"Arrived onsite for dishwasher not dying dishes. Upon inspection I found no codes stored.i check that the heating element had continuity at the control (harness side) and it did. I ran a diagnostics cycle and found unit operating as designed but I did notice that the was a bit more suds that what there should be in the unit when running, especially for not having added any prior to the test. I adjusted the rinse aid down to A1 and advised customer to use les detergent and the should help with how dry the dishes come out at the end of the wash cycle. Job complete no leaks."

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher throwing an error code at the end of the cycle. Upon arrival the customer stated the cycle will run and right before the end it will begin beeping without finishing. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error code F8E2 for inlet valve electrical problem, F9E1 for no drain, FAE1 for dispenser electrical problem, and FAE2 for vent wax motor problem. I then ran a diagnostics cycle and found all components activated as designed except the fan motor. I gained access to the control and found excess water/condensation in that area due to the fan not working. I could not replicate the failure the customer was experiencing. However, I let them know it is possible that after enough condensation builds up in there throughout the cycle it could short something out that stops the cycle.

Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is warming up in the refrigerator section and has frost buildup in the freezer. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed customer complaint and remove the evaporator cover. Found the heater connectors disconnected. Found the issue is with the tension on the freezer evaporator harness causing an excess strain on those connector pieces when tied together. Went ahead and remove one of the zip ties holding some of the lines together to free up some extra line space. Reconnect the connectors and check resistance through the bimetal and the heater. Both are within range. Checked at the control board and found proper resistance. Advise the customer the issue was probably just with the heater being disconnected. Defrosted unit and the unit is not working as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived to inspect continual produce freezing issues. I measured internal temps, FC 1F, RC 46F at center mass / 47 at top / 52 laying on bottom of chamber. I found the ice dispenser assembly has been leaking air and there were clear signs of ice and frost within the chute and bottom of the ice bin. The RC door gasket was torn at the bottom right corner and will require replacement and the door closer cams were worn and will require replacement at the same time. The unit has the older version drain tube with no air trap and should be modified. Tech GC only please. No leaks observed during service. Arrived on site for a dishwasher that has water at the bottom of the dishwasher whenever they go to run it. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit will drain but hes having standing water inside the dishwasher the next time he goes to wash his dishes. Check the drain hose installation and found that it was not looped higher than the garbage disposal and was running straight downhill from the garbage disposal into his dishwasher. Ran the unit through a test cycle and found the unit working as designed. I did advise the customer that the issue was with their drain hose extension being too short and going downhill from the garbage disposal leading to water siphoning into the dishwasher when they fill up their sink with water. The unit is working as designed. Call complete.
