I replaced the dispenser and advised customer to switch to a liquid detergent and to run some hot water at the tap before running the dispenser. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F9E1 for long drain, F3E1 for water level system error, F8E3 for overflow, and F0E1 for load detected during clean. I cleared the error codes. I then ran a diagnostics cycle and found it threw a F9E1 error code at the end, and the drain never energized. I checked voltage to the drain and found none. After resetting the power several times it fixed itself and drained. I gained access to the back of the unit and found a leak at the drain and the bottom of the pipe vent. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator were another company diagnosed a sealed system failure and the customer was told to contact Whirlpool. On arrival the unit was on and above 70?F. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found all airflow components running as designed. Upon further inspection I found both evaps with no frost pattern or ice build up. I gained access to the back of the unit and found the compressor running, but only drawing .4 amps. This indicates a bad SS. I found SS repairs still covered. Arrived on site for a dishwasher that was tripping the breaker. On arrival the unit had power. I test the drain and latch but could not trip the breaker. Upon further inspection I found the bushings on the heater completely corroded. I gained access to the back of the unit and found signs of a leak. I informed the customer it is possible the leak onto the element connector could possibly be shorting out and causing the breaker to pop. Continued with testing and when the unit got to agitate and spin, I could hear the motor functioning, but the washplate and basket failed to turn. I tilted the unit back and found where the unit had dropped to the floor and caused the pulley to burn through the shield and the pulley nut came off and the belt warped and came off (photos). Arrived onsite for a refrigerator to replace previous diagnosed parts. I found the sealed system completely charged and the compressor not pumping.I replaced the compressor and added a dye dryer. I vacuumed the system and found a leak at the factory solder joints on the new drier. I replaced the drier again and vacuumed the system. I charged the system with 4.7 ozs of R134A refrigerant and tested. The unit is working as designed. No water connections. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator with a no ice condition. I tested the icemaker and it would not go into a harvest with 120VAC supplying it. The icemaker needs to be replaced; ordrng 1 W11284458 (ICEMAKER)

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator not making ice. Mr stated it hasnt made ice since the last repair and the ice cream in the FC has been softer than normal but everything else in the FC has been frozen and the RC cools fine. I tested temps and found the RC at 37 degrees and the FC was at 18 degrees. I tested the thermistors and fans. The fans were working as designed but there was not a lot of air movement with the FC fan. I found the FC thermistor reading 18 degrees and the FC evaporator thermistor reading 16 degrees. I exposed the evaporator and found the fins pushed over across the top and it frosted over across the top but the evaporator had a good frost pattern. I found the FC thermistor bracket loose. I removed the metal bracket and attached it with foil tape and zip tied it on the evaporator. I removed the frost and straightened out the fins. I found the vent on the side of the refrigerator for the condenser exhaust and the condenser itself clogged up with dog hair. I cleaned the vent and the condenser. I tested the unit and the temp dropped 40 degrees in 30 minutes and was still dropping. I advised the customer to get a thermometer and put it in the FC so he could monitor actual temp. I explained that it should be making ice by morning and if it wasnt to call the office and tell us what the temp was so we would know if there is a SS issue or something else. office needs to make contact with the customer and get an update. If its making ice close the call. If its not making ice get the temp of the FC from the customer and contact PR.; O-emld tckt

Arrived on site for dryer not advancing to cycle but still heating as designed. Upon arrival confirm complaint Ive been verify that unit had a stable 240 V connection and that there were no voltage drops from outlet when unit was turned on and running. Also verify that all thermostats fuses and limiters working within manufacture specs along with the heating element. I didnt found that no matter what setting the dryer was done to it would continuously run without stopping or advancing the timer. I then reassembled and tested unit with a new timer on multiple settings and found that unit could cycle in advance and shut off as designed with no further failures. Inform customer that unit is ready for use

Arrived on site for dishwasher not draining and giving an F9 E1 error code. Upon arrival confirm complain but found no failures in the drain motor control. I then found a clog inside the PVC drain pipe under the sink causing water not to drain out correctly. Arrived on site for dishwasher needing new element. Upon arrival confirmed issue and found gold style element bush8ng in unit. Replaced element per special project S17304. Found no leaks during tests. Call complete

Arrived on site for washer not going past since cycle. Part of arrival confirmed issue but found no errors and diagnostics and customer had stated that unit would just repeatedly click as a door latch would not engage. Upon further testing I found that the latch was internally broken causing unit to not continue cycle and thinking the door was still open. Was able to reschedule customer ; ordrng 1 W11513248 (Latch)

"Arrived on site for washer, inspected unit and work area. Set unit in diagnostics and found stored error code F9E1. Gained access to drain pump and unit was clogged with pet hair. Called techline and spoke to Adrian SR#7734215224 and stated unit will not be covered under warranty for this trip as its been the same issue in the past. Unclogged the drain and tested unit is now operating as designed. No leaks where observed during service. Job completed."

I was trying to test the unit in diagnostics and found user control unresponsive. Unit will need main control and UI to continue with further repairs. No leaks where observed during service.
