I tested the dispenser and could hear the auger motor energize, but the ice bin arm never rotated. Upon further inspection I found the coupler on the motor stripped. In order to repair this the motor and coupler would need to be replaced. When testing the water dispenser I could not hear the valve energize nor the switch click. I gained access to the switch and found the switch bracket had broken. This was allowing the switch to sag and not come in contact with the paddle. I tested the switch and found when pressed the water would dispense properly. The bracket will need to be replaced. The customer also requested replacing all 3 refrigerator shelves due to them cracking and giving out. I quoted the customer for the bracket, motor, coupler, and three shelves. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator with the unit losing cool and intermittently losing power. Upon arrival the customer stated that this has being going on for a while, and the unit will intermittently fail and flash the PO until they come and press confirm. Now the unit has begun losing cool starting in the FC. I took temps and found the FC at 33?F and the RC at 44?F. Upon further inspection I found over an inch of frost in front of the evap cover. I then gained access to the pantry drawer UI and found a small amount of water inside. However, I did not see any visible corrosion on the board. I then put the unit into diagnostics mode and tried to recreate the power failure. I found when in test 4 after the compressor began running for a minute, the unit would shut off and throw the PO. I also found the compressor running very weak. The PO flashing could be due to the seized fan motor getting stuck from the ice in the FC running during the test. I gained access to the control and ohmd out all thermistors. I found the RC thermistor read 6.71k, the FC thermistor read 12.10k, and the FC defrost thermistor read as open. This indicates a faulty FC defrost thermistor and possibly a faulty drawer UI.; ordrng 1 W11109595 (FC Motor Harness)"

I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F0E3 for overload, F7E1 for tachometer missing, and F7E6 for motor circuit open. I cleared the error codes. I then ran a diagnostics cycle and found that when the unit was agitating, the whole tub moved and not just the wash plate. I gained access to the shifter and found it seized and had popped off of the cam. Due to this I replaced the shifter and then tested the unit again. I found the unit now working as designed. I found the drain tube submerged in standing water at the drain pipe, i back the drain tube out and found it started draining properly once it wasnt submerged. I advised the customer have a plumber come out to figure out why the water pressure is low and why there is standing water in the drain stand pipe. Job complete."

Customer advised me that after unit was installed the installers had messed with the water lines / pressure and it hasn't been the same since. Unit is filling slower due to the lower water pressure, resulting in less pumping power. Recommended the customer have a plumber increase pressure to those lines to accommodate the dishwasher fill. I inspected the evaporators and tested all fans within the unit in service test mode and could not recreate the issue. The CX had not heard it for several days prior to my arrival and I suspect the unit was freezing up one of the evaporators. I found the drain tube assembly badly gapped and likely allowing air to enter the cabinet, causing the freezing. I sealed the drain tube and ensured the gapping was corrected. Arrived on site for refrigerator causing everything to freeze over within the lower half of the RC (per customer on arrival). Upon arrival confirm this year. After further inspection found that the thermistor in the top of the RC compartment was failing as well as the dampener and seal not fully connecting and causing a secure connection to prevent air leaking in to the Rc from vent. Replaced UI damper motor gasket and thermistor and informed customer to allow 24 hours to stabilize temps as well as gave other recommendations to mitigate any further freezing issues. Call complete

"Arrived to inspect noise. The CX described an issue where they could hear a whining/whirring noise that reminded them of a turbine. I inspected the evaporators and tested all fans within the unit in service test mode and could not recreate the issue. The CX had not heard it for several days prior to my arrival and I suspect the unit was freezing up one of the evaporators. I found the drain tube assembly badly gapped and likely allowing air to enter the cabinet, causing the freezing. I sealed the drain tube and ensured the gapping was corrected. Further inspection revealed the right RC door gasket was badly torn and will require replacement. No leaks observed during service. ; ordrng 1 W10917313 (Door Gasket, RH)"

Arrived onsite for range not reaching temperature after repair. Upon arrival tested unit and found during preheat only the broil element was energized. The bake element was receiving 240 but with no amp draw. Unit will need bake element. Part showed unavailable. Called PR and confirmed part in currently not available through any distributors. Notified customer that there is no telling how long it will take to get the part. Customer will try contacting Maytag to see if there is anything they can do.; ordrng 1 W10779716 (Bake element)

"Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I removed the compressor and evaporator plate and installed the replacement parts. I vacuumed until the pump showed signs of no further atmosphere in the system and then monitored for 15 min. I charged with the mfg prescribed 5.75 oz if refrigerant and tested. The unit started producing acceptably sized cubes. No leaks observed during service.

Arrived onsite for dishwasher panel not functioning. On arrival found start button pushed in and not responding. Notified customer that the console will need to be replaced. Had service issues so called PR to set quote. Replaced console and tested. Unit is functioning properly. Job complete

Arrived on site for refrigerated and not making ice correctly after two full harvest cycles after previously being repaired. After further inspection found the inlet valve was still receiving 120 V then found that water is able to make it up to the door hinge connection but had a failure in the filter heating tube assembly within the door. Did fine during diagnostics that the unit was sending 12.5 DC volts to the heater tube tube was stuck open not allowing a proper connection.

Arrived on site for refrigerator causing everything to freeze over within the lower half of the RC (per customer on arrival). Upon arrival confirm this year. After further inspection found that the thermistor in the top of the RC compartment was failing as well as the dampener and seal not fully connecting and causing a secure connection to prevent air leaking in to the Rc from vent. Replaced UI damper motor gasket and thermistor and informed customer to allow 24 hours to stabilize temps as well as gave other recommendations to mitigate any further freezing issues. Call complete

Arrived on site to diagnose a dryer that is making unusual noise. Found rear bearing failed and replaced it. Tested unit and found all is functioning properly at this time.

"Arrived on site to test unit for no heat, customer stated the it started sparking and then the light would not come off, tested unit found customer has metal rack in unit even when there is no need for it, removed rack and advised customer not to use it to prevent damage to unit, replaced control, all functions returned to normal, heated water for 1 min, water was hot , sent video and pictures to Ron from whirlpool, unit now is running as designed job complete"
