Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they recently had their one year home inspection and the inspector used an infrared laser gun to test temps in the oven. I advised the customer that using that device is not the proper way to test and the infrared gun checks surface temps and not airflow temps and provided a copy of the technical training pointer #W10565140. Using my multimeter, I placed my thermal lead in the center of the middle rack and tested temps on Bake at 350 degrees. My preheat temp was 470. Next readings were 312, 391, 321, 398 for an average temp of 355.5 degrees. I advised the customer of my findings. No repairs needed at this time. "Arrived onsite for a refrigerator with ice clumping together in the bin, a sheet of ice behind the bin, and water barely running. The customer stated the issue started when he changed the filter. I tested the water dispenser and found the water coming out very slowly. I removed the filter and tested it getting 8 ounces in 6 seconds. The sheet of ice building up behind the bin was being caused by a lack of pressure and the water missing the ice tray. I ran a harvest cycle and a fill cycle with the filter removed and it worked as designed. I advised the customer to change the filter again and if there was still an issue to call and I would order a filter housing.

I explained to the customer that the oven needs to be connected to WiFi or other issues could start happening.

"Arrived on site for not making ice. Upon arrival, unit is turned off. Restored power to unit. Tank began to fill. Found not getting voltage from control to compressor. Contacted SW for assistance. Recommend replacement of control and harness. After researching parts found Harness and control are not available . No repair can be made.

Arrived onsite for refrigerator not cooling and a error message H1. On inspection found a huge ice block in the freezer on the evap. The boots bin in the fridge was iced In and could not be removed. Found that the light in the rc had burnt through the liner and burnt some of the foam. Consensus is that the rc door properly got left open and the light bulb heated up and burnt the liner. It also let moisture into the unit and the FC evap froze up. I got the manual defrost to turn on and could hear it defrosting the evap. Informed the customer that the thermistor is probably bad with a good chance the control board was damaged by the halogen bulb that is next to the control board.

I informed the customer that if we work on the unit and something else happens not releasing to the issue we will not be responsible for it. "LFXS26973S/00 Arrived to inspect continuous dispensing. I found the unit would fail at either ice or water curing dispensing operations and it would not stop. Inspection of the paddle revealed the plastic had started to bind within the housing and I was able to apply high-purity silicone grease to the affected areas, correcting the issue and restoring the positive feel of the paddle. This particular unit is extremely difficult to remove the UI, compared to others of the same model/design and I elected to not risk damage, as I was able to fully correct the issue without complete disassembly. No leaks observed during service.

"Arrived on site to inspect cooktop for gas leaks. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the gas company had inspected the home for a gas leak and both advised the cooktop is leaking somewhere. Using my gas sniffer, I tested the unit and sniffer would indicate a strong sense of a leak at the far right two burner valves. I disassembled the unit and using my liquid leak detector, I checked the valves and did not find a leak. I checked the valve stems and found the right front and rear valves are leaking at the stems (photos). I removed and replaced the valves/manifold and tested all gas line connections and found no leaks. Reassembled the unit and tested and unit is operating as designed. Manufacturer covered the diagnostics fee. No gas leaks detected at the end of service, job completed."

"WTW4850HW1 Arrived to inspect no operation. I found the unit would not turn on, nor could service test mode be accessed. Line VAC was present and the customer advised me a similar event had occurred prior, later finding it to be SO 368879. From the control, the drain pump showed 20.3 . The 50 ?F rated capacitor was 400 ?F, well within specifications. The unit appeared to have a simple control failure and unplugging for a few moments and then re-plugging yielded an audible relay click, but no other functionality. Unloading every connector on the control, but the power supply, finally allowed service mode entry. The unit had F2E3, F2E1 and F1E1 wee stored. I was able to determine the mode shifter J12 connection as the source of the issue. J2, 1-2 2.49 . J12 1-4, 10.65VDC loaded and 11.2 unloaded. Tach verification mode worked as designed and I utilized a swing-tested mode shifter and found the same issue. Due to the lower than expected VDC at J12, I suspected the control low VDC power supply was damaged by a prior reported storm and R/R/Rd the control. The unit resumed all normal functions and operated as expected. No leaks observed during service.

