Found the unit working in operating as designed, but did find a large amount of soap buildup inside the washer. I did advise the customer to lighten the amount of soap they are using as they have a lot of soap buildup inside of their washer. The customer advised that they use the loading go feature on the unit. I checked the unit and found it set to five times concentration. I did advise the customer to run a few cycles without soap prior to continuing to use the washer. Found no water leaks present during operation. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher door noises. Upon further inspection, I tested the door and found when the door is opened fully, it makes a loud grinding noise. I pulled the unit out and found the left spring to hinge bushing missing and the spring was hooked to the hinge. When opening the door fully, the hook of the spring was grinding into the chassis where the hinge is mounted (photo). Using a bushing from my van stock (WP8268990). I attached it to the spring and hinge and retested and unit is operating as designed. Also, I found when pulling the unit out from the cabinets that the RO water line was installed running in front of the dishwasher (photo). No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived onsite for an ice machine to replace the previous diagnosed parts. I found two hoses spliced together supplying water to the ice machine. The union between the hoses was leaking water and the crimp connection on the fitting of the fill hose at the ice machine was leaking bad. I explained this to the customer and they requested me leaving the ice machine out so they could call the builder and have the hose replaced. I replaced the external drain pump. The water had been on the entire time since our last visit and the fill valve was not weeping. I turned the water off at the wall to prevent any further leaks at this time. Call complete.

Spoke with techline and reported findings. Techline stated unit would have to shut off at some point for all functions in unit to still be functioning within manufacturing specs. Based on findings its clear 7nit isnt over heat8ng or cooling impro. Techline stated evap fan on this model can run for extended t8mes of adc mode and recommended switching it to standard 8 hr defrost mode. Sr# 7738368940. Unit works as designed call complete"

Attempted to verify error codes but when going into diagnostics the display completely shut down. Replaced main control and console at the same time. Tested and found latch not engaging. Replaced latch and while replacing found wiring harness with several wires pinched between two metal panels. Rerouted harness and replace latch. Powered unit and tested at 350? and then again at 425? and allowed to cycle. Unit seems to be operating as designed. Customer will monitor. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that makes ice but doesnt dispense water. I found no water coming out of the dispenser and the ice bucket was 3/4 full. I tested for water at the bottom of the door and had none. I replaced the dual valve and tested finding the same issue. I ran an ice maker harvest and fill finding the ice maker not filling with water. I traced the issue to a frozen reservoir. I found the fan housing leaking cold air at the top causing the reservoir to freeze. I used some mastic tape and sealed the gap to prevent this from happening. The dispenser is working as designed now. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not cooling. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit stopped cooling for about a day and then it has since been calling for the past four or five days. He didnt exactly know what happened but wanted to have it checked. Found freezer temperatures at one degree Fahrenheit in the refrigerator section at 38?F. Found the compressor running and no evidence of a defrost issue. I did advise the customer that because everything is working right now, theres really nothing for me to be able to figure out in terms of what were wrong, because it couldve been due to a door being left open or a power related issue. Did advise the customer to keep an eye on the unit and they call back if any other issues persist. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for a dryer that stops working in the middle of a cycle. I tested the dryer in timed dry and automatic dry finding both working as designed. I found the temp good and the air flow good. I ran the dryer for 25 minutes on high heat and the dryer never shut off and worked properly. I went over what the dryer will do in the automatic mode when the timer gets to the wrinkle free part of the setting. I found no other issues with the dryer at this time. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher door hinge springs loose. Upon further inspection, the customer provided a spring and bushing that had come unhooked from the hinge. I pulled the unit out from the cabinets and found the left hinge spring was missing. Was able to get the spring and bushing re-attached and the hinge hook connected to the spring eyelet and secured both hinge spring hooks with zipties. Tested the door functions and it is operating as designed. Placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested and unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."
