Arrived onsite for a refrigerator with a no ice condition. I found the FC only at 16 degrees. I tested thermistors and found the FC thermistor registering 16 degrees but the evaporator thermistor was at 32 degrees. Upon further diagnosis I found that the FC had just finished a defrost cycle before I arrived. I found the freezer temp had dropped to 5 degrees and was still cooling. I tested the icemaker and found it going thru a harvest and not filling. I found no voltage leaving the icemaker to energize the fill valve. Icemaker needs to be replaced. "Arrived to inspect temperature issues. I measured the RC and it was at 57. The FC was 11. I found the RC evaporator intake was full of frost and I advised the CX that the unit will require a 48 hour defrost to ensure all of the frost and likely ice has be defrosted fro the RC evaporator. Further, the right RC door gasket was torn at the top, at the mullion flap area and will require replacement. The drain tube at the lower unit area was badly gapped and I corrected and sealed with mfg sealant. Arrived onsite for a dryer that is completely dead and not responding at all. I found no voltage at the outlet. I found the breaker had been flipped to the off position and was not tripped. Mr stated he does not know how that happened and the dryer stopped working a 9:00pm one night. I advised the customer to put a lock on the breaker panel. I turned the breaker on and tested the dryer in different cycle selections. I found the dryer working as deigned.

Arrived onsite for a washer displaying an F30 long fill error code. I found 3 of the cold water valves hardly dispensing any water. The log valve needs to be replaced. I replaced the log valve and ran diagnostics. The unit is working as designed. There were no water leaks present at the time of service. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for an ice machine to replace previous diagnosed parts. I replaced the water pan and ran a clean cycle for the customer to make sure the clean light would turn off. Arrived onsite for washer with what seemed like a leak that was doing from the bottom of the unit. Upon inspection I found the that drainage pipe out off the home was backing up when ever the unit would drain. I check the drain hose for proper inspection and found that it was installed properly. I then advised cx to have the piping in the home and clear the restriction fixed

Arrived onsite for dishwasher that was not installed properly. Upon arrival removal the DW and reinstalled it with brakes and screws that was sent with me. Job complete.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine not draining. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and it had stored error codes F9E1 for long drain, F8E6 for water hazard, and F0E4 for water temp error. I then activated each load and found the drain pump lightly humming, but not draining. I gained access to the pump and checked voltage going to it. I found a good 120VAC. I then ohmd out the pump and it read 21.4 which is out of range. This indicates a bad pump.* Upon further inspection I found a hair pin inside the old drain pump. I verified the drain hose was installed correctly and found no leaks at the time of service. I collected the balance in full on CC. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for a wall oven that the home owner is afraid to use because he thinks its a fire hazard. I explained to the home owner that it was ok to use the oven in any mode but I advised not to run a self clean cycle because the bottom shelf between the oven and lower drawer has a cut out and this can cause heat to get trapped and could cause the thermal fuse and TOD to blow and shut the oven down. I showed the home owner in the owners manual where it shows the cabinet fully enclosed with no cut out. I explained the cut out was used for older style ovens where the fan ran the opposite direction and air entered at the bottom then blew out the top but when the control panels were changed the manufacture reversed the airflow to enter at the top and blow out the bottom. I called techline and spoke with Ed SR# 7734004123. Ed agreed with what I explained to the customer and stated the false bottom needs to be closed up and solid to insure proper airflow. "Arrived on site for a range that would shut off and with the broiler not working. Upon arrival the customer stated that the broiler will sometimes click several times and never turn on, but is intermittent. They also found the unit will randomly shut off. It may shut off when not in use or during use. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found no stored error codes. I then went to broil and found it clicked several times but never ignited. After this, the unit would light up and ignite every time. I was not able to replicate the power failure. I gained access to the DSI board and harness and found no physical damage. I called techline and spoke to Austin and received SR# 7734010752. I am ordering the broil burner and regulator to install. We will also install the broil ignitor. "Arrived on site for no ice. Removed icemaker no damage to fill tube wires,no ice in mold,ran diagnostics good air flow,ice box thermistor and icemaker thermistor passed,ran harvest test passed,ran fill test passed. No errors for ice production,powered on max ice option. Found damaged door seal estimate for gasket replacement

Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not starting cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised the unit seems to be going off-balance fairly consistently and it will not finish the cycle. Ran unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. I tested the suspension and found the suspension shot. Check the basket in a high-speed spin and found it going off-balance and noticing the basket wobbling as well. I attempted to remove the agitator but was unable to remove the agitator due to it being stuck on the driveshaft. The unit will need a complete rebuild for repair. I called Whirlpool Third Party team and spoke to Candy SR# 7733952454. She gave me an authorization for repair (TPB04101L2.0). Ordering all parts and the office will need to contact the customer about a return date due to several out of stock and PSP items. Please contact the customer about a return date when parts are available. "Arrived on site. Removed defective water pan,replaced water pan filled pan with water no leaks.

Arrived on site for refrigerator freezing items in rc and not cooling well in fc. Upon arrival confirmed issue. All thermistors and control as well as both fans all functioned as designed. Found lil/no frost on evap coil as well as no moister or coolness to the touch. Found amp draw to compressor at 0.7-0.84. Found compressor over heated. Drier and condenser coil both at room temp with no heat transference. Found compressor is ineffective and not pumping refrigerant through system. Will need office to acquire autho before rescheduling repairs for 2hr ss repair. ; ordrng 1 W11135151 (Compressor) and 1 W11103612 (Evap coil) and 1 WPW10143759 (Uv drier) and 1 W10913906 (Access valve) and 1 Cnote (Needs autho and 2hr repair)
