On inspection I found that the neutral and the L2 were fused together, it looks like during the move the wiring harness was between the dryer cabinet and the cover for the terminal block and it cur through the wire covers. The wire shorted out when they plugged it in. I repaired the unit with a terminal block kit then I called the safety line and report my findings Sr7736064855"

I ran the unit again with thermocouple inserted and checked temps. I found the unit cycling as designed on bake and convect. Preheat time is within spec. I gave the customer some suggestions on cycle selections and to try traditional cooking vs convect, to reduce direct heat. I could find no failures in the unit, and it is working as designed. "Arrived onsite for a refrigerator thats not powering on. On arrival the customer stated the refrigerator had turned back on by itself. I found both compartments at temp and the ice bucket full. The customer stated the unit had warmed up to room temperature, none of the control selections would respond, and none of the lights were on when this happened. I pulled and visually checked all the control connections the EMI filter connection and the power cord. I found everything good and can find no reason for the failure at this time. I told the customer to monitor it for a couple of weeks without fully loading it up to see if it will continue to work. There were no water leaks present at the time of service. Call complete."

"KUIX335HPS00 Arrived to inspect loss of power and ice production issues. I found the loss of power may have been from an incorrectly routed drain line and ensued correct routing after inspection. The circulation pump W11542867 had failed and the internal water level sensor was inoperative, causing a significant overfill of the reservoir, likely contributing to the overflow of the external drain pump, which was ultimately found to operate as designed. I removed and replaced the circulation pump W11542867 and tested. The unit resumed all normal functions and reservoir filling. No leaks observed during service."

"MEDC465HW0 Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I removed and replaced the timer, as directed by the MFG tech and prior to plugging the unit into the circuit, I found the same readings as listed in the prior service. Plugging the unit in yielded the same results as well. I removed the pigtail, which tested ok with no shorting, and connected L1 to an adjacent 120VAC receptacle. The unit started and ran the motor as designed, without any breaker tripping (video saved.) Unloading L2 on the four wire 240VAC plug made no difference and the 240 breaker tripped on any settings but off. The issue has been completely isolated to the 240VAC supply circuit being the cause of the breaker tripping. The 240VAC shows correct voltage, but trips immediately with any load and the L2 only operates the heater in this circuit and cannot contribute. Again, the unit did work fine at a recent previous address as well. The customer will contact us after electrical supply issues are resolved and load tested, if there are further issues with the dryer."

"Arrived on site to inspect oven/microwave combo unit missing the vent cover and microwave door not closing properly. Upon further inspection, I found the oven vent assembly missing. Customer demonstrated their complaint with the microwave door by gently closing the door and the light staying on inside. I advised the customer that technically speaking, the microwave door should be allowed to slam on its own as the hinges will shut the door for them and will close properly. I demonstrated several times to the customer on how to allow the door to close on its own. I advised that if the microwave door slams and the light continues to remain on inside, then the inner door panel will need to be replaced. Testing the door several times, I never had this issue occur. Microwave door is functioning properly. I installed the vent at the bottom of the oven door. "Arrived onsite for a cooktop that is not igniting correctly. I found the burner valve switches defective causing the issue. I replaced the switches and the missing orifice holder gaskets. I tested the cooktop and found it working as designed. There were no gas leaks present at the time of service.

"Arrived onsite for a wall oven that has a screen that will not respond to touch. Upon arrival I found this to be true I then power cycled the unit and found that it gained screen functionality back. I put the unit in diagnostics mode and found error code stored F6e0, I checked that all connections were good in between the UI and the main control and they were. I also double checked that the unit was connected to Wi-Fi and it was the Wi-Fi signal would fluctuate, but it should still be good enough for the unit to get its firmware updates overnight. Then I went ahead and performed a few temperature tests and found that the unit is operating as designed in bake at 350? for both upper and lower ovens

"Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator that was not properly cooling. I examined the freezer compartment and found ice buildup engulfing the evaporator. Disassembled the FC and checked heater circuit wiring and heater. I found the wiring and heater all working, with resistance at normal. Customer mister has replaced the thermistor, heater already. I found that the FC fan was also surging while running and didn't seem to want to stay consistent on speed or activation. Talked with SW about repair recommendations, which should include a replacement of the main control and fan to resolve DC voltage issues. Freezer fan also out.

