"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that has a freezer light out. Inspected unit and worked area. Did confirm the customers complaint and the customer advised that the rest of the unit has been acting funky. Replace the freezer module and found no difference in the lighting ability of the freezer section. Open the refrigerator section and found that all the lights were out. Found a defrost issue in the freezer section as well as an issue with the deli user interface being completely blank. I advise the customer that their issue appears to be multiple issues with DC voltage circuit. I power cycled the unit and still found no power going to the LED modules. Spoke to CS and was advised that if the LED power supply board were the issue, the unit shouldve lit up the lights upon return of power. This did not happen. Read the customer of the script about the five door refrigerator LED and power outage issues. Arrived to inspect no heat. I entered service test mode and found F5E1 and F7E1 stored and proceeded through testing. The heater did not have any current draw during the heater engagement phases of test mode and I removed the unit to test. The heater showed OL. R/R heating element and unit began working as designed. Discussed detergent with CX. Operational test good. No leaks observed during service.

"Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Prior to part installation I inspected the unit and found the microwave oven spacer (required with this install- 17 5/8 cutout) was not installed and the microwave chassis was allowed to sit on the interior cabinet floor divider, which cannot handle the weight of the unit. This causes the chassis to tilt back because the front is supported by the cabinet facing boards that can support the weight and the inner floor sags, causing the upper sides of the chassis to deflect in. The deflection caused the upper vent to bend and in the case of this unit, the sides, adjacent to the door, warped slightly as well, causing the door switches to not actuate unless the door is pressed on. The unit actually heats perfectly, if the door is pressed and it is due to the original installation. I contacted the MFG tech line, tech Robert and advised of my findings. File# 7734297377. I advised the CX of my findings and they will need to contact the builder to have the issue corrected and if any further issues persist, they will contact us."

"Arrived on site to inspect venthood light not functioning on low setting. Upon further inspection, the builder met us at the home and advised that the light functions now. I found the bulb to be a LED and recommended they use a regular bulb in the unit. Also found the on low setting, the bulb produces a hertz flicker and goes away on high setting. I explained to the builder why the hertz flicker occurs. Job completed."

"Arrived to inspect unit not starting and upon service mode entry, I found F2E1, F5E4, F2E1, F2E1 stored in memory. During manual service test, the unit would not lock the lid and I proceeded to automatic test mode for further testing. The unit did not lock or unlock the lid in automatic mode and during the spin and final agitate portion, the movement was not as expected. Motor and gear case area revealed residue from oil that had been flung out from the rotor, on the inner walls of the cabinet and there were signs of the leak in other areas and on the rotor. Manual turning of the rotor was quite stiff and likely causing the unit to be unable to calibrate during automatic test and the cause of the very slow and unexpected movement. The engagement teeth within the rotor were worn as well. The washer will require the gear case, rotor, slider assy and lid lock.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no cool. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC=27 degree and the RC=65 degrees. I found frost built up on the FC evap cover. Disassembled the FC section and found the FC evaporator engulfed in frost/ice. I tested the element and its within ohms range. Tested the defrost mode and I got 121V at the element. I tested the bimetal and it was out of range. . I removed and replaced the bimetal harness and tested the unit and it is operating as designed. I recommended that the customer allow the unit to cool for approximately 48 hours before placing items back inside the FC section. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived on site to install previous diagnose parts. I gained access to the vent and replaced it and the gasket with new. I reassembled the unit.

"Arrived on site for washing machine walking. I inspected the unit and work area. I out the unit into diagnostics and found no fault codes. I ran a diagnostics cycle and found it making a clanking noise while spinning. I gained access to the gear case. I found the gear case leaking oil causing the unit not to spin properly. The unit will need a new gearcase, cam, and belt. I spoke to the customer about the repair for the unit. They are going to have Lowes replace the unit. Job complete."

Arrived to inspect noise and extended dry times. I found one of the roller wheels seized and installed the repair kit. The noise was remedied and I tested airflow and temperatures. The unit ran hotter than normal and there was little draw at the vent. I advised the CX to have the vent cleaned out to prevent any further issues and long dry times. Operational test good.

Arrived on site to install a new heating element. I verified the model and serial number are within range for service pointer W11540964. I installed a new heating element according to the service pointer. I reassembled the unit and tested it. I found it working as designed. Job complete.

