Arrived onsite for a washer that is not dispensing fabric softener but the actual concern was that the unit was making a clicking noise when in use. Upon inspection I ran the unit in diag mode and found unit operating as designed I checked the gearcase and found no leaks but no the way to Che the case I found that the rotor bolt was loose so when I put it back together I put some lock tight on the bolt and tightened it all down and tested the unit and found the unit operated was designed.

Arrived onsite for refrigerator not producing ice and water. Customer said she changed the filter everything stopped working. On inspection the filer had to be forced out of the housing. But another filter in and the same thing happened. I replaced the filter housing and the water and ice still didnt work. I pulled the back panel off in the rc and found reservoir was frozen. Used the heat gun to defrost the reservoir. Then sealed the evap cover to keep the cold air away from the reservoir. The unit is operating as designed and no water leaks detected.

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator not making ice or dispensing water. I tested temps and found the RC compartment at 38 degrees when set at 38. After speaking with the customer they stated it will stop dispensing water at all time of the day and night. I found the ice bucket full when I arrived. I tested the dispenser and found the water pressure extremely low. I removed the filter and the pressure was normal. I advised the customer to change the filter. The customer is changing the filter and will let us know if there are any other issues. Call complete.

"KRFC704FPS04 Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I found the FC at -4 and the RC at 37 and further inspected. The right RC door had a failed gasket with severe gapping, top to bottom. The rear drain tube was gapped and I corrected. RC average was 35, FC was 4. Due to my finding and readings, I suspect the evaporator had frozen, causing the cooling issues. I removed and replaced the door gasket and tested. The unit resumed all normal functions and was cooling as designed. Unit set to basic defrost. No leaks observed during service.

"Arrived on site to inspect ice machine too hot and not producing ice. Upon further inspection, I found the cleaning needed light illuminated on the control panel. Placed the unit in diagnostics and tested and when the valve came on, no water dispensed into the reservoir. I found the water inlet hose not connected to the water valve under the sink. I reconnected the water line and retested the unit and it is operating as designed. I turned the unit on and allowed it to operate and it is operating as designed as it made a slab of ice and when it dropped onto the cutter, it began to cut the slab into cubes. I recommended the customer perform a cleaning cycle on the unit to allow tit o clean and function properly.

"Arrived onsite for a washer that is leaking. Upon inspection I found that there was a leak coming from the door of the machine caused by the drain holes in the bellow being blocked with debris I cleaned it up and treated and found that that leak was no more. "Arrived on site to inspect dryer not heating. Upon further inspection, I tested voltage at the wall and got 245V. I checked the terminal block and found the ground and neutral were switched. I corrected the wiring and tested the unit and found the element not coming on. I tested the thermostat, cutoffs, fuse and element and found the cutoff and thermostat were bad. When I tested the element it showed good continuity; however, when I removed the element and visually checked it, I found the middle metal plate badly warped and crackedordrng 1 WP3977767 (Thermostat)"

I removed the FC evap cover and found a large ball of ice in the top right corner at the cap tube (photo). When I removed the evap cover, I found a burn spot on the bottom left of the cover and also found a burn out spot on the defrost element. "KBFN502ESS01 Arrived to left no ice and frost in FC. I found the back wall of the FC encased in ice. I removed the ice and found the evaporator full of ice and removed it, correcting thermistor placement, as well. The likely cause of the frost issue was the right FC slide retract damaged. The RC doors will require adjustment upon return and the FC will require door alignment after the slide is replaced. The unit was severely tilted out at the top, inch of difference from the bottom and I corrected within the cabinet. The unit will require further adjustment, tech GCO. Office to contact the customer to arrange return service; ordrng 1 W10858096 (FC Door Slide, RH)"

Also found silicone between liner and cabinet was starting to peel away causing air leak.
