"Arrived on site for a refrigerator drawer freezing in the RC. Upon arrival the customer stated that it was not frost or ice everywhere, but the product in the drawer was just completely frozen. Upon arrival the unit had also been off. I went to put the unit into diagnostics mode and found the UI flashing PS2 and the control lock light flashing. I could not clear the error code nor get the lock off. I checked the switches and found when pressed the lights would shut off. I called techline and spoke to JR and received SR# 7733961946. JR stated PS2 is bottom thermistor shorted. JR recommended replacing both thermistors. While on the phone I was able to get the error to stop flashing shortly, and we verified the fans ran. Once the error began again I could no longer activate any loads.; ordrng 1 WPW10204946 (Thermistor)"

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher creating moisture on countertop. Upon further inspection, the customer had the unit performing a cycle and had approximately 30 mins remaining. I found no moisture on the countertop, but it was warm and when sliding my hand across the area where the customer has been finding moisture, my hand would stick telling me moisture was beginning to form. Using my borescope, I was able to run the scope on the top left side of the unit between the countertop and unit and did not see any signs of moisture and my lens never fogged up (photos). I pulled the unit out and found a small, approximately 3inch in diameter, spot of moisture on the bottom side of the countertop approximately 12-14 inches from the front of the unit. I checked the insulation and torn the unit and found no signs of moisture or any water leaks. Using my multimeter, I placed my thermal lead in between the insulation and dishwasher at the point of moisture and measured temps and got 116 degrees. I contacted techline and spoke to Bruce and provide the previous SR# and advised of my findings. Bruce recommended checking for any water leaks on the tub and if none found, order a Steam Blanket and provided the part number. Bruce advised that all info will be documented to previous SR#7733757174. I am ordering the steam blanket and office to schedule return service. Arrived on site for an oven that is steaming up the user interface and is causing it to glitch and turn off. Inspected unit and work area. The customer had a pizza cooking prior to arrival so that way we could replicate the issue. Noticed steam going in between the glass of the user interface consul and the consul excepting heat as selections causing it to short circuit. Checked underneath and found part of the consul separating underneath close to the oven. Arrived on site for fridge having PO error and freezer not cooling. I inspected the unit and work area. I put the unit into a forced defrost. I found the defrost heater coming on. I inspected both evaporators and found them full of ice. I ran the rc and fc fans. I found the fridge throwing the PO during the fc fan running. I gained access to the control and unplugged the fc fan and still found it throwing a PO code. The hv control and fc fan harness will need to be replaced.

"Arrived to inspect washer damage from off-balance condition. I discussed the issue with the CX and they had an average sized load and I did not see any signs of CX misuse. The unit went badly off-balance and was banging and by the time they were able to shut it off, the cabinet had already been damaged. In addition to the cabinet and wash plate issues, I found the basket balance ring was 0.5 out-of-round and may have been a contributing factor. Customer advised the unit never actually does anything that starts the cycle but then within a few minutes and it turns off. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator temps and over temp alarm on. Upon further inspection, I found the over temp alarm on so I cleared it. I tested temps in the FC=29 degrees and RC=53 degrees. I checked amp draw to the compressor and got .68amps. Disassembled the FC section and inspected the evaporator and found no frost pattern and a ball of ice in the upper left corner. I tested the unit in diagnostics test #10 and when the test got to sub-test 5, there was not frost pattern on the FC evaporator. I advised the customer of my findings and am ordering a sealed system repair. "Arrived on site for a dryer making a loud noise. Upon arrival the customer stated they had a prior company diagnose the unit and that they found a bad blower wheel and belt. The customer provided pictures of the wheel and belt physically damaged. He also provided a video of the noise, which was a loud rattle. I gained access to the unit and found both the blower wheel and belt damaged. Upon further inspection I also found the pulley wheel excessively worn. Per the SP W11378591A we need to install the blower housing seal to help reduce the noise. Arrived on site for a refrigerator that still needed further diagnosing per last tech. On arrival the RC was pulled out and the doors were open. I ohmd out all thermistors and found them within range. I also found all airflow components running as designed. I activated a defrost and found a good 120VAC to the heater and it working as designed. I also tested the IM due to the water/ice build up on the shelves on the prior visit. I found the IM and valve working as designed. This indicates a possible control failure creating a defrost issue. "Arrived on site to inspect dryer noises. Upon further inspection, turned the unit on and immediately could hear a rattling or fast thumping noise. I disassembled the unit and found the back right roller was seized to the axle. I tested the remaining rollers and tension pulley and all were not rolling as designed. Also found the belt beginning to fray and the unit needed to be cleaned (photo-before). I removed and replaced the rollers from van stock (4581EL3001E ), tension pulley and belt. I cleaned the axles and tested the rollers and theyre rolling properly. I vacuumed the unit (photo-after) and reassembled the unit and tested. Used rollers from van stock due to rollers prescreened for today were the incorrect parts. Unit is operating as designed. No lint observed at the end of service, job completed."

Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered part. I removed and replaced the fill tube and there was not change. I removed excessive plastic from around the fill tube area and the issue was resolved. No leaks observed during service.

