Went to jump her the icemaker and found I spilled up inside of the timer area restricting the motor from being able to turn. Did notice the icemaker was leaning forward potentially causing the issue. Arrived on site for a refrigerator losing cool after the customer tried to service the ice maker in the unit. Upon arrival the customer stated that they had removed the IM from the IB completely. I checked temps and found the RC at 50?F and the FC at 10?F. Upon going to check IB temps I found the IM missing and the evap loop covered in a thick layer of ice. I found no ice build up anywhere else. This indicates a possible pin hole leak in the evap loop in the IB.

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that is making a ticking noise when running. Upon inspection I found that the unit had ice buildup on the evap. Which caused the noise whe the ice hit the fan blades. I cleared the ice and then I noticed that the unit was not leveled properly causing the door not to seal allowing warm air to get into the refrigerator causing the ice buildup. Cx I could not find cx to explain to them that I had found and what Ive done cx must hav left before I could do so Job complete.

Upon further inspection I found the dispenser area caked over with calcium build up, and I found a small puddle of water on the dispenser tray. I gained access to the valve and removed the water line. Immediately I found gunk build up indicating a valve issue. I installed the valve and the unit began working as designed. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that they had one load where the agitation did not seem to be working properly. They advised the agitator was moving extremely slow and was not seemingly washing their clothes very well. After the unit went through a spin, they advised that the unit had left her clothes wet and extremely damp. Around the unit through a diagnostic test and the unit ran as designed. Checked the unit for error codes and found an F0 E5 (off balance load) and F0 E3 (overload) error codes. I asked the customer what they were washing and the customer advised that he was washing a pair of jeans with a few T-shirts. I did advise the customer that running extremely late loads or overloads can cause off-balance issues and can cause the unit not to finish the cycle. Tested all components of the washing machine and could not get the unit to fault. I ran the unit through slow agitation for the customer and diagnostics and the customer advised that the speed of the agitation as what he saw during that cycle and didnt know if that was normal. I did explain that certain cycles will use low agitation at various points. I did it play some not to worry about that agitation if it is slower or faster. The unit is working as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator fan not working. Upon further inspection, I found the unit with power, but could not hear the FC fan. I found the FC door with a gap approximately 1 inch wide on the left side (photo). Disassembled the FC section and found two screws on the rails; one on each side, that were loose and keeping the door from closing properly. I tightened the screws and adjusted the door and tested and it now closes properly. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested and found the FC fan not coming on. All other tests were good. I removed the FC evap cover to find a block of ice around the fan motor and blades. Using my steamer, I removed the ice and cleaned all overspray water from the FC section. Reassembled the FC section and retested and unit is operating as designed

Removed the outer door panel and tested the element and found 13ohms and within the 13-40ohms range. Tested voltage to the the entire from the control and it is getting 118V. I advised the customer that the unit must have rinse aid in the dispenser in order for it to dry properly. Customer advised that they pour a small amount in the dispenser with each load. Customer provided a bottle of rinse aid and I demonstrated on how to fill the dispenser. I made recommendations for use and care, as well as, detergent and rinse aid use. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Evaporator frost pattern still looks fine and evaporator fan is still running properly. Spoke with techline due to location in a tiny house and available space refrigerator cannot be properly diagnosed. Location and environment may also be causing the issue. no recommendation for repair was given. Arrived on site for refrigerator not dispensing/making ice correctly (per customer on arrival) upon arrival confirmed issue and after further inspection I found some cubes were solid and bridged together. Found signs of inEt valve failing and weeping water into icemaker prematurely. Also found ice maker motor grinding and not properly breaking ice from harvesting tray. Replaced inlet valve and ice maker and found no leaks during tests. Informed customer to give unit 24hrs to fill bucket back up. Call complete
