Amp clamped heater and recorded 1.3 amps. Tech stated reading was low should be approximately 4 amps. Suggested incorrect clamp readings being that heater was energized. Replaced clamp and adjusted position. Unit is functioning properly. Job complete"

Unable to determine the failure on this unit, I am rescheduling the call and ordering a CNOTE-SCHEDULE EARLY TO BE ABLE TO CONTACT TECHLINE. . "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator leaking from dispenser area. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit is not cooling in either section. I checked temps and both compartments were warm. Pulled the unit out onto my floor protector and inspected the compressor and controls. I found the unit is getting 124V and the inverter is showing 3.3VDC (range 3-6VDC). I could hear the compressor making a constant chirping noise and was warm, as were all of the refrigerant lines. I advised the customer of my findings and am ordering a sealed system repair. I am ordering the compressor, RC evaporator, UV dye drier, access valve and CNOTE-3HR JOB. Unit left unplugged for safety. No water leaks observed during service. Arrived on site for a dryer that has no power. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit has seemingly not responded to her when trying to power on and use the Appliance several times. She advised that the unit does work right now but it took four days for it to turn back on. Check voltage from the control and found proper voltage. Check behind the unit and found that the vent hose behind the unit had been somewhat restricted due to the vent hose being crunched and being too long. I did advise the customer to shorten their vent hose and to create a better line of venting for the dryer. Ordering the user interface and the office will need to contact the customer about a return date due to limited parts availability.; ordrng 1 W11419059 (Console)

Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not sealing in the refrigerator section. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed customers complaint and found the gap between the gasket and the upper left-hand side of the refrigerator door gasket. Attempted to reposition the hinge to allow the door to fit properly but found that the door was in fact pushed up against the cabinet. Found that the upper portion of the door was pulled away from the cabinet whereas the lower portion of the door was completely straight. Unit has a bowed door and will need to be replaced. Ordering door and the office will need to contact the customer about a return date due to an out of stock and PSP item.; ordrng 1 LW10912320 (Refrigerator door)

Upon inspection I found temps in fc at 35* and in the fc 4* Upon further inspection I found that there was some condensation in the rc caused by and torn door gasket. I the checked the rc evap and found ice buildup I replaced the ice and checked heating element and found it good fan was running. I checked the defrost mode to an 8hr defrost. "Arrived on site for a dishwasher that is not filling. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised the unit just makes the growling sound and does not actually wash her dishes. Confirmed the customers complaint but did not find the unit trying to even attempt to fill. The unit would just stall out and make this grinding noise for 30 seconds before flashing on the control. The unit would start the cycle and Wood keep the unit in a paused state. Ran the unit through diagnostics and went through the auto test. Found the unit showing a 7C (motor vane check) error code. Attempted to run checks on the motor van and could not fin he connectors for the vane. Spoke to CVS and was advised to order the main control, wash motor, and sensor vane. Ordering parts and the office will need to contact the customer about a return date.; ordrng 1 DD92-00059A (Control) and 1 DD32-00011A (Sensor vane) and 1 DD93-01013A (Wash motor)"

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not drying. Upon further inspection, I checked the element and it looked good. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. Continued with testing and placed my multimeter on the black wire at the terminal block and tested amp draw to the components. The unit operated as designed and the element displayed 7-9amps during wash and drying cycles as designed. I poured water on the element and displayed to the customer how the element is heating. I made recommendations for use and care, as well as, detergent and rinse aid use. Customer has a water softener system. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer not working. Upon further inspection, I tested the unit and found the element illuminating at the back left vent inside. I found the vent tube at the back of the unit was badly crimped and not allowing for good airflow to the vent inside the wall going to the roof. Using my borescope, I checked the vent inside the walls and found a large amount of lint built up inside. Using my vent test kit, I tested the airflow in the unit and the first test I performed with the vent tube off and the unit passed. I tested two mores times with the vent tube attached and the unit failed both times. I recommended that the customer have the vents checked/cleaned before using the unit again to avoid any damage to the unit. No lint observed during service within the unit, job completed."

I reinstalled the agitator and mounting bolt and replaced the wash plate due to worn teeth and tested. The unit squealed during high speed spin and I removed and replaced the belt. I calibrated the control and the unit operated as designed in service test mode. No leaks observed during service."