"Arrived to inspect no ice or water. I found the CX had replaced the filter and after, the issue became apparent. I found they were using aftermarket filtration and I advised against the use of them. I was able to reinstall the old filter and it worked as designed.

"Arrived to inspect no heat at front right burner. I found the element visibly burn and reading open and further testing showed the switch to be electrically open and there were burn marks around the contractor within the housing. I removed and replaced both parts and tested. The unit heated and cycled as designed, operational test good. I courtesy leveled the unit.

"Arrived to inspect flame height issues. The CX had concerns about flame heights and I tested and verified all were within MFG specifications. I did find the left front burner valve stem was incorrectly positioned, causing the knob to rub on the panel and I corrected the issue, verifying no internal gas leaks with leak test solution. Customer advised that the door alarm is intermittent and will turn on at all times of the day and night. I tested the door switches and all are operating as designed. I checked the deli control and harness and Botha re good. I provided a written disclaimer from management regarding this model of refrigerator to my customer and advised them that due to the unit being out of warranty, its not cost effective to repair the unit at this time as we cannot guarantee a successful repair and once parts are replaced, we can no longer use them as theyre used.Unable to duplicate the issue at this time. Arrived on site to install previous diagnose part. I gained access to the control and replaced it with new. I Tested the unit and found it working properly. Job complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect range oven noises. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the first time they used the unit, it would make popping and booming noises. I tested the unit in Bake at 350 degrees. Once the unit was heated inside, I could hear the normal new noises that an oven will make. I advised the customer that the noises are normal as its breaking is and when metal is heated it moves. Tested the cooktop and all burners are operating as designed. Overall, the unit is operating as designed. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed."

Arrived on site to test unit for display flickering and oven not getting to temp. Test unit and found bad sensor and customer not connected to Wi-Fi. Replaced sensor from truck stock and advised customer to connected ui to Wi-Fi for software updates. Test unit and unit test good job complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator door gasket issues. Upon further inspection, I found the right RC door gasket badly torn. I removed and replaced the gasket and using my heat gun, I shaped the gasket before installing, tested the door closure and it is sealing good. "Arrived on site for not cooling correctly in fresh food compartment. Ran diagnostics weak air flow from vents,removed cover found ice build up on evaporator,defrosted ice,replaced cover that includes both thermistors secured thermistor to correct location on suction line with foil tape and a zip. Reassembled unit ran diagnostics changed defrost setting to basic,checked air flow good.

Arrived on site for no ice. Ran diagnostics no frost formation on evaporator plate diagnosed a leak in the system

Arrived onsite for Not Making Ice. Upon arrival inspected unit and found bin full of ice. After series of questions with customer. She stated that she began having issues when replacing water filter. She had not noticed ice being made. However had not checked bin after that. Recommend that customer emptied at least half of the ice and monitor if the bin fills itself back. No leaks present at this time. Job complete

Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed the customers complaint. Ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F8 E1 (low/no water detected during fill) error code. I ran through manual testing on the valves and found in test three for the hot water valve that the hot water was not entering the unit. Checked behind the unit and found the hot water valve at the wall had not been turned on. Advised customer of the issue and turned on the valve at the wall. Found water beginning to enter the unit in the washer functioning as designed. Ran through an entire Auto test and the unit ran as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is still having problems. Inspected unit and work area. Ran through diagnostics and found an F9 E1 (long drain) error code. Around the unit through an auto test and found water running in slowly and did verify the drain pump draining but extremely slowly. Checked resistance on the drain motor and found that it was registering 10.7 ohms. Replaced the drain pump, valve, and control and tested the unit. The unit began to work as designed. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for refrigerator making noise and control issues. Upon arrival checked control. Unit was in Celsius so converted to Fahrenheit. Target temperature is at recommended and temperature is good. Controls seem to be responsive. Customer stated occasionally the unit will beep. He hits reset and unit continues to operate as normal. Notified customer of temperature changes due to door swings and ambient temperature. Ran diagnostics and could not get any noise to duplicate. Customer stated the sound last under a minute and happens periodically. Customer will monitor and try to record noise. Could not duplicate any issues at this time. Job complete

Arrived onsite for ice maker leaking. Upon arrival inspected unit. Found ice pack and ice maker cap/cover jammed. Removed both and tested. Ran forced harvest and ice dumped and filled. Watch fill and did not see any signs of over fill or overspray. In bin ice cubes were good shape other than one area where ice chunk had formed. Customer will monitor. No leaks present at this time. Job complete

Arrived onsite for dryer not working on all cycles. On arrival put unit in diagnostics and found stored error code F30 restricted air flow. F25 inlet thermistor shorted. Ran test per tech sheet and could not duplicate any issues. Ran timed dry function and completed as normal. Could not duplicate any issues. Instructed customer to monitor and watch sensor dry compared to timed dry. Customer will try both. Job complete

"Arrived onsite for Not Cooling . Upon arrival inspected unit and found cooling. Did not find ice/ frost build up. Mrs. Mentioned her brother in law unplugged unit a couple of weeks ago and the unit cooled. FC 1 degrees, RC 48 degrees. Evap fan operating correctly. Frost pattern is good. There are no defrost issues. Unit is operating as designed. Job complete"
