Arrived on site for a dishwasher that is leaving film on their dishes. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed the customers complaint and tested the unit. Found the unit filled but was filling with murky water. The customer advised that they were told on a previous trip five months ago that they needed to run dishwasher cleaner through their dishwasher and they advised that it did help for numerous cycles but the film has come back. I did explain to the customer that that is normal and that they are supposed to run dishwasher cleaner through their dishwasher on a consistent basis. Advised them that the issue appears to be their water supply due to the incoming murky water. I did advise that there is no component on the dishwasher thats going to cause any kind of film on their dishes and that the only reason they would have that is due to incoming water supply chemicals or using too much soap. The unit is working as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived to inspect intermittent and no ice. I found the ice maker would cycle, but no water entered. I tested at the valve and saw no voltage and read and replace the ice maker. The same issue occurred and I then checked the in-circuit diodes. Testing fine, the issue is within the chassis wiring and cannot be corrected. I advised the CX of my findings. No leaks of the water supply observed during service.

I removed the console and inspected the main control and found a capacitor near the element relay had popped. I disassembled the unit and tested the element and found it bad. I advised the customer of my findings. After getting authorization, I removed and replaced the main control and element and reassembled and tested. Unit is operating as designed. "Arrived on site for refrigerator not cooling/freezing water into ice in rc(per customer on arrival. Upon arrival confirmed issue and found temps at 0/37(set) & -4/40(actual). Found following results for all thermistors: Fc thermistor (26k), fc evap thermistor (205k), rc thermistor 13k), rc evap 83k) found all fans, compressor and other cooling hardware functioning within specs. I then found a lot of rust da,age aro7nd lower compressor compartment then found drain line had been unaligned causing massive air leak into both compartments and leading to the lack of cooling. Informed customer the give the unit 1-2 weeks and keep it close eye on symptoms to see if issue returns. Call complete"

Ran diagnostics and found error code F7-E7 motor unable to reach max rpm due to off balance/ over sized load. Also found unit is on very Unleveled floor. Arrived on site for vent hood light being out. I inspected the unit and work area. I found the bulb broken. I replaced the bulb and found it working properly.

Arrived on site for washing machine making a dripping noise. I inspected the unit and work area. I found no fault codes in diagnostics. I found the waterlines tight and nothing leaking. I ran a diagnostics cycle and found the unit working as designed with no water leaks. I could hear water dripping but it is coming from the wall drain. The arc unit is driving into the same stand pipe the washer is and making a dripping noise. Job complete.

Ponfurther inspection found that the oven sensor was failing causing unit to think it was hot of it really was much faster than it should. I also found after replacing the oven sensor that the relays in the main control were randomly sticking open and shut causing unit not to heat correctly. Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. I installed the new control and harness. I then tested the unit and let it run on sensor dry with no clothes in the unit. I let it run like this for over 20 minutes and it never shut off. I found the same issue occurring and the unit will just run endlessly on sensor dry. I called techline and kept SR# 773381179 Techline recommended replacing the control again. Ordering the control and timer. Office to reschedule. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator not cooling. Upon arrival the customer stated the real issue was the RC was over cooling. And the FC was getting condensation on the top of the door gasket. I checked temps and found the FC at 4?F and the RC at 35?F. Upon further inspection I found significant water/condensation build up on the top of the FC gasket. I inspected the mullion between the RC and FC and found the bottom of it was bowed and separating from the chassis. I found the RC cooling as designed. I called techline and spoke to Joel and received SR# 7733880450. Joel recommended inspecting the FC gasket and we found it is more compressed at the bottom of the door than the top. He recommended installing washers on the bottom of the RC door (pic in SD where to put them), and to raise the door a little when doing so. He also wants us to silicone the gap. Ordering parts. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator fresh foods section not cooling. Upon further inspection, I found frost built up on the top of the FC section at the opening and on the right side. I found food items on the door too large for this section. I found ice around the bottom of the FC air tower assembly. I found water dripping from the air ports in the RC section. I recommended that the customer place shims or 1x2 board(s) under the unit behind the front wheels to help level/tilt the unit backwards due to the garage being sloped and the doors dont close well. I contacted techline and spoke to Ed and advised of the complaint and my findings. Ed questioned the temperature in the garage and I estimated between 100-110 degrees. Ed advised that the unit max temp allowed s 110 degrees, but this unit is not rated for the garage. Provided SR I advised the customer of my findings and I cleared the ice from the unit. I explained that the unit is not rated for garage use and recommended contacting the dealer where they purchased it. No water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Due to the ice box freezing up with ice, I removed the remaining ice from the ice box and removed the auger motor assembly. Cleaned/dried the ice box and sealed the gaps with white silicone. Cleared all ice/water from the auger motor assembly and re-installed the assembly. Customer provided a new ice maker and I installed it. Installed the new ice bin provided by the customer and cycled the power to the unit and turned the ice maker back on at the user interface. No water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker leaking water. Upon further inspection, the customer provided photos of the ice found under the ice bin and pieces of ice in the ice maker chute on the fascia. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the ice maker in test 5 Ice maker harvested as designed. Tested the fill tube in test 45 and it filled as designed for approximately 7 seconds. I found the unit sitting flat. Using the leveling feet, I lowered the feet just slightly to give the unit a slight tilt backwards. I advised the customer of the issues that have been found and recommendations from the manufacturer to correct the ice maker leaking issue. I recommended that the customer monitor the unit and if they see that its continuing to leak to call in for service. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Check the freezer and found the freezer at 11?F. Did find the unit attempting to cool immediately as I was testing temperature. The customer advised there used to the refrigerator being a lot colder on a previous model. I did inform them that every model is different and that the unit seems to be within proper refrigeration temperatures. I did check the evaporator and found a good frost pattern with no evidence of a defrost issue. The unit is working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site to replaced front panel. Replaced panel test unit and unit ear good job complete.

