Arrived on site for a range that is tripping the breaker immediately when the unit is plugged in. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed the customers complaint and checked the terminal block. Found that terminal block and wire harness good. Started disconnecting my loads off the control and the infinite switches and found the unit did not trip as soon as the bacon broil elements were disconnected from the control. Checked continuity on both bake and broil elements and found them showing continuity. Checked continuity between the bake element and chassis and found continuity. Checked continuity between the broiler element and the chassis and found continuity. Found one of the connectors for the broiler element touching against the back panel causing the issue. Fixed the positioning of the broil element connector and reassemble the unit. Tested the unit and the unit is now working and operating as designed. Call complete.

The customer advised that the unit has somewhat started working again but when he had called in, the unit had lost temperature and would not get below 40?F. He advised it in the last 24 hours the unit has dropped another 8?. Checked the unit and found the refrigerator at 32?F in the freezer at -1?F. Check the unit for evidence of any defrost issues and found none. "Arrived on site to inspect range error codes. Upon further inspection, I found the unit with no power. Once the customer cycled the power, the display showed the time but there were no functions with the keyboard and after approximately 5 mins of no functions, the display began to show F0 error code and beeping. Due to not being able to find a tech sheet for this unit, nor a parts breakdown, I attempted to place the unit in diagnostics and after several attempts, I could not get it to go. I tried one more time and this time the error code went away, the control signaled and I was able to get it to start a bake cycle. The customer advised that the unit will do that and then shut down while baking and show the error code. I reached out to management for assistance in finding information on this unit and we could not find anything. Found RC evap completely frosted over restricting air flow causing a no cool in RC. Found evap thermistor in wrong location and bad. Defrosted evap and replaced evap harness with motor. Held door switch and start button down, then turned by hand and it got going, but was spinning a little slow. Voltage checks good at the wall and the block. I disassembled the unit and found r rollers not turning as they should. Also found the belt badly worn and the tension pulley not turning as it should. I tested the broil at the main control and found it not getting voltage. I tested the bake and found it getting 248V. I contacted techline and spoke to JR and advised of the repairs and my findings. JR had me retest the same points I had already tested and as a result, he recommended replacing the main control and provided SR#7733545351.
