"Arrived on site for refrigerator not cooling, inspected unit and work area. Tested temperatures FC 1? RC 29?. Inspected unit and found oil all around gasket on fresh food door, CX had a jug of oil above refrigerator and was leaking down to the gasket causing the door to never seal correctly. I wipe down the gasket and reform it with my heat gun and also did the same to freezer. Advised CX to remove jug and also to defrost unit so it can operate properly. Temperatures where also set incorrectly I set them to factory. No water leaks detected during service, job completed."

Are onsite to install previously diagnosed parts upon arrival the customer did not peak any English and asked me to re diagnose unit. He said that he no previous tech could not communicate with each other. He said the unit operates unbalanced every now and then . I ran unit through diagnostics components test. All 3 spin speeds operate as designed with no shaking or no sounds. I raised the unit an did not find a single sign of oil leaking. The customer said there has not been any issues since our last visit. I then asked the customer to demonstrate how they are loading unit. I determined that it is with certain articles on certain load selections that the customer is not loading properly. The customer said he will load articles the way I demonstrated and give that a try. Customer also noted that there is not enough water washing larger loads. I showed him how to change water settings. Customer will call back if there are continued issues. No leaks present at this time. Job complete

"Arrived onsite for The fan does not cut off until the machine is opened or press the cancel button a few times. Upon arrival customer pointed out fan running since 12:30pm. Upon researching unit, found that it is normal for this Pro drying unit to take up to 8 hours for fan to stop unless interrupted. Ran diagnostics and did not get error codes. Called techline for assistance and system is down. Contacted SW and also mentioned what I had found during research. Customer will monitor unit and check that unit will shut off by 8 hours. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is making a loud noise and is not cooling. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that fresh food fan had made a noise for two days and then it completely stopped. Advised that hes already had three fresh food evaporator fans replaced with this thing and it was making a similar noise to when hes had to replace all of them. I inspected the unit and could not replicate the sound. Took temperatures of the refrigerator and freezer sections and found the fresh food section at 37?F. Found the freezer section at 0?F. Remove the evaporator cover for the fresh food section and checked for any signs of a defrost issue. Cannot find any defrost issues going on at this time. Inspected the fresh food evaporator fan and did not find any issues with the fan itself. Spoke to PR and was advised that because we could not replicate the issue and the unit is working and cooling as designed, there is not a true way to tell what went wrong for the two days that it was making the sound. Advise the customer to keep an eye on the unit and to take a video if possible if this issue returns. Call complete."

Arrived to inspect cooling issue. I found the evaporator visibly filled with frost and impeding airflow. The sealed system was cooling and the evaporator fan was working. I tested the defrost element via resistance check and it showed 35.4 ohms and then verified line VAC (123) being sent through the circuit in service test mode. I advised the CX to defrost the unit for 48 hours and also to use towels area under it to soak up and spilled water. No water connections to unit. CX will intact us if there are further issues.

"Arrived on site and inspected dryer and found it is heating but only up to 100?, disassemble dryer and found heating element tunnel has fallen out the back and is blowing all the hot air into the base of the unit. Reset it and after reassembling took a picture showing internal heat over 140?. Airflow is good with dryer pulled forward however when it has pushed back there is a recess that he drops into and this crush is the vent hose. Dryer being on level ground not in a recess would be preferred.

"Arrived on site for washing machine not spinning. I inspected the unit and work area. I tested the unit and found the motor coming on but the transmission not spinning. I gained access to the motor and found the transmission coupler broken I removed the motor and spun the transmission by hand. I found it working as designed.. I installed the new coupler and reassembled the unit. I retested it and found it working properly.

Arrived on site for washing machine being out of balance. I inspected the unit and work area. I gained access to the shocks and found them rusted and not holding pressure. I replaced all 4 shocks and ran a drain and spin with a large blanket. The basket was stabilized the entire time. Job complete.

Arrived on site to install previous diagnose parts. I gained access to the broil element and replaced it with new. I gained access to the control and replaced it with new. I tested the oven temp sensor at the control and found it reading 1 kohm which is right for about 70 degrees. Control is under warranty. The broil was broken by tech. Arrived onsite and found unit operating with failed icemaker solenoid valve replaced valve and determined water pressure through the filter is very weak. Customer has an RO system and has therefore never changed the fridge filter. Advised customer that the filter will still degrade and cause slow flow. Arrived on site to install previous diagnose parts. I gained access to the ignitor-harness and replaced both with new. I reassembled the unit and tested it. It is now working as designed

"Arrived on site for soap not dissolved again. Ran diagnostics for 8-2 , 10-1 ,10-error code . Deleted errors . Ran test wash twice ,unit didnt drain . Unplugged oui sensor re ran diagnostics wash , unit drained properly . Didnt find any issue wit filling or dispenser. Called tech reported findings . Did run temp check at sink got 119 temp . Tech recommended changing sensor out . Ordering sensor , also recommend changing control out . No water leaks detected at time of service. Call to set return .; ordrng 1 W11126174 (Sensor)"

Arrived onsite to replace previously diagnosed parts. Replaced freezer evaporator fan motor harness . Replaced harness and tested. FC fan is now operating. Advised customer to give minimum 24 hrs for temperature to stabilize. Job complete

"Arrived on site to test unit for no cool, tested unit found FC and RC not cooling, inspected wiring and found that the power connector was connected but the spade connections inside were loose causing loss of power, secured connection with zip ties, powered on unit, unit has began cooling, customer will monitor and if any issues arise will call back , at this time the unit is running as designed no leaks detected job complete"

"Arrived on site to test until for leak from backside of unit. Tried all possible cycles, filled to max level and ran spin cycle with no leaks. Did find error code F0e2(over suds). Customer stated unit is on soft water system. Removed back panel and found signs of leak from venting ports.
