"Arrived to inspect no ignition in upper oven chamber. I found the igniter reading 160+ ohms and normal is in the 50-60 ohm range. The igniter for the upper oven has a different wiring configuration than the one I had and we will return to instal. No gas leaks detected.

Arrived to inspect code. I found the unit had an F1E0 and I verified within service test mode. I removed and replaced the control and tested. The unit heated and cycled as designed. Operational test good.

"Arrived to inspect cooling issue. I found the evaporator filled with ice and advised the CX that it will need to be defrosted with the door opened and unplugged for 48 hours. I tested the defrost timer and after setting it to defrost manually, adding several clicks and then waiting for a few minutes, it re-engaged the compressor as designed.

"Arrived to inspect no operation. The unit was set up temporarily in a new building and only had cold water available. This model does not have manual test modes and I could not test valves without that mode. I found the water valves had plugged and I removed and replaced the valve assembly. I advised the CX that the unit cannot be used until the water supply is flushed and it is debris-free water only, as the new valve will plug immediately. Also, due to no available hot water at this time, it can only be used in Tap Cold mode until the water heater is installed. No leaks observed during service."

"Arrived to inspect not washing. I found the unit had all operations present, but would not circulate. I verified line VAC to the motor, but no movement and the motor measured in the MOhm region and should have showed 12-15 ohms. I removed and replaced the motor/pump assy. I tested several times within service test mode and there were no leaks. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service.

"Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered part. I verified an open circuit through the existing lower valve (.8 ohms on new one) and removed and replaced. I bubble tested all connections that were accessible and tested. The CX brought up an issue with the upper chamber and I temperature tested both. Both upper and lower were tested with a K-type probe, placed center mass within the chamber and set to 350F. The lower, after initial preheat of 407, had cycling temperatures of 366, 374, 348, 361, 344, 358, 344, 357 and averaged at 352 degrees, after dropping the preheat and first two cyclic temps. It required no adjustment. The upper, already preheated to 350 and uniformly heated during the lower test, cycled at 330, 341, 336, 350, 343, 357, 330, 336 which was very erratic. The CX elected to not replace the thermistor. No gas leaks detected during service.

Arrived onsite for microwave not powering on. Upon arrival found microwave completely dead. Pulled unit and found failed fuse and melted fuse holder. Checked with parts and SR but due to age of the unit the part is no longer available.

"Arrived to inspect noise. I found the unit was making a loud click, along with the normal compactor noise. Further inspection revealed the chassis was bent up in the right rear and the lower right (from the front) was smashed in several places and several rivet points had been broken/popped loose. I contacted the mfg tech line, tech Joel. I advised of my findings and texted images. Tech sent for review for replacement, CX will need to contact customer service at (800) 253-1301 and reference SR#7733547179"

Due to the RC evap freezing up, I removed and replaced the evap drip pan, evap motor/harness and followed service pointer #W11092686. Removed and replaced the right RC door gasket and shaped the gasket using my heat gun. Pulled the unit out and found a small gap in the drain tube at the back of the unit. Using silicone, I sealed the gap. Tested the unit and it is operating as designed.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator not making ice and water dispenser is slow. I tested the water dispenser and found the water stream is slow almost to a trickle and I could hear the valve humming. I removed the filter and retested and got the same results. I removed and replaced the filter head and retested and got same results. I removed and replaced the inlet valve and during the process, I found the water line loose and leaking at the valve. I retested and the unit is operating as designed. I tested the ice maker in diagnostics test 56-no errors & test 57 and the ice maker harvested as designed. I tested the fill tube in test 45 and the ice maker filled. No water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed."

