Arrived on site for washer making screeching noise during agitation cycle only. Upon arrival confirmed issue and customer provided video of noise during cycle. After further inspection I found no errors in diagnostics. Found no noise in spin cycle per service pointer. I then found belt on unit was stretched out and rubbing on cam and motor drive. Replaced cam and belt. Found no abnormal noises during all 3 agitation speeds as well as spin cycle. No leaks during testing. Call complete

Arrived on site for refrigerator building up ice and water inside of the RC & FC. Upon arrival I confirm the complaint after further inspection found that the air intakes were clogged with ice including the insulation around the intake the selves and was able to verify that it was because the top of the drain line in the FC was also clogged with ice preventing proper draining. Found no debris or clogs in the drain line causing the back flowing but when checking behind the fridge I found a fish sized rusted and avoided insulation with moisture bleeding and dripping down the wall. Inform customer that at this time unit cannot be repaired safely or properly repaired due to void in the insulation and problem will only persist and get worse

"Arrived on site for washing machine being out of balance. I inspected the unit and work area. I gained access to the filter and found it full of soap scum build up. I cleaned the soap scum build up out of the filter and housing. I gained access to the which and found the back left one weak, and the tub going that direction when pushed straight down. I ran a rinse and spin, I waited for the spin cycle to start and found the basket to bounce around until it got up to full speed and then stabilized out. I found the valves opening up and allowing good pressure through. I spun the inner basket by hand and found no wobble. I lifted the inner basket slightly and found no play there. I removed the two rear shocks and compressed them I found on of the weaker than the other. I quoted customer for all 4 shocks.

Arrived onsite for washer with F3e1 f9e1 f8e3 f5e2 codes stored under inspection I found that the water level sensor was faulty

Arrived on site for range needing previously diagnosed insulation/vent parts. Upon arrival reconfirmed prior issue. Found during disassembly that unit had further extensive damage from current ventilation and insulation issues. Inner liner to cavity was wrapped causing grounding between stealth bake element and liner. Found multiple areas of insulation failures as well as entire vent tube clogged with char (beyond filter screen sent on trip). Due to NLA parts and liner damage unit will continue to have further repeat failures and no reliable repairs can be made.

Arrived on site for dryer making a thumping noise. I I inspected the unit and work area. I tested the dryer and found found the back of the drum bouncing. I gained access to the drum and found it still found in shape. I inspected the quite wheels and found one of the damaged. I replaced all 4 guide wheels. I reassembled the unit and tested it. It is now working as designed with no Moore noise. Job complete.

"Arrived on site for washing machine not draining and squeaking. I inspected the unit and work area. I found fault F7e5 shifter fault. I attempted to test the unit in diagnostics and found the unit wont switch between agitate and spin. I found the gear case leaking oil, and the control making a rattling noise during operation. I quoted customer for full service. Gear case, control, actuator. The washing machine is designed for residential use, not commercial use, because it is being used in a commercial environment, the washer will continue to break down and will require multiple repairs.

Arrived on site to inspected unit for a smoke smell. I pulled the unit from the cabinet and ran diagnostics cycle. I found the new heating element leaking. "Arrived to inspect ice production issue. I tested the ice maker housing temperature at the vent, with the door closed an K-type inserted through the slots in the door. The temperature was 26.6F after 5 minutes, too warm for consistent production. I entered service mode and performed test 36. With the fan on, per the UI, the temperature rose to 27F. Fan operation was moderate. FC temperature, measured in the bottom of the cabinet was 24.5F. I performed thermography and had similar results throughout the FC. The compressor registered over 150F and by the condenser, dropped 25 degrees. The return from the condenser was room temperature and that was after 10 minutes of run time with no condenser airflow. The compressor is failing and will require replacement. Office to order compressor, dye drier, service port and RC evaporator. Office to schedule 2 hours for sealed system service and contact the CX to schedule. "Arrived to inspect ice production issue. The unit was off when I began inspection and I allowed it to perform its initial self-flush and then begin production. The lower plate measured 4.4F and the slab initial temp was 28.2F during buildup. The post cool reached -8F and these temperatures are normal and expected. The slab thickness was excellent and the second slab that was being produced as I was completing the call looked very good as well. The bin thermistor was 3.58Kohm at 63.5F, which is an error of approximately 3F error to too warm and would not cause early system shutdown from an incorrect bin level read. I advised the CX that if issues persist to contact us and let the machine run prior to our arrival. No leaks observed during service.

