Arrived on site to test unit for no water dispensing and tapping sound when attempting to dispense. Found valve in wall was half way closed/open preventing proper air flow. Arrived to inspect not starting. F5E3 error stored. The unit would not lock the lid and I removed and replaced. I tested within service test mode after the repair and clearing the previous code and the unit operated as designed. No leaks observed during service.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is still not acting right. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that they had one load that did not complete and was doing somewhat similar things it was doing when they first had this issue. She advised that the agitation did not move her clothes and showed me a video. I did confirm that the agitation portion is the slow agitation and showed the customer that portion in diagnostics. The customer stated that the machine shut down prior to the finish of the cycle and since then, they have been able to watch multiple loads without a failure. I removed the bottom rotor and checked the slider. Found the slider still intact and sliding freely. Did not see any oil or where on the rotor itself. Ran the unit through a diagnostic test in the unit ran as designed. I called whirlpool Techline and spoke to Scott SR# 7733856674. He had me run through a few checks and advise that based on the current information, the unit was working as designed. He advised that if there was an issue with the unit, as an error code wouldve been stored unless if it was an off-balance load. He advised to make no repairs at this time and to run a factory calibration cycle on the unit to make sure the unit was working properly. Call complete."

Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not making ice. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed customers complaint and found no ice in the ice container. Went to jump the icemaker and found the icemaker would not jump. Check voltage at the icemaker and found no voltage. Disconnected the harness from the icemaker and found no voltage. Removed the icemaker harness from the freezer harness and found that the icemaker connector was not the correct icemaker connector. The freezer side female connector had five pins and the customers icemaker had eight male connectors. Went through the parts breakdown and could not find an icemaker listed. Spoke to claims and was advised that the icemaker does not come with this unit and therefore cannot be covered under warranty due to it being an accessory optional part. Advised customer of the issue and advised him to contact whirlpool about getting the right icemaker for his refrigerator. Call complete.

Arrived on site for arrange meeting previously diagnosed orfices in for testing. And installed required orfice pack to bake and broil burners. I then tested and insured there were no gas leaks from orfices and found flames igniting as designed within required height range and steady. I reassembled and tested unit again and found it still functioning as designed with no signs of leaking.

"Arrived on site for a wall oven throwing an F1E0 for UI short. Upon arrival the unit was throwing the error. I tried to test the unit, but the error would be thrown every couple of seconds. I gained access to the inside of the console and found corrosion on the board. In order to repair the unit it will need a new console.

Arrived onsite for leaking filter housing. Replaced the reservoir assembly. Unit is now operating as designed without leaking. All checks good.

Arrived on site for a dishwasher not spraying from the tube assembly properly. Upon arrival the customer showed me how the tube assembly had a large crack in it. They also had bought the wash arm and wanted that installed. I installed both parts. The unit is now as designed.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that has a defrost issue. Inspected unit and work area. Confirm customers complaint and found frost all over the shelves in the freezer and all over the evaporator cover. Checked the gasket and found the gasket loose on the bottom causing the issue. Attempted to fix the freezer gasket back onto the door and found the door seal weak and allowing the gasket to fall back down. Advised the customer that because of this issue, he would need to replace his door at the minimum and could potentially have other issues as well.

Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not making ice. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed the customer complain and ran through diagnostic testing for all ice making parts. Found all working. Ran through the error codes for the icemaker and found an E5 indicating a field semester or timed icemaking. Replaced the icemaker and tested the unit. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered part. Due to the right RC door gasket failure, I removed and replaced the gasket using my heat gun to shape/form the gasket before installing. Once installed, I formed the gasket more and recommended that the customer leave the door closed for approximately 6 hours to allow the gasket to form to the chassis.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator fresh foods section not cooling. Upon further inspection, I removed the right crisper drawer and found the RC evaporator cover with ice on the bottom of it. The RC evaporator is engulfed in ice/frost. I checked the deli control and it is functioning. I advised the customer of my findings and what parts would be needed at this time and then had my customer read a disclaimer provided by management. I advised the customer that due to the amount of parts needed, repairs are not cost effective and as said in the disclaimer, can not be guaranteed.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not working. Upon further inspection, I tested the temps in the FC=4 degrees. Placed unit in diagnostics and tested the ice maker in test 44. Tray began to harvest then made a popping noise and stopped. I removed the ice bin cover and found the tray was damaged. I removed and replaced the ice maker and retested and unit is operating as designed. Recommended that the customer remove the ice bin at least one time a week and clean and let air dry before placing back in the unit. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

The ice level arm was not attached properly causing the ice maker to think that it was constantly empty I corrected this.I then ran diag on the rc ice maker and found no codes this time and the temps in the icebox at 8* I ran a ice maker water fill yeast and found that it would fill them ran a harvest test and found that icemaker would harvest. "Performed streem diagnosis. Found unit is not cooling but fans are running and no frost build up on freezer evaporator. Also found middle hinge failing causing fresh food door to cut into the top of the freezer door and has damaged the gasket on the freezer door. Found shelf bars for freezer door broken off and missing and fresh food door handle support has cracked causing handle to be loose and comes off. Fresh food door liner also has a crack in it allowing outside air to migrate into the unit when doors are closed. The unit will need a full sealed system replacement, Door gaskets, door liner, Hinge, Freezer door liner and door bars and brackets.

Arrived on site for refrigerator not cooling properly. Upon arrival confirmed issue and found both compartments over 50?. Pawn further inspection I found the Eve coil barely frosted over. Sound AirPods to compressor at .6. Both fans are running. Dryer was colder than room temp and getting colder the longer the unit stayed on. Also found evidence of sealed system leak as well as floating restriction with PSI pressures equalizing to 35-40 on the high side in under 1minute when powered off and would immediately rise to 150 and then rapidly fluctuate between 135 and 150 psi on the high side went on. Found the thermistor within range. Tested continuity through the freezer harness and found proper continuity. Checked resistance through the heater and found it registering 87.1 ohms. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Adrian SR# 7733674338. He had me run several checks from the control and asked if we had replace the control. I checked with the claims department and found that only the evaporator thermistor and freezer harness had been replaced. He advised to replace the control at this time and to call back if further issues persist. Arrived on site for no cool fridge. Found unit at room temp. Compressor would only hum for a few seconds then shut down . Getting correct voltage. Ordering Nitrogen Uv drier Compressor EvapLock ring r600 kit Unit is not hooked up to water . Call to set return ; O-emld tckt

"Arrived to inspect ice issue. The CX described an issue where the ice would clump and get stuck within the dispenser chute. I found the chute gasket missing and it will be required to correct the issue. The right RC door gasket had several tears and will need to be replaced. The FC doors lower gasket channel is warped and can be corrected with aplastic shim upon return. The unit will require leveling and adjustment as well. No leaks observed during service. Tech GC please; ordrng 1 WPW10287601 (Ice Chute Gasket) and 1 W10830274 (RC, RH Door Gasket) and 1 GCO (Tech GC Please)"