Arrive to inspect power loss. The CX advised me the unit had lost power several times. I inspected the junction block and found the L1 and Neutral connectors very loose and corrected the issue. Further testing revealed the outlet also had connection issues and the CX will repair the outlet. The UI malfunctioned several times and I suspect it was due to the repetitive power loss and will need to be replaced. "Arrived to inspect vibration/noise. I entered service test mode and found the following codes stored: F0E3, F8E6 and F0E7 and I cleared for testing. The CX had a load in the unit and I watched it spin and there was an excessive amount of noise from the gear case/motor area. I inspected and found the replacement gear case had failed and there were signs of oil loss on the rotor and surrounding area, which I removed. I checked the basket nut and it was tight as expected. Due to the excessive noise, basket movement and service history, the basket should be replaced as well. The unit will require the gear case, slider, rotor, basket and suspension to be replaced. No water leaks observed during service. "Arrived to inspect no oven ignition. Initial testing revealed the control appeared to accept the back and start commands, but the relay was very quiet. I tested VAC in the line and it did not change with at attempted oven starting. I removed the plug and tested VAC on the circuit (2-4 to 2-1) and the igniter heated, with expected gas valve actuation. The control will require replacement and office to contact the CX to arrange return service. No gas leaks detected during service. ; O-emld tckt"

"Order Burner caps and rr cup. Broil adjArrived to inspect center burner not igniting. I removed and replaced the burner and tested. The right rear was having difficulties and the flame spreader and cap will need to be D2C. The CX advised the me the broiler would not heat as it should and I found the air shutter completely open, causing too lean of an air/fuel mixture and flame only reaching 1/2 way along the flame tube. Arrived to inspect excessive vibration. F8E1 stored in memory. The unit would squeal in test mode and it increased with drum rotation speed. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator making loud crashing noise and unit rollers damaged. Upon further inspection, I inspected all shelving inside the unit and found all are good. I raised the leveling feet and was able to easily roll the unit out from its space and found nothing behind the unit. I did not find anything wrong with the unit at this time. Customer advised that they heard a loud crashing noise and the refrigerator was the only remaining thing that they had not looked behind due to them not being able to move the unit because of the leveling feet being lowered. Unit is operating as designed.No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived to inspect light always on. I found the oven light would stay on regardless of door position and tested further. Service mode showed the relay was not stuck closed, as the light would go out when commanded within service mode testing. The switch tested correctly, including with and without the harness attached and at the board contacts, there were 233 Ohms, but no documentation to confirm. The right front burner switch had excessive carbon from the contracts and I recommended replacement.

Called tech support ran test per tech support would ui controls. Freezer cool but not near freezing fresh food evaporator incased in ice per tech support freezer should be close to freezing and if not sealed system issues.

"Arrived on site and inspected washer, found long fill error saved and found cold water flow is low. Found cold water screen is clogged with what appears to be rust. Valve needs to be replaced but Incoming water will need to be corrected before it can be changed. Customer will contact the office when they are ready to have it replaced."

I inspected the issue and found that the gear case shaft was striped caused by the agitator getting lose. No leaks where observed during service. Job completed."

I tested temps and RC 50? FC 58?. Tested amp draw from compressor and it was at 2.43amp. Explained to CX unit would need a sealed system repair. Confirmed harness between the two is also good, took picture. ran diagnostic cycle and found all functions are operating normally. Recommended to homeowner that A new detergent reservoir be purchased or powder or pods for used.

"Arrived onsite for NOT PRODUCING ICE AND FRZR SEEMS LIKE ITS NOT COLD ENOUGH . Upon arrival checked temps and got FC 23 , RC 40Ran diagnostics test 142 for FC thermistor and got 20. Test 141 for RC thermistor and got 44, test 145 for ice box thermistor and got 25. Ran test on all components Everything is functioning . Inspected condenser and is clean. Condenser and evaporator fans are both operating. Compressor is warm to the touch and pulling.78 ohms. Contacted SW for assistance. SW recommended having sealed system diagnosed

Arrived on site for washing machine filling up when not in use. I inspected the unit and work area. I tested voltage to the valves and found none while in standby. Indicating a valve is weeping. I installed a new valve and tested it. It is now working as designed.

Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I applied her to the replacement FC door gasket to ensure all shipping creases were removed and then removed and replaced. I verified the seal was restored to normally accepted condition. I removed and replaced the RC door switch and the interior lighting resumed operation. No leaks observed during service.

"Arrived onsite for range with switch issues and the control not responding to button presses. Upon inspection I worths that the control would work Intermittently, and the far right infinite switch and the far left infinite switch were burning out.

"Arrived on site to test unit for not filling with water and automatically draining. Found over flow float was sticking way up causing unit to think it was full of water. Set float back into place properly, tested unit, unit now working as designed. No leaks detected.

Arrived onsite for refrigerator with temperature issues in rc upper inspection I found that the unit was in defrost when I got there. I check the evap fan found that it ran checked the thermistor and found it to be good and Watch the Evap develop a good frost pattern after the unit came out of defrost. The compressor and condenser fan were both running as well. I then checked the refrigerator thermistor and found that to be good too then I tested the damper and found that it opened and closed properly no strange noise. Diagnostics inconclusive. I advised customer to monitor the temps over some time about a week or so and get us back out immediately if they find anything out of the ordinary.job complete
