Arrived onsite for a range with the bake burner not lighting correctly to replace previous diagnosed parts. The customer stated the can hear the unit sparking and the gas coming out every time it will not lite. I tested the unit and found the bake ignitor a little warped so I replaced it. I found it sparking multiple times to light the burned so I adjusted the air shutter and was able to get it to lite on the first spark. I ran the unit up to 500 degrees and let the burner relight and it ignited the burner on the first spark. The unit is working as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator leaking water. Upon further inspection, I found water inside the RC section on the shelves and at the back left corner above the filter. I tested the water dispenser and found water spraying from the water filter area. I removed the filter head housing and inspected the filter head and found the gasket had blown out the back of the head. Cleaned up the water and turned the water source off at the wall. Customer advised the unit is not cooling in the RC section. I found this freezer is cooling, but was unable to determine if the RC section was cooling or not due to having the doors open too long. When I closed the RC doors, I did not hear the RC fan come on. I pressed the reset button at the back of the unit on the main control and once the unit came on, I could hear the fans operating as designed. I advised the customer to allow the unit to cool for approximately 4-5 hours and to contact the office around 430pm to report the status of the unit. Customer advised that they can do without the water dispenser/ice at this time and were more concerned with the unit cooling. No water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed"

"Arrived onsite for a refrigerator not cooling correctly. The customer had the upper cover removed on arrival. I found the evaporator starting to frost up more than halfway down the first coil then the frost started disappearing. I found all sealed system components running. I found the foam air duct blocks missing on the sides of the fan shroud. I checked pressures and found my low side at 0 psi and my high side at 315 psi. I found that the sealed system had been repaired at one time and a dye drier was installed. I found dye on the back wall behind the evaporator and at the bottom under it. The compressor and evaporator would need to be replaced. The foam blocks need to be installed on the fan shroud for proper airflow and the defrost heater should be replaced when the evaporator is replaced. I d the customer for the defrost heater and foam block kit parts . SS are still covered. Ordering 8201798 Fan Blocks, WPW10427993 evaporator, WPW10140162 heater, W10720770 compressor, WPW10143759 Dye drier, & W11506635 Access valve. Per the customers request I left the rails, shelf studs, and the evaporator cover off and inside the FC with all the screws on the floor of the FC on a towel. The cover had 5 screws missing. "Arrived to inspect gas odor and no heating. I found the unit would not ignite and tested the hot surface igniter. It tested at 380 ohms, a new igniter is in the 60-80 ohm range and I removed and replaced. The unit operated as designed after and heated and cycled as designed. "Arrived to inspect draining issue. I found the drain pump would drain, but on,y very slowly and it was quite noisy. I removed and replaced the pump and tested. Normal operation returned and the unit operated as designed. No leaks observed during service.

Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not draining and flashing an F9 E1 (long drain) error code. Inspected unit and work area. Arrived on site for washer not finishing cycle . Ran diagnostics got basket engaged during wash cycle . Found wire hanging out out of molex connection on actuator motor . Repinned wire . Ran calibration and diagnostics wash. All checked normal. No water leaks detected at time of service. Job complete

Arrived onsite for dryer not heating. Upon arrival inspected unit. Tested and unit turned on but no heat. Checked voltage at block and found no L1. Across L1-L2 240vac and only on L2 Checked at wall and confirmed issues with supply voltage.

Arrived on site for a refrigerator with the lights in the freezer not coming on all of the way. Upon arrival the customer stated that the main issue was the FC door UI was flashing randomly and beeping. They found the UI was acting as if someone was pressing the buttons on its own. I found the UI bad and the lights needing to be replaced per the special pointer. I am ordering the UI and will return with the lights to install per the SP. Arrived on site for a dryer not heating. I tested the unit and found no heat. I checked voltage at the wall and terminal block and both were good. I gained access to the inside of the unit and ohmd out all components. I found the element open. I found we had the incorrect element on hand. Arrived on site to test unit for not heating. Ran unit for 30 seconds and then again for 45 seconds then again for 1:20 then again for 2 minutes and unit heating correctly. Called Techline and the blind said if we cant duplicate the problem There is not much they can do. Also heated food and foo heated correctly. File-7733890174
