick and stable power supply to the element as well as all other infinite switches. I did however still find that some of the indicator lights would randomly flicker and informed customer that if issue where to continue that they would need an electrician to verify the integrity of the electrical system between breaker and stove since the unit is hardwired in due to its age. At time of repair completion found unit fully functioning as designed call complete

"Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator that's dispensing water at an angle and ice getting stuck in chute. Examined and disassembled dispenser section and checked the fill tube. Fill tube is locked in a static position by a locking clip. It does dispense straight down for the most part, but if you pull the cup away it doesn't drip into the tray. Based on design of unit there are no adjustments I can make to change the angle, and there are no miscasted pieces. In terms of the ice getting stuck, the icemaker is the updated model dispensing the much larger cubes, and they are a fairly tight fit for the dump chute and ice door. There is nothing I'm the chute that I could see obstructing the drop slide. Advised to reach up and clear any stuck cubes since it's a tight chute. No adjustments can be made. Unit working as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived to inspect intermittent power loss. I found an F6E0 communication error from 03/25/2022 stored in memory and no others. I removed the unit from its mounting and inspected and reseated all internal connections. I tested the unit with the chassis open and all test points showed steady voltage. After reassembly and reinstallation, I found activating the WiFi connection would cause the unit to go into unpredictable behavior and continuously restart and state power failure. Multiple relay clicks could be heard as well and I had great difficulty getting the unit to stop the behavior and then deactivate wifi connectivity. The unit will require the UI.
