She feels more comfortable now since she knows that it is caused from the humidifier. I let them to know to open a door for about 15 minutes and the yellow and orange flames will go away. "Arrived onsite for dryer not powering on. On inspection I checked voltage at the terminal block it was 248vac, checked thermal fuse, cut off sensor and thermistor and they were all good. Gain access to timer housing the timer was good had 248vac. Checked the push to start had no voltage. I gained access to the drum area ant tested the motor and it was good. I connected one led to the light blue wire that runs up to the start button from the motor connected the other to the start button. When I pushed the start button it showed 15 k resistance. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator thats not cooling good in the RC but the FC seems fine and its making ice. I found the FC temp at 6 degrees and the RC temp at 55 degrees. I tested the thermistors and fan from the control and found the fan not running in the RC. I found frost build up at the bottom of the cover. I removed the cover and found the fan harness had come unclipped. I snapped it in and the fan turned on. I removed the frost from the evaporator and reassembled. I tested the unit again and all functions are working as designed. I explained to the customer that I must had not gotten the molex connector completely seated when I was here on the prior visit. I showed her what to look for and asked to monitor it again for a week. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect venthood not working and is loud. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that there is Sheetrock flakes falling from the venthood and it has no suction. I tested the unit and found the blower to be loud in the high setting. Tested the suction with a piece of paper and found that there is no suction when the blower is on. Inspected the blower and found that there is blockage in the vent tube going up to the ceiling to the roof and that this issue would be an installation issue. I advised the customer that they would need to contact their builder to resolve the issue as its an installation issue. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the RC section at the top shelf (28.4 degrees, middle shelf (35 degrees), bottom shelf (23.9 degrees) and tested temps in the FC=2 degrees. I attempted to place the unit in diagnostics and it failed. I removed the control box and air diffuser panel and tested the thermistor and found it out of range at 2.041k ohms (88-89 degrees). I removed and replaced the RC thermistor and main control and retested the unit in diagnostics and found unit is operating as designed. I sealed the gap around the RC opening, between the liner and cabinet, with silicone. I advised the customer of my findings and repairs. "Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that has not made ice correctly since the sealed system was replaced and the freezer just isnt getting cold enough to possibly replace sealed system parts again. I found the FC at 16 degrees and the RC at 37 degrees when I arrived. The compressor was running and the amp draw was 1.42 amps. My equalized pressures in home position was 14 psi and for the temps they should be between 25-30 psi. I ran service test 4 and found the compressor pulling down in a vacuum on step 3 and the high and low pressures were both low in step 4 and 5. I found no dye in the drain pan. I checked the high side for dye and found none. I dumped the charge, vacuumed the system and charged it with 6 ozs of R134A refrigerant. When the pressure equalized at was at 27 psi. I ran service test 4 again and had good pressures and good refrigerant flow. In step 5 the FC dropped from 18 degrees down to 10 and was still dropping when I put it back in normal mode. I asked the customer to monitor the FC temp and make sure it stays around 0 degrees and ice production should return. I explained that there is a possibility that I undercharged the unit when the sealed system was done because of the temps and ice production issues. Customer will monitor and call back if needed. Arrived onsite for a microwave that is smoking the control when it comes on. I found the board with burn marks at the relays for the cavity lamp and the turntable motor. There was a little next to the hood fan relay. I tested the circuits for the cavity lamp and the turntable motor with both testing good. I checked the resistance on the hood fan motor windings and they were all in range. I tested the high voltage circuit and was getting a 10ohm resistance reading from the filament winding to ground. Arrived onsite for unit giving error 7/1 and not completing cycle. Upon arrival inspected unit. Found failed capacitor causing issues. Replace capacitor and tested. Unit is now functioning properly. Job complete

"Arrived on site for thin ice. Ran diagnostics weak water flow,replaced defective valve,ran diagnostics with new valve good water flow unit passed all other diagnostic test"

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no cool. Upon further inspection, I found both compartments room temp. I placed my gauges on the high and low side connections and tested the unit in diagnostics test 4. The unit equalized at approximately 30/30psi. In steps 3-5 the Low side was in a vacuum and the High side ranged from 180-220psi. I checked both evaporators and neither had a frost pattern. I checked for any leaks (dye) and found none. Pulled the unit out and inspected the sealed system that was previously completed and found no signs of a leak. I isolated the system by sealing off both cap tubes and brazing an access valve on the left suction line and pumped the system with approximately 130psi of Nitrogen and checked for leaks using my liquid leak detector. I checked both evaporators and all joints and all joints on the new sealed system repair and found no signs of a leak. With no signs on the outer side of the unit, my findings direct me to a leak in the cabinet as my gauges began to slowly drop after pumping the nitrogen into the system. I made contact with in house tech support and advised of my findings and they will contact the manufacturer next business day to discuss the next step for this unit. Unit left as is and placed back in its space. I advised the customer of my findings and advised that so,wine from the manufacturer and our office would contact them tomorrow with an update. Unit left unplugged and no water leaks observed during service. Job completed."

Arrived onsite for concerns about bottom insulation. Unit is is operating as designed. Advised customer on insulation location and importance. Unit is now operating as designed. All checks good.

"Arrived onsite for MW not heating every time. On inspection count not duplicate the issue. I changed the control board the first time we worked on it. Customer said he had no issues for a few days. Then it started doing it again. I installed a new magnetron,capacitor and diode. Tested the unit with a cup of water on 2 minutes 194? unit operating as designed."

Arrived onsite for a range to replaced the scratched cooktop. I removed the cooktop and when I opened the box for the new cooktop I found the cooktop that was sent was totally different. The cooktop in the box was a replacement glass for a cooktop and not a range. Ordering W11541089 cooktop. Office to RS.; ordrng 1 W11541089 (Cooktop)

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed part. Inspected unit and work area. Replaced the wash pump motor and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed with no leaks present during operation. Call complete.

Arrived onsite and found compressor rattle during start up and ramp up. Dampened condenser and compressor. Unit is now operating as designed. All checks good. Advised customer on procedure and normal operation.
