They have checked the vent hose off the back, and it's clear, but it still won't dry. I checked the vent outside and found a massive clog on the vent cover. See photos. I cleared the debris in the vent cover and tested the unit. I found the machine tumbling and heating as designed with adequate airflow coming out of the vent outside. I did advise the customer to keep an eye on the vent cover due to that being a reoccurring thing they may need to check from time to time. Call complete. No parts were installed."

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts on a microwave model WMH31017HS11. Inspected unit and work area. I disassembled the unit and found the diode blown but found the capacitor within range. I replaced the diode and tested the unit 4 times with water in a coffee cup. I found the machine working and operating as designed with no abnormal sounds present. I called Whirlpool safety team and spoke to Kristina SR# 21334629. Call complete.

Checked heating element and found it open. Removed and replaced heating element part number 279838. Ran dryer; it heated properly. Set to time dry for 30 minutes. Advised customer to run dryer for 30 minutes to burn off any residue. Unit is working as intended.

WRS315SDHM08. Verified that the heater connection was properly seated. Moved wire harness above evaporator and secured it to keep it away from any ice buildup or moisture. Forced defrost on refrigerator; heater came on and went into defrost cycle. Heater got hot and started to melt the frost that had built up on the evaporator. Refrigerator is working as intended. No leaks at time of service.

"WFGS5030RZ0 gas range. Customer played video of oven making loud buzzing/grinding noise, possibly convection fan hitting cover. Ran convection bake to duplicate issue. Removed fan cover and pushed out center portion to clear fan, then ran convection fanno longer made the noise. Customer stated oven would sometimes start clicking randomly by itself, like trying to start. Ran oven multiple times; it ignited sometimes and tried to light other times but would not light at all. I tested the dryer and watched the valve but couldnt replicate the leak i replaced the valve w11216837 and let it run another 20 minutes. I found the leak coming from the door due to a bad gasket. Arrived on site for a dishwasher JDPSS246LL1 not working. Found the console not getting power except when the door was fully open. I checked the power cord and found a loose connection. I fixed the issue and now the unit is operating as designed. No leaks detected while on site.

Arrived on site to inspect washer model MVW6200KW3 not starting a cycle and going immediately from sense to done. Upon further inspection I placed the unit into diagnostics and observed no error codes. I ran an automatic test and found that the motor would not run and only make a humming sound. I gained access to the capacitor and motor and found that the capacitor was reading out of spec. I replaced the capacitor and reassembled and tested the machine and it is now operating as designed. W11025157. No water leaks observed during service.

Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator frosting on the vent. Upon further inspection I checked temperatures and measured 37 RC and 0FC. I removed the UI assembly and removed the cover and found that half of the insulation was frozen with ice and couldnt removed without possible damage. I verified at least one fan operation but it could not be determined if the second fan was operating. The problem with frosting was probably caused by a crack in the insulation foam. The customer advised that the front left and front right seem to have issues but wanted all checked in case. I tested all burners and confirmed that the front. Outer burners were the two that didn't burn properly. I checked the orifices and found the bigger orphus on the outside simmer orfice holders. I removed the orifices from the front left and the front right burners and found they had been swapped, causing the issue. I reseeded the orifices back onto their proper positions and tested all burners. They all began to work and operate as designed. Call complete. No gas leaks were detected during service."

Arrived on site for a dishwasher model WDP540HAMB4 that is not cleaning dishes. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that he has been dealing with the same issue for 4 months and that they've had two other companies come out to try to resolve this issue. He stated that the unit would fill with water but would not recirculate the water. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F4 E3 (wash motor not running) error code. I tested the unit and confirmed that the wash motor would not recirculate the water. I replaced the wash motor W11613479 and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed with no leaks present during operation. Call complete.

I removed the ground wire and preheated to five hundred degrees temperature reached without tripping breaker. I took amp draw only oven on it was 14.67 with all burners on high and oven on it was 39.80. I rewired the ground wire back on and preheated to five hundred degrees temperature reached without tripping breaker. I checked polarity and voltage readings were correct . The product is working as its designed no parts used . I recommend client to contact the gfci breaker company for information on correct gfci breaker for the range. Also recommend contacting the home builder so they can replace the gfci breaker. I let the client know to leave the oven on for one hour. I'm calling whirlpool safety to notify my findings. Once nitrogen was started, oil/water/refrigerant blasted out of the suction line and some from the condenser line. "Arrived on site to test unit WTW4957PW0 for not rinsing. Upon arrival customer stated unit does not rinse clothes properly.Entered service mode and found F8E1 (long fill) error code stored. Ran a test cycle and observed cold side engage with minimal water entering the tub. Inspected valve and found cold side obstructed with sand and debris. Replaced valve (W11641117) and ran a test cycle, full water flow restored. Unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."

Applied power, drain pump immediately engaged indicating a pressure system fault. Entered diagnostics and found F3E1 (pressure system fault) error code stored. Per S code S153EB, followed TSP W11766193. Both model and serial number fall within the rework. Cleared error code and reset control, cycled power, drain pump still immediately engages. Inspected pressure hose, found no kinks, punctures or restrictions. Valve is not leaking. Pressure switch on the control has failed. Replaced control (W11607637) and applied power, drain pump no longer immediately engages. Ran a calibration cycle successfully. Unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."

Arrived on site for washer not washing. Ran diagnostics found stored error f4 e3 and f7 e1 wash motor failure and no heat. Unit will need new sump and motor assembly. "Arrived on site for a microwave model WMH53520CW4 that is not starting cycles and is telling the customer to close the door. Inspected unit and work area. I tested the unit and confirmed the customer's complaint. I tested all switches and found all switches were making and braking. That sound, one of the rocker arms, had been pushed all the way back, causing the issue. I fixed the rocker arm into the proper position and tested the unit again. I tested the unit and found the unit working and operating as designed. Call complete. No parts were installed."

"Arrived onsite to install previously diagnosed parts on an ice machine model KUIX505ESS2. Inspected unit and work area. I replaced the evaporator WPW10218037, compressor W11735041, drier WPW10143579, and access valve W11506635 and charged the unit up with 250 psi of nitrogen. I found pressures held for 15 minutes. I vacuumed down the unit to -30 psi and found pressures hold again for another 10 minutes. I charged the unit up with 5.75 oz of R134A refrigerant and plugged the machine in. I found the unit to begin working and operating as designed with no water leaks present during service. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect washer not operating properly upon further inspection, I placed the machine into diagnostics and observed error code F0E9. I gained access to the underside of the machine and found that the rotor screw was slightly loose from vibration. I tightened the rotor screw and ran a test cycle. I found that the washer was sitting uneven and did not have the weight evenly distributed on all four legs and found that one leg was sitting at an angle. I adjusted and leveled the leveling legs and ran a spin test and the washer is operating as designed. The customer informed me that he is not satisfied with the wash performance of the washer. I explained the different setting and loading a detergent usage. I referred the customer to whirlpool customer service if he has further concerns. No water leaks observed during service."

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Due to the sealed system failure, I evacuated the system and cleared it with nitrogen. I removed and replaced the compressor, access valve, and UV dye drier and vacuumed the system down to -30/0 psi. I checked my welds with liquid leak detector, and all are sealed. I installed 4.9oz of R134a refrigerant and allowed the unit to equalize. Plugged the unit in and tested and checked all welds again and checked the evaporator with liquid leak detector, and found no leaks. My running pressures were 0/150psi. Unit is cooling and producing a good frost pattern. Unit will need to cool for at least 24 hours before placing food items inside and then another 72 hours before the ice bin is full.
