I checked temps and found the front of the RC at 35?F and the freezer at 3?F. I informed the customer of my findings, and that due to the heat in the garage when feeling the temp in the fridge after the door is opened it may feel warmer than it actually is. The unit is working as designed.

"Arrived on site to replace water reservoir from previous diagnosis. Customer stated unit is not cooling properly and making unordinary tapping noises. Noticed piece of plastic behind compressor cover. Exposed compressor to further investigate and heard a very slight hissing noise and a tapping sound. Found cap tube was waking hissing and tapping sound. Unit is sitting within a cabinet amplifying sound. Very slightly moved cap tube going into cabinet and found tube was leaking. Advised customer tubing going into cabinet was irreparable. Spoke with techline was advised to take install access valve and drier. Drove 20mins back to property after customer agreed to further diagnostics. 2nd visit same day: Tried telling tech line of obvious leak but was not able to get through technicians head as he was not satisfied with current data. Attempted to provide asked data, amp draw was insufficient as compressor not running even after new run cap and starter replaced. Unable to to install new drier as insufficient cap tube present to solder. No point in taking evap picks and leak was 100% obvious(cap tube broken off). Installed access valve on low side and when moved cap tube into drier, cap tube broke off further proving my statement of internal leak. Charged system and obvious leak from cabinet was present. Cap tube has broken off going into linear and cannot be repaired . Demanding extra pay as sealed system components were installed and sealed system repair was attempted to prove what was already diagnosed as irreparable, to satisfy techline. Unit is not repairable!!!!!! Job complete. Spoke with CS."

Arrived onsite for dishwasher still leaking. Upon arrival tested unit. Ran normal load. After about 35-40 min unit began to leak from diverter section of sump and motor. Notified customer. Arrived on site for a washing machine making a clicking noise and with something that fell under the agitator. Upon arrival the customer stated that it looked like something metal fell under the washplate. I removed the washplate and found a piece of plastic and a dime in there. I removed both and then tested the unit. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found no stored error codes. I then ran a diagnostics cycle and found it ran through as designed. Call complete.

The customer advised that they made the sound six total times and say button it but the last time that it did it, they were concerned with the overall well-being of the washer. "Apt 224, arrived on site and found breaker is tripped, refrigerator is without power. Reset breaker and refrigerator started and began cooling. Spoke with CS, techline is in training and unavailable, suggested confirming heater operation by starting defrost cycle allowing heater to run for several minutes and then splashing it with water. After doing so refrigerator is still running and has not tripped breaker. Apartment maintenance says breaker was tripping often and immediately, would not stay on. Use the vent test kit on the unit to make sure there was proper airflow and confirms proper airflow. Did notice that the unit was a little unlevel and was leaning a little bit backwards potentially causing issues with the moisture sensor. Arrived on site for washer making loud noise during last few minutes of final spin. Upon arrival found f6e3 error but found control failures during testing. Replicated sound during spin tests. I then found rotor bolt had backed and fallen off threaded shaft. Found no damage internally within threading. Replaced rotor screw with locktight. Reassembled and tested unit. Found no failures. Arrived on site for refrigerator over freezing items in the fresh fruit section. Upon arrival confirm complaint from customer who also stated that the unit had not been over freezing for the past two weeks since she had found the door possibly being held open by a table sitting next to the unit. Upon arrival found amp draw to compressor at .8 then found the freezer fan running and temp in freezer at 12 and dropping after exiting defrost mode. I the. Found temps dripping from 40-38 degrees once cooling started and no items were frozen over on sight. Informed customer unit could have had cooling issues if table had been propping open the door even just a little bit.

I checked the main control and found the diagnostics LED flashing 7 times which indicated the CSM had tripped. Customer advised that since a recent storm, the unit had not operated. I then read all codes and found that they where related to the float switch I inspected the float switch and found a pice of plastic stuck underneath the float causing the unit not to fill. I then tested unit in diagnostics and completed 2 cycles with no problems. I installed a a adjustable bracket for upper rack that CX provided. No leaks observed during service job completed."

Arrived fridge no longer cooling. Upon arrival the unit is no longer in apartment #3209 and has been placed in maintenance shop. Unit has been without power therefore this is no ice pattern. Compressor is pulling 1.3 amps and I am getting a good frost pattern. Defrost system is operating correctly.Getting correct cooling.Spoke with maintenance department to leave the unit plugged in to be able to see if ice build up on evaporator returns. Job complete

"Arrived onsite for washer not responsive. Upon arrival put unit in diagnostics and found stored error code F0E5 off balance , F0E2 over suds , F0E1 load in drum during clean cycle. Ran auto test and initially did not respond. Power cycled unit and tried again. Unit did respond and successfully completed test cycle. Ran quick wash and completed. Had customer load as normal and start cycle. Unit is now functioning properly. Seems as though electronics had intermittent issue but power cycling unit corrected intermittency. Job complete"