I ran the unit and the fill valve sounded weak and at first wouldn't even distribute water. I drained what did pour in the reservoir and found clumps of what appear to be sand coming out. Found the reservoir full of it. Recirc pump was barely moving any water and also full of the sand like material. Arrived on site for a refrigerator that has a gasket thats not ceiling. Inspected unit and work area. Confirm the customers complaint and found the gasket warped on the lower right inside. Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is leaking in the right hand corner of the refrigerator section and in the icemaker section. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised theyve noticed a lot of water on the right hand side of the refrigerator and that theyve cleaned out the fill cup on the icemaker already. Checked the icemaker area and found the ice bin full of frozen water and ice cubes. Checked the valve area inside the refrigerator and found water leaking from the top of the cabinet where the waterlines going through. Checked the top of the refrigerator and found the fill tube had split up at the top causing the failure and the leaking of water. Replaced the fill tube and tested the unit. The unit is now working as designed with no leaks present during operation. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Inspected unit and work area. Ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F8 E2 (fill valve electrical problem) and F10 E1 (dispenser electrical problem) error codes. I remove the strike from the top of the dishwasher and inserted it into the latch while running a diagnostic test to confirm whether the issue was a something motor problem or one of the other parts ordered. Found the dishwasher drain, feel, and re-circulate as designed. Tested the unit three times to ensure that the spray arms were all moving and spraying. All checked good. Spoke to PR and was advised that if all connections were good, the issue would have to be with the loading of the dishwasher, them not running hot water at the sink prior to washing dishes, or the type of soap being used. Checked the connector at the wash motor and found all connections good. Went over possible issues with the customer and the customer is going to try to run hot water at her sink prior to running her dishwasher. I did find that even after three cycles, the water coming into the unit was not hot. Advised customer of the issue and advised her to keep an ion if the dishwasher actually gets hot water to the dishwasher or not because if not, she may continue to have issues. The unit is working as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that has no power. Inspected unit and work area. Customer advised that she ran a load of rugs inside of her washer and in the middle of the cycle the washer quit and would not unlock the lid. Confirm the customers complain and check voltage at the wall. Found proper voltage. Checked voltage to the Control and found 125 V going to the control. Found the control not sending voltage anywhere else. Checked my loads and found the drain pump out of rain showing five ohms when it shouldve been registering 15 to 20 ohms. Advise the customer she would need a new drain pump and control for the repair.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is making abnormal sounds during the wash cycle and is not spinning out clothes. Inspected unit and work area. Ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F0 E5 (off balance load), F7 E5 (shifter fault), and F7 E8 (motor stator over temperature) error codes. I ran the unit through manual agitation and spin and noticed the sound coming from underneath the unit. Attempted to remove the rotor and found the rotor would lean towards every direction but would not come off the driveshaft. Attempted to use a crowbar and flathead screwdriver to remove and was unable to do so even wiggling it from side to side. Spoke to JC and was advised that the unit would need a complete rebuild for repair including the gear case, stater, rotor, gasket, tub, clean out filter, and screws. Advise the customer of the situation and they advised they would prefer not to proceed forward with any repairs as they would prefer just to buy a new washer.

"Arrived on site for a dryer that is not drying clothes. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit was seemingly shutting off prior to the end of the cycle and had just rapidly counted down on any cycles other than time dry. I tested the unit and confirmed the customers complaint. Went through testing on the moisture sensor and exhaust thermistor. Found the exhaust thermistor reading 80?F which would be correct. I checked the moisture sensor and could not find resistance between the sensors but could not find resistance between the sensor and chassis ground. According to the text sheet, it didnt indicate that either of those parts were bad. Spoke to PR and was advised that the moisture sensor harness and potentially control would be at fault for this issue. Arrived onsite and replaced bad sump and motor. Unit is now operating as designed. All checks good. Advised management on repair.

"Arrived on site for washer not working, Inspected unit and work area. Tested unit in diagnostics and there was no error codes stored. Did a diagnostics cycle and unit is working as designed. CX explained that softener would not dispense.