Arrived on site to replace flow sensor. Replaced sensor test unit and unit working correctly.

Arrived on site for a refrigerator not making ice. I checked temps and found them good. I then put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored IM error code E2 for motor lost position. I then ran a manual harvest and could hear the IM hum but not move. I also ran an IM fill and found it worked as designed. This indicates a faulty IM.. I installed the new IM and ran both tests again. The unit is now working as designed. I collected the balance in full on CC. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer noises. Upon further inspection, I turned the unit on and it began to make the same loud rattling/vibration noise as previous service call. I disassembled the unit and found the blower wheel housing mounting screw had come loose again, as did the vent tube inside the unit. I adjusted the tube and tightened it and re-drilled the mounting screw hole and tightened/secured the screw. Reassembled the unit and retested snd unit is operating as designed. I found a large amount of lint in the blower wheel again and recommended that the customer have their vents checked/cleaned. I removed the lint from the blower wheel/housing. No lint observed at the end of service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect washer leaking water. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit is leaking water and its coming out the front and closing approximately 2 feet in front of the unit. I removed the top panel and bottom front panel and placed the unit in diagnostics and tested. I inspected the unit thoroughly and found no signs of leaks. I performed two diagnostics cycles and the unit did not leak. I performed a rinse/spin cycle and still no leaks. Performed one more diagnostics cycle and the unit continued to operate as designed. I recommended that the next time the customer does a wash cycle to get photos/videos of the unit if its leaking water again.

Arrived on site to test unit for damaged front panel. Found damaged panel replaced front panel test unit and unit test good job complete.

"Arrived on site and inspected washer and found debris blocking spin arms. Took multiple pictures. Cleared debris and physically cleaned all components of solid material. Recommended that homeowner use a machine cleaner like washer magic to remove any further buildup or soap residue inside machine. At this time control panel is working properly, job complete"

"Arrived outside and inspected washer and found saved error code for communication failure between control board and control panel, replaced both and washer will now complete a diagnostic cycle, job complete"

"Arrived on site and found refrigerator is currently working, customer experience it loses power every couple months. Issue is corrected by unplugging refrigerator and re-plugging it back in. Refrigerator only then shows PO on display and after resetting it will work. The last time this happened was two weeks ago and it has been working fine since. Due to how intermittent the problem is it will be very difficult to diagnose. Replaced pre screened power control and user interface, if issue continues order HV control, LED control, deli control."

Arrived onsite for dryer getting hot. Upon arrival inspected unit. Customer stated laundry room was getting hot. Found vent hose disconnected and smashed in in several spots. Unit not ventilating properly. Adjusted hose as best as I could and secured connections. Tested unit and is now ventilating properly. Job complete.

Arrived onsite for refrigerator not dispensing ice. On arrival tested unit. Unit was dispensing as designed. Customer tried multiple times to try and recreate issues and found none. Unit essentially dispensed half of the ice bucket without any issues. Could not duplicate the issue. Recommended customer check for ice clumping at times and to insure ice bucket is fully inserted. Found cubes on the ice room floor and could have prevented the bucket from being fully inserted. Removed cubes and tested again. Unit is functioning properly. Job complete

Arrived on site for oven having screw that had fell out. Found screw from front left broil element. Installed a new screw. Job completed

"Arrived on site for microwave having door error intermittently. Inspected unit and work area. Found duct for vent not taped down. Tested operation to verify failure. Found door switches at fault. Will need to replace door switch kit. Removed failed switches and installed new. Tested operation and found unit working as designed. Taped vent down. Job completed.
