"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not working. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC=33 degrees & RC=50 degrees. I could hear the FC evap fan making a loud noise. I found the FC evap cover with ice on the outside of it. Attempted to remove the cover and was unable to due to the amount of ice formed on the evaporator. Also found the RC evap drip pan badly warped and thermistor needing replaced. I advised the customer that due to the amount of ice on the evaporator, I would have to reschedule and have them unplug the unit to allow it to defrost before I returned to repair. I had the customer sign the waiver of damages from defrosting refrigerator and recommended that the customer pull the unit out and unplug it and place towels around the unit to catch any water leakage. I am ordering a CNOTE-AUTHORIZATION and will return with all prescreened parts upon return service. No water leaks observed during service. The FC evap motor/harness, RC evap harness, RC evap drip pan will need to adjusted/leveled, and UI will all need to be replaced and the drain tube will need to be sealed with silicone. ; ordrng 1 CNOTE (AUTHORIZATION)"

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no cool. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the RC=51 degrees and FC=6 degrees. I disassembled the RC section and attempted to remove the evap,cover and was unable to do so. I was able to get the right side off approximately 1 inch and found ice on the evaporator (photo). I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the RC evap thermistor and it showed to be at 21 degrees. Tested the RC thermistor and it showed to be 55 degrees. Tested the thermistor and it is showing 2372kohms. I am ordering the RC evap cover and CNOTE-LSO PER CUSTOMER REQUEST and scheduled return service for 06/15/22 (KC). Once I was able to get the bin released, I found a large amount of ice in the chute. Removed all ice and inspected the ice door and found it not sealing properly. I tested the dispenser motor and it is operating as designed.I am ordering the ice door kit and customer will contact office to schedule return service. Arrived on site for a dishwasher that wont close. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed customers complaint and found the door hard to close due to pressure at the bottom of the door and then would pop back open once you let go. Disassembled the unit and attempted to fix the positioning of the hinges. Still had issues. Attempted to fix the hinges in case of the hinges were bent but could not get them to work after attempting to repair. Arrived on site for a washing machine making a high pitched noise and throwing the UE error code for unbalanced load. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and ran a manual agitate and spin. I found during agitate the wash plate would severely catch and skip. I also found it would spin the tub. When in spin I found the agitator would still rotate. When the unit did begin spinning it made a loud squeal. This indicates a possible bad shifter and gearcase. I then tested the suspension and found it bouncing badly indicating bad suspension I went to remove the stator and found it completely bound and not removable. Due to this it will need a tub rebuild. In order to repair the unit we will need all tub parts and suspension. Ordering parts and office to get autho and reschedule.; ordrng 1 CNOTE (Susie ordering parts)

I then ran a diagnostics cycle and found unit had a failing drain motor. Also found power loss from ACU to motor and harness failure due to unit getting thrown off balance and banking wires. I then found spider arm bracket breaking within tub asm. Also found lower tub asm had broken apart causing water to leak from under tub and rusting out multiple components. Found due to failures and age u it cant be guaranteed a reliable repair and would need partial repairs just to complete diagnostics to find out if there are any other issues. Arrived on site to call techline on a vent hood per prior tech. I called techline and spoke to Joel and received SR# 7733783388. Joel referred me to the user care guide where the wiring diagram is on the unit. I found the unit only has the white and red wire to from the switches to the blower connector. I tested the unit and found that when the blower switch and light switch were on at the same time the blower would run. Upon further inspection I found the wires all wired incorrectly. Joel recommended wiring the unit correctly with red or orange wire nuts and then securing it with electrical tape. I did this and then tested the unit. The unit is now working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit. During the final spin and seems to be going off balance. Did confirm an F0 E5 (off balance load) error code. The machine had no other stored error codes. Ran the unit through an auto test and the unit ran as designed. I did notice that the unit was unlevel and sitting on an uneven surface. Adjusted the feet to level out the unit. Ran through all kinds of diagnostic testing and could not fall the machine. Per previous techs diagnosis, I was to remove and replace the motor and main control, but upon my arrival, I found the customer using the dryer and it is operating as designed except it was making a loud thumping noise. I disassembled the unit and found the drum installed incorrectly. I cleaned lint and debris from the roller axles and from the tension pulley/axle. Reassembled the unit and retested and unit is operating as designed. I advised the customer of my findings and made recommendations for use & care, as well as, cleaning of the unit. I checked the concentration and found it at 10x which tells the unit to dispense the minimal amount of detergent. Arrived onsite for RF doors aren't wanting to close well and a noise ice maker. Upon inspection I found that the unit was not leveled and was leaning forwards causing the doors to fall open. I leveled unit and found that the door now would no longer fall forwards. Upon inspection of the ice maker I found the it was operating as designed and the noise the cx was hearing when dispensing ice was normal. Job complete no leaks.

Arrived on site for freezer door handle falling out . Found post had come out of door . Rescrewed post back in door . Reset handle . Handle is now Secure to door . No water leaks detected at time of service.

"Arrived on site for no power dishwasher . Found switch was off at sink . Turned wall switch on . Unit powered up . Ran diagnostics,no error codes . All checked normal. No water leaks detected at time of service. Job complete"

Arrived on site for refrigerator not cooling. Inspected unit and work area. Found both compartments at room temperature. Gained access to control and compressor. Found compressor running. Measured pulsating DC voltage at cont and found failed compressor. Reach out to in house tech support and was informed unit was under sealed system warranty and direct customer to contact LG. K93XN

"Arrived on site for for washer making loud noise when spinning load. Ran diagnostics test wash. Couldnt duplicate noise . Did advise that more then likely gearcase is failing under heavy loads .

Arrived onsite for washer nor agitating. Upon inspection I found that the shaft actuator arm was not in the right place see pix. I corrected this and tested unit and found unit operating as designed no leaks.
