"Arrived on site for a cooktop that is not heating the left rear burner. Inspected unit and work area. The customer also complained about the right rear burner not acting right all the time. Did test all burners and found all working as designed except for the left rear burner which would not come on. Checked continuity on the element and found proper continuity. Spoke to SW and we trace voltage at the element finding the unit was not getting 240 V to the element. Found the issue on the line to side. Could not find continuity through the harness from the yellow lead back to the board. Advised the customer of the findings and the customer still believes there to be an issue with his unit turning his right rear burner on when not in use. The customer advised that they want a replacement not a fix for the unit, if possible. Ordering harness, control, and user interface for return visit. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is making an abnormal sound when it dispenses water. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised the unit can dispense up to 5 cups of water before making the sound but can also happen right away. They advised that if they leave their water running for more than 20 seconds, the unit will make this pulsating siren sound. The customer did show me and was able to replicate the sound. The customer advised they had just replaced the filter a week and a half ago due to ongoing issues for the past two months. They advised that replacing the filter did not do anything. They also advised that they have replaced their waterlines within the home to the refrigerator in case if there was an issue with the water supply. Spoke to JC and was advised to put in a bypass To see if the issue was with the filter head. Found immediate pressure difference between having the filter in and not having the filter in. Defined the water pressure a little high for the unit. Unit will need a new filter head for repair; ordrng 1 WP12956202 (Reservoir)"

Arrived on site for range with door falling off as well as knob broken. Upon arrival confirmed issue. Found back left knob broken off control switch and control switch mounts broken. Found door had failings hinges and receivers due to warped liner. Also found door gasket ruined and allowing heat to escape. "Arrived on site to inspect washer not working. Upon further inspection, the ised that the unit makes a loud noise when spinning. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. Continued with testing and when the unit got to the spin mode, the tub/basket began to bang from side to side. I stopped testing and removed the agitator. I raised the top panel and found the tub ring and basket adaptor were badly damaged. Removed the basket and found the basket shaft welds had broken and was causing the basket to slide around on the gearcase shaft. I am ordering the basket, tub ring and basket adaptor and office to schedule return service due to the availability of parts. "Arrived on site for microwave blowing a fuse. I spoke to the customer and found out it is happening when they open the door during operation. I inspected the unit and work area. I found the fuse broken. I tested the magnetron and switches, I found the middle micro switch not changing position. I replaced the fuse and switch. I reassembled the unit and tested it. Arrived on site and sound range was not converted to LP when it was installed. Pre-screened conversion kit was not correct but orifices were good enough to get cooktop functioning properly. Set regulator to LP but do not have the correct sized orifices for the bake or broil burners. Also while testing royal DSI bored has a capacitor on it that started smoking. I checked temps and found the front of the RC at 35?F and the freezer at 3?F. I informed the customer of my findings, and that due to the heat in the garage when feeling the temp in the fridge after the door is opened it may feel warmer than it actually is. The unit is working as designed.

Noticed piece of plastic behind compressor cover. Exposed compressor to further investigate and heard a very slight hissing noise and a tapping sound. Found cap tube was waking hissing and tapping sound. Unit is sitting within a cabinet amplifying sound. Very slightly moved cap tube going into cabinet and found tube was leaking. Advised customer tubing going into cabinet was irreparable. Spoke with techline was advised to take install access valve and drier. Drove 20mins back to property after customer agreed to further diagnostics. 2nd visit same day: Tried telling tech line of obvious leak but was not able to get through technicians head as he was not satisfied with current data. Attempted to provide asked data, amp draw was insufficient as compressor not running even after new run cap and starter replaced. Unable to to install new drier as insufficient cap tube present to solder. No point in taking evap picks and leak was 100% obvious(cap tube broken off). Installed access valve on low side and when moved cap tube into drier, cap tube broke off further proving my statement of internal leak. Charged system and obvious leak from cabinet was present. Cap tube has broken off going into linear and cannot be repaired . Demanding extra pay as sealed system components were installed and sealed system repair was attempted to prove what was already diagnosed as irreparable, to satisfy techline. Unit is not repairable!!!!!! Job complete. Spoke with CS."

Arrived onsite for dishwasher still leaking. Upon arrival tested unit. Ran normal load. After about 35-40 min unit began to leak from diverter section of sump and motor. Notified customer. Recommended replacing sump and motor assembly. Replaced sump and motor assembly and tested. Unit is no longer leaking. Job complete

Arrived on site for a washing machine making a clicking noise and with something that fell under the agitator. Upon arrival the customer stated that it looked like something metal fell under the washplate. I removed the washplate and found a piece of plastic and a dime in there. I removed both and then tested the unit. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found no stored error codes. I then ran a diagnostics cycle and found it ran through as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for a washer thats making abnormal sounds during the spin cycle. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that they made the sound six total times and say button it but the last time that it did it, they were concerned with the overall well-being of the washer. They have wash cycle since and have not been able to replicate the sound but wanted to check it out. Ran the unit through diagnostic testing testing the shifter, spin, agitation, Phil, and draining. All tested good. Due to inability to replicate issue, I was unable to find a fault with the unit. Advise the customer to keep an eye on the unit and call back if further issues persist. Arrived onsite for ice machine with flashing power and max ice lights. Upon inspection I found that the evap thermistor not attached to the evap which can cause this issue. I corrected this issue and tested unit and found unit operating as designed. Job complete

Arrived onsite for for washer that is making noise when in wash cycle. Upon inspection I found F0e7 code stored. I inspected the drive system and found that it look good. Upon further inspection/ testing I found that the gearcase had an internal failure causing the noise. I replaced the gearcase and tested unit and found unit operating as designed no leaks job complete.

Arrived onsite for dishwasher not getting Amy water. Upon inspection I found that that the water was turn off at the wall and the reason was that the valve would leak when in the on position see pix. I advised customer to have a plumber come out and take a look at it for her. Job complete

Arrived onsite for dryer with no heating. Upon arrival I found that the heating element had failed. Cx had pats stent to them from Samsun. I used there parts to perform the repair. I tested unit and found unit operating as designed job complete.

Arrived onsite for washer making noise when in use. Upon inspection I found that the belt cam and gearcase need to be reallocated see pix. I replaced them and tested unit and found unit operating as designed no leaks. Job complete

Removed evaporator cover found oil on insulation diagnosed a leak in the fresh food compartment,removed evaporator,installed new evaporator during installation of new coil and having to adjust tubing found broken cap tube. Found customer using anti combustion hoses, no issues when testing but informed customer of possible issues with hoses."

"Arrived on site for a dryer clicking when pressing start, but not actually running. I checked voltage at the wall and terminal block. I found both good. I then gained access to the inside of the unit and found the belt, motor, and pulley physically broken.

"Arrived on site for a dryer with the cycle select knob not working. I tested the unit and found the screen always stating Please rotate the knob to an available no matter the position of the knob. Per the SP W11436354 I gained access to the console ribbon. I found the ribbon secure, indicating a bad console. I replaced the console per the SP and then tested the unit. The unit began working as designed. I advised the customer on how when the knob is selecting the top empty cycles, the UI will display the please rotate knob message. Call complete."