Arrived onsite for dryer not starting. Found door switch strike broken. Ordering door switch strike to repair. All else checks good. Advised customer ; ordrng 1 W11398789 (Switch strike)

Arrived onsite for food freezing in the fresh food section top shelf. Temps while onsite were perfect 37 in fridge and 8f in freezer. Determined the cause of the excessive cooling of top shelf was due to the airways being blocked in freezer by product. Approx 10% efficiency. Instructed customer on findings and they were able to increase efficiency to approx 30% by shifting product. Was advised that customer usually has more product in freezer than is currently stored. Advised that blocking the airways in the freezer will result in irregularities like over cooling of the fridge during the cycle and ineffective cooling of freezer product. Customer may reach out to whirlpool to inquire about experienced design incompatibilities.

Arrived onsite to install previously diagnosed pats. Upon arrival I installed all led modules and the control board and found that the unit is now operating as designed. Job complete.

"Arrived onsite for The washer won't start, it just beeps. Sometimes unplugging and plugging it back in will fix but not always. Upon arrival Mrs. was not aware that we were scheduled. She said her husband made the call. Found that the star button was failing very intermittently. Found that there was a film of dirt on the touch screen pad. Wiped it a bit and did not continue have issues.

Arrived on site to diagnose a range that is not baking. Found upper oven bake ignitor faulty and replaced it. Tested unit and found all is functioning properly at this time.

"Arrived on site for water leaking. Removed drawers in fresh food section,found water in fresh food compartment,removed compressor cover and removed drain extension,found an obstruction in extension tubing. Cleared tube,reinstalled extension customer will defrost fresh food section.

Arrived on site to diagnose a refrigerator that is over cooling in the rc. Found no failures to unit at this time and advised customer on airflow and that items placed next to damper can and will freeze. No repairs needed and no leaks were found at time of service.

"Arrived on site to replace drain pump and control per previous diagnosis. Replaced drain pump and found wires were broken in both wires to drain pump causing short to board and intermittent drain issues. Cut damaged harness and installed butt connections to wires. Replaced control, tested unit, unit working as designed. Advised customer to download Maytag app and connect units to WiFi. No leaks detected. Job complete"

"Arrived on site to test unit for not cooling properly and no ice production. Found restriction in sealed system. FC evap had frost build up on top 4 coils and not frost pattern on remaining evap. Compressor running and pulling .6amps. Ice maker not responding to diagnostics. Found ice maker receiving 29vac. Recommend sealed system, ice maker and control board ; ordrng 1 5304475104 (Compressor) and 1 5303918284 (Evap) and 1 TJ90SF8404 (Access valve) and 1 WPW10143759 (UV) and 1 Nitrogen (Nitrogen) and 1 5303918214 (BI-Metal)"

Arrived on site to test unit for buttons intermittently working. Verified buttons not responding. Cycled power to unit and unit is now working as designed. Recommend replacing control and console. Control is discontinued EBR77659102. Assembly is also discontinued ACM74119008. Job complete.

Arrived on site to test unit for loud noise. Found compressor brackets were loose on front of unit causing vibration sound. Tightened bracket bolts and noise is no longer present. Job complete.

"Arrived on site with 2nd tech for stacked washer bellow being crinkled. Inspected unit and work area. Found spring and front bellow clamp settings in basket. Removed dryer and found major lint buildup in home dryer vent. Found washer spring retaining clip had came off and causing spring to come detached. Reinstalled spring and added zip tied to both retaining clips to keep in place. Reinstalled front bellow clamp. Performed diagnostics mode and tested operation for slow to water pressure coming from cold inlet valve. Will need to replace cold inlet valve to repair. Removed failed inlet valve and installed new. Assembled unit and performed diagnostics mode. Found unit operating as designed, no water leaks detected.

"Arrived onsite for touch panel stuck button and disconnected harness error, cleared codes and tested unit for issue. All is operating as designed at time service.

Arrived onsite to install previously diagnosed parts. Upon arrival found that the mount gaskets were missed when the tub was replaced on previous visit. Installed new mounts with gaskets. Test unit and unit operates as designed. No leaks present at this time. Job complete
