Arrived onsite for a refrigerator with a noisy fan. I found the evaporator fan a lot louder than normal. The customer had a recording of the fan and in the recording I could hear it hitting ice. I removed the evaporator cover and found a block of ice on the left side of the fan shroud due to water leaking from the icemaker fill tube and chute when the icemaker is going thru a fill cycle. I removed the block of ice. I replaced the fan and now it sounds normal. I am getting another chute because it isnt fitting correctly and adding a fill tube extension to stop this issue. Talking with the customer that they tried to run the dishwasher when the water was turned off. I explained that the heating element will turn off and the motor will error out when it since no water in the unit. Informed the customer that running the diagnostic cycle will turn the heating element back ons. Tested the heating element amps and it was 7.5 amps. Did not see any rinse aid at the end of the diagnostic cycle, rerunning the diagnostic cycle, the rinse aid was dispensed in the second time the diagnostic was ran. The unit is operating as designed and no water leaks detected during service."

"Arrived on site for range with gas leak. Upon arrival customer stated they had bumped one of the knobs accidentally before leaving the house and when they cam back it had been leaking gas into home. Inspected all connections but found no gas leaks present. Called Techline Sr#7738891877, and safety sr#7738850820. Reported findings to try and find a fix for solution but techline e stated burners will let in a small amount of gas when activated to allow for faster ignition time and that there was nothing that could be replaced to fix customer compliant. Arrived onsite for a dryer getting clothing too dry. I found this wasnt the customers complaint. I found the actual issue is that clothing is getting torn up when it is in the dryer. The customer was also concerned about the outlet vent on the rear bulkhead above the heater turning black. I explained this was normal because that is where the heater is. I explained to buff it of occasionally because they are using dryer sheets and explained this could cause brown streaking on white clothes if it gets a build up. I gained access to the evaporator and placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the defrost. I found the defrost element not coming on and it was recently replaced. Tested the element from the control and found no voltage going to the element. I removed and replaced the UI, HV control and defrost thermistor and retested the unit in diagnostics. I tested the defrost and found the element coming on now. I advised the customer of my findings and repairs. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"MHW6630HW1 Arrived to inspect softener dispensing issue. Service test mode had F4E1 as the only code stored and I cleared for testing. Jumpering the valve assembly and ensuring voltage to both valves, I found the left (2) valve apparently not operating, as the only water at the dispenser came from the main detergent fill section. Electrically, both valves were within 2% resistance values. Testing each valve separately revealed both working and with good flow. I removed and replaced the valves and drawer assemblies and tested. The unit operated as designed. No leaks observed during service."

Arrived onsite and repaired unit with failed door handle by re installing and securing the existing handle.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not cooling. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that their unit had stopped going at some point because theyre ice cream or soft and things were defrosting in the freezer section. He advised that since he called it in, the unit has seemingly recovered, and, just wanted to have it looked at. I took temperature in the freezer and refrigerator sections. I found the refrigerator at 35?F and the freezer sitting at 2?F. I found the icemaker making proper ice and that everything was solid. Found all components of the machine working and operating as designed. I did it by the customer that calling issues tend to be either defrost issues or compressor issues. And because there is neither evidence of either and temperatures were at the requested settings, there was no way to determine what exactly happened on the unit stop cooling. I asked the customer if they power reset their machine and he advised that he has never done that. I did advise him to try that in the future situation as that can illuminate any kind of glitch on the control. The unit is working an operating as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher that will not wash dishes. Inspected unit and work area. Because Marie via the dishwasher has not run since they installed it. I found an F7 E2 (variable speed wash motor failure) error code flashing on the screen on entry. I ran the unit through diagnostics and confirmed the customers error code. I replaced the wash motor assembly and tested the unit. I found the unit Phil and recirculate the water but then it would not drain. I checked at electrical connections and found proper connections. I checked Continuity through the wire harness and found proper continuity, going from the drain pump to the control. I went ahead and replace the control and tested the unit. Still found the unit not attempting to drain the water out of the tub. I connected the old drain pump from the old wash motor onto the connector and attempted a drain to see if the motor would turn on and it would not. Ordering the wire, harness and drain pump motor and the office will need to contact the customer about a return date due to limited parts availability. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that is still freezing product in the RC. The customer stated she put a small container under the icemaker on the shelf and the water froze one day and the next day it was liquid again. She stated it was frozen yesterday but when I arrived today it was liquid with the sealed system cycled off and the temp at 39 degrees. It appears the unit is having temperature swing issues. The thermistor is good and there is no more air leakage from the icemaker area. "Arrived onsite for fc lights flickering. On inspection the customer had the light switch taped down, when he removed it the lights started to flicker. I was depressing the switch to turn them off and on. I left them on and when the compressor kicked on the lights stopped flickering. I tried for about 15 minutes to get the lights to start flickering again with no luck. Currently will call back if the it starts backup."