"Arrived to inspect no ice. The 6 hour average of the ice box was 27. The FC average was 21 and ice could be heard rubbing on the evap motor. I tested the defrost system and found line VAC present to the FC defrost circuit, but no ohms could be read on the circuit and either the element or safety thermistors are open. The right RC door gasket is badly torn at the top flap for the mullion and will require replacement. I found the drain tube assy gapped and I verified no plugging and then sealed the rubber cup to the chassis. I set the unit to showroom mode to allow defrost and the CX will defrost for 48 hours and then press F/C and Drawer at the same time for 3 seconds until the unit goes back into normal mode. I coached the CX on towel placement to catch and evap ice melt. I pressed the base back the best that could be done and applied adhesive to keep it in place. Job complete

I attempted recovery of the refrigerant and could not verify any was removed and it likely was lost due to low side leaking from the factory service port. Holding vacuum, I charged the system with the mfg prescribed charge and tested. The unit cooled as designed. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service."

"Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator that was not cooling after recent sealed system repair. On arrival unit was running and not cooling in either compartment. Compressor was on and running. Shut off unit and tested pressures in sealed system. Found 55 psi equalized pressure. When unit came on high side went to over 300psi, low side -10. Unit has a restriction. Removed dryer and blew out restriction. Retested with a new dryer and verified pressures are good and held vacuum. Presaures checked good. After compressor came on I checked for cooling in both compartments and found the RC evap fan isn't coming on. Ordering an RC evap fan to resolve the lack of airflow. "Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator that was making noise in use. Spoke with customer who let me know the unit was making a popping sound when dispensing water, constantly. Checked and found pressure was so high you could not reinsert the filter. Lowered pressure at wall valve and retested. Found with wall valve turned way down the unit would dispense with almost no noise, indicating noise came from excessive water pressure. Unit now working as designed. Advised if the issue returns that we need to install a pressure reducing kit. Call complete."

Confirmed the customers complaint and found the unit buzzing immediately upon turning the unit on. Attempted to run the unit through diagnostics and could not advance past the first stage. Found the unit buzzing again and it would not stop until you turned off power. Spoke to CVS and was advised to check the rotor bolts on the back of the unit. Found no issues with the rotor bolt, rotor, or stator. Plug the unit back in and found the noise coming from the stater. Spoke to PR and was advised to check voltage coming from the control. Found intermittent voltage ranging from 120 V to nothing on both windings to that stator from the control. I did advise the customer that their control was out and definitely need to be replaced but that we wouldnt be able to verify if that was the only issue until we got that replaced.

Arrived on site to install previous diagnose part. I gained access to the control and replaced it with new. I tested the oven and cooktop. I found both working as designed.

Arrived onsite fan not connected. Upon arrival inspected unit. Found fan motor not connected. Inspected area and space and found area not plumbed correctly for unit to fit properly. Explained to customer and showed that previous down draft setup is not compatible with current range. Will need plumber and electrician to resolve issues. Job complete

"Arrived on site or a refrigerator thats not making ice. Inspected unit and work area. Confirm the customers complaint and ran the interthrough diagnostics. Found all tests pass except for the icemaker error codes. Found an error message of an E5 indicating a failed icemaker thermistor. Tested the unit in a manual harvest and the unit ran as designed. Attempted to fill the icemaker and found the fill tube frozen. Check the fill tube by running the fill tube test and service test 19 and found the fill tube heater kick on and thaw the frozen fill tube. Tested the ice maker fill again and found the ice maker filling.

Arrived onsite to replace previously diagnosed parts. Replaced left and right side rails. Tested unit and unit is functioning properly. Job complete

"Arrived on site to inspect chest freezer not locking. Upon further inspection, I locked the door and when I pulled up on the door, it came open. I found where the lock hook is slipping from the handle and allowing it to open (photo). I am ordering the handle, lock, cover, hook and key and office to schedule return service due to the availability of parts. Arrived onsite for refrigerator building up ice/frost on the top right side of freezer. Upon inspection I found that the unit was not leveled and the door gasket was not sealing properly see pix. I leveled unit and adjusted gasket till it sealed up after I cleared the freezer of ice/frost. Job complete

Arrived onsite to install new lower harness. Upon arrival I installed new harness and tested unit and found unit operating as designed. Job complete

Arrived onsite to install new console. Upon arrival I found console broken. I replace it and tested unit and found unit operating as designed. Customer did provide POP see pix. Also found console end caps damaged as well but I did not know if they where cover so I left them be. Job complete.

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher not washing well. Upon arrival the customer stated that the bottom dishes are washing, but the top are still completely dirty. Upon further inspection I found a bunch of glass in the sump area and below the filter. There was also significant grime build up. I ran a diagnostics cycle and could tell the water was running weak. I installed the new sump and motor and then tested the unit. The unit is now working as designed. No leaks present at the time of service
