The cycling temperatures were 312, 370, 321, 372, 323, 378, 325, 373. The cycling temperatures averaged at 347 degrees for an set temperature of 350 and no changes are required. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator leaking water. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they found approximately 1 gallon of water on the floor at the front right corner. I removed the deli drawers and found water in the bottom of the RC section. I disassembled the RC section and removed the RC evap cover and found ice in the drip pan and the drip pan badly warped. I cleared the ice and pulled the unit and and removed the drain hose and cleared it out with hot water. Also found the damper was badly rusted and the RC thermistor blackened and out of range. I advised the customer of my findings and am ordering the damper, RC evap motor harness and RC drip pan kit per service pointer #W11092686, along with CNOTE-LSO PER CUSTOMER REQUEST. I advised my customer that I would have a quote for them upon return service due to prior repairs not correcting the issue. "Arrived on site to inspect dryer not working. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that before they went out of town, the unit was working fine and when they returned, it didnt work. Customer advised that there was a bad storm while she was gone. I tested voltage at the wall and got 0V. Checked the breaker and found it to be a GFCI breaker and it was tripped. I reset the breaker and tested the unit and it is getting voltage and operating as designed. I inspected the components at the back of the unit...fuse, cutoffs, thermostats, element and all are good. I recommended that if the unit trips the breaker, the customer should have an electrician inspect the breaker and the wiring at the outlet. No lint observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator temps. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC=38 degrees & RC=39 degrees. I placed my gauges on the unit and tested the sealed system pressures and tested in test 4 of diagnostics. In each step, all pressures were good. I inspected the FC evaporator and found a large ball of ice in the upper right corner on the cap tube. I inspected the unit for any leaks and found no signs of leaks. I removed the ball of ice and found no signs of leaks, but it appears the evaporator has a restriction at the cap tube. I am ordering the compressor, FC evaporator, UV dye drier and access valve, along with CNOTE-3 HOUR JOB. I advised the customer of my findings and parts ordering. I opened the FC door and found ice down the evap cover and building up on the evaporator. I followed the ice up the back of the FC section and found the ice maker fill tube is overflowing. I tested the ice maker and found that with the fill tube having an opening at the top, the water is splashing over and running down the back wall of the FC section.
