Confirmed customers complaint and found the unit no starting any cycles. Found the basket would not spend and with an error out. We are the units for diagnostics and found an F7 E1 (basket speed fault) error code. Checked underneath the unit and found the belt detached from the motor and the belt completely stripped. Found the cam extremely worn as well. Unit will need both for repair. Ordering both parts as neither part was sent with me. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that is stopping in the middle of cycles is making loud sounds during cycle. Inspected unit and work area. Were in the unit three diagnostics and found an F5 E1 (lid switch fault) and F7 E9 (locked rotor) error codes. Ran the unit through an auto test and found the valves were really slow at filling and the unit sound like an airplane taken off when the unit went into a spin. This would indicate that the bearings are gone bad in the gear case. Checked underneath the washer and found the slider had red marks on it indicating it failed as well.

"Arrived on site for otr microwave heating when door was open and tripping breaker when exhaust surface fan was run. Upon arrival confirmed the issue and after further inspec found multiple causes to failures. Found exhaust fan windings all ohming between 98.2-100.3 ohms (should have been between 19, 23, & 34ohms. Also found door switchs stuck causing ACU to think unit was safe to run when unit was opened. Found large burner maker on ACU indicating heat damage over. Found hinges built within liner (non repairable/no part availabilie) bent leading to door sagging and weighing on switchs and latch body. Unit cant be reliably repaired due to hinge failures. Will need finings reported to ahs(WB26X10210(vent motor), WB27X10934(ACU)).; ordrng 1 Cnote (Need status reported to ahs. Liner/hinges have no replacements)"

Upon further inspection I found startup amp draw to compressor at 1.98 and raised to 2.1amps within 2minutes. Found evap coil could frost over about 80% before all coolness, moister, & freezing was lost from cool. Signs indicating a failing sealed system. Also found thermostat failing to reset when temps would trigger defrost and wouldnt go back into cooling operation once defrost was completed. Manuel setting does not allow change to low, medium, high. upon arrival ran unit on diagnostics and did not receive error codes. Checked water pressure and got good water pressure from both hot and cold supply valves. Customer provided load of clothes to test. I had customer demonstrate how she would use the control settings. Mrs. Explained how she wanted more water. Showed customer how to change the deep fill settings and select different water levels. Ran unit on a normal cycle and unit operates as designed. "Arrived on site for a washing machine getting an F9E1 error code. Upon arrival the unit was full of water, the lid was locked, and F9E1 was flashing on the screen. I had to unplug the unit to remove the error code. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F9E1 for long drain, F0E3 for for overload, F1E2 for motor over voltage. I then went to manually activate the drain and lid lock. Neither energized. I also tried to run a diagnostics cycle, but it would never start. I then ohmd out the drain pump at the pump and found it within range. I then ohmd out the drain pump from the control and found it open. This indicates a bad harness. Ordering the harness and the office will need to reschedule for install. ; ordrng 1 W11568984 (Lower Harness)"

I gained access to the motor and found cracks going along it on several sides. I found the unit otherwise running as designed. I went to replace the sump and motor, but found the one sent on hand damaged as well. I advised the customer on not using the unit until repaired. "Arrived on site for a dishwasher that was not dissolving soap nor rotating water. Upon arrival the customer stated it sounds like water is coming into the unit, but nothing else really happens. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F4E3 for wash motor not running, F7E1 for no heat, and F2E1 for stuck button. I then ran a diagnostics cycle while monitoring amp draw and found the motor not running. I found the element drawing the proper amperage. This indicates only a faulty sump and motor. I installed the new sump and motor. I then tested the unit and ran a diagnostics cycle. The unit is now running as designed. No leaks observed at the time of service.

"Arrived on site for a dryer making a loud noise. Upon arrival the customer stated it is intermittent, but when it starts it will squeak for a while. I tested the unit and let it run for a while. I was only able to replicate a very light squeal. I gained access to inside the unit and found abnormal wear on the belt. I tested the tub wheels and found the left side one when in a certain position on the shaft will make a very loud clanking/squeal noise. Due to this I installed the repair kit. I then tested the unit and no abnormal sounds were present. The unit is as designed. Call complete."

Ran fill cycle twice and was not enough water pumping over evaporator tray. Tested with water filter and without, found no difference in water pressure. Will need to replace inlet valve to correct. Removed failed inlet valve and installed new. Cleaned condenser. Performed diagnostics mode and tested water to reservoir with and without filter and found good water pressure and reservoir filling as designed.
