"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not agitating. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised of the unit is doing the exact same thing. It did a month and a half ago and the last three or four trips. She advised that the unit makes a clicking sound when it goes to agitate and does not complete the cycle. I ran the unit through an auto test and confirmed that the basket was spinning when it was trying to agitate. I looked underneath and found the cam broken again. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Steve SR# 7738872642. He had me run a few checks and photos of the damage to the cam. He asked me to go ahead and replace that cam to see where the issue was coming from. It appeared that two of the parts of the cam were rubbing together, causing this issue. He advised that based on all repairs that have been done on this machine, he would not advise any other repairs at this time as one of the components we have replaced should have fixed this issue. I removed and replaced the power board and got the same results. "Arrived on site to inspect ice maker not working. Upon further inspection, I cycled power to,the ice maker and then pressed the test button and the ice maker harvested. When it was time to fill, I could hear the valve opening up but the ice maker was not getting any water. When I went to remove the ice maker to inspect the fill tube, I found it difficult to remove the ice maker. Once I got it freed, I found the fill tube and ice maker fill chute full of ice. I removed the block of ice from the chute and using my steamer, I cleared the fill tube and retested. I found the fill tube operating as designed and the valve was not weeping. I could not find any debris in the chute or in the ice block. Also found that the right RC door gasket is torn. I am ordering the right RC door gasket and scheduled return service for 06/10/24. Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not dispensing ice. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit makes a sound like its trying to dispense ice but does not actually dispense ice. I tested the unit and confirmed the customers complaint. I removed the ice container and checked the impeller. Found the impeller was securely fastened to the motor. I tested the dispenser motor with the door open and found the motor was buzzing but the impeller was not turning. I went to remove the impeller and found the impeller would not come off the auger motor and was just moving with the motor itself. Ordering the divider and impeller and will return with the dispenser motor as well for repair. "KRFC704FPS06 Arrived to inspect previously repaired sealed system. RC was 40 and the FC was -2, the compressor was running at the time of arrival. I found below the unit to be in the low 100s and due to this machine being side and rear vented, found that unusual. I pulled the unit from the cabinetry and found that after just a few minutes, the excessive heat reduced by nearly 20 degrees. Inspection revealed the air divider was missing and the short lower was installed in the wrong position. The unit fits into the cabinetry tightly and due to the divider missing, the heated air behind the unit was just circulating, creating excessive heat and wear on the system and I find it the likely cause of the initial compressor/inverter failure. Office to order parts and contact the customer to arrange return service. No leaks observed during service. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator still freezing product. I found the temp on the shelf thats freezing product at 32 degrees with all fans and compressor off. I replaced the ice container again and the chute seal since I could still feel cold air migrating from the back side of the container between the ice box and chassis. I replaced the dampener and seal and used permagum in the corners to prevent leaks and movement. I installed a different RC thermistor and replaced the UI control. I tested the refrigerator and could no longer feel air movement by the ice container. The customer will monitor the temps and let us know. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher that is not heating. Inspected unit and work area. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F7 E1 (heater disabled) error code. I ran the unit through an auto test and found the unit work and operate as designed with the heat or taking on the end of the cycle. I tested the unit twice more and found the heater working every single time. I spoke to JC and was advised that that error code couldve been caused by multiple things excluding the heating circuit, including not running hot water to the same prior to the dishwasher cycle or standing water being inside of the dishwasher for an extended period of time. I did notice that the drain hose was going downhill from the garbage, disposal and dishwasher potentially causing backflow. I was advised that because the heater kicked on every single time, there would be no issue with the unit. The unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete. No parts were installed."

Arrived on site for fridge not making ice and stopped cooling . Ran diagnostics got e1 IM a code . All temps are good at time of visit . Ran all diagnostics test . All checked normal. IM is harvesting and filling . Did find coils are covered thick with dog hair also did power reset . Removed and instructed on regular cleaning of coils . No water leaks detected at time of service . No parts installed . Job complete

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Due to the magnetron, capacitor and diode failures, I removed and replaced the mentioned parts and tested. Unit is operating as designed. Per previous techs diagnosis, I removed and replaced the rack supports and repaired the burn marks on the back interior walls. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not cooling. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that initially when he called in, the freezer wasnt working but the refrigerator was still cool. I advise that since then, the refrigerator has also stopped going as well. He did advise that he had another company come out to diagnosed, a compressor failure but that they did not perform that kind of work. I gained access to the compressor area and found the compressor running and hot to touch. I took an amp draw off the compressor and found it pulling .343 A indicating of wheat compressor or a leak. The unit will need a sealed system repair. Ordering all parts in the office will need to contact the customer about a return date due to limited parts availability and need for a three hour service.; ordrng 1 W11580057 (Compressor) and 1 WPW10143759 (Drier) and 1 W11506635 (Access Valve) and 1 W11678305 (Precooler)"

"Arrived on site to diagnose microwave that was resetting at random. Customer said they will run the microwave, and at random (sometimes not for a couple days at a time) the unit will stop, reset and have to start over. Unit loses all settings. Called tech line, SR7739200165. Spoke with Chris who recommended that customer try the microwave on an extension cord to rule out line noise / possible breaker issue. I also went into diagnostics and performed a factory reset of the unit. I advised the customer to try an extension cord, and if all fails we can order a new control per tech line. Arrived on site to diagnose cooktop with orange flames. Customer pointed out flames were wispy and a bit orange. I replaced the regulator to resolve and gained some improvement. Unit is working as designed with no gas leaks. Repair completed. Parts used - W11087445.

"WDF550SAHS Arrived to inspect leak. I found the supply line adapter part of the valve was leaking and after correcting installation, the issue was resolved. No leaks observed after service complete."

Arrived on site to inspect unit for not cleaning well. Upon closer inspection found pump and motor failing and upper spray arm and track stop broken. Replaced pump and motor. "Arrived on site to test unit for freezing items in RC. Temperature upon arrival was at 50? and temperature was set at the warmest setting. Activated diagnostics and found all components engaging properly. RC may be getting poor airflow or thermistor may be off temp on the diffuser. Replaced diffuser (W11645127) as precautionary. Advised customer to keep items off of the back wall and away from diffuser opening. Unit is running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."

Removed front of the dryer and inspected internals, found metal protection cover bent out too far and touching the blower wheel housing. "Arrived on site to diagnose dishwasher that customer said was cracked inside the tub. Examined unit and found what they thought was a crack was actually just plastic lines, and not a physical crack. Unit is not leaking and it's purely cosmetic in appearance. Unit working as designed with no repair needed. Call completed, no parts used."

Arrived onsite for a range thats tripping the breaker. I verified the complaint. I disconnected the ground per the service pointer and ran a bake cycle at 500 degrees. When the unit reached 500 degrees I reconnected the ground and restarted the cycle. I left the oven on for over two hours and the breaker never tripped. All is working as designed. Call complete.
