"Arrived on site to inspect washer lid not locking. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F5E3-lid lock wont unlock/lock. Cleared the code and continued with testing. The unit operated as designed until it got to agitate and the washplate barely moved and only turned one way. When the unit was supposed to spin, it failed and then shut down. I tilted the unit back and found the red wire to the capacitor was broken (photo). I attempted to mend the harness, but there was not enough wire on one side to do so. I am ordering the lower harness and capacitor and will return with the prescreened parts. Scheduled return service for 01/05/24. Unit left unplugged for safety. ; ordrng 1 W11643701 (Lower harness) and 1 W11395618 (Capacitor)"

Arrived onsite for dishwasher door not working. On inspection I could hear the hinge popping when you open the door. I removed the toe plate and realized that the toe plate was installed backwards and it was hitting the hinge. On further inspection found the the unit was installed wrong and it was in a bind causing the door to hit the tub when you closed the door. Pulled the unit and reinstalled it and now the unit is working as designed. And no water leaks detected during service.

Arrived onsite for dryer not powering on. On inspection all the components tested good. Gain access to the motor and tested it. The motor was good. The customer was using a 3 prong to 4 prong adapter. The issue was that there was no ground coming from the adapter. L1 to neutral was 124vac L1 to ground was 7vac L2 to neutral 124vac L2 to ground 9vac took the neutral wire from the wiring harness and connected it with the chassis ground to get the unit to work. Informed the customer that he need to replace the 4 prong pig tail with a 3 prong pigtail and ditch the adapter.

"Dance out for a refrigerator that is tripping the breaker. Inspected unit and work area. Found the unit completely dead upon arrival. The customer advised that there soon as the unit is plugged in, it tripped the breaker. Checked all wiring for any grounded, wires or failed components. Cannot find any. I took off the ground wire off the power plug from the unit and plug the unit in. Found the unit working and operating as designed without tripping the breaker. I called Whirlpool tech line and spoke to Ed SR# 7738116047. Advised that the only two things that would cause the unit to do that would be the control or with the GFCI breaker. Advised that since the ground wire was removed from the backside of the cabinet that they could not be with the control as they would still trip the breaker and that as long as the unit is working right now, the issue is fine. Advised if issue comes back, the customer will need to update their refrigerator to a standard outlet. The unit is working as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived to inspect power loss. The customer advised the issue was intermittent, but has increased in frequency greatly, in the last few weeks. Service mode showed F6E4 stored and I cleared for service and testing. I found during service test mode operations, if the microwave door was opened, it would trigger, but not save, an F4E1. After triggered, the unit would not run any accessible tests. Further inspection revealed the lower spacers on each side of the frame had been removed, causing the unit to sit on the lower air guide (not designed or the units weight) and also the lower front vent. This was causing the machine to lean backwards and had damaged the microwave interlocks, creating odd errors. The lower metal trim for the vent area was missing as well. Office to order parts and schedule tech GCO. ; ordrng 2 W11598116 (Spacer Feet)s and 1 W11598135 (Lower Trim) and 1 W11033422 (Interlock Assy)"