"Arrived on site to inspect washer not spinning out the water from the clothes. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they removed water from the lower front portion of the bellow at the drain and their clothing still had more water in them than normal. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F8E3-overflow condition. I cleared the code and continued with testing. The unit operated as designed. I removed the top panel and rear panel and inspected the water level switch/sensor and air trap and the trap was clean and the sensor tube was clear with no holes. I removed the drain pump filter and it had minimal debris but not enough to cause the unit to not drain. Reassembled the unit and retested two more times and the unit continued to operate as designed. I checked the drain at the bottom of the bellow and cleared a small amount of lint debris. I advised the customer that Im not finding anything wrong with the unit and questioned about how much detergent theyre using. I found the customer to be using too much detergent and made recommendations on use and care as well as emergent use. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

When I pulled the u;it out to cycle power, I found a half dollar sized rust spot on the back panel (photo) due to insulation. I advised the customer that theres no timeline of when the rust spot will go all the way through the cabinet, but for now, it has not produced a hole in the cabinet that will allow warm air into the freezer section and cause cooling issues. I recommended the customer begin shopping around for a new unit and to monitor the rust spot keeping a close eye on the center of the rust spot. Arrived on site for right front burner not igniting. Found orifice clogged . Used tip cleaner on orifice. Burner is lighting now . No gas leaks detected at time of service. Job complete

"Arrived onsite for a dishwasher that is still leaking at the corners of the door at the bottom. The customer stated it would start dripping on the left side first and then would start dripping on the right side. I tested the unit in diagnostics and found no water leaks. The customer stated they run a normal cycle with hi heat, heated dry, and sanitize on. I started this cycle and watched the machine over an hour and it never leaked. I ran a couple more calls and the customer called the office stating it started leaking again.

"Arrived on site and inspected dryer and found airflow to the exterior is restricted. Found that hose is mostly crushed behind dryer, after moving it forward airflow has improved but is still registering restricted. Also found dryer door will not stay closed front panel is bent/warped causing it to pop open. will need to replace it and strike. ordrng 1 WPW10459661 (Front panel)"

"Arrived on site for refrigerator not cooling properly. Upon arrival confirmed issue and found compressor having a hard time starting but not over heated. Found all fans running. Tried two different tester start devices but found compressor still failing to stay on properly. Found unit needs compressor replacement and parts covered under extended parts coverage under entitlement. Will need office to reschedule once Availability of W11574734 compressor, WPW10143759 uv drier, W10913906 access valve. ordrng 1 W11574734 (Compressor) and 1 WPW10143759 (Uv drier) and 1 W10913906 (Access valve) and 1 R600kit (R600) and 1 Nitrogen (Nitrogen kit)"

Arrived onsite for a dryer with the timer knob broken. I found that the timer wasnt the issue but the 3 position selector switch was the issue. The shaft on the switch is worn down and it will need to be replaced. The customer ordered a new knob and it looks correct but he couldnt confirm the part number that was ordered. ordrng 1 WE01X20378 (Knob) and 1 WE4M404 (ROTARY SWITCH 3TEMP ELEC)

"Arrived onsite for a range that chows code F2E1 control panel and nothing works on the unit. Upon inspection I found that the issue was the the oven was leaking hit air into the console and the cx would use a wet towel to clean the key pad. Which is not and ideal combination this would cause the controls to basically be steamed and cause shorted keys amongst other issues. I found that the door was not being closed firmly and the gasket was flattened. I advised the customer to every so often pinch the gasket to help with it sealing properly and when they use the oven to push the door closed firmly to insure that the heat stays where it supposed to be, in the oven. ordrng 1 WPW10116117 (Key pad)"

"Arrived on site for refrigerator, inspected unit and work area. Customers complaint was leaking water. Found one of the water lines that go into the refrigerator was cracked and would need replaced. Im ordering the water line and returning with prescreened parts. Left water turned off. No leaks where observed during service. ordrng 1 AJR56656503 (Ice water tube)"
