"MMV4206FZ3 Arrived to inspect melted emitter cover for MFG Safety. I found the cover had melted (photo attached) and should be replaced. The customer also advised me the unit has strange functionality and I found the door sagging, over 1/8 from its normal position and that was likely causing issues with the interlock system. I was able to correct the door sag, but interlocks should be replaced as well. This SO should be called in to the MFG Safety line, but due to the holiday, they are closed today and this will require follow up on the next business day. Office to follow up."

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that has stopped cooling in the refrigerator section. Upon inspection I found a good frost pattern on the evap but the rc temps at 73. I also found the the fan was not spinning with enough force to push air up into the rc causing the issue.through some testing I found that the issue was caused by the control. I installed the control and found that the fan full functionality returned and the rc began cooling.

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed part. Inspected unit and work area. Replaced the condenser fan motor and plugged it back in. Find the condenser fan. Running an operating as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not completing cycles and is intermittently not starting cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the start and pause button will intermittently not work and not allow them to start cycles. They also advised that the lid will sometimes not lock or unlock . Did confirm both complaints and found the user interface start pause button hard to recognize when it was being pressed. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F5 E2 (lid lock failure) error code. Replaced the User interface assembly and latch assembly and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed.

Arrived on site to test unit for error code. Found f51(motor sensor). Ran diagnostics and unit would agitate properly but was a lot of resistance while spinning. Removed rotor and stator and found no signs of rubbing or failed gearcase. Removed wash basket and found a rag was bundled up causing excessive friction between tub and wash basket. Removed obstruction and unit now working as designed. No leaks detected. Job complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer noises. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the washer is making the abnormal noises and the dryer is operating as designed. I removed the front panel and found gearcase oil on the splutch assembly, belt and panels (photos).

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no cool. Upon further inspection, I found the unit plugged in and fans operating but could not hear the compressor. I pulled the unit out onto my floor protector (photo) and tested the compressor and found it would not start up. Using my tester inverter board, I retested the compressor and still nothing. I evacuated the system and removed and replaced the compressor, UV drier and access valve and vacuumed the system. Pressures held at -30/0. I installed 4.75oz of R134a refrigerant and tested the unit in test 4. Pressures were good and the unit was beginning to cool. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. I recommended the customer allow the unit 48 hours to cool completely."

I informed the customer that the hall sensor was at the top of it specs that if we get the error back we will need to replace the sensor. No water leaks detected during service.

"WOC54EC0HS20 Arrived to correct door issue. I found the door required Lessing on it to get the light to go out. Further inspection revealed the unit was installed incorrectly and the back of the legs were not touching the bottom of the cabinet, on the right rear corner, gapped by approximately 3/16. Using shims, I was able to correct the units leg contact points and get it to sit flatly within the cabinet, and plumb within the installation cutout. During testing the door operation was improved, but still unsatisfactory to the consumer, whom is familiar with the product. The customer told me the unit was a replacement for a prior damaged one and the issues started after this one was installed. I suspect the switches were damaged at some point prior to this installation and the right side is where the issue lies. Seeing this type of issue prior, the right interlock is damaged and will require replacement. I verified the door is sealing and compressing the gasket as expected. Opened the unit and found the igniter wire was pinched between the module and a manifold pipe, folding the wire almost in half. I replaced the igniter and module and retested. Found burner to be fully functional. Repair completed."

I removed the console and checked voltages. Found good voltage and polarity at the control. I replaced the console and assisted in connecting the whirlpool app for the customer so it would update. Unit appears to be working as designed. Advised customer that we have seen other instances of the resets with houses in this area due to likely electrical issues, as components all test good. "JGCP436HL00 Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I verified the front, center burner would not ignite and I adjusted the burner assembly. After adjustment, the burner ignited immediately. I corrected other slow-to-ignite burners on the unit and tested. Operational test good, no gas leaks detected during service."