I found the unit start to run the compressor, but heard a noticeable hairs coming from the backside of the unit. I open the door of the refrigerator and found the sound dissipating inside indicating it was an issue in the backside of the unit. I gained access to the compressor and dryer areas and could not find the leak. Found no evidence of any frost pattern on the evaporator. Spoke to SW and Im ordering all sealed system components. Went to replace inner hinges however found issue was the front panel near hinges was bent attempted to bed unit back bust was unsuccessful due to are at bend having various depths and curves from design bending it made it worse. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator with no power. Upon further inspection, I plugged the unit in and found the unit would not come on. Unplugged the unit and I tested the power cord and it ohmed good. I plugged the unit back in and still no power. I tested voltage at the main control and got no voltage. I disconnected the power cord from the unit and test and found no voltage from the cord. I inspected the power cord and found a cut in the cord (photo). I am ordering the power cord and scheduled return service for 04/19/24. Unit left unplugged for safety and no water connections to the unit.; ordrng 1 W11611445 (Power cord)"

Arrived on site for dryer not heating. Upon arrival found stable power supply. Element was 9.6ohms and not grounded. Found thermal fuses and cutoffs all working. Found dryer had good airflow when venting was removed and when venting was reconnected the air flow was severely reduced. Instructed customer they would need a dryer vent cleaning within wall of home to prevent any further issues with dryer. Dryer heats as designed. Call complete

Arrived on site for ice not making issue. Upon arrival we found issue of ice not dispensing. Inspected unit and found failed chute assembly. Replaced chute assembly and now unit is functioning as designed. Job completed

Arrived onsite for a washer that has power but will not start. I found the unit getting stuck in sensing mode due to the door switch failing and does not recognize the door is closed. I replaced the door latch and tested the machine. All is working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site to replace igniter. Found igniter not receiving voltage. Upon further inspection found exhaust thermostat had one connection not connected. Secured connection and applied bubble solution to all potential leak points. Found leak on valve. Tightened fuel tube to valve and leak no longer present. Unit is now working as designed. Job complete.

Arrived on site. Found a defective right side door gasket replaced right side fresh food door gasket checked door seal good.

Arrived on site for a dishwasher that is not washing dishes. Inspected unit and work area. I ran it through diagnostics and confirmed an F4 E3 (wash motor not running) error code. Around the unit to an auto test and found the wash motor. Not running. I went ahead and replaced the wash motor and tested unit. Unit began to work and operate as designed with no leaks present during operation. Call complete.

"Arrived onsite for washer making a noise. On inspection I could hear the slider making noise, on further inspection found the bolt for the rotor on the ground. Reinstalled the bolt did a factory reset then a calibration on the unit retesting unit in diagnostics cycle. The washer completed the diagnostic cycle but got hung on the up and the display said cycle end for about 4 minutes. I ran quick wash and when I canceled out it was on the cancel screen until I unplugged it. Ordering a control board & UI.
