Arrived on site four a refrigerator that is not making ice. Inspected unit and work area. Attempted to dump the icemaker and found that the water valve was kicking on a tin cycle but water was not flowing through. Checked the fill tube for any evidence of ice blockage in the fill tube. Could not find any ice buildup in the fill tube. Checked behind the unit and removed the inlet water supply line. Found there was no water coming to the refrigerator at all. I had the customer attempt to turn his water valve at the wall to see if any water would come through the waterline and no water was coming through in any position. Advise the customer the issue was with their incoming water supply line as the unit has no water to make ice. The unit is working as designed. Advise the customer do you have a plumber figure out the water supply issues. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is leaking when the unit is not in use. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit seems to drip out of the dispenser even when the unit is not being used and her basket is consistently wet regardless of whether she dries it out or not. Tested the unit and could not replicate the issue due to not enough water being inside the dispenser housing. I did check the valves and confirmed that the control was not sending any voltage to either valve. Replaced inlet water valve and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed without leaking for 15 minutes after the testing.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not cooling. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed the customers complaint and found the customer had unplugged the unit. The customer stated that the unit was flowing fine and then all of a sudden stopped cooling all together. She said that her freezer got too refrigerator temperatures before she removed all of her food. She then explained that afterwards, she found the unit leaking water from underneath the unit when it was unplugged. I did inform her that it sounded like her issue was a defrost issue. Check the heater at the evaporator and found it measuring 89.7 ohms. checked continuity through the freezer harness and found proper continuity. And when I went to reconnect the heater, I found one of the wires inside the connector had broken loose from the actual connector potentially causing the heater not to be fully connected. Re-seated the wire inside the connector and reattached the heater. I went ahead and also replaced the thermistor just due to the potential other defrost issue. I reassembled the unit and the unit is now working as designed. Call complete."

The customer advised that the unit does pull in hot water and cold water but she was not understanding as to why the unit wasnt as hot as her prior washer. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Chris SR# 7733452624. He advised that based on that error message, the issue would have to be with the cooling fan or speed sensor and to replace the blower. Ordering the blower and reschedule the customer to 4/21. Confirmed the customers complain about ice buildup in front of and underneath her ice bin. Ice was small and not due to water leakage. Attempted to test the dispensing portion of the customers unit. Found the unit dispensing ice as designed. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to TJ SR# 7733451421. He advised that the unit will ice up some towards the front of their ice bin and hat the customer needs to clean that periodically to make sure the bin doesnt get frozen into the door. As far as the ice goes, he stated that since the ice does dispense, there is not a way to adjust the ice dispensing because its all variant depending on ice cubes. He advised to make no repairs and to contact the extended warranty to report the findings based on number of calls about the same issues. Call complete."

Found evaporator incased in ice,ran diagnostics,thermistors passed,ran heater,heater powered on diagnosed controls not entering self defrost cycle,ordering ui,main control and thermistor. "Arrived on site for complaints of not washing. Found that unit will fill but not was. Draining well. Found F4e3 error for missing or loose connections on sump. All connections look good. Installed new sump and motor assembly. Tested unit and wash cycle running strong now. Let unit run on normal cycle and monitored. Unit is advancing normally. No water leaks detected, job complete."

"Arrived on site for install of previously diagnosed parts. Installed new MCU and found no change. Unit will not let you select a cycle and will not start up. Checked all connections and inspected harness. Unplugged one load at a time and tested. Each time, no change. Will need new UI and MCU to be installed at the same time. Will need 2 man 2 hours. Arrived onsite to install previously diagnosed parts replaced both upper and lower interlocks. Also found control panel is damaged. Replaced panel. Teste unit 3 times by heating water for :30. Unit teste good all three times. Job complete

Arrived onsite for light flickering.upon arrival found lights dim and sometimes flickering. Replaced both modules and test unit. All lights tested correctly. Job complete

Arrived onsite for No Operation. Upon arrival found unit operating. Customer said it intermittently shuts off on its own. The last time was 4/8/2022 usually happens at night. Called techline for assistance tech had me check neutral to ground an got zero voltage. Check compressor amps and pulling 1 amp. Pulled heater amps and pulling 5 amps. Tech determined that unit is operating correctly and not the issue. Unit is operating as designed. Tech recommended that the gfci breaker is too weak and electrician needs to call manufacturer of gfci. Tech gave SR# 7733452588. Job complete

Arrived onsite for Leaking Water Underneath or Bottom. Upon arrival inspected unit and immediately saw drip from inner drain hose. Replaced Inner drain hose and test unit by fill unit with water and draining unit. No further leaks at this time. Job complete

"Arrived on site to test unit for no cool, tested unit found compressor not turning on, replaced start device compressor pulling 4.5 amps and shutting down , not starting, Resistance at 12.6 ohms, on compressor, unit has failed sealed system, will need compressor, evaporator, filter dye drier and access valves,

"Arrived on site for oven not heating properly . Ran diagnostics no error codes . Ohmed out sensor checked normally . Did find some connections not pushed in correctly on control. Readjusted connections on control . Ran preheat, did recalibrate 25 degrees . Reran preheat all checked normal. Job complete.

Arrived onsite and tested door for not closing properly. Adjusted hinge alignment and seating and found unit operating properly and as designed. Advised customer on findings and design. All checks good.