"KUIX535HPS01 Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I recovered the existing refrigerant, noting 45 psi in a room temperature unit, assuring the likelihood of no evaporator leaks. I removed and replaced the compressor, service port and non-dye drier and vacuumed the system. Holding vacuum for 15 additional minutes, I charged. During charging, the refrigerant tank ran out precisely one ounce short of the MFG prescribed 5.75 oz. The unit will require one uncle of refrigerant for a full charge. Watching the unit attempt production, I actually produced a reasonable slab and easily out performed the prior failed compressor. No leaks observed during service. Upon inspection I found that the unit would tell you to swipe up to unlock then it would ask unopened to update and when you select update or skip it goes back it swipe up to unlocked over and over again. "Arrived onsite for a leaking dishwasher. The customer stated that water starts dripping on the left side at the bottom of the door through out a cycle. I tested the unit and found water getting past the door gasket and running down the left door jamb then dripping on the floor. I found the upper left corner of the door gasket distorted and bending inward. I replaced the door gasket and both corners were protruding out but when testing the unit still leaked. The door has some wobble like it is high centered at the latch and strike. Need to replace the latch and strike along with the door gasket again all at the same time. "Arrived on site to inspect dryer not heating. Upon further inspection, I tested the unit and found the element not in on. I tested voltage at the wall outlet and got 245V. Removed the back panel and tested the fuse, cutoff, thermostats and element and all are good. I tested voltage at the timer and found the timer not providing voltage to the element to heat. I removed and replaced the timer and retested and unit is operating as designed. No lint observed during service, job completed."

Arrived onsite for a dryer not heating again. The customer stated the vent was cleaned on Saturday. I found the resettable high limit tripped again. I reset the thermostat and tested the dryer on high heat with the vent disconnected and found it cycling between 120-170 degrees. I connected the vent and found it cycling between 130-180 degrees and found the house vent clean. I let the unit cycle 10 times and the unit is working as designed. Call complete.

Recommended to homeowner that vent to the exterior be cleaned/cleared by a service. Left vent hose off dryer should not be used until this has been done correctly, job complete."

Upon arrival I inspected all connections at the ui and the control and found the good I checked that the ui was not locked it was not in fact it wasnt lit up but the unit was running (cooling just fine) I replaced the ui and found that ui/ice/water detector functionality return, and the new UI it was lit up. Job complete"

Arrived onsite for faulty lower spray arm. Upon arrival inspected unit. Found spray arm failed at shaft. Replaced lower spray arm. Unit is now functioning properly. Job complete

Arrived on site for oven tripping breaker. Upon arrival test unit by preheating oven to 350. After a couple minutes breaker tripped. Ran broil and unit preheats correctly. Test cook top and is operating correctly. Need to replace control. Replaced control W11594224. and test unit by preheating to 350. Unit preaheated and is operating correctly. Job complete

Arrived onsite for a washer that the customer is have trouble starting a washer cycle with. Upon arrival I installed the unit and found that the latch opened the way it should as well as all other functions. I checked the garage case and found no leaks and it rotated smoothly with no resistance. I read a quick cycle and found unit operating as designed I ran a drain and spin and found that the unit operating as designed in that mode as well. I then advised and demonstrated to the customer on how the unit operates. Units operating as designed

"Arrived onsite for a MW that is making a rattling noise when in use. Upon inspection I found that, Upper Inverter Housing. Was not aligned properly and was making contact with the Cooling Fan Assembly. I adjusted the housing and tested the unit several times and found that the noise was gone and the unit operated as designed"

Arrived onsite to install previously diagnosed parts. Installed new inner gasket and tested unit In diagnostic cycle. No water leaks during testing.

Arrived onsite for washer having a electrical smell. On inspection found that the motor was extremely hot. Had to get a towel to hold the motor as I removed the old one. Customer had done a load of wash 20 mine for I got there and it was still extremely hot. I installed a new motor and belt on the unit and the customer was going to run another load in the unit. No water leaks detected during service.
