I removed the faulty section of the high side discharge and brazed the rest of the components into the system. I vacuumed until the vacuum pumps ultimate vacuum and then monitored for 15 minutes. I charged with the mfg prescribed 5.5 oz of refrigerant and tested. The unit cooled as designed and I squared and leveled the chassis and doors. "Arrived to inspect noise. I found the unit was set so the basket was not centered. The bearings were very loud and I removed and replaced the gear case and calibrated. "Arrived to inspect gas leak. I removed the cooktop from its mount and disassembled it to gain access to all connections, internal and external. I pressure tested the supply lines from the valves to the orifices and worked backwards to the supply, including the regulator and flex line. I found no leaks with fresh bubble solution. I tested all valve stems and their mounts, the orifices as well and the unit has zero detectable leaks. I advised the CX on my findings. Operational test good, no leaks detected during service."

On further inspection I found that because of the issue was a failing gearcase leaking oil all over the cam belt and actuator. replace the following parts WPW10006355 (actuator), WPW10006384 (belt), W10721967 (cam), W11132267 (gearcase).

Arrived on site to test unit for downdraft not working. Test unit and found switch not sending correct voltage. Replaced switch test unit and found tubing probably clogged making air coming back up. Advised customer to get vent checked out job complete.

"Arrived on site for washer banging around during spin cycle not spinning clothes that all the way. Upon arrival confirm complaint and after further testing found an F0E5, F7E5, & F7E6 error codes. Upon further inspection I found no failures in ACU, harness, or gearcase, or other related parts. I then found suspension rods failing and causing tub to lean forward. I was able to reschedule the customer for Thursday, April 14 of 2022 to complete repairs or new suspension rod sets and during repairs we will also need to raise the washer higher off the ground in order to prevent the washer from Sagging and touching the bottom when it fills. ; ordrng 1 W10780045 (Suspension rods)"

However, raising the left side was causing the door to barely catch the cabinet on the right hand side due to how the unit was installed. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator not dispensing water nor ice. Upon arrival the customer stated that the unit is still making ice, but just wont dispense it. I tested the dispenser and could hear the auger motor energize, but the ice bin arm never rotated. Upon further inspection I found the coupler on the motor stripped. In order to repair this the motor and coupler would need to be replaced. When testing the water dispenser I could not hear the valve energize nor the switch click. I gained access to the switch and found the switch bracket had broken. This was allowing the switch to sag and not come in contact with the paddle. I tested the switch and found when pressed the water would dispense properly. The bracket will need to be replaced. The customer also requested replacing all 3 refrigerator shelves due to them cracking and giving out. I quoted the customer for the bracket, motor, coupler, and three shelves. Call complete."

Arrived on site for a range with the upper oven not working. I tested the unit and found the upper oven bake not igniting. Due to this I gained access to the back of the unit and ohmd out the ignitor and found it open. This indicates a faulty ignitor. I installed the new ignitor and then tested the unit. I found the unit noW working as designed.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator with the unit losing cool and intermittently losing power. Upon arrival the customer stated that this has being going on for a while, and the unit will intermittently fail and flash the PO until they come and press confirm. Now the unit has begun losing cool starting in the FC. I took temps and found the FC at 33?F and the RC at 44?F. Upon further inspection I found over an inch of frost in front of the evap cover. I then gained access to the pantry drawer UI and found a small amount of water inside. However, I did not see any visible corrosion on the board. I then put the unit into diagnostics mode and tried to recreate the power failure. I found when in test 4 after the compressor began running for a minute, the unit would shut off and throw the PO. I also found the compressor running very weak. The PO flashing could be due to the seized fan motor getting stuck from the ice in the FC running during the test. I gained access to the control and ohmd out all thermistors. I found the RC thermistor read 6.71k, the FC thermistor read 12.10k, and the FC defrost thermistor read as open. This indicates a faulty FC defrost thermistor and possibly a faulty drawer UI.; ordrng 1 W11109595 (FC Motor Harness)"

Arrived on site for a range with the upper oven not working. I tested the unit and found the upper oven bake not igniting. Due to this I gained access to the back of the unit and ohmd out the ignitor and found it open. This indicates a faulty ignitor. I installed the new ignitor and then tested the unit. I found the unit noW working as designed.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine receiving a F7E1 error code. Upon arrival the customer stated that the unit is not washing at all and will throw the F7E1. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F0E3 for overload, F7E1 for tachometer missing, and F7E6 for motor circuit open. I cleared the error codes. I then ran a diagnostics cycle and found that when the unit was agitating, the whole tub moved and not just the wash plate. I gained access to the shifter and found it seized and had popped off of the cam. Due to this I replaced the shifter and then tested the unit again. I found the unit now working as designed. No leaks observed at the time of service. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a microwave with no heat and a loud sound. I tested the unit with a MW safe cup of water and could hear a loud hum, and the water did not heat. I checked voltage and amp draw at the outlet. I found the amp draw low. Due to this I gained access to the HV components and found a good 120VAC going to the transformer. This indicates a faulty HV circuit. Upon further inspection I found some discoloration on the mag. I replaced the mag and tested the unit again with a MW safe cup of water. I found the unit now working as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived onsite for GAS LEAK? SLIGHT GAS ODOR WHEN IN USE ONLY. Upon arrival the unit is new. The tenant said she has only used it once cause she believes it is leaking gas. Found gas is on and test unit for gas leaks and did not detect leaks using electronic gas sniffer. Checked regulator,supply hose all burners including oven,no leaks detected at gas connectors. Called techline for assistance. Tech determined that it is the new oven smell. Tech recommended to Operate Broiler about a hour or 2 at 500 degrees to let unit cure. Tech gave SR# 7733368352. No leaks present at this time. Job complete"
